I travelled from hapur to gaziabad via chhajarji toll plaza(NH-24), buyed a new fast-tag on dated 16 Feb'21 and for that payed ₹200. In ₹200, the clear balance is 150₹. Since I had to return back on the same day, So I requested the person to add some more money in my paytm wallet so that i can come back without any obstacle.So added ₹150 more in the paytm wallet. During one way ₹125 got deducted at one toll and while returning back on 17 Feb'21 at 4:00 AM, they stopped the vehicle and said that you have low balance and you have to pay additional penalty with toll. I wasted my 40 minutes trying to convience them that the balance is enough to pay the toll. But they didn't understand and i had to pay ₹250 in cash(via ticket no.[protected] ₹250 - dated 17 Feb at 4:42 am). The behaviour of the employees there was very pathetic and i was unable to understand who all were the employee because none of them was wearing id card nor having any uniform indicating as if the local people were hired there to be and who do not have any way to behave. Presently my paytm has a balance of ₹175. Also when we are supposed to return within 24 hrs we get a toll charge of ₹190 but here I had to pay ₹375.

    Hi,

    Yesterday ECSRTNCHGS charges is deducted from my account without any confirmation email or message from bank end. I even don't know what is ECSRTNCHGS. This is totally unprofessional. Kindly give my money back. my number is [protected] and email ID is [protected]@gmail.com.

      My account got debited with 151.86 and 18.20 INR respectively in the same day.
      The incident happened with me on 17 feb 2021 and I'm very sure that I did not register for any such company ever in my life.

        Hello

        An unauthorized transaction of INT 4528 has happened 2 hours back from my ICICI debit card which is linked to my account.
        I never received any OTP to approve the transaction. I just received an e-mail intimation with the above transaction alert, having transaction remarks as MSI/Amazon Prim. I have not made any purchase on Amazon or any other platform today. Also there is no auto debit set up for this amount on my card. Please help resolve this.

          Hello Sir/Madam,

          I am having my salary account in ICICI bank . But a few days back 88.50 Rs/-(29.05 Rs * 3) were deducted from my salary account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "ATM DEC CHG". And when I tried to explore it over the Internet, I found these charges are applied for when the ATM of another bank declines to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough. So is it ethical to charge customers for this reason ???? Although I was having enough balance at that time.

            Let me know why you charging this amount from my account. What this is charge for?

              My icici account is charged with the following surcharges from icici bank for using the debit card at petrol bunks, i am really not sure why icici is charging for the digital transaction?? Charges happened on date 16/02/2021
              Surcharge dt:13/02/21 mcc 5541 — rs 29.29

              Government is encouraging the digital payments, where as icici bank is charging for digital payments, i can not understand and i feel cheated by icici. With lot more charges from banks it seems better to handle all transactions on cash.

                I have applied for 2 IPOs during last 2 months using ICICI UPI payment method. The details I can see in UPI section of my mobile banking. but the same transactions are not available in the bank statement.
                I have not received the shares from an IPO. Money also not credited back to my bank account. Please assist who can help and whom can we check with.

                  In last 2 days about 1700 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG~TPSLSIP~03FEB2 without any notification. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. What the hell wrong with icici bank.

                    Worst fastag ever!! "The ICICI fastag" My fastag id:[protected].
                    I've recharged my valet in June 2020 from amount 1000 for which amount deducted 1013/- this still not appeared in my account. Its been already 8 months now. I'm keep on complaining raising complaint ticket on their site but they are closing it without getting solved. Now they even hide option for me to raise complaint and also the history I am not able to see.
                    Their customer care line sucked always have to wait more than 10 mint then automatically getting disconnect. I feel helpless here don't know where to connect. My id is 11229329.

                    They are promising lie and closing complaint ticket:-
                    Firstly they've mentioned we have refunded this money to your bank account then I've sent them my full bank statement Then, on next ticket they mentioned we have transfer money in fastag valet but it wasn't.

                    I am just fed up with this. Now the concern is not money its about unprofessional-ism i am facing from long time. I also quit all the services which i was using from ICICI.

                      I have a credit card with ICICI Bank and am a regular customer, but today I got a call Landline Number[protected] from a Icici bank third party that your payment is due for credit card [protected] . After that I told the lady that my payment is already cleared and this is not my card . You take your banker on the line and talk to them. After some time i got a call under the name of Lokman Mobile Number- [protected] and he said that I am speaking on behalf of ICICI Bank, my banker Ansul Dulgaz ( Emp Id- 422192 ) is on the line, you talk to him.

                      I asked Ansul, how can I get a call from icici bank for payment dues because I am all paid my dues on time and I am a regular customer ? Then he told me that your name is Sarvesh Dubey and your card number is [protected] ? I said my name is Amit Sarvesh Dubey and this number is mine which I have been using for 7 years. After that Ansul said that why did you not speak the wrong number first, then I told him that I have come home just because I thought he said Amit Sarvesh Dubey, so I told him yes . So I asked Ansul how I got this call, so Ansul told that this mobile number is registered on the name of Sarvesh Dubey in ICICI Bank I told them this cannot be possible because I also have a credit card in ICICI Bank and this number is registered, so Ansul said might be your father has taken a credit card ?
                      I told him how you are calling the wrong person. And you are saying this number is in the name of Sarvesh Dubey, who is registered with ICICI Bank on his credit card. So Ansul told me that you never dial of a wrong number? I said it is not a matter of wrong numbers, you said that this number is in the name of Sarvesh Dubey in ICICI Bank and your way of talking is also wrong. And now you are saying that maybe your father uses credit cards? So I said that I am recording your call in Anshul, then Anshul said I'm also recording my calls, Then Anshul said If you want, I can talk and meet you. Say where to meet

                      Now i have some question from ICICI Bank

                      1- If you dial someone wrong number, is this the right way to talk and if my father's name is getting from your data what does it mean my father has used that card
                      2- How is my mobile number registered on the ICICI Bank credit card of Sarvesh Dubey, because till date I have never received such a call, if your manager has told a lie, then where did you get my mobile number
                      3- How can your Manager talk to a wrong Customer in such a RUDE way ?

                        I don't receive any communication regarding renewal of one assist but they just debited 1599/- from my account. When I called customer care they just said it can't be cancelled and no refund. How is it possible. And they said auto renewal will be every year and no option to cancel.                           I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 16th Feb 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                            I have applied for fastag through online and paid from google pay on 15.1.2021. Amount deducted from my bank account and eagarly waiting for card even after 15 days also no card received.
                            On 1.2.2021 spoken to customer care and raised a complaint got complaint no.6080625 for future reference. They said it will be refunded in 5 working days. Till today neither a fastag card nor refunded.
                            Kindly make refund as early as possible.

                                    I have done 1lakh 82 thousand + transaction through SBI POS Machine, its keeps on loading more than 1 minutes, finally it says transaction SALE REVERSED, merchant says it will refund to account next 24 hours, not yet credited back, called icici customer initially they says wait for 1 day next day they say wait for 2 days, now they are saying 7 days, 1.8 lakh amount blocked for 7 days its financial loss to me, how come icici wont refund my amount RBI please respond me

                                      Till now approx 1100 rupees deducted from my icici Bank account without my knowledge as "ESRTNCHG" charges. I didn't know wats this charges. My account is salary account. Please resolve this and refund my money.
