The executive visited me at home and told me that I will be receiving my card within the next 10 days. Later I got a call that somebody will be coming for address verification. The agent never turn up, I wait for him for about 2 days and even call in this no. [protected] and they told me he is coming.

The transaction related to this ARN was done on 25th Jan 2021 and I have not recieved the amount in my bank account. The person or the entity who payed me this amount got success on his/her side and in my side, I did not receive this amount.

Recently I was checking my icic bank transactions. Then I realized there was a deduction of 1899 rupees from my account. And they didn't even get my consent for the transaction. I'm holding an ICICI account. Bank has deducted SMAB charges for the month of Sep 2020 without notifying me of anything.

The money has deducted around 595/- on 26/10/2020.
