On Monday[protected], I transferred the amount of 20, 000 to my beneficiary and I got the following messege:

" Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref.[protected] for Rs. 20, 000 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 17-May-21. Txn status will be updated by Beneficiary Bank in 3 working days - ICICI Bank "

The amount debited from my account but not credited to the beneficiary account till date or not received any update.br...

I Applied for Expression Debit Card For my ICICI bank debit card. I dont want that Expression Debit card as they charge me around 500 rupees. And i dont know this before . ICICI bank even not given an Option to Cancel the Request for the Expression Debit Card. I'm Waiting for u guys to cancel my request for ICICI debit card. Looking forward to u guys to get in touch and Solve my problem. Try to Give good Customer Service....

I have 1 auto debit enabled from my account. The due date is on 5th of every month. On April '21 i have payed the due amount on 6th. After paying on 29th April, 30th April and on 18th May 2021 the following amount is deducted.

on the same date 590 rs, 2 times, without any notification. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency it's pandemic situation and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. What the hell wrong with icici bank.
