I have ICICI bank credit card, every time bank message me before 2 days for due payment of credit card and this time bank did not intimate through message me. Icici bank debited 450+GST18% charge on my credit card due to due payment paid by me after one day. when i call the icici bank customer care for reverse the charge then they told me this is system generated, we can not interfere the system.

      I maintained sufficient balance as per EMI was mentioned/informed to me. But due to few hidden charges added from Bajaj Finance for first EMI(117+36) which was not informed to me/not even mentioned in document of Bajaj, due to this mistake of Bajaj finance, my EMI bounced & ICICI bank charged 3 times(590*3) in my ICICI bank account no.[protected].
      Bajaj Finance has already accepted their mistake and apologized for the same and also returned the Penalty charges applied by them(Docs shared to ICICI bank). But ICICI bank is not refunding the ECS eturn charges..
      Now I am requesting the ICICI bank to refund the ECS return charges applied 3 times in my bank account so that i can continue the services with ICICI bank.

      This happened first time In my past 10-11 years history & banking with ICICI bank, not a single cheque/Ecs bounced yet. Check my Cibil- 780 plus always in last 10 years with 100% payment history.

            I hold an ICICI corporate multiwallet card since 5 years. It is going to expire soon and I am trying to raise a new request to my new address. I dont have my user Id for CMS login, when i try to get my user Id from customer care numbers, it asks for 16 digit card number and when i enter it says invalid. I can find any mail Ids to write to. Or any other ways to reset my details even. Unable to raise a complaint in icici.com as well as there is no option for complaints on prepaid cards.

              I have submitted their terminal in dec 20. They picked up through dtdc D75348356 by saying that covid time no one is available. But they are now asking terminal de-install slip to reverse termimal charges and other fee. I have written several emails.ro thier cistomer care and every time a new person reply same answer so not able to resolve this. Their customer support system is one way. In feb 21 month statement they reverse that but again applied in march saying that terminal not used for 75 days which they already have. I have written all emails that close my merchant id so that i get out from this circle. Merchant id 95353486, TID 33708861. I am harresed by them, totally frustrated.

                      590 rupees are cutting to my salary account. Whenever my salary comes to my account 590 cutting 2 or more time to my account. This ruppes are continuously debited from lockdown.

                      I complaint in my home branch but officer is not answered properly about it.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        With deep regret I have no other alternative than to address this mail to you. All my efforts and patience with ICICI Bank have been exhausted and addressing my grievance to you is the only alternative I have to solve my problem.

                        I am a NRI client of ICICI Bank MG Road Bangalore Branch for more than a couple of decades. I am residing in Doha, Qatar.

                        Furthermore, I transferred Rs 139, 281 to my brother's account with Karnataka bank, Bijai, Mangalore branches on 25 January 2021 without knowing he has closed his NRE account with Karnataka bank. Ever since, I have been literally begging and my cries with ICICI to return the funds to my account have been fallen on deaf ears. I wrote countless mails to ICICI Customer Service, sent online complaint on ICICI website, made numerous calls to my Relationship Manager, made numerous calls to Karnataka bank Manager wrote countless messages on WhatsApp, called Branch Manager of MG Road branch and sent him mail too (should you require proof of all the above messages, will send them upon request). I even sent a mail to CEO and MD of ICICI band Mr. Sandeep Bakhshi on 8 April for which I am awaiting a response as I am not sure if at all I will receive any response. Karnataka bank in their mail dated 8 April 2021 has once again transferred the amount back to ICICI to be credited to my account. This is the 3rd time Karnataka bank has transferred the money to ICICI and ICICI is not taking any action to credit the amount to my account. I requested to provide me the contact details to address this issue. However, other than sending a No reply response no one is taking action or should I say they just don't care what I am going through. I am begging ICICI Bank for my own money.

                        I am humbly requesting you to take appropriate action and instruct the ICICI Bank to credit the amount to my account. Furthermore, I also request you to arrange compensation of interest for the period plus for the frustration, agony, time and money I spent to resolve this matter.

                        I am expecting a quick action from you.

                          Customer care numbers not working

                          ICICI had been having one of the best customer care service. But recently their customer care numbers are not working (After airtel's message saying it's a chargeable call it says the number doesn't exist) and there's a mess up in IVRS.

                          I am Soumya dosi, I have an account in ICICI bank, on 6th of April charges were applied and my money was deducted from my account, 2 times that day and on 7 the of April again 3 times my money was deducted from my account and same charges were applied.

                              We bought the POS machine from ICICI Merchant Services in November 2020. Since that day, we have been facing issues with incorrect charges being debited from our bank account. The charges we were informed of the lifelong services is Rs. 4000/- + GST. and now, we have paid more than the agreed amount.

                              Representative from ICICI (Santosh Gurav, RM Code - 22802) is the person who has trapped us in this contract.
                              When we call ICICI Merchant services, they just do not respond nor do they listen to our grievances. They just want money from us and do not care what the end consumer is facing. Between January - March 2021, they have debited nearly Rs. 30, 000/- from our account.

                              The most interesting part that we came to know in Jan 21 was that if we do not use the POS machine within 45 days, they will charge us Rs. 15, 000/- + GST. fee for it. Now, this is hilarious. We have to pay for the POS machine even if its not used. This was not something that Santosh had informed us.

                              We somehow got hold of his boss (Maxwell Kinny. Mob# [protected]) who assured us that the issue will be resolved and the payments that have been incorrectly debited will be credited back to our account. This was on 16th March 2021 and till date nothing has moved. We are calling him numerous times and he just does not respond.

                              By raising this complaint, i want that the culprits like these should be punished and ICICI should look at taking strict action against them. Furthermore, we need the amount to be refunded ASAP.

                              Why is no one from ICICI team no contacting me to resolve this ???

                              The POS machine has been disconnected too without informing us. This is really unacceptable. Pathetic company with pathetic customer service attitude.

                              I will bad mouth ICICI Bank and ensure all my friends / colleagues / relatives close their a/c with you and take their business else where customers are valued and not harassed.

                                I am getting charged DcardFee every year 588 without my consent. This was not happened Previously,
                                From last 4 years consecutively, I saw this issue,

                                I had done Lakhs of Turnover Transaction, feeling worry to use this Private Bank.

                                Deducted 588 on these dates, They did not informed us regarding this how they can deduct, Is it my mistake to take ICICI as Salary Account.

                                My account number is[protected], please refund before I started sharing to My Office mail and to entire 40000 employees regarding this automatically, they will close existing accounts and will inform to HR to change salary account from ICICIBank to HDFC or Axis Bank. If you could intimate, I could have check and transfer salary to another account and use this for normal online purpose, I will not take Debit card at all/Use it all

                                They will call to say different answers, one peson will say you will definitely get message, other person will say you will not get any message, what the hell you guys are thinking on customers
                                @icici bank is very worst, they are the most cheating company in the world. They did not send any message for any deduction . Stay cuatious, @icici bank is next Lehmann Brothers bank in India. People will lose respect and withdraw all money and there is huge crash again
