I have applied for fastag with icici bank online on 12 may 21 and paid an amount of Rs 502/-. from my credit card with reference number : [protected]
I got customer ID as[protected]for fastag), I didnt receive any message for one week. I contacted customer care of icici fastag, I was asked to upload an ID proof for which I have uploaded multiple ID proofs
1. Aadhar card
2. Driving Licence
3. Pan Card
but still they are asking for another ID proof.
I asked customer care executive to cancel my fastag application and refund my money, for which I was replied that cancellation is not possible.
Please do the needful
