I am valued customer of ICICI bank, having debit card -[protected] & two Credit Card -[protected] & another last four digit is 8005
I was regular user and made regular payment of ICICI credit card.(for that you check my previous year details) but recently in Jan/feb moth I asked to close my credit card 1003 & another 8005 had told to block .
2/3 months back (July – Aug) i noticed that I am getting bills regularly with late fees for which I was unaware that few amount is pending as redeem charges less than 200 RS .
Last 2~3 month I am talking customer care frequently & telling all scenario
I humbly request first check my previous years bills, call records with customer care with in last 3 month. every time I got assurance that they will call me back & reverse late fess

    Hi,
    I had two credit cards. One is Amazon ICICI credit card and another is ICICI credit card. Both the accounts also closed without any due. But in cibil report date close is not updated.

    I tried to reach out to customer care. After 15 mins get disconnected automatically. I have tried more than 5 times same happened.

    Please help me to update the cibil report.

      Fraudulent Transaction against Credit Card

      Address: HAMIRPUR,HIMACHAL

      On 14th Aug 2021, I was Inquiring the Amazon delivery status from toll free number :[protected]. I was asked to re-verify the address on link shared by the person through SMS and pay 5 rupees using my ICICI credit card XX02.
      Immediately following this i received text messages in my mobile no. XXXXX 49019 sending otp for the following transactions being under process using my said credit card.

      1. Payment of Rs. 50000...

          I have a salary account with ICICI bank since ages now however I noticed there is a deduction of 5, 000 twice from account in the sum of 2500 twice which I got no notification for.
          When I did call the bank Ram Babu and Srikanth Gabapa, both informed that the deduction was for a demat account which i dot not have with the bank at all.

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            I have registered my number in DnD registry for ICICI.
            Despite this I keep getting calls.
            I even called up customer care in the month of June/July complaining about the repeated calls. I was assured that after 30 days I will not be receiving any calls. When I asked the CCE for appellate if I get a call, she still assured that wont be necessary.

            Now, I have been getting calls that too from my branch . On questioning why they are harassing me, I was told that the relationship manager asked to call me regularly. (Home Branch - Jayanagar 7th Block, Bangalore)

            I find it extremely harassing and casual attitude of ICICI.
            Kindly look into the problem.

                I transferred Rs 100000 through IMPS on 1st September at 3.30 PM from ICICI A/C to Sate bank of India bank A/C.

                The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.

                But I got a message that said

                "Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for Rs.100000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 1-Sep-2021. Txn status will be updated by Beneficiary Bank in 3 working days."- ICICI Bank

                  My name is Aditya Upadhyay, Account Number :[protected] i have been with icici bank since 2018 This year Rs 826/- is deducted from my account without any alert message.
                  I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account.
                  But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till July-21 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far because I am not using any type of Demat Account.

                      OTP's for ICICI Bank credit cards are not being received. This problem is only specific to ICICI Bank credit cards.

                      ICICI keeps providing a standard response that the problem is at Mobile Service provider which doesn't seems to be the case as I do receive the sms alerts on the same service provider for other banks.
                      ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      Also I have been following up with ICICI Customer care through email and their Telephonic Customer Care for over a month for this issue.
                      Their service levels are pathetic and their Telephone Customer Care operators will route me from one team to another without resolution and will then disconnect the line abruptly.

                        Internet Banking Transaction is Disabled

                        I am able to login to my Internet Banking, but when I try to do any transaction using Internet Banking, it says that "Transaction is disabled for this user". I have called the customer care multiple times. I have also emailed Icici Customer care, but no one is able to resolve this issue.

                          I have a Demat account in ICICI bank but i never used this card. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 'IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL July 21---- INR 825.97. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected].

                                ICICI Multi wallet prepaid card

                                I was able to login to the CMS Portal this morning. But when I tried logging back again now, it shows an error invalid card status. I also had installed the pockets app but now I'm not able to see my prepaid card added there.

                                I have in icici bank a//c no

In the morning(05/07/2021) i have received on unknown call from behalf of icici bank and asked meotp for card renevel i havae give the otp they have debited in my account fof rs 8000 request fyour help to disipute the transaction anad refund the amount to my account.Then after this complaint closed because of wrong information.. After i had compainted cyber crime a/c knowledge no:[protected].. I called the customer care each time different person attend the call but they didnot told complaint the cyber crime. So almost 42 days wasted.. So yours persons only reason for the wrong communication.So case was closed and amount also not refund.. So strictly resolve the problem...I need fund emergency for my medical purpose..

                                  Imps transaction timed out issue

                                  Hi,

                                  I have transferred 100, 000 /- from my ICICI to SBI account. The amount has been credited from my ICICI account but not been debited to SBI. In return I have got a message like this.

                                  "Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref.[protected] for Rs 100, 000.00 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 01-Sep-21. Txn status will be updated by Beneficiary Bank in 3 working days - ICICI Bank."
