Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to the above subject matter, myself Nitin Shinde would like to lodge my complaint against ICICI Bank Limited, personal loan division due to my name wrongly shown in CIBIL information with the due amount, which had already been settled/paid by undersigned.
I have already collect the No dues certificate copies of my personal loan, and the payment of the same has made by cheque.
I am giving written letter to ICICI bank, to arrange to withdraw my name from CIBIL, but they are not co-operate me.
Due to my name showing in CIBIL information record (as per the Bank rules), my commercial transactions are getting difficulties in general way.
Despite of repeated communication with the ICICI bank, Nehru nagar branch, there is no satisfactory replied from their sides.
You are requested to please help to remove my name & undue outstanding of personal from the record of CIBIL, so that my commercial transaction being work smoothly.
