This is with reference to the subject cited above. In this connection you are informed that I am the account holder in ICICI BANK. My previous employer in Gurugram opened account in ICICI Bank as salary account. In present, due to the present situation of pandemic Covid-19, it is not possible for me to go personally in my Branch. Therefore, i submitted my complaint on ICICI PORTAL regarding complaints. Officials of ICICI BANK directed me to contact the nearest ICICI Bank Branch to get passbook and atm by submitting my Identity Proof.
In view of the above, i contacted the nearest ICICI Branch to get my grievance resolved. But they refused to serve me and directed to contact my Branch in Gurugram. In this devastating situation of Covid-19, it is not possible for me to address my grievance personally at Gururam Branch.
