I am an account holder of icici bank.Due to my personal issues i was not aware of MAB charges and i was not using my registered mail id. Now currently after checking my account statement there are some deduction of amounting rs 305.83 on 23 april 2021 and rs 498.56 on 26 april 2021

Kindly request you to refund / reverse the amount as early as possible to meet my urgent economical needs.

    Hi,

    There is a deduction happened of Rs. 766.25 with description as subject, without any prior notice or anything.

    Why this happened ?
    I need my money back . It's a fraud.

      My account have been deducted with Rs 4.15 and Rs 6.18 without any reason. Customer care was of no help. Later my account again deducted with money without any reason but this time the amount was big. It was deducted with amount of Rs 598.01 and with Rs 350.51. I am a low salaried person and they are deducting big sum of amount with any reason. I am attaching required proof.

        Very Very Worst experience. Poor customer service. I requested for simple EMI mandate on 16.03.2021 since two months are over my problem is not resolved. I have been requested to visit the Cenotaph road Branch by the staff more than 2 times and i have provided all the documents. But still they are just throwing the issue to other team and no resolution is given to me. I paid my last two EMIs in Bank in person and wasting my time by put permission in my office for just paying EMI. This is not at all accepted. I have borrowed 3 loans from HDFC bank, I never faced any issues and i have not even visited the Branches till the loan closure. Very Poor service.

          I did not open any demat account with ICICI, still 826₹ got deducted on Apr-27 from my account (DP CHGS till Mar 2021)

          There was no communication related to this. And this should not happen without any consent.

          I want money refunded back to my account.

            I have closed my demat account before 2020, but why am i being charged again. The demat account was opened as a free account and then charging 800 rupees is a scam.

            Also i did not get any notification of deduction to my registered mobile number.

              Hello,

              we have used POS machine of ICICI bank (MID-[protected] TID[protected], on the date of[protected] our customer have used his rupay card for purchase of some products. by mistake we entered amount of Rs.5710/- instead of Rs.571/-. we immediately void the wrong payment of Rs.5710/- with approve code - 468858.

              Further we wait for 2 days for refund the void amount to customer saving account but he didnt received the amount. then we talk to customer care of ICICI BANK MERCHANT DEPARTMENT for many time and given all supporting documents but today we got mail that "We do not have system functionality Rupay transactions for manual capture, hence we cannot process the same."

              Still customer not received the amount and facing the problem for rs.5710/-.

                Since last 3 months, amount of Rs. 169 is being deducted from my account in the name of VSI*AMAZON STAN. It is unclear to why this is happening.
                I called Amazon customer care & they told to contact bank regarding same as there is no such deduction from their side.
                After contacting ICICI, they informed me that the amount is being deducted through Amazon only & it cannot be unsubscribe without their help.

                I am attaching bank statement highlighting monthly deduction of Rs. 169 on every 8th.

                    Hello, i have been with icici bank since 2011. Seems there is an amount of 550.67/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/in dp chgs till mar 2021 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far and close my demat account not to have the same deduction in future. Thanks.

                      Hi Vivek Jagad here. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till mar-21) on 27-apr-2021. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

                      Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                      Mentioned the transaction remark - dmc/[protected] dp chgs till mar-21

                      We people are here because of trust towards icici. But this is totally an unacceptable behavior from icici. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can loose the trust.

                      Kindly refund my money at earliest.

                              Today i can see that rs.1899/- has been deducted from my icici bank account mentioning wpp renewal plan. Last year when they deducted the money for the same plan i called one assist team and said to cancel the policy as i never used it. Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i never used it. Please try to clear this request asap and refund my money.

                                  I have an account with ICICI Bank since 2019 and there was no obligation of minimum balance required for my account. Yesterday 504.41rupees was deducted from my account under the MABchgs, without even notifying me or sending me a message for the deduction . I thought that I might have bought something and forgot about it but in the statement today i received, it displayed that i have been charged for something spelt as MAB chgs . It have never happened before and at the time of opening my account i was not made aware of any such charges, so why am i charged of something which i was not made aware of in advance . Please look into the matter and help me in getting a refund of my money as soon as possible .

                                    My name is Mrudula M school teacher of Nallagandla, Hyderabad, account holder in your bank for the last 3 years. I hold an account in the name Nallagandla Hyderabad and account number[protected]. I wish to complain about deduction of money from my account. Since I started banking with you, this has never happened again.
                                    I wish to bring to your attention that 1052/-Rs has been debited from my account in a transaction not executed by me. On 23.04.2021. I received a text that I have withdrawn 1000/-Rs from my account. Unfortunately I did not make this transaction.
                                    I filed for a bank statement and it showed that the money is missing from my account. Kindly investigate and shed light on this matter.                                         I am sorry to say but you are just trying to fool people by taking their hard earned money without even informing them. As I earlier said my account was opened as salary account and at that time your representative didn't said anything regarding the mab charges or whatsover.And even when you are deducted amount from my account I didn't get
                                        even one msg or call or mail of deduction, what is this behaviour, are you trying to take money by fraudulent means in which you don't even notify the account holder about the deduction.

                                        This is really a tough time for everyone so I request you to please reverse my amount.
                                        I am hoping for a quick response.
