I am nama shubham, an amount of 825.40 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till jan-21 on 26 Feb 2021
I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.
I need my money back and am ready to comlain against fraud by bank in anywhere else if needed

    I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs 129/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon st. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 26 feb, 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

      yesterday a debit of Rs 649.00 happened which states DP Charges till Jan 21. There is no deposit or selling from my demat account, still i faced these charges.

        Pre payment of home loan does not reflect in the account status

        I submitted a part payment request for my Home Loan account on 28th January 2021.

        - Loan Amount disbursed: 42, 00, 000
        - Remaining Tenure - 102 months
        - Remaining loan amount due: Rs. 25, 11, 544
        - EMI amount - Rs. 50, 418
        - Prepayment: Rs.10, 00, 000 done on 28th January

        At the time of visit, I was informed that once the rate of interest change is applied, the EMI amount per month...

        I've crossed chengapalli toll on 13feb2021 in Vehicle no. TN39BD2878 BY 2 WAY UP AND DOWN FROM TIRUPUR TO COIMBATORE but it was deducted from my fastag acoount twice 155 on 13feb2021 and also on 2feb2021 155 ...I have to know the reason for deduction of this amount

          My wife own a salary account with ICICI and they are charging DMC DP charges without her knowledge, there has never been activation on her end. how can they charge without customer permission. no deduction notification on mobile. We need complete refund charges deducted from the account till date.

          To our surprise we found that, there was 1 trade done through the account which was never initiated by her.

          Since morning customer care executive are saying we are transferring the call to demat department even though I called to demat through IVR steps and after that its never answered again... It's very very frustrating.

          Also she did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with ICICI bank. This is completely unacceptable and please refund the amount.

            Hi please check once have you ever registered Mutual fund Sip that link to your icici ac or have taken loan from any platform and given consent to directly deduct from the bank account if ye kindly maintain that sum of money otherwise the ecs returns charges will be applicable 500+18% GST

              I have been deducted with 826 rs on 24 th feb under the name of DMC dp charges till jan 21

              I am using icici since 4 years and have never activated the demat account then how I am being charged . When I reached customer care they told that there is demat account on your name.

              Please close my demat account and refund my money asap. My account number is[protected]

                I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till Jan-21 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

                  Hi, my name is Edwin Noel, I have an ICICI Bank savings account in 20A Shivaji Marg Branch, New Delhi.
                  An amount of Rs. 639.47/- (DP charges for JAN-21) were deducted from my Savings Bank Account without any intimation or transaction alert. Moreover, I was confirmed that the Demat Account that was forcefully given to us at the time of opening our bank account is free of cost and we never ever even utilized the same.
                  Now the account is also deactivated and we are forcefully charged the amount without any confirmation. None of the customer care executives are responding and this is very frustrating. Please report this scam as it has been done to many customers and please get our hard-earned money refunded.

                    ICICI Bank suddenly deducted charges of Rs. 550 from my personal account as demat account charges when it was supposed to be free. I did not even get any notice for it.

                      Icici bank charges about dmc DP charges 826 rs till jan 21

                      I have been deducted with 826 rs on 24th feb under the name of DMC dp charges till jan 21

                      I am using icici since about 5 years and have never activated the demat account then how I am being charged . When I reached customer care they told that there is demat account on your name....

                      I am deepak i m. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jan-21) on 24-feb-2021. I have never used my demat account till now.

                      They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici, moreover i have never used icici demat account

                      I need justice and return my money back immediately. My account number is[protected]
                      This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

                          I am Kathiravan. Amount of Rs 757 has been deducted from my ICICI saving bank account as DP CHGS TILL JAN-21) on 24-feb-2021 without any intimidation.

                          When i open this deemat account, they mention the this is free account and no cost. Even i did not this account till now. Also this account is in blocked status.

                          I am trying to call their customer care executive since morning but none of their customer care number is working. It's very very frustrating.
                          Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with ICICI bank. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount

                            My debit card is expiring this month and I was trying to apply for a Debit Card and meanwhile I applied for Expressions Debit Card without knowing the process.
