I, atul Singh, date of birth 16th october, 1981, am holder of ICICI bank credit card. I was charged with Rs. 589/- towards annual maintainance fee in the statement for the month of January, 2021 and the outstanding amount was paid by me on 01.02.2021 vide sbin reference no. 5004IV06711463.
But still I am getting the demand for the same amount alongwith penal charges and tax.
I tried contacting the customer care executive through toll free number provided but the call was put on hold for more than an hour.
I am feeling harassed by the bank approach. It is felt that the bank does not have any reconciliation system and has been charging and collecting the unlawfull money from the customers by such scrupulous means.
Customer support services are also not efficient and leaving the customers with no option.

    Greetings for the day

    To whom so ever it may concern

    This is to inform you that, as on 12/3/2021, I was holding 2 lots of goldm (5 th April 2021 expiry) and 1 lot of goldm ( 5 th May 2021 expiry) in my commodity account . Inbetween 2 to 2 :30 pm, one lot of goldm of 5 th April 2021 expiry got squared off automatically by the icici direct broker without any prior information to me, as I was having 2200 rupees in my commodity account as a margin amount. Around 2 to 2:30 pm goldm fell around 100 points only from 44500 to 44400. My concern and my pain is this, as the goldm fell 100 points only, how can they square off it and why only 1 lot they squared off, as if the broker concern was the margin amount, they should have squared off all the three lots . As the price fell for all the three lots, then why only 1 lot they had squared off.
    For your kind information, I was holding these 3 lots since February month, and on daily basis they were deducting the money for the margin amount. But on that particular day around 1 pm I was having 12200 in my commodity account, but for some amount required in equity market, I transferred the 10000 to equity account and balance 2200 was there in commodity market.

    Due to this dictatorship and the cruelty of icici direct, I beared the loss of 35000 in that goldm lot .

    This is my humble request to you, please look after this matter very meticulously and ASAP.

    As for a retail investors like me, 35000 is a huge sum and that too because of icici direct broker dictatorship

      Hi 590/- have been deducted from my account[protected] on 16th March. This happens for the second time. Its showing money has been deducted against my bajaj Lian. But all my dues for loan was clear. Still why this thing. I am having this account since 8 years. And still this type of issue is forcing to remove the bank account.

          On Feb 24, 2021, Rs. 826 were wrongly deducted from my ICICI Bank account as DP charges. I never asked for a demat account in ICICI direct. I want my money back and don't want any affiliation with ICICI direct.

              I surrendered my Life Stage Pension ICICI on 16/02/2021. My portfolio was equity based. The Insurer got the funds from the exchange after (liquidation on the same day) T +2 days. Under the guise that the regulator IRDA provides them 15 days time they delayed my payment and disbursed on the 8th day !
              Is this not defeciency of service for an investor? How can we get our issue redressed. They utilised my funds for Rs.44 lacs odd which was due to me immediately once they received the funds. All under the pretext that IRDA allows them 15 days .
              Where should I approach for redressal . Even the GRO of Prulife agrues under IRDA 15 days window !

                ICICI Bank issue me a credit card. I asked them for free credit card and they informed me. You will get free credit card.

                I got the credit card in the month of September-2020. But I got the bill they have charged me for a paid credit card and made charges of 2, 950.00.

                I told them I asked for free card and remove the charges. They told me it will be remove, however, they have not removed the charges and they are keep charging me now the amount is 6000+.

                I have been keep writing them but they are not resolving the issue and keep charging the card.

                Please help me in this.

                  The worst service provided by ICICIDirect Equity Advisor Mr. Joydeep Das. Relationship code: 731479

                  After so many calls he receives my phone call and then after he doesn't give me a good response. When I get trouble selling my stocks, I call him to sell my stocks but he told so many excuses that NSDL problem, system problem, he is busy with another client, he is taking lunch etc.
                  he always told me that madam please sell your stocks at your end. He behaves very rudely.
                  He is now sincere about their job. He has no courtesy to greet clients. I want to change my Equity Advisor as soon as possible and
                  want to take some serious action about this advisor.

                    Hi,

                    I can see that on regular basic transaction in the name of VSI/AMAZON STAN/ for an amount of 999 is getting deducted from my account. While checking same with Amazon, I didn't find any such transaction or membership details. Seems I am getting cheated by ICICI Bank on regular basis.

                          I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs129/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says MSI*GOOGLE Y. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member that has to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount is debited on 15th March 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same. Received a MESSAGE that my icici bank account was debited with rs 129 without my permission and any prior intimation. Kindly help me with this MSI* GOOGLE Y is mentioned in the transaction but i am not aware of it at all.

                            I tried to do Fastag Recharge through mobile app, first time it was Rs.500, money was debited but didn't credit in Fastag then I tried Rs.100 money was debited twice this time, i.e, Rs. 200 but only 100 was recharged this is Horrible Rs.600 are stuck, please help

                              I made a payment of 200 from eazypay portal for my college registration. I used my sbi account for payment, my sbi payment was successful and money debited but eazypay portal showing we regret the convince caused.The page you requested is not available at this time.Please try later.

                                I have noticed that I am being charged below mention amount twice this month and I am not sure why.

                                NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~Of Bnk BFLf~06MAR21~96e Dr. 590.00

                                I got in touch with Bajaj Finserve and was informed that they do not make any deductions other than the approved Loan EMI towards my ongoing loan and was advised to get in touch with ICICI bank.

                                I tried getting help from online ICICI customer service but there is no luck with them. Please explain as to why these deductions are happening without any prior notice to the customer. And I would like this to be stopped immediately.
