Dear Team,

kindly provide no due certificate for below mentioned card details

My outstanding balance was zero by end February 2021

In March or Feb they have deducted 1699( cpv assistance insurance) without my prior knowledge, after a conversation with them by June they refunded amnt of 1699 on 08/06/2021

Now my outstanding balance is 3778
Please adjust refund amount and interest is charged on that 1699 which is to be written off,

I have already cancelled the credit card bcs of harrasment for payment of dues which I'm not responsible

Please provide no due certificate earliest

      We have taken loan from ICICI and we are paying emi every month. We missed one month. And I suppose they should take the penalty amount of Rs.590 once. But for the month of May 2021, they had taken Rs.590 for 3 times (23/05, 24/05, 27/05) I couldn't maintain balance in the bank.

      Why my amount was deducted these many times from my account?
      These happening for past 1 year. I had lost so much money in my account.

      I tried ordering a Macbook air m1 from apple's website and used ICICI Net Banking as the payment method.
      The transaction didn't process but still the amount of Rs. 83610/- got debited from my account.

      So my order is not confirmed but the amount got debited on 6th June 2021 at 16:13 hrs IST.
      How should I proceed next to get my money back?

        549 debited from my account which I have not authorized
        I dont know what is RAZEDU network merchant website, and no idea it got auto debit access from my account. I dont even know how to contact them. How can I stop my money getting debited from this merchant if I can't contact them? Can you not allow this merchant site to access my account?

            Hello Sir & Madam,

            I am a customer of the digibank (DBS Bank)

            On[protected] at 11:28:23 I had used ICICI Bank ATM(ATM P1118720 - Beside one town police station Kurnool) in Kurnool, Andara pradesh(state) for money withdrawal but the txn failed with a network error.

            I didn't get the money but from my digi bank account was debited amount.

            Please investigate and get it credited back to my digibank account ASAP.

              Yesterday an amount if rs 1899 got deducted from my savings account without my knowledge.it is for second time this is happening.last year march, same amount was debited and I enquired about it in an icici branch and they were like they don't know anything.this time again same situation occured.it shows some renewal policy.but it is without my consent and knowledge.i tried to contact ICICI customer support, but I wasn't able to connect in any way.please advise a proper reason and refund the amounts that got debited two times.

                I just got sms today 6june 2021 at11:46pm that yranaction of rs.299 from my icici account for VSI*RSZ sony.
                I have not done any such transaction nor i have given any such standing instructions.
                Icici bank should take responsibiluty for this transaction

                  I would like to bring to your notice that an authorised transaction was made from my ICICI Bank Savings account to Amazon Stan.
                  I have my Amazon prime linked to my credit cards but not to my savings account also the date of renewal of my prime membership is in October 2021, so why was an amount of INR 999 debit from my Icici Savings account.

                    "Hi, The Number of customer care has no response. When they respond after long time they don't help.
                    Total of 1991.67rs been deducted in three days stating that nach_ad_rtn_chrg~adbldesk. I tried calling the customer care, but I guess I am waiting my time. I request you to give a proper reason for the deduction.

                    If you can't give a reason please refund the money. Covid has already brought me my knee's don't push to my grave with all your non accountable charges and force me to look for alternatives after 13 years with ICICI.

                    I paid charges earlier I will not pay now again and again.

                    Hope to get a response."

                              My name is Essakki raja I got message amount deducted from my saving account. Dear customer, Transaction of inr 1.00 done on ICICI bank account XX356 on 06-JUN-21 Info: VIN*GOOGLE T. The available balance...but i did not done any transaction. Without my Concern how can you make a transaction without otp this happened which is authorised. Please cross check and return my money back.

                              And block VIN*GOOGLE from further debiting...

                              I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan dated 7th June 2021, however it’s 6th june 2021 today (which is surreal). Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. I have no subscription whatsoever with Amazon . Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                                I have applied for fastag with icici bank online on 12 may 21 and paid an amount of Rs 502/-. from my credit card with reference number : [protected]
                                I got customer ID as[protected]for fastag), I didnt receive any message for one week. I contacted customer care of icici fastag, I was asked to upload an ID proof for which I have uploaded multiple ID proofs
                                1. Aadhar card
                                2. Driving Licence
                                3. Pan Card
                                but still they are asking for another ID proof.
                                I asked customer care executive to cancel my fastag application and refund my money, for which I was replied that cancellation is not possible.
                                Please do the needful
                                I request a refund.

                                  My icici saving account has been debited following charges naming surcharge (Mcc 5541) for fuel purchase. Government is promoting cashless transaction and i have been charged on my own money. Does that mean it's wise to take out money from atm and pay in petrol pump? Request you to check and revert below transactions.

                                  Even after call many times in customer care, i don't see any response.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    This is not just a bug... It caused me huge amount of loss..

                                    We collect payment from all over Country and release them digital currency. I don't even know the details of the person to recover my money...

                                    This is because of the insta biz bug... I'll have to go for consumer case if i don't get reply asap..

                                    I'm also attaching the evidence of loss of 50000 rupees Money over block chain

                                    And I've also tried all the possible ways of seeing how it could happen and found it when the other party doesn't have enough funds in account and upi fails... Insta biz sends payment received notification

                                    Please reach out to me if you need any additional information i ain't gonna bear these losses...if it's anywhere around or below 10k i would have just raised a complain and leave it but it's 50k if you don't reply I'll file a case

                                    I even tried contacting the cs right after i realised but it happened at 10:05 pm CS is offline then. So I'm drafting this email.
