Dear sir,
A Withdrawal of INR 1899, has happened from my account on 18/8/2021 in the name of PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_ New Policy. I have not subscribed to any new policy nor they have given any policy related details at the time of account opening to me. It is unfortunate that ICICI is playing with customers money without getting any consent from them. Kindly cancel this policy. I have not authorised for any policy & I request the concerned...

ECSRTNCHGS debit from my account several times

There have been 3 debit transactions from my account with ECSRTNCHGS 100821_sr7684201 transaction id .

11 aug - 315.52 rs
12- aug- 0.01 rs
19 aug - 274.45

I dont have any idea about from where and why this is happening....

Amount has debited

I also would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs 999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 11th dec.2019. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same....

ICICI BANK ECSRTNCHG debit of INR 590

I was supposed to pay my emi to HDB Financial loan on august 2nd, 2021 but the auto-debit never happened. After waiting for long, I transferred the emi amount manually on august 5th, 2021 to the respective HDB Financial loan account number. On august 5th 2021 I received a notification from icici stating that due to insufficient balance ecs could not be processed. Deducted my money automatically

This is Sunil yadav having a account in ICICI bank from last 5 years. I have complaint so many times that my account is debited with rs826. My status is showing that my problem is resolved but nobody called me and my money is still not credited. This is a serious issue. Plz take it seriously otherwise I will have to take a serious action. Plz resolve it as soon as possible....

IMPS fund transfer-timed out, money debited, but not credited in beneficiary account

I transferred Rs XXXXX through IMPS on 19-Aug-2021 from ICICI A/C to Karnataka Bank

The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.

But I got a message that said

"Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for XXXX is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 19-Aug-2021. Txn status will be updated by Bene Bank in 3 working days.."...

Reason for rejection of credit card not given

I applied for a credit card with icici bank and it was rejected and i didnt receive any reason for that .my credit score is well above 800 and having a reputable profession and stable job.i need to know about the reason for rejection...

For redemption of my bond.

I am Rabindranath Dixit. I have purchase a bond from icici Ashirwad Deep Discount Bond(option 1) in 1996, for 25 year. The purchase amount was 5120 and the maturity price is 200000lakh. When i claim for the redemption they said that they have not the authority to give my money.

Hello, I have recently opened an account with ICICI Bank and there was no obligation of minimum balance required for my account.Yesterday 550.02 rupees was deducted from my account under the MAB chgs, without even notifying me or sending me a message for the deduction . Multi Wallet Card Service

As an employer, we are not getting support from the Multi Wallet Card team. There are no responses to our queries. We have unresolved issues open for more than 1 year!!
The team change is not updated to us. Somehow we manage to find out on our own about the new team. The new team turns out to be worse than the one before. They do not answer calls/revert to any mails. They are treating their corporate customers this way. God knows what...

ICICI Bank MABchgs- +GST from Feb 21 to Jul21

Address:Icic bank Besant nagar branch chennai

ICICI bank deducted MAB charges without intimating regarding the debit. This is salary account and I don't know if they have removed it as a salary account without intimating me via anything such as SMS or email or phone call. This was a zero balance account and I didn't get any information if they are converting the salary account to normal saving account.

It deducted my MAB charges for the month of March, April, May, June...
