Date of incident : - 30/03/2021
I have ordered clothes on flipkart at 30/03/2021 and paid Rupees 1434 amount through UPI from Google Pay and the RRN number is[protected] ...At first its failed and within a minute its showed as Success (paid) in Google Pay..Amount is deducted from my account but flipkart didn't received my money on flipkart its showing as "order not placed payment was not confirmed by bank" hence i have contacted flipkart customer care they told me that "they didn't received my money coz the amount is first failed it means its bank issue" and then i have mailed to icici bank they are telling the " payment was success you can call your merchant which is flipkart its their issue"
but i can see that the payment is first failed and then succesed which clearly means its bank issue, , and its been many days they haven't refunded my money ..and this os the second time iam raising my issue with consumer complaint ...at first when i complained here i got a reply from them to email them but they give me a invalid email id.. And my amount not yet refunded..
i want my money back ASAP.

    Mental Harassment

    My dad has been constantly reached by your representative Rajesh from Rohini Branch, he's calling from [protected] and giving threats to connect someone.
    This is not the very time we have been called by this person we have been reached by multiple people in a span of six months.
    In this pandemic situation, he is mentally disturbing my dad's health and I want an earlier resolution.

      Hello,
      I paid my college exam fees via Eazypay (UPI) mode and the amount was deducted from my account but it was not processed successfully and the transaction got failed.

      I want to request a refund for the same!

        Hello, I have an account with ICICI Bank in last 4 years and there was no obligation of minimum balance required for my account.Yesterday 506.62 rupees was deducted from my account under the MAB chgs, without even notifying me or sending me a message for the deduction . I thought that i might have bought something and forgot about it but in the statement today i received, it displayed that i have been charged for something spelt as MABchgs . It have never happened before and at the time of opening my account i was not made aware of any such charges, so why am i charged of something which i was not made aware of in advance . Please look into the matter and help me in getting a refund of my money as soon as possible

          Dear Sir,
          I'm Nikhil Kumar holding ICICI savings account for past 3 years. A/C in Wilson Garden Bangalore.
          Without any intimation my account has been debited 706.36 as MABchgs on date of 26/4/2021. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.
          Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying RBI standards / guidelines.
          and i am confused with this transaction. As iMobile app shows 26/04/2021, but today it is 24/04/2021

              Hi,

              It is with great sadness that I have to write this for the umpteenth time. Firstly let me explain the context as to why I am writing this complaint (this was the body of an email that I wrote to ICICI on the 5th of April, 2021) -

              1) My ICICI Bank Account was created in November of 2015, and it was my salary account. During that time, it was stated that I would not have to maintain any MAB for my account (it was a Zero Balance Account). But recently, I have been getting emails from ICICI Bank stating that I will have to maintain my MAB; otherwise, I will be charged for the same

              2) I have not been maintaining my MAB for years now, then why am I suddenly being harassed for the same? This is reaching a tipping point wherein I will be now forced to end my more than 5 years of relationship with ICICI Bank. I had called the customer care today morning (which again takes a lot of good fortune to get hold of), and the executive was asking me to go to my nearest branch during the pandemic in order to get this issue resolved

              3) Previously, I have been harassed by deducting INR. 826 as Demat charges for which I was again directed to go to my nearest branch! It has become a joke at this point when all other corporations are doing everything online. I am sorry to say my trust and fondness for ICICI is slowly evaporating, if at all left
              It goes without saying that I need this resolved ASAP, failing which I will be permanently leaving the services of the bank and will go to one of its many competitors where customer service is still existent, and customers are treated as being more than just a means to make money!

              This is the mail that I sent earlier. I had also mentioned earlier that within 1-2 months, I would be converting this account back into my salary account as currently, I am a student pursuing a course. Couldn't you have given me the grace of 1-2 months more before deducting the MAB charges, given the fact I have been a loyal customer for so many years?

              Is it justified for ICICI Bank to deduct INR (826+ 537.38= 1363.38) from the customer's account, especially for someone without a job as of now? I am attaching everything below --

                ICICI BANK is linked to ICICIDIRECT. I sold my stocks and the amount of Rs.4919 is bein credited to my account but 1856 and 80 rupees is being deducted I understand 80 might be for the sell charges but. What about the 1856 in the name of EBA/ NSE. Is this a way to earn money in the name of bank.

                    My account number[protected]. I just forgot about my SIP date. I registered for ECS mandate for mutual fund SIP recently. Morning 8 am itself bank sent message for failed transaction. I don't know that fund has to be transferred one day before my SIP date. Totally 590*3 - 1770 debited for ECS bouncing charge. It's not fair. Since it is not even a loan, it is just an investment in mutual fund. Please repay my 1770.

                          Hello,

                          Myself a family member of an ICICI employee, we as a family are not able to spend happy life due to the torture that ICICI puts to achieve their targets, its not at all a employee friendly company. Even if they complain to HR no use because torture level increases if they complain but as a family member I wanted to raise my voice instead of him as we are the suffering due to the pressure that he goes through in ICICI. He cannot quit due to our financial situation but I am not able to see him daily with the pressure that he is going through he lost all his self confidence due to the shoutings that he hears daily from his manager/RH. There are no work timings as well to their branch they call any time they want him to login, he being in office for more than 12 hrs a day with the pressure I am getting afraid how his health gets affected. So I am writing this complaint here.

                            My debit card is frozen/blocked. I was not informed anything regarding this. Ive been trying my best to unlock through iMobile but I'm not successful. I am able to recieve money in my account but i cannot send money anywhere. This is my only savings account and i want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.

                              Dear ICICI bank,

                              I applied for a personal loan amounting to RS 450000 in ICICI bank to invest for a business. The loan was approved. On 19-Apr-2021, i changed my mind as i was not interested in doing business and asked the ICICI executive to cancel the loan. He acknowledged it.

                              But the loan amount of Rs 442035 got disbursed next day (20-Apr-2021) in my salary account without any intimations of loan account no. and EMI details in my email id/phone.

                              Attached is the RTGS statement from my salary account.

                              I wish to cancel the loan immediately but no response from ICICI bank and the executive who approved the loan. Below are the transaction details

                                    Hello Team,

                                    Let me give a brief context of the events back in 2016. The ICICI team approached me with a settlement offer for my Credit Card (************9002) to be paid in installments.
                                    I paid all the installments (some through cheques and some through cash).

                                    During this period, My Widowed Mother got hospitalized a couple of times and had to undergo Peritoneal Dialysis (Daily 4 times) at home incurring a huge cost of 40, 000 per month.
                                    In spite of this turmoil at home, I managed to pay all the installments within time except for the final installment which got delayed as My mother eventually passed away on 20/09/2016.
                                    I requested some time with the ICICI team which I believed was understood at that time. I paid the final installment in December 2016, instead of October2016 owing to a loss of a family member and the situation I was in. I literally had no idea of how things would shape up because neither the executives nor the team mentioned anything about how things would shape up in the future.
                                    I was grieving and I paid the last installment and was done with it. The executive informed that he'd send out the NOC or Account closing letter through email or personally. I didn't care much about it at that time.

                                    In 2019, I started getting calls that my whole amount is overdue for this credit card. (After a gap of 3 years) Every time I told them that I had settled everything in 2016. They said they'd check and again someone randomly would call to ask payment.
                                    I didn't take it much seriously as I knew I had genuinely closed it out. After a while, the calls stopped coming. Much later, when I subscribed for the CIBIL report, I was astonished to see this Card reflecting with a huge outstanding amount and totally destroying my credibility.
                                    I called Customer care, they had no clue. I was redirected to the Recovery department, I called them up; they had no clue either.
                                    In the pandemic situation, in Jan, 2021, I personally went to the Recovery department office in Begumpet. The executive gave me his superior team member's contact number( Prabhakaran - 9******80904) and asked me to contact him.
                                    I tried contacting him but no response to my calls or message.
                                    I am writing this mail hoping for justice to be rendered to me.
                                    We are going through very tough times and the least we expect of each other is some 'Humanity'.
                                    Please empathise and Please oblige by serving me what's due to me by closing everything related to this card and update the same to CIBIL. I have explained everything honestly and even sent an email to '[protected]@icicibank.com' attaching the relevant documents that I got hold off. It is supposed to be the highest form of escalation. Alas, I haven't even received any sort of acknowledgement at the least.

                                      My name is vikas jain I make a payment of 2814 rs to PCFN[protected] ACCOUNT NO and ifsc coad is ICIC0000104.my transactions was successfull from my paytm payment bank .but icici bank said that they still didn't receive amount why they said this I don't know utr transactions no is[protected]. I did bank transfer through gogal pay to this icici account on 26th feb at 1.13 pm. And today is 21 April almost 2 month my problem not solved
