We bought the POS machine from ICICI Merchant Services in November 2020. Since that day, we have been facing issues with incorrect charges being debited from our bank account. The charges we were informed of the lifelong services is Rs. 4000/- + GST. and now, we have paid more than the agreed amount.

Representative from ICICI (Santosh Gurav, RM Code - 22802) is the person who has trapped us in this contract.
When we call ICICI Merchant services, they just do not respond nor do they listen to our grievances. They just want money from us and do not care what the end consumer is facing. Between January - March 2021, they have debited nearly Rs. 30, 000/- from our account.

The most interesting part that we came to know in Jan 21 was that if we do not use the POS machine within 45 days, they will charge us Rs. 15, 000/- + GST. fee for it. Now, this is hilarious. We have to pay for the POS machine even if its not used. This was not something that Santosh had informed us.

We somehow got hold of his boss (Maxwell Kinny. Mob# [protected]) who assured us that the issue will be resolved and the payments that have been incorrectly debited will be credited back to our account. This was on 16th March 2021 and till date nothing has moved. We are calling him numerous times and he just does not respond.

By raising this complaint, i want that the culprits like these should be punished and ICICI should look at taking strict action against them. Furthermore, we need the amount to be refunded ASAP.

Why is no one from ICICI team no contacting me to resolve this ???

The POS machine has been disconnected too without informing us. This is really unacceptable. Pathetic company with pathetic customer service attitude.

I will bad mouth ICICI Bank and ensure all my friends / colleagues / relatives close their a/c with you and take their business else where customers are valued and not harassed.

    I am getting charged DcardFee every year 588 without my consent. This was not happened Previously,
    From last 4 years consecutively, I saw this issue,

    I had done Lakhs of Turnover Transaction, feeling worry to use this Private Bank.

    Deducted 588 on these dates, They did not informed us regarding this how they can deduct, Is it my mistake to take ICICI as Salary Account.

    My account number is[protected], please refund before I started sharing to My Office mail and to entire 40000 employees regarding this automatically, they will close existing accounts and will inform to HR to change salary account from ICICIBank to HDFC or Axis Bank. If you could intimate, I could have check and transfer salary to another account and use this for normal online purpose, I will not take Debit card at all/Use it all

    They will call to say different answers, one peson will say you will definitely get message, other person will say you will not get any message, what the hell you guys are thinking on customers
    @icici bank is very worst, they are the most cheating company in the world. They did not send any message for any deduction . Stay cuatious, @icici bank is next Lehmann Brothers bank in India. People will lose respect and withdraw all money and there is huge crash again

    Is this issue fixed? I am a salary account holder and they charged me Dcard fee without informing me. I have had a poor experience with ICICI customer service. I attempted to contact them via phone but was unable to receive a satisfactory response

      I have been maintaining the amount required for my auto debit of my credit card bill due anount but the amount was not deducted from my bank account and later its found that auto debit return fee is charged against it.
      How could that happen. Its not correct.
      I would request you to look into it and take an appropriate action on this or else you lose many loyal customers like me for sure

              I want proper justification and money back. This has happened several times with small amounts. This cannot be tolerated. The bank should intimate any deductions like this or a simple SMS/email would suffice. Kind revert back as soon as possible.

              Have you ever registered emandate for mutual fund or taken loan from any platform and gives permission to charge directly from your bank ac. this charge is for ecs dishonoured charges is 500+18% GSt

                  ECSRTNCHGS was charged twice from my account. one on 12-March-2021 and the other on 17-March-2021. I have already made my EMI payment to axis bank through netbanking on 12-March-2021. still axis fired an ECS on 17-Mar-2021 because of which I guess I am charged wrongly twice. Please co-ordinate with Axis bank and revoke back my charges.

                    Vinod Prajapati from ICICI Housing Loan department has taken around 4, 000 Rs as processing fees and 15000 Rs as insurance amount for doing my Balance Transfer from PNB Housing Finance Ltd. to ICICI Housing Loan.
                    Vinod had confirmed that the loan is sanctioned and will be disbursed soon and took the above money from me in the month of November 2021.
                    Later he changed his words and said the Loan cannot be sanctioned but the paid amount will be reimbursed in 10 to 15 working days.
                    Since then i've been been following up with the entirre team (inclusing his superiors over whatsapp, calls and emails) and no one is responding.

                    This is a clear case of fraud and need your help in getting my hard earned money back

                      Hi,

                      Amazon pay credit card number- [protected].

                      I have been charged Intrest amount of approx Rs:3000/-. In Feb statement.

                      It was just 2 days delay & it was for the first time as i was not in India so i wasn't able to receive any otp or messages on my number.

                      I have registered complaint with customer care as well saying that they will be calling to discuss the same. But i never received any call.

                      Request you to pls look into it and reverse the late payment charges otherwise i don't have any option other than discontinuing this credit card.

                      According to RBI rule you can't charge late fee if payment is done within 3 days from Due date.

                      Haven't received any update on this yet it's been more than 2 months.

                              I am tired of complaining now, this is my last mail to ICICI bank on clarification on my subsidy amount, when my subsidy is received from GOI, i had opted for adjusting in my Principal loan amount to reduce emi rather reduce emi, why my emi is still being calculated on Principal total amount, i want to know what is the effect of subsidy received.

                              and i cannot visit branch due to Covid situation and lockdown in Mumbai, have been complaining about the clarification on emi since few days.

The query is my subsidy amount was already adjusted with the principal amount, now on conversion i am still paying my emi on Principal amount why??
                              i would request you to give me the email id of Ombudsman grievances so that i can complaint there which will be looked after properly and will be resolved quickly. I really dint have the patience and time as well to write and reply on several mails everytime.

                                I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any call from customer for this demat account activation. Without account holder consent you are not supposed to deduct money.

                                I need justice and my money back immediately because i am unable to call to the personal banking customer care number, it is not available. Also only for loan request i will get the call from ICICI bank. Why i am registering here complaint is i tried 4 to 5 times to contact customer care none of the given numbers available to reach ICICI bank team.

                                  I was supposed to pay my to mutual funds sip on april 8th, 2021 but the auto-debit never happened due to fund insufficient. On 9th april 2021 i received a notification from icici stating that due to insufficient balance ecs could not be processed. I checked with my merchant on this and they have received the required emi amount. But i can see that inr 590 has been debited with the transactions message
                                  ecsrtnchg 590 debit.
                                  None of the customer care numbers are working and i am unable to report this issue.
