Hi,
It is very frustrating, I am trying to contact ICICI customer support since very long time but still my query is not getting resolved.
From my account 826 INR got debited on 25-Nov-2020. When i contacted bank they informed me it is for dmat account charges. I told them I am not even using dmat account so they informed me to submit an application to nearby ICICI branch to stop the dmat account and for the refund. The nearby branch told me the branch is not dmat enabled, for dmat related queries I have to visit dmat enabled branch. I am currently at my hometown since last 1 year due to covid and thier is no branch in my town which is dmat enabled. how can I get my money back and stop this unnecessary deduction.
I have attached the snapshot of transaction.
