Dear Bank,
I am Kumar Pradhan and I am a icici customer since 2017 and I had so many relationship with your esteem bank but due to job lose on ongoing pandemic I approach my bank for help like moratorium etc.
And fortunately my branch called and told me that I got listed on loan moratorium/restructuring and I can avail it.
Due to out of my home branch I approach to my nearest icici bank and submitted a request for approval and after 10 I got a call that I got approval for loan restructuring/moratorium for 6 month.
Excitedly again went to bank and submitted all required documents as instructed by bank officials.
And now after successful submission of the file, after one month now they were saying that my file got rejected and they gave me the reason was my loan account was already in NPA before March 2021!
Now my question is that if my loan account was in NPA before march2021 why bank listed my name to avail restructuring/moratorium??
They don't know that my account was NPA I cannot avail this offer??why they told me to do so??why bank official harrash me??why they make fun of me??
Is this the responsibilities of bank official and bank??
I need immediate action on this negligence by bank and bank officials.

      ICICI charges in several thousands is collected from us for the legal and technical appraisal/evaluation process of property to sanction the home loan. They have the disclaimer that they are not responsible for any consequential losses. When they are unable to take responsibility of losses is it implied that they are eligible for deficiency of services. In that case, why do we need to pay for such service which can never help us. Using this disclaimer they are projecting a fake market rate to provide high loan to collect very high interest for loan amount exploiting the hard earned earnings of the customers. They are not even sharing the reports generated by them stating that its for their internal reference. Why are we being charged for service serving their purpose. For a Government guideline property value of INR 248/sq ft they have rated INR 1721/sq feet. Government is deciding guideline rate based on several developmental factors of the area. For a 1000 Sq ft area how is ICICI deciding the market rate. What developmental factors are they implementing in that area. They are forcing us to register the property for high market rate and the registration charges charged on customers thus increases. This high rate property registration gradually increases the fake rate of the area without any actual developments. Are these all not considered as unfair trade practices. Will law and RBI regulations help only these reputed institutions. Is the law and RBI regulations not aware of this or are they supporting the indirect exploitation of every penny of the hard earned money of the home loam customers. Is there any ways to help the layman who suffers for not knowing the law and RBI regulations.If layman has to understand all these thoroughly to buy a property, we can never continue our job to pay these exploiting Corporate.

        This is with reference to my ICICI Loan Account No. LPDEL[protected]. I have missed my EMI's due to pregnancy and also requested to provide some moratorium period but they does not heed to my request. Now even after my loan completion period it is still showing outstanding. My Loan amount is Rs. 100000/- tenure for 48 months, EMI Amount Rs. 2795. It is completed on 05.08.2021 But still my EMIs are shown as outstanding and tenure is showing as 52 months, 5 months extra EMI for not paying EMI of 6 months. Penalty Charges 5x2795 = Rs. 13975/-. I have also raised the request for waive off for some charges but did not do anything and even did not generate SRN no. of second level complaint.

        As per your mail, I understand about the charges, but charges which I am talking about are that, I have paid most of my EMI's through NEFT, screenshot of which are also shared with the bank executives, as my Account from which EMI is debited is not operational. I clearly told this to the officials whenever they call. But even after the paying the EMI's on due date charges are still levied. I changed my EMI bank account after knowing about that. Bank officials told me that these charges will be waived off at the time of completion of loan period, but its not yet done.

        Please clarify on the same.

        As per your mail, wherein you have mentioned I have applied for Moratorium for the month of March to May 2020, I would like clarify that I haven't applied for any Moratorium during this period.

        As, I have clearly mentioned in my previous mails also that I have applied for Moratorium due to my Pregnancy during in July 2018 but it was not allowed to me even after my so my requests. But after that whenever I got funds I repay the amount through NEFT not being directly deducted from the bank, but still charges are levied as non payment and cheque bounce charges not because I have applied for Moratorium of Covid, which I never applied.

        I request you to please reconsider the matter again.

          Whenever I deposit money in my icici account, within a day or so i can see MULTIPLE DEBIT transactions of INR 590 gets executed with the transaction code as 'ecsrtnchgs040920_sr*******'

          I have been charged a sum of INR 10K+ in last 1 year. I am unable to understand what is going on and how many more times this will keep deducting money from my account. None of the customer care numbers are working and i am unable to report this issue to anyone.

              I applied for amazon pay icici credit card the application is processed and the card was dispatched in blue dart.. But the delivery manager just called once and reported like the address is wrong. I decided to contact the customer card of icici.. But u guys want my account number or card number. How am i supposed to know to card number if i didn't receive the card.. Please contact me for a redispatch of the card.. plz do the needful.
              (Note: it happened 3yrs back now I need my card, I tried many ways but all are asking card number, how I am supposed to know card number, card last 4 digits "3003")

                  Hi ICICI team,

                  There has been constant deduction every month since Mar 20 - Current in the name of ECS charges without any type of communication or sms even though I do not have any type of loans or credit due against my name.

                  I strongly condemn such type of fraudulent activities done by ICICI bank inspite of being it's loyal customer since 2014.

                  I kindly request to stop such activities and refund all those hard earned amount deducted for these past months to my account for this
                  activities.

                    As per the Factories Act 1948, every adult (a person who has completed 18 years of age) cannot work for more than 48 hours in a week and not more than 9 hours in a day.

                    However the company expects its Relationship managers to work more than 12 hours a day. We are pushed to extent of mental burnout.

                    Working overtime in India is considered great. This is a very bad working culture. This bad practice must stop in all companies in India. It is high time all employees take up this issue so that our mental health is taken care of.

                    This is happening every day. In this bank even on public holidays we are expected to attend meetings.

                    For the self needs of the top management the employees at the lower level are suffering.

                      Rs.999 deducted from my ICICI Bank Account without my authorization it didn't even asked for OTP i directly received this message without having clue about it and also didn't subscribed to Moneycontrol.

                      See below message :

                      Dear Customer, transaction of INR 999.00 done on ICICI Bank Account XXXX On 05-SEP-2021. Info: VSI*Moneycont.

                      When i tried to call number they provided for dispute it's only for blocking transactions.

                        I have been trying to reach out to my nearest Icici branch for redemption of my deep discount bonds issued 1996. But nobody in the branch seems to know how to redeem them and they're just replying with "we've sent the email to the concerned team". It's been days since they're unable to guide me with the further process for redemption of the bonds and I feel like stuck as I'm also not being provided contact details of the relevant teams working...

                        In last week my savings account has been debited 8 time's with 29.50 rupees against POSDEC kind of charge. I haven't even swiped my debit card in last week then why is it so? I want clarification & please refund my money ASAP

                          I am currently not working due to Covid I lost my job and wasn't able to pay the credit card bill for the past 1 month I managed to get money from my PF account as I was unwell and that money got deducted automatically a day before my bill was due and has been kept on hold I called the bank and the representative said it will take 1 working day for the transaction to show on the statement and asked me to wait until now it is not showing on the statement it's been 3 days that advisor just lied to me and tried to avoid giving me a resolution I needed that money as I had an appointment on Friday with a psychiatrist and I couldn't go there due to no money this is unacceptable I want my money back so I can get my health both mental and physical better and I need it for medications. Not fair ICICI bank.

                            I made a transaction of Rs. 50000/- using ICICI imobile app using UPI payment mode and I got response 'no response from cbs'.
                            Money got debited from my account but not received to beneficiary's account.

                                Would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs1293.28/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. The amount was debited on 06th sep, 2021 and i received deduction notification today (5 sept 2021). Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 6th Sep, 2021.

                                    Hi,
                                    I got a transaction sms on 5th September 2021 of ₹312.88 against VSI AMAZON STAN. Surprisingly the statement on icici mobile app shows the transaction date on 6th September 2021, this is when I’m checking the statement on 5th September. I really doubt ICICIs statements now… can someone help me regarding this transaction which I didn’t make. I can see others too reported similar transaction.
