Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

Please stop all these.

Dear Mr. Sonawane, Greetings from ICICI Bank. Hope you and your loved ones are healthy and safe. NACH/ECS is an automated clearance process, where there would be no manual intervention. System automatically debits the NACH/ECS amount from your account once we receive the mandate from the biller / bank. The re-execution of the mandate is possible only when the Biller / Bank represents the same. In case of NACH/ECS return due to financial reason, below mentioned charges are applicable. For per instance of NACH/ECS return in a month: Rs. 500 plus 18% Goods and Service Tax (GST) w.e.f. July 1, 2017. The above charges has been clearly mentioned in the Most Important Terms and Conditions duly signed by you at the time of Account Opening. Any official document/agreement signed by the customer is valid and deemed to be understood that, the terms and conditions are read and are acceptable. We are sorry to inform you that we will be unable to process further reversals as we also abide by certain policies.     I purchased an xiaomi Mi10i from 'XIAOMI TECHNOLOGY INDIA PVT LTD' in Vasai on 29th January 2021. icici cash back offer was attached with it which promised to send rs. 2477.38 cash back on paying with icici issued credit card within a span of 90 days which completed on 29th april 2021 but i still haven't received my cash back. Due to covid lockdown the customer care service is also affected and i cannot get to hdfc customer care to complain about the situation.
    I purchased this phone with icici credit card ending with xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-0008 with emi of 3 months. I have already paid all emi insttalments but the cash back has not been processed to my account.
    Also attaching the invoice of phone purchased.

        Dear Sir,

        I'm Rahul Kumar holding ICICI savings account for the past 5 years. A/C#[[protected]] in Gurgaon Branch, Haryana.

        Without any intimation, my account has been debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.

        Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying with RBI standards/guidelines.

              My name is Nitin Sharma, holding a savings account in ICICI bank, my account got debited two times with different Amount:-

              MABchgs Mar + Gst 338.28₹
              MABchgs Apr + Gst 358.07₹

              Without any prior notification

              I am an account holder for more than 3 years in this bank never happened to me. suddenly Icici bank says MAB must be there why?

                    Let me inform you that there is a deduction of rupees 590 (3 times i.e. total of rupees 1770) in the name of NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG-Of Bnk on date : 20/05/2021.
                    I am not even apply for NACH transaction then why do you guys cut my amount without even prior notice. Please return my deducted amount as soon as possible.

                      Icici bank has deducted 1200 rupees (590 twice) and labelled it as nach ad rtn charge. I am sorry but this is not justified please give me my money back as a very simple emi bounced of 1800 n i paid it immediately. Bajaj is also charging me 450 bounce charges, why does icici have to charge too ?? And that too twice??

                        I Neena Sharma, had taken up a Auto Loan (Loan No. LUDEL[protected]) from ICICI Bank, which we had got settled down in court for 90, 000/-. I have all the papers of the settlement. Its been a year ICICI has not been closing my Auto Loan account and an outstanding amount is still reflected on my name. I have visited many branches of the bank, have been struggling to get in touch with right person and getting threating calls from recovery agents. Please help

                            Amount not credited to Beneficiary's bank account

                            On Monday[protected], I transferred the amount of 20, 000 to my beneficiary and I got the following messege:

                            " Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref.[protected] for Rs. 20, 000 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 17-May-21. Txn status will be updated by Beneficiary Bank in 3 working days - ICICI Bank "

                            The amount debited from my account but not credited to the beneficiary account till date or not received any update.br...

                            I Applied for Expression Debit Card For my ICICI bank debit card. I dont want that Expression Debit card as they charge me around 500 rupees. And i dont know this before . ICICI bank even not given an Option to Cancel the Request for the Expression Debit Card. I'm Waiting for u guys to cancel my request for ICICI debit card.                               Please do not use ICICI Direct portal for trading, I have had many incidents when my options (F&O) got automatically sold out without any sell order created. I lost a lot of amount due to technical failure of ICICI Direct portal. And strange thing is nobody replies on such Service Requests. It was confirmed by Customer Care Execute that there was a technical issue with portal on that day at same time-frame.br...

They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.
