Icici deducts MAB charges without intimating regarding the debit. Eventhough this is salary account from 2004 and they have removed it as a salary account without intimating the customer and It was opened on zero balance I didn't get any information if they are converting the salary account to normal saving account.

It deduct my MAB charges for previous two months together and after keeping minimum balance 10000 they even deducted...

There is unknown or not informing me, without reason, money debited in my account plz check it once...

Am an icici bank customer.
I have EMI on 15th May which was Saturday and I had maintained my sufficient balance in my account on that day only but Today on 17-05-21 ECSRTNCHGS charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ECSRTNCHGS... The bank hit the charges on my accunt . Please explain what the charge it is. Please return my charged amount....

My Credit card bill due date is 25 of month. Also my auto debit setup is disable for my credit card. See attached screenshot for more references. But still charges were deducted from my account in 3 ways
AUTO DEBIT RETURN FEE, Late Payment Fee, Interest Charges with SGST and CGST, total 1297.26 were deducted.
Need justification and want this amount back from my account...

I tried to withdraw cash from atm on 15th May of amount INR 2000/-. The amount got deducted from my account but the cash wasn't dispensed. Attached is the screenshot of my bank statement for the deducted amount. Please refund the amount to my account....

NFS Cash Withdraw transaction had without my knowledge, this happened 5 to 6 times, last transaction 3000 rs Withdrawed without my knowledge and confirmation.
Called to customer care, no clear voice, disturbance in call, not reaching on time....

-ICICI people say it is sent to NHB.
-But status always says "Ready for Submission" that means it is never sent .

If the subsidy amount was sanctioned yearly I could easily avoided paying more interest.
Now on this subsidy amount only I may...

I had closed one of my I Wish accounts on 9th May 2021, but the money is still not reflected in my bank account. The customer care executives have been thoroughly unhelpful. As I log into my account I can see the I Wish account but clicking on it only says Goal doesn't exist. Is this how ICICI is fishing money out of its customers?...

Recently opened my icici demat account, bought stocks with tax and all charges.

But even after that some charges named eba/ nse delivery charges debited from my saving bank account.

I don’t know the reason but it is debited for around 6 times similarly....

I haven't done any transaction online then how it happened now i want my refund of amount. I tried to contact icici bank customer care but they didn't even receive my call....

Last month (5th Apr) I had availed Personal Loan on ICICI Credit Card (Ending with 6003) for 10 lakhs, later this loan was cancelled by calling 24x7 Customer support wide SR[protected] on 15th April . I was informed there won't be any cancellation charges & EMI / Interest / GST billed to my card would get reversed. I got a confirmation email that the entire loan has been cancelled and all transactions have been reversed...

4000 rs has been deducted from my account to dr tran without my concern, I lost 4000 rs so please look into it...

I have noticed a transaction of rupees 199 at 8.04pm from my icici account, which is not done by me and it is done from my bank account number not using card details .
Kindly do the needful...

I have zero balance salary account in icici bank, i lost job in pandemic and salary could not credit in my salary account.
Icici bank without giving me intimation converted my zero balance a/c to regular account and deducted Rs.869.44 from my account as on 26 april 2021.
When i contact to bank they replied as it is converted to regular account, you have to maintain rs.10000 mab in your account and accordingly charges are...

Since 45 days my bank account balance has been freezed by Icici bank and lien on my account. I have submitted all my documents but still no reply given by the bank. What kind of service this is?? Bhoomika trust provided us a ICICI pay direct card to buy groceries for a period of 9 months. Since We have lost the PIN number, we are unable to purchase groceries using that card. mobile number has not been registered to the Pay direct card. So we are unable to purchase through online also. I request Icici bank to regenerate the PIN number....

I did not opted any auto debit return facility on my credit card else ICICI Bank charged me auto debit return fees.I paid my dues before due date else they charged me these charges.I want to return these charges from bank....
