Credit card late fees charged

Hi Team,
Please note that due to health reasons I was not able to pay the credit card bill on 2.8.2021, I was charged with late fees of 590. I always made sure to pay the bill on time. This time I was not able to do. I contacted customer care through email. But I received response not possible to reverse.
I had been holding the salary account with this icici bank for a long time. If possible response is not there I have to...

Debit Card fraud transaction by amazon stan

This morning some fraud transaction took place from my account and 999 rs debited. The transaction msg showed vsi/amazon stan. I Immediately after that I blocked my account. Now my debit card is blocked, so I can't do phone banking or internet banking.

I wanted to confirm when that 999 rs will be reversed to my account? I saw many other people complained the same with icici bank debit card, with exactly same msg....

How to unblock my debit card for online transactions

Hi Team,

I am unable to do online transactions from my icici debit card. Every time i try to make a transaction I get the below error.

“For security reasons your Verified By Visa purchase has been prevented from being processed due to repeated entry of incorrect details. Your card/login has been blocked for online transactions at Verified By Visa merchants.
To Unblock your card, please contact ICICI...

Gift card activation

I received icici bank gift card visa for the amount of rs.5000/- the card no is[protected] but the card is not activated and not working in any outlet i compliant to customer care several times but there is no resposible answer from icici bank side at present the gift card is expired so please reactivate my gift card immedietly...

Money Deducted through VSI* Amazon Prime

Amount of ₹84 was deducted from my account today morning towards VSI*Amazon Prime. I am not even an Amazon Prime customer nor I have up my Account details as such that money will be directly debited. There was no OTP sent for this. Kindly look into this and get back to me....

Late Payment Fee for my Amazon Credit Card

I received the new amazon icici credit card on July 1st 2021. 24th day on receiving the card, ie; on July 23rd, I am charged with a late payment fee of Rs. 750.

I clear all my bills on the end of the month; and since this was a new card I never anticipated this from the card company....

Deposit machine issue

Address:Urapakkam -603210 brach

Today deposited amount in icici bank thru cash deposit machine, first 3100 got counted and the balance cash got returned and again added the rejected cash into machine and pressed continue button that time machine got stucked and immediately showed unable to process the transaction. Nothing credited in my account nor returned my cash. It got stucked totally....

Un-authorized transaction on my debit card. No followup despite raising Service Request

I noticed unauthorised transaction on my debit card and reported the same to ICICI customer care on June 24th 2021. I was advised to block my account and was issued a service request number SR[protected] and requested to send three documents.

I emailed the three documents (Transaction dispute form, debit card scan and passport scan) on the same day. However, I am yet to receive any follow-up or update on the issue.

An online payment was sent to HDFC Life from ICICI Bank on 5/8/2021 of an amount of INR 306750. It hasn't been received yet but my bank account has been credited. The date today is 7/8/2021.
