    I'm using an ICICI account as my salary account, At that time agent given a Demat card, still, now I'm not used to it, but every month some amount deducted from the account, 29 Mar 2021 507/- like every month happened. [protected]

      On[protected], 826 rupees has been deducted from my account as DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL APR-21. I have never activated or even so much as visited ICICI demat ever since my savings account was opened about 7yrs back. Moreover, I recall vividly icici representative told that it will not be charged as long as I activate it. FYI it's still inactive, untouched and yet I'm seeing such a charge. This is the 1st time I'm seeing this fee deducted in so many years and if there's any sudden change in policy, why wasn't I informed over any of the communication medium.
      This kind o[censored]nethical practice is just unacceptable. I want full reversal of the wrongly charged dp fee and unenroll me from any demat service that I never applied for.

      Have already emailed a number of times to no avail. Nonetheless, sent another email. Please check and resolve at the earliest.
      after much hassle have got the unauthorized demat account closed that ICICI reps opened without my knowledge. And as communicated to me by the ICICI support team the amount charged was supposed to be refunded post account closure.
      It has been several days since closure and there has been no refund yet. I'm going to now close my savings account and credit cards too. Don't want any association with this fraud bank. Never open an account with ICICI and don't recommend this scum bank to anyone.
      Guys, if you're reading this, do check out several other posts - all related to how ICICI is looting customers' money. There's a huge list of complaints against ICICI. Stay away from ICICI and you won't regret it.

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        I worked for ICICI Bank since 09/11/2019 to 11/08/2020. After that I resigned and joined other leading Bank. I requested for Provident Fund from ICICI bank to new joined Bank and for that I also filled up the FORM-13 in Government Provident Fund site as on 20/02/2021 and send the scan copy of that form to ICICI Bank payroll team as on 12/05/2021. But still My Provident Fund Money not transferred to my new Provident Fund account.

        For your information I attached the mail communication which was done between me and ICICI Bank Payroll Team.

          I have been using the ICICI salary account for past 5 years, everytime I used to request them like anything if I need some information from them, finally I realsied that there is no use and benfits for maintaing the salary account with ICICI, they will play with your emotions, they make use of you for their targets, then at end of the day they balme each other teams for their irresponsiblity but they never understand the needs and emergency of the custome and their customer service team really worst
          also there is no use of their nodal team [protected]@icicibank.com and their complaint system is worst .

          Below is my Recent experience and still facing, but please be noted this is the case with them for every issue

          Even though ICICI personal loan team has been failure to login the correct loan application, I requested ICICI team to leave about the applications which they are incapable to login but asked them to at least provide the information for salary account (*******4092) closure and shifting of auto debit for their loan (************8409). But their negligence team contacted me again and again and took all the details to raise another application instead of providing me the required information

          Application Numbers:
          1) EP[protected]
          2) EP[protected]
          3) EP[protected]

          After the above three wrong applications from ICICI irresponsible team, I requested for the information for salary account closure and shifting of auto debit for loan . But they called me again and raised one more application as below

          4) EP[protected]

          After the above application the person who is handling my complaint given me the another application number as below

          5) R[protected]L

          But I don't undesrsatnd, Why this tortuous process to provide a loan ? I spent at least 2 to 3 hrs to complete each of the above applications for uploading the documents and to complete the VIdeo KYC, but at the end of the day what is the use? Do you think customers are fools? there should be only the options whether you are providing it or not? But for the past 30 days your team used to inform me that your team is working on it. I got fed up and I got frustrated, then I requested for the process to be closed for your account and even for this nobody is responding which means ICICI don't care about the customer issues . ICICI nodal, grievance, Customer support. Twitter, Video KYC all are just to show off, but nobody is concerned about the customer issues.

          Definitely I will not recommend ICICI bank account as a salary account to anyone, I have never seen such a worst customer support in my life.

          I raised the loan requirement on 05/05/2021 due some medicaly emegancy but see below that your irresponsible team Resolution deadliness:

          5th to 8th
          8th to 13th
          13th to 18th
          18th to 22nd
          22nd to 25th
          25th to 28th
          28th May to 31st May
          31st May to 02nd June

          Above is the only scenario which I faced recently but its the same case for any kind of issue with this bank, believe me a person can get the far better options outside but not from this BANK

            I am Anmol, an amount of 209.59 rupees and various other amounts has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till feb-21 on 26th may 2021

            I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

            I need my money back and am ready to complain anywhere else if needed

              Hi Team,

              I hold a savings account in icici bank and last friday my accout has been debited with 756 rupees stating "DP charged till APr-21" when i contacted the customer care they are saying that i hold a ICICI direct demat account from 2016. But i never know that a account has been opened with my name and i haven't done any verification/KYC for that account and i haven't even done any trading in that account. But not sure how the account has been opened. and they are saying that charged cannot be reversed back and asking me to search and visit the bank where demat accounts are handled and asking me to close. else the charges will be continued it seems.

              Can you please help me on the same.

                  Very bad service. I have never asked for DMat account activation still they have activated and deducted charges like this. Issue is not resolved yet.
                  Fraud peoples are calling us and ask for screen sharing and OTP. Please take action on this.

                      My mother got loan of Rs.1, 80, 000 on15th Dec 2020 but amount credited

                        Dear Management,

                        Please find the below details, attached recordings and tell me what you think about it and provide me the reason why I need to continue the account with you?

                        1) Application number : EP[protected]
                        Your executive took the call with me for 20 mins and took all the details and completed the Video KYC, but they mentioned the wrong amount instead of 350000 they mentioned 3500000. At Least they have not taken this seriously .
                        2) Application Number : EP[protected]
                        After many follow ups and service requests a person called me after one week(17th May) of my initial application and he told me that he needed to re-login the application and same will get processed within 24 hrs, without any hesitation I given all the details again as like my first application and completed the Video KYC and uploaded the documents under the link which I received . I thought everything was completed and awaiting the call from the relationship Manager .

                        3) Application Number : EP[protected]
                        Person called me from ICICI immediate next day (18th May) and I thought it is the call from relationship manager, but the strange thing is this person told me that somehow earlier application EP[protected] got deleted from the database and needed to re login the application and he told me that this time he will complete the process on priority and everything will be completed within 24 to 48 hrs and he requested all the details and as like 1 and 2 applications . Even though it's kind of peak frustration but gave him all the details again and uploaded the documents . This time Video KYC is not completed because the person who logged in my application mentioned the wrong PAN number in the application.

                        4) Application Number : EP[protected]

                        Again repeated the same scene took the details and done with the uploading the documents and video KYC.

                        Really tell me what kind of process it is ? Why this much of negligence while taking the requests ? it's been more than 2 weeks now, tell me what to do? Is this the respect you are giving to the customers ?

                        I have no trust in your Bank, At least you should give the response upon shifting your existing personal loan auto debit to another bank and i have sent many requests for the same but no one is responding including you head officials, if this is the case i will be not responsible for any kind of discrepancies in future. I had to open the new account by this week and have to update the same in my company portal before the end of this month.

                        It's really ridiculous that you are not letting me know the process for shifting your loan auto debit to another bank, what kind of service is it ? make this note as evidence and you have no right to ask me in future about this matter . I want to ensure the hassle free payments for your loan but you are not at all responding to it.

                        As a banker you should respect the customer values and share the information, but for what reason you are not sharing the details ?

                        Your customer team negligence :

                        3+ Service service requests - no response
                        50+ communication references - no response
                        15+ calls for my personal details - no use
                        3 applications - don't know why but no use
                        3 times video kyc - no use
                        3 times documents upload - no use

                        Your irresponsible team Resolution deadliness:

                        5th to 8th

                        13th to 18th
                        18th to 22nd
                        22nd to 25th
                        25th to 28th
                        28th May to 31st May
                        31st May to 02nd June

                        I had a word with your branch where I opened my salary account 5 years back and she told me the process to close the account . Her intentions are there is no use having a communication with your customer care . She told me to visit the nearest branch to close the account with kyc documents.

                        Finally I heard something about your account closure and I'm initiating the steps to open a new account and further process.

                        Could you please let me know along with the KYC documents, Do you need any other documents? Because some of the billers asked me to provide the cheques for a new bank account in order to shift the auto debit but whereas your bank person didn't tell me anything regarding this she only asked me for the KYC docs, but what documents do you need for auto debit shift for your ICICI bank loan? I cannot visit your branch again and again during this pandemic,

                        You are literally torturing me during this pandemic. Just let me know the end to end process, so that I can visit your branch and complete everything in a single visit. But why are you providing incomplete information ? What are your intentions ?
                        I know your customer team not qualified and incapable to provide the resolution, at least I'm asking the process to shift auto debits but no response. I want close the account with you but you are not letting me know the process .

                          I never asked for my Demat account to be opened yet I don't know when it was opened and ICICI bank deducted 619 Rs from my bank account without my consent or any notification. I have not done one single transaction from my ICICI Demat account yet I am being charged even after submitting a complain nobody replies or takes any action. Please look into this this is total daylight fraud that should be looked into.

                              This is regarding "ECSRTNCHGS" charges, where my account as been debited with 508 rupees without my knowledge. May I know the reason for this transaction as clearly I don't have any idea of this. If this is false transaction then refund my kindly refund my money. And this is not the first time that my account as been debited with these charges.Kindly look into this issue

                                Hello,

                                Money deduction against DP CHGS till April 21.
                                I am not using icici direct account or demat account still bank deducted 826 RS, from my account without any notice and also for this deduction I have not received any message.
                                I want my money back, without any notice or if customer not using your demat /direct account how can you deduct money from there account.
                                Waiting for my money.

                                  Dear Sir/Ma'am

                                  On 8th April 2021, I had accidently sent money (sum of 16000) to wrong account number, upon realising the same I went to nearest ICICI branc in which I hold the account through which tansactionw as made to raise the issue. However my compaint was not enertained and I was to told to call the customer care helpline. I was not able to connect to the helpling after 6 PM as the ICICI branch waste my day. I was able to draft a mail for same on 11th April 2021 to customer care mail ID of ICICI bank.
                                  I got in cotact with ICICI bank on their working day that is 12th April 2021 Monday and raised my consern of wrong transaction. they told me to provide them with details which was provided. Upon registering my detials I was told that, I will recieve the next update after 40 days, however today after 50 days I have not recieved any information from the bank, upon calling their customer care service 27th May 2021, I was told that the bank had called the beficeiry party bank (HDFC Bank ) in which wrong transaction was made and they were not able to help me. I beleive no action was taken by ICIC bank in regards. Upon multiple request to recieve any aknowledngement for my complaint after 40 days I have not recieved a single mail or phone call for the same.

                                  I request you to please hold ICICI banks respinsilbe for the ignorance and lack of professionalism towards my compalint .

                                  I request ICICI bank to refund me my 16, 000 INR as their treatement of the complaint has led me to financial loss and mental stress, As i was not able to take any neccessary action due to their ignorace

                                  I have only recieved this mail on 13th April after that no action was taken

                                  We have raised the request to other bank intimating about wrong fund transfer initiated by you on April 8, 2021 of Rs. 16000.00 through Service Request Number SR[protected] .

                                  This process might take 40 days for IMPS however the refund depends on authorization letter given by beneficiary, stating that the funds were erroneously credited to his/her account and the same can be reversed to the remitter and availability of funds in that account.

                                      I am not used icici demat account till date but amount deducted from my account is showing do chgs till Apr 21 deducted I want my money refund. If I m not using the service then why the company is deducting my money.

                                        Icici bank has become a place of inaction..I am an ex employee of ICICI Bank and submitted form 13 for pf transfer in First week of January 2021..But till date they have not transferred it. Have send atleast 8-10 reminders .. Intitialy they passed it on the EPFO office. But epfo office has clearly said that icici has to do it.. But still it's not done. Now they are not responding to mails also
