AN AMOUNT OF RS : 999/- was deducted from my ICICI account with the name of VSI*WWW MONEY.
I didn't Authorize this transaction by any means (OTP) or monthly subscription.

OTP for the transaction was also not asked for approval. Wondering as how was this transaction approved?

When I called the customer care it only said to block the account.

Please give us your feedback and resolve this issue at the earliest.

This amount was deducted from my ICICI Bank Savings Debit Card.

    Myself Darshan Ashok Shukla. I am made my RBL BANK CREDIT CARD payment through icici bank net banking. My amount will be debited but due to server problem the transaction will failed and not credited in credit card. Payment ref. No is[protected]. Please provide me solution.

        Transaction of ₹999 done on my ICICI account last night i.e. 6 May 2021 on the name of VSI* WWW MONEY.

        I haven't subscribed anything related to this. kindly help me knowing this unauthorised amount deduction as it didn't even ask for OTP or something

            We are not able to redeem bond money from ICICI bank as they are telling us to go to different different branches to claim bond.
            They are telling us we dont work on old bonds you have to do this online only.
            I have checked only but could not find any way.

                  I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account on 5th May 2021 and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. I have been observed that on 6th May 2021.

                  I would request you to look into this issue and try to resolve this asap.

                    I had applied for housing loan and paid 15694 rs as processing fees, first level relationship manager Vishal Shaey called and enquired about the property on the same day of loan applied online i.e on 09-02-21, and said loan is not possible for your property at per Icici bank terms and said the processing fees will be refunded and the same been told by second level relationship manager Sachin B M too, even customer care team had created SR[protected]. It's been more than 3 months now, till date the amount is not refunded, for no service by them they hold by money with them with out refunding. Please help on this issue reported.

                      With out any notice icici bank deduct around Rs. 1080 within 2 days. All charges are ecsrtnchg they just deduct without no reasons or any justification My account no:[protected]. I want my hardwork money back. I want proper justification in each single rupees and want my money back.

                          Hello, I have recently opened an account with ICICI Bank and there was no obligation of minimum balance required for my account.Last week 289.2 rupees was deducted from my account under the MAB chgs, without even notifying me or sending me a message for the deduction . I thought that i might have bought something and forgot about it but in the statement today i received, it displayed that i have been charged for something spelt as MAB chgs . It have never happened before and at the time of opening my account i was not made aware of any such charges, so why am i charged of something which i was not made aware of in advance. Please look into the matter and help me in getting a refund of my money as soon as possible. My account balance have been lower before also, but why is it happening now?

                              I have ordered a allen solly men t-shirt on 17 th April 2021 . It was to be recieved on 20th april 2021.

                              returned my product. Amazon initiated the refund on 21/04/2021 and it was expected to come on 26/04/2021

                              Amazon gave me the reference id 612986 but the Icici bank has still not credited my money.

                              This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

                                Without any intimation my account has been debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.

                                      Hi Team,
                                      This is very pathetic to say that ICICi is imposing an unwanted penalty on my account on an expired credit card whose Card number is [protected].
                                      New Card has been issued against the expired Credit card but the outstanding amount does not carry forward to the new card and now ICICI is charging a penalty on the expired card.

                                      Few Days Lien Amount already deducted from my Account[protected] Rs. 2190/ on 15 April 2021-
                                      Now again i received msg that Rs. 2764.14/- amount will also be deducted due to which i am escalating.

                                      If this issue wouldn't be sorted out, I will file a complaint in consumer court.
