As I raised request for account closure on May12th, May18 and I and daily calling customer care from May20th daily with customer care till today (May27) and customer care service person whoever attending the call is creating new SR sighting various reasons, but my account is not closed yet.
From 20th May to till date, I am hearing my account will closed within one working day, but we have passed more than a week. Can you pls help me understand what should be done to close my trading account. Is my account closure possible or not. Please let me know.
You can check your call records, I have been calling and I am not getting proper response. let me know what should i do ?
