Hello,

Money deduction against DP CHGS till April 21.
I am not using icici direct account or demat account still bank deducted 826 RS, from my account without any notice and also for this deduction I have not received any message.
I want my money back, without any notice or if customer not using your demat /direct account how can you deduct money from there account.
Waiting for my money.

    Dear Sir/Ma'am

    On 8th April 2021, I had accidently sent money (sum of 16000) to wrong account number, upon realising the same I went to nearest ICICI branc in which I hold the account through which tansactionw as made to raise the issue. However my compaint was not enertained and I was to told to call the customer care helpline. I was not able to connect to the helpling after 6 PM as the ICICI branch waste my day. I was able to draft a mail for same on 11th April 2021 to customer care mail ID of ICICI bank.
    I got in cotact with ICICI bank on their working day that is 12th April 2021 Monday and raised my consern of wrong transaction. they told me to provide them with details which was provided. Upon registering my detials I was told that, I will recieve the next update after 40 days, however today after 50 days I have not recieved any information from the bank, upon calling their customer care service 27th May 2021, I was told that the bank had called the beficeiry party bank (HDFC Bank ) in which wrong transaction was made and they were not able to help me. I beleive no action was taken by ICIC bank in regards. Upon multiple request to recieve any aknowledngement for my complaint after 40 days I have not recieved a single mail or phone call for the same.

    I request you to please hold ICICI banks respinsilbe for the ignorance and lack of professionalism towards my compalint .

    I request ICICI bank to refund me my 16, 000 INR as their treatement of the complaint has led me to financial loss and mental stress, As i was not able to take any neccessary action due to their ignorace

    I have only recieved this mail on 13th April after that no action was taken

    We have raised the request to other bank intimating about wrong fund transfer initiated by you on April 8, 2021 of Rs. 16000.00 through Service Request Number SR[protected] .

    This process might take 40 days for IMPS however the refund depends on authorization letter given by beneficiary, stating that the funds were erroneously credited to his/her account and the same can be reversed to the remitter and availability of funds in that account.

        I am not used icici demat account till date but amount deducted from my account is showing do chgs till Apr 21 deducted I want my money refund. If I m not using the service then why the company is deducting my money.

          Icici bank has become a place of inaction..I am an ex employee of ICICI Bank and submitted form 13 for pf transfer in First week of January 2021..But till date they have not transferred it. Have send atleast 8-10 reminders .. Intitialy they passed it on the EPFO office. But epfo office has clearly said that icici has to do it.. But still it's not done. Now they are not responding to mails also

            Am an icici bank customer. Today May 30, 2021 ecsrtnchg charged 590+568.98=1158.98 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.               Am unable to figure out why they have deducted 588 rs without my permission. Who gave them permission to impose deductions of their choices? Just because i am using their services it doesn't mean they will do anything from my account. I want them to transfer my money asap, its not a matter of few bucks its almost 600 rs.

              They have just mentioned this dcardfee8508MAY21-APRIL22+gst and deducted 588 rs against it. Is it my responsibility to ask for explanation from them, isn't it their responsibility to make us aware with these fraud charges. Is this the way to have a healthy relationship with your customers?

              This is high time to chnage my bank account from icici to some other bank

                  I am Phaneendra. Rs 826 was deducted from my bank account on[protected]. Initially i was told that the Demat account is free of cost and no charges will be deducted because it was opened along with the salary account.

                  But now with out any prior notice. Rs 826 was debited from my account saying as DP CHGS TILL A PR-21. Also I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile.

                  This is completely unacceptable. i need my money back. My bank account number is[protected]

                    DP charges deduction till April 21.

                    I am Tonmoy Mitra, an amount of 300 rupees twice has been deducted from my account in the name of DP CHGS till Apr-21 on 30.05.2021.

                    I have never used my Demat account and most importantly I don't even know that I hold a Demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and I haven't received any deduction message.

                    I need my money back and am ready to complain anywhere else if needed. Also, cancel...

                    I am neha. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till April 2021)on 25-may-2021. I have never used my demat account till now.

                    They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.
                    When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number [protected].

                      I am Sagar Sengupta, 826.00 Rupees has been deducted from my savings account as (DP CHGS TILL A PR-21) DP charges on 25/05/2021.

                      I have a demat account on Groww but i don't do trading and have never bought any stock yet. I even checked my profile in Groww and there the DP charges is showing 0.00 Rupees till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile.

                      This is a complete fraud and I'm losing my trust from icici. I need justice and my money back immediately.

                        Hi,

                        There has been a deduction of Rs.826 towards DP CHGS TILL OCT-20. Why this has happened? If this has happened because demat account in ICICI, then I don't have demat account. Please look into this and help reverting back my money. This should not happen without consent.

                          My name is (TUSHAR) and I had ordered (smart watch) of 2599RS. Amount(noise colorfit pro-2 ) in Amazon on (14th may 2021) and after (22nd may 2021) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (22nd may 2021)
                          Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                          ([protected]) and told me to fill charge dispute form but icici Bank doesn't have such policy. So
                          please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                              B2 digital banking account userID is disabled. I have raised 2 complaints already with ICICI bank but no response, also reached out to RM but she could not help with it.
                              Link provided to unlock b2 digital banking userID or password is throwing java error thus url is of no use.
                              I am currently out of India so could not contact customer care number and there is no alternative number which can be tried from overseas.
                              UseID was blocked on 13 april 2020 and no one can help it. Please let me know what can be done.

                                      As I raised request for account closure on May12th, May18 and I and daily calling customer care from May20th daily with customer care till today (May27) and customer care service person whoever attending the call is creating new SR sighting various reasons, but my account is not closed yet.

                                      From 20th May to till date, I am hearing my account will closed within one working day, but we have passed more than a week. Can you pls help me understand what should be done to close my trading account. Is my account closure possible or not. Please let me know.

                                      You can check your call records, I have been calling and I am not getting proper response. let me know what should i do ?
