I am using ICICI Bank 3in 1 account from 2years. While opening account they said there are no charges and now the charges of 137.67 deducted from my account. Please respond for this as quickly as possible and provide explanation.

    I have a savings account with icici and never applied for demat account.
    however inr 826 has been deducted from my account as charges DMC DP on 25/03/2021.No deduction msg on phone and no intimation from icici
    i want my refund !

    Kindly check if you have an active demat account in icicidirect.com . You will not get any sms on Bank Charges like SMS charges, Demat Account charges as ICICI direct is the brand of icici group

      I am Zeeshan. 757.17 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/[protected] dp chgs till feb-21) on 25-March-2021.
      I never given any permission to open my demat account till now with icici.

      Then why my money was deducted and why this Demat account was opened in my name without my permission. My icici account number is[[protected]]. This is completely unacceptable and disgusting. I already put mail to icici customer care regarding why my Demat account was opened without my concern but I got no reply. So I request you kindly refund my amount deducted amount.         Hello,

        Amount 757.17 is deducted from my saving account, without any intimation and msg alert also.

        I am not using any Dmat/trading accounts.

        from 2015, I am maintaining account in ICICI bank, this is the first time. the money debited from the account with out any msg alert.

        anyone please guide me, how i do proceed to get my money back.

          Hi,

          I received a mail stating the charging from ICICI Bank if I don't maintain my MAB. I have several issues/doubts/questions regarding the same-

          1) My ICICI Bank Account was created in November of 2015, and it was my salary account. During that time, it was stated that I would not have to maintain any MAB for my account (it was a Zero Balance Account). But recently, I have been getting emails from ICICI Bank stating that I will have to maintain my MAB; otherwise, I will be charged for the same

          2) I have not been maintaining my MAB for years now, then why am I suddenly being harassed for the same? This is reaching a tipping point wherein I will be now forced to end my more than 5 years of relationship with ICICI Bank. I had called the customer care today morning (which again takes a lot of good fortune to get hold of) and the executive was asking me to go to my nearest branch during the pandemic in order to get this issue resolved

          3) Previously, I have been harassed by deducting INR. 826 as Demat charges for which I was again directed to go to my nearest branch! It has become a joke at this point when all other corporations are doing everything online. I am sorry to say my trust and fondness for ICICI is slowly evaporating, if at all left

          It goes without saying that I need this resolved ASAP failing which I will be permanently leaving the services of the bank and will go to one of its many competitors where customer service is still existent and customers are treated as being more than just a means to make money!

            I have not used or activated the demat account till now and suddenly 826 rs has been deducted from my account[protected]. I have not been informed about it by mail or text and suddenly its been deducted. This is not acceptable at all and I want my deducted money to be refunded ASAP.

              I have icici account from past 3yrs, but for the first time dp charges were charged on my account. I haven't activated my demat account. How can the bank charge such charges when one has no demat account with icici.

                Dear Team,

                ICICI bank has calculated incorrect EMI amount in my repayment schedule. I have raised this complaint to ICICI bank customer care and they are not able to clarify the issue properly but they have closed my request without resolving my issue. I have already escalated to the next level but there is no response from their end.

                  Banking Account deduction for DMC charges

                  Hi Team,

                  I am Parminder. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/IN[protected] dp chgs till FEB-21) on 25-Mar-2021. I have never used my demat account till now.
                  Another same deduction of 68.83 rupees from my account was done( Dmc/IN[protected] dp chgs till JAN-21 ) on 24 Feb 2021
                  Provide the complete details how much money has been deducted from my account for DMC charges as I might not...

                      Hello Team,

                      Hope this email finds you well.

                      This email is to seek your attention to report the issue of charges debited from my account which is totally unfair.

                      I have a premium payment date schedule for every 19th of the month. I have noticed that there is one amount debited worth of 502 INR on the date of 10th March which is not acceptable to me.

                      For further analysis, I have found that icici Pru is debiting the charges every month from my account and I don't understand why you are doing this despite paying the premium on time.

                      Kindly justify this and credit all the amount back to my account immediately.

                            Hi,
                            Icici bank has deducted rs. 826 as dmc charges and it was not told by icici representative when he opens my account and he told me that demat account is free and you will be charge only for trading per transaction. Now i can see they have deducted my rs. 826 and didn't notified me as well. I have not even received any message about deduction.

                            This is fraud. I want my money back.

                              Respected authorities:

                              My Home loan has been sanctioned without my approval. After several attempts of requests and prayers I received the sanction letter (after the letter validity expired).

                              The Manager is not responding to my complaint. He even refused to accept my written complaint application.

                              An amount of 8069/- rupees is also deducted as processing fee without my consent. I expect my refund along with the compensation for the inconvenience caused.

                              I tried to email the complaint in coustomer care but no one is reverting back to me.

                                Demat account charges reversal request

                                Rs 826/- charged for DMC demat account which I am not using at all. Demat account was opened free of cost and now they are charging the money out of the blue without any notice or explanation for the deduction. This is not a way to deal with your loyal customer. My appeal is to close the demat account and credit the money which was deducted from my bank account....

                                There was 590rs deducted from my account on dated 23 March -2021 as as some message was appear that NACH_RD_RTN_CHRG-ADBLD_ESK_20MAR21_58d6f4

                                I don't know why bank deducted?

Each year 688.33/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till 30 apr-21and 27 apr -21 is shown in the statement.
                                  This is completely unacceptable.
                                  So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far

                                    I have a loan on Credit Card with ICICI Bank which I wanted to preclose. I am aware of the preclosure charges of 3% on the Outstanding principal but never heard of One month additional interest being charged on the top of Preclosure charges. I had cleared the Outstanding in 2 days after preclosure, why should the bank charge me these additional interest. I feel cheated by these charges by ICICI Bank. I have raised a ticket SR[protected] but of no use. Request the bank to review the case and reverse these charges
