OTP's for ICICI Bank credit cards are not being received. This problem is only specific to ICICI Bank credit cards.

ICICI keeps providing a standard response that the problem is at Mobile Service provider which doesn't seems to be the case as I do receive the sms alerts on the same service provider for other banks.
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Also I have been following up with ICICI Customer care through email and their Telephonic Customer Care for over a month for this issue.
Their service levels are pathetic and their Telephone Customer Care operators will route me from one team to another without resolution and will then disconnect the line abruptly.

    Internet Banking Transaction is Disabled

    I am able to login to my Internet Banking, but when I try to do any transaction using Internet Banking, it says that "Transaction is disabled for this user". I have called the customer care multiple times. I have also emailed Icici Customer care, but no one is able to resolve this issue.
    Can you please look into this issue...

    NON-TRACKABILITY OF ICICI BAJAJ SCOOTER BOND-TWO

    I am Aniruddh Bansal writing on behalf of my uncle Mr. Shekar Agarwal.

    Mr. Mr. Shekar Agarwal is the Bond Holder ( Bond Holder no.0014-478 of ICICI BAJAJ SCOOTER BOND allotted on 29.01.1999.

    It Maturity date / Redemption date as mentioned is 29.06.2023.

    There is no trackability of this bond.
    How do we redeem it at maturity? Where you we approach for redemption? Updates on the schemes?

      I have a Demat account in ICICI bank but i never used this card. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 'IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL July 21---- INR 825.97. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected].

          I got the below mail from ICICI bank regarding the delivery status of credit card.

          I'm unable to make a request for re-dispatch as there are not any option to redispatch the undelivered card in credit-card section. so, Please re-dispatch my credit-card.

            ICICI Multi wallet prepaid card

            I was able to login to the CMS Portal this morning. But when I tried logging back again now, it shows an error invalid card status. I also had installed the pockets app but now I'm not able to see my prepaid card added there.
            Kindly let me know how to go about this and what I should do to overcome this invalid card status error....

            Respected sir/madam..

            I have in icici bank a//c no
            a/c no[protected]. In the morning(05/07/2021) i have received on unknown call from behalf of icici bank and asked meotp for card renevel i havae give the otp they have debited in my account fof rs 8000 request fyour help to disipute the transaction anad refund the amount to my account.Then after this complaint closed because of wrong information.. After i had compainted cyber crime a/c knowledge no:[protected].. I called the customer care each time different person attend the call but they didnot told complaint the cyber crime. So almost 42 days wasted.. So yours persons only reason for the wrong communication.So case was closed and amount also not refund.. So strictly resolve the problem...I need fund emergency for my medical purpose..

              Imps transaction timed out issue

              Hi,

              I have transferred 100, 000 /- from my ICICI to SBI account. The amount has been credited from my ICICI account but not been debited to SBI. In return I have got a message like this.

              "Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref.[protected] for Rs 100, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 01-Sep-21. Txn status will be updated by Beneficiary Bank in 3 working days - ICICI Bank."

                My account got debited with 826 rupees showing DP CHGS TILL JUL-21 on 27 aug-2021.
                I never opted for any DMAT account and never used any serviced from dmat account. Your representative himself opened an account and said its free of cost but still I did't agree and I don't know they opened an account with my details. I never received any message or warning about the amount to be debited. i request you to credit my money back and close my dmat account.
                I tried contacting you through portal icici website but its somehow not submitting the complaint after giving all the details and submitting just a blank screen is appearing.

                  My Name Is Surjeet Singh and I have account on ICICI Bank that is[protected] Today I see 550.67 rs is debited from my account under DP Charges and when I search about this DP charges on Google it's related to Share Market Charges from ICICI Direct Demat Account first of all I didn't make that account that is suggested by your employe on 2016 maybe when I visit on ur Mohali Phase 7 Branch he said if I want to protect my account from cyber attack I need to convert my account to direct account and it's free of cost then why your company debited this amount from my account I just want this all deducted amount will be credited bank on my account or else I will need to see another options.

                    I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 31st August 21. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                      I have never open demat account with icici then how can u people deduct money from My account. This is the second time demat account fees is deducted from my account without my permission.

                        I have not raised any request for a new debit card. Bu the bank automatically takes the request on my behalf and sends an email saying that the new debit card request has been raised and the amount will be debited and asking me to keep the sufficient balance.
                        The customer numbers do not work and also the only working customer care numbers put us on hold for more than 3mins which charges 2.25ps per second.

                        When I reached one of the ICICI working employees, says the mails will automatically trigger for the salaried account employees.

                        I do not need a new card and please stop taking automatic requests.

                            I am the a/c holder if icici bank from last 3 years,
                            Now they have charged 500 under this category DCardfee7630JUL21-JUN22+GST
                            I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                            They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
                            Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
                            Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.
                            There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c. Same happened in last 1year back again its happen.

                              Hello Team,

                              I had made a transaction on April 23, 2021. I immediately made a void sale transaction but the refund has not been credited back to my account.
                              Please find attached the receipts for this, Please take this as a priority and credit my money back to my account. I waited for 7 working days and found no refund credited into my account. Please check and confirm.

                              I enquired with my saving account bank(Indian Bank), they said nothing pending from their side. When I enquired ICICI bank they asked me to create a service request for this calling customer care.. I tried multiple times, for non-account customers, I am not getting a proper response.

                              Amount debited: 2450.00
