Deduction of 1180(590+590) has been done in the name of NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~ADBLDESK~03MAY21~dcbb14c~BTS_B004 from my ICICI bank account on 20th of May.
I wasn't even notified about the deduction. Neither by text message nor via email. This came to my notice after checking the detailed statement.
Please help

    I noticed today that on 21st May 2021, ICICI bank has deducted Rs. 118/- from my account and the description says "MNDT_CHRG~AD_ICICIPRULIFE~09APR2021". There was no prior notice about any such charges being implied to my account.

    Moreover, this is my salary account, so as per the benefits given, I should not get any charges on my account.
    ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon st. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. Even i was not log in through my amazon account in that month. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the debit started monthly from on Nov 20 to 26 April 21, if it will not close it will debit for May 21 also. Till now 1194 INDR debited from my account. Could you please assist me regarding this.

        Am an icici bank customer. 13-05-21 ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.                   For some reason, a deduction of 1180(590+590) has be done in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg from my ICICI bank account. I am not sure what exactly the bank has charged me for without providing any prior notice.
                  I have maintained sufficient balance in my account so that all the premiums and emi are paid on time without any hassle. Still this has occured without providing any reason over mail or through any other platform

                    The ICICI person told me that my card has no joining fee but today I saw that icici bank sent one bill and it was showing a joining fee Rs 2500.
                    What is this? Please tell me what to do . This is not a good experience from ICICI bank.

                      ICICI bank deducted MAB charges without intimating regarding the debit. This is salary account from 2017 and I don't know if they have removed it as a salary account without intimating me via anything such as SMS or email or phone call. This was a zero balance account and I didn't get any information if they are converting the salary account to normal saving account.

                      It deducted my MAB charges for the month of March on 20th May and then after it again deducted MAB charges for the month of April on 21st May. I lost Rs1000 in total from my account.

                      This kind of activity is really a mess for customers and it cannot be accepted from the ICICI bank.

                      I need my money to be refunded back and close this bank account asap...

                        ICICI deducts MAB charges without intimating regarding the debit. Eventhough this is salary account from 2018 and they have removed it as a salary account without intimating the customer and It was opened on zero balance I didn't get any information if they are converting the salary account to normal saving account.

                        My account was debited as MABchgs-Apr21+GST, MABchgs-Mar21+GST, MABchgs-Feb21+GST

                        I have lost a lot my money...

                        I need to close this bank account...

                          Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
                          I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

                          Please stop all these.

NACH/ECS is an automated clearance process, where there would be no manual intervention. System automatically debits the NACH/ECS amount from your account once we receive the mandate from the biller / bank. The re-execution of the mandate is possible only when the Biller / Bank represents the same. In case of NACH/ECS return due to financial reason, below mentioned charges are applicable. For per instance of NACH/ECS return in a month: Rs. 500 plus 18% Goods and Service Tax (GST) w.e.f. July 1, 2017. The above charges has been clearly mentioned in the Most Important Terms and Conditions duly signed by you at the time of Account Opening. Any official document/agreement signed by the customer is valid and deemed to be understood that, the terms and conditions are read and are acceptable. We are sorry to inform you that we will be unable to process further reversals as we also abide by certain policies.                             I purchased an xiaomi Mi10i from 'XIAOMI TECHNOLOGY INDIA PVT LTD' in Vasai on 29th January 2021. icici cash back offer was attached with it which promised to send rs. 2477.38 cash back on paying with icici issued credit card within a span of 90 days which completed on 29th april 2021 but i still haven't received my cash back. Due to covid lockdown the customer care service is also affected and i cannot get to hdfc customer care to complain about the situation.
                            I purchased this phone with icici credit card ending with xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-0008 with emi of 3 months. I have already paid all emi insttalments but the cash back has not been processed to my account.
                            Also attaching the invoice of phone purchased.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I'm Rahul Kumar holding ICICI savings account for the past 5 years. A/C#[[protected]] in Gurgaon Branch, Haryana.

                                Without any intimation, my account has been debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.

                                Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying with RBI standards/guidelines.

                                      My name is Nitin Sharma, holding a savings account in ICICI bank, my account got debited two times with different Amount:-

                                      MABchgs Mar + Gst 338.28₹
                                      MABchgs Apr + Gst 358.07₹

                                      Without any prior notification

                                      I am an account holder for more than 3 years in this bank never happened to me. suddenly Icici bank says MAB must be there why?
