Unauthorised transaction done to VIN*GOOGLE T.

My name is Essakki raja I got message amount deducted from my saving account. Dear customer, Transaction of inr 1.00 done on ICICI bank account XX356 on 06-JUN-21 Info: VIN*GOOGLE T. The available balance...but i did not done any transaction. Without my Concern how can you make a transaction without otp this happened which is authorised. Please cross check and return my money back.

And block VIN*GOOGLE from further debiting...

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan dated 7th June 2021, however it’s 6th june 2021 today (which is surreal). Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. I have no subscription whatsoever with Amazon . Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

    Address: ICICI bank e toll payments, Mumbai

    I have applied for fastag with icici bank online on 12 may 21 and paid an amount of Rs 502/-. from my credit card with reference number : [protected]
    I got customer ID as[protected]for fastag), I didnt receive any message for one week. I contacted customer care of icici fastag, I was asked to upload an ID proof for which I have uploaded multiple ID proofs
    1. Aadhar card
    2. Driving Licence
    3. Pan Card
    but still they are asking for another ID proof.
    I asked customer care executive to cancel my fastag application and refund my money, for which I was replied that cancellation is not possible.
    Please do the needful
    I request a refund.

      Dear icici team,
      My icici saving account has been debited following charges naming surcharge (Mcc 5541) for fuel purchase. Government is promoting cashless transaction and i have been charged on my own money. Does that mean it's wise to take out money from atm and pay in petrol pump? Request you to check and revert below transactions.

      Even after call many times in customer care, i don't see any response.

        Hi Team,

        This is not just a bug... It caused me huge amount of loss..

        We collect payment from all over Country and release them digital currency. I don't even know the details of the person to recover my money...

        This is because of the insta biz bug... I'll have to go for consumer case if i don't get reply asap..

        I'm also attaching the evidence of loss of 50000 rupees Money over block chain

        And I've also tried all the possible ways of seeing how it could happen and found it when the other party doesn't have enough funds in account and upi fails... Insta biz sends payment received notification

        Please reach out to me if you need any additional information i ain't gonna bear these losses...if it's anywhere around or below 10k i would have just raised a complain and leave it but it's 50k if you don't reply I'll file a case

        I even tried contacting the cs right after i realised but it happened at 10:05 pm CS is offline then. So I'm drafting this email.

            I have been deducted an amount of Rs 1, 899.00 on June 4- 2021 from my icici bank account. The same amount was deducted on 15/06/2020 too. Which has not been reverted yet.

            I have not authorized, neither am aware of any such approvals for the deduction.

            Utter crap of icici bank to do such activities without my consent.This is highly unacceptable.
            Revert the money back to my account at the earliest.

                I tried to pay my dth bill through icici, it asked me to enter correct GRID values, but its showing me the msg "Your Grid card authentication has been Your Grid card authentication has been disabled, Call our 24 hour Customer Care Centre and ask to enable Grid card authentication, Then i tried calling 24hour Customer Care call centre but it's useless.
                Pls help me out.I am helpless.

                  Hello,
                  I made a transaction through ICICI Bank Money2World fund transfer from India ICICI Bank to UK Bank account. I transferred £500 at fixed rate of 1GBP to 106.1 INR. Also, at the time of transaction I have paid remittance charges, bank fee and GST. To my surprise, the beneficiary bank in UK has received £488. There was shortage of £12. I had telephoned UK Bank and I was told they would not charge any fee for receiving funds from overseas.
                  When I called ICICI bank in India, they do not have a proper response and give vague answers. I have lost that £12 and I have no clue what has happened to that amount. Dishonesty and pathetic service by ICICI Bank.

                    I had bought ICICI tax saving bond-032005-TSB-ONE on dated 30.04.2005 for an amount of Rs 20, 000 and redemption was due in 2010. Amount has not been redeemed till date. Bond holder No.[protected], certificate No. 47236

                    How can I get this amount back from icici. I am yet to receive the maturity amount.

                        WORST, CHEATING, LYING, FAKE, FRAUD, DISGUSTING, MISLEADING and SHAMELESS icici bank and their employees namely sangya jain, tushar patil and siddesh kolvankar from Khopoli and Tardeo, Mumbai branches respectively.

                        Never ever TRUST or BELIEVE icici bank and their branches because icici bank dosen’t have the CALIBRE to take any action against their CHEAP, MANNERLESS, INDISCIPLINED, MISCHIEVOUS, DIRTY, DISGUSTING AND ANNOYING employees.

                        They say icici bank has three FOOLING, MISLEADING and LYING levels of complaint page on their website which is TOTALLY FALSE, FAKE and FRAUD whenever the complaint is raised by any of their existing CUSTOMER against their CHEAP, CARELESS and BOTHERLESS employees to any of their BOGUS, FAKE, FRAUD and MISLEADING level the reply is the same or repetitive whether it is to the CUSTOMERcare, senior management or the nodal officer. The CUSTOMERcare is so EXTRAORDINARY that they cancel or close the complaint without any prior notice or proper resolution and the second level senior management is above the CUSTOMERcare BOTHERLESS, IGNORANT, CARELESS, CHEATING and NEGLIGENT replies to the CUSTOMER to solve the complaint on their own and the third and last level is even more WORST, CHEATING, LYING and DISGUSTING their reply will be to treat this as an exceptional case even though their employees were MANNERLESS, INDISCIPLINED, MISCHIEVOUS, DIRTY, DISGUSTING and SHAMELESS.

                        The icici bank dosen’t like to raise a complaint against their SILLY STUPID GREEDY employees it is more FOOLING, LYING and CHEATING from icici bank whether a complaint is raised for INSULTING a SENIOR CITIZEN by their SILLY STUPID SHAMELESS cashier vinayak from Andheri east branch, the plain lie from the lady branch manager of the same branch calls the CUSTOMER to the bank to make a FUN of him saying that he will behave well in future as if they have employed KIDS in icici bank and after the complaint raised by any CUSTOMER given a FAKE and FRAUD replies that they will be taught to behave well in future. But to our DISSAPPOINTMENT when our back is turned against him he is the same old RUDE and LETHARGIC, by seeing his face one can easily make out how RUDE and LETHARGIC that SILLY STUPID ### will be.

                        Even their lady staff namely geeta kokje from Khopoli branch and STOUT chandni from Andheri east branch both are so SHAMELESS, DISGUSTING and GREEDY for commission that forces the CUSTOMER to purchase their HOPELESS and DISGUSTING insurance policy and assures all the help in future but after purchasing neverever shows their faces, avoids the CUSTOMER and even plays HIDE and SEEK in the bank.

                        Their managerial level and complaints to the CEO and MD is also DISGUSTING AND DISSAPPOINTING. These people too dosen’t take any interest or dosen’t have the CALIBRE to take any action against their staff members. When the CUSTOMER's both the mobile numbers are registered on DO NOT CALL REGISTRY on their SILLY STUPID icici bank's website but still their privileged banking manager snehal gupta on purpose not calls but gives a  MISSED CALL TO the CUSTOMER from their bank's landline number. And the same thing is done by their CHEAP, CHEATING and LYING deputy branch manager sangya jain from Khopoli branch, when a CUSTOMER is lodging a complaint against her for UNNECESSARILY CALLING and DISTURBING she also gives a MISSED CALL(4 x 20 secs. each).

                        There is no EARNEST EFFORT from icici bank towards the CUSTOMER as is told by CHEATING, LYING, FAKE and FRAUD icici bank, but they SUPPORT, PROTECT, SHIELD, PROVOKE AND INSTIGATE their MANNERLESS, DIRTY, MISCHIEVOUS, INDISCIPLINED, DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS employees namely sangya jain, tushar patil and siddesh kolvankar to MISBEHAVE MANNERLESS, INDISCIPLINED, MISCHIEVOUS, DISGUSTING AND SHAMELESS with their existing CUSTOMER.

                              I had the emergenacy but you played with my emotions .

                              First of all thanks for showing me your incapability for last 30 days which gives me more confidence to discontinue the salary account with you and I have already opened the new salary account with HDFC and only video KYC is pending which is also will be completed soon.

                              1) I have to clarify one thing about my loan application EP[protected] which you have rejected by saying the reason cheque bounces .

                              - I do not have any bounces after January but you intentionally updated my CIBIL with late payment by 55 days, even though auto debit is successful due to this I'm not getting the loans from other banks as well . Are you calling this a bounce ?

                              - Overdue amount 14, 386 ahowing in the CIBIL, at least you never sent me a single intimation that I do have the overdue amount for my loan account but instead you updated my CIBIL, recently when I ask you for the auto debit shift process one of your person reverted that I do have the overdue amount and immediately I have cleared the overdue amount. As a bank don't you have that responsibility to intimate the customers ?otherwise I would have been paid this very much before updating my CIBIL. Do you think it's my fault?
                              - Regarding the bounces before January, again it's due to your negligence because as per the guidelines from RBI I requested for the moratorium for August month due to my family financial criticality. Also I raised the request through your website 1 week before the EMI date even though you debited the EMI for August month and after that I raised many requests to refund the August EMI in order to avoid the cheque bounce for subsequent months . But you never considered any of my requests and after that in the month of September you adjusted the August month EMI for September month by saying it is Moratorium for August Month. Same situation continued till December. Is this my fault or your negligence ? Even though I want to ensure the ontime emi payment, you pushed me into that situation by not following standard rules. Are you calling these are the Bounces ?

                              I never had an intention to bounce your EMI but you made me like that, at least if you should called me before rejecting the application I would have been explaining these things . Ultimately you blamed me for cheque bounces even though those were happened due to ICICI bank negligence.

                              2) I have already opened a new salary account *******9253 with HDFC bank immediately after you rejected my application. But still I do have the below things have to resolve from your end.

                              a) Remove the overdue amount in my CIBIL for the loan account LPB******8409 and late payment days for the months Feb, March, April, May as I paid the EMI on time.
                              b) Remove the Paylater account entry ********2753 in my CIBIL report which I have closed already
                              c) Remove the debit card EMI account entry *********5808 in my CIBIL I'm not using it since a long, it's not active and more importantly I don't want it.
                              d) Correct the credit limit of my credit card entry in my CIBIL. I have a 20000 limit then How is it showing the highest credit limit as 31.226?
                              e) Send your executive to collect the relevant documents to shift the auto debit for your loan LPBN*******8409 to the above-mentioned HDFC account, again don't say that I need to visit the branch .
                              f) June month EMI you will receive as usual from the same account but no more salary will be credited to your account now onwards.Ensure that to complete this process before July EMI which you will only receive from my new salary account.
                              g) As soon as you send the executive and after that I will initiate the steps to closure of yoursalary account .

                              Due to all bove false information from ICICI bank in my CIBIL, no lender is listening even though I explainig them it was ICICI bank fault .I though atleast ICICI bank will consider it as you very well know about those entries, but you rejected my application wihtout even having single word with me, that itself saying that how you are hiding from the facts.

                              Hence please find the attached credit report and update the above mentioned records, so that I can easily get the loan from other lenders .

                                My name is Chinmaya Kumar Chhatoi. 344.17 Rupees has been deducted from my account as (DP CHGS TILL April-21) DP charges on 25/05/2021. I have never activated or used this as my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. Kindly look into the matter and credit the amount back.

                                  I have closed my IWish RD prematurely 2 days back as I needed those money urgently but it didn’t get deposited into my primary account until now. I have raised this issue by sending an email as well but there was no response and calls were unanswered. There is no option to check the status also in the application.
