IM CHEATED. ICICI bank, you have deducted 7000rs in this week just for depositing CASH?
I need the refund back of Rs 7000/- its my hard earned money and you will not be successful in doing such a thing with your customer. I'm sending the screenshot of the transaction for your reference.

    There has been auto debiting on my account today I.e on 19th Feb 2021 with VSI*HOTSTAR (below message of transaction)

    There is no fullform for "VSI"
    I did not authorize these transactions
    No OTP was received

    There is no option option for registering the complain in the system.

        I am writing this on behalf of my father, Mr. Raj Kumar who is an esteemed customer of your bank. My father took out a loan from your bank in Feb 2006. The loan account number is LBLUD[protected]. As per the sanctioned document the tenure of loan was 180 months. So according to that my father's loan was supposed to end this month(Feb 2021).
        Previously loan EMI was taken out through ECS from my father's PNB bank. But due to some reasons the EMI was not continued in the same bank. So later on my father opened an ICICI bank account and then the EMI will get deducted from that account. There may be some cheque bounce charges that we know.
        But when he has taken out the statement of loan then he comes to know that the loan will continue till year 2029. My question is how a loan tenure can be changed from 15 years to about 25 years ? My father is retired from a Govt. Company. Then how we should again bear the loan for about 10 years more which was supposed to be closed till now.

        Please take a look at this matter. I am expecting much more help from you on this. I have attached the loan sanction letter.

            The transaction was not verified as there was no verification code received from the bank. The transaction was made on 29th December 2020. As of now I would consider that it is the bank's casual approach which led to this dispute. I have attached the refund receipt & the app where the amount is refunded from the merchant. It was the mistake of the bank & this has happened for the second time with me. Earlier the amount was less i.e. Rs 79 but this time the amount is Rs 6400. I would not have raised this issue this time also if the amount was not that much. I am very frustrated as during such time of crisis money is deducted or charged by the bank. I am really depressed by this situation as I am not provided any solution by the bank. The mistake is of the bank that without any verification code how did the bank made the payment. So I would not pay that amount until & unless the dispute is resolved. Also I would not go to the police station & spare my time for the mistake of the bank

              Further to this connected with ICICI customer care. Highly unprofessional unfortunately they don't have any solution to this. Upon asking to close the account I was told you need to visit branch only and I am advised not to use account and don't keep any balance. In this situation when everyone is WFH like hell. I am wasting my time and these people are set for another big Fraud

                  I did the payment on "http://www.reetbser21.com/ReETfoRm2021/PaymentInvoiceLevel.php" by Online ICICI payment bank, then select the "SBI Net banking" and complete the payment.
                  The payment was successful on SBI Net banking but not reflected by "ICICI Online Payment" to the "reetbser21.com"
                  tomorrow[protected] will be last date to fill the challan.

                  So please help me to reflect the payment or getting refund so that I can make payment again.

                    Sir an amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 17.02.2021 at 11:18 pm. Could you please assist me regarding this.                       I travelled from hapur to gaziabad via chhajarji toll plaza(NH-24), buyed a new fast-tag on dated 16 Feb'21 and for that payed ₹200. In ₹200, the clear balance is 150₹. Since I had to return back on the same day, So I requested the person to add some more money in my paytm wallet so that i can come back without any obstacle.So added ₹150 more in the paytm wallet. During one way ₹125 got deducted at one toll and while returning back on 17 Feb'21 at 4:00 AM, they stopped the vehicle and said that you have low balance and you have to pay additional penalty with toll. I wasted my 40 minutes trying to convience them that the balance is enough to pay the toll. But they didn't understand and i had to pay ₹250 in cash(via ticket no.[protected] ₹250 - dated 17 Feb at 4:42 am). The behaviour of the employees there was very pathetic and i was unable to understand who all were the employee because none of them was wearing id card nor having any uniform indicating as if the local people were hired there to be and who do not have any way to behave. Presently my paytm has a balance of ₹175. Also when we are supposed to return within 24 hrs we get a toll charge of ₹190 but here I had to pay ₹375.

                            Hello

                            An unauthorized transaction of INT 4528 has happened 2 hours back from my ICICI debit card which is linked to my account.
                            I never received any OTP to approve the transaction. I just received an e-mail intimation with the above transaction alert, having transaction remarks as MSI/Amazon Prim. I have not made any purchase on Amazon or any other platform today. Also there is no auto debit set up for this amount on my card. Please help resolve this.

                              I am having my salary account in ICICI bank . But a few days back 88.50 Rs/-(29.05 Rs * 3) were deducted from my salary account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "ATM DEC CHG". And when I tried to explore it over the Internet, I found these charges are applied for when the ATM of another bank declines to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough. So is it ethical to charge customers for this reason ???? Although I was having enough balance at that time.

                                  My icici account is charged with the following surcharges from icici bank for using the debit card at petrol bunks, i am really not sure why icici is charging for the digital transaction?? Charges happened on date 16/02/2021
                                  Surcharge dt:13/02/21 mcc 5541 — rs 29.29

                                  Government is encouraging the digital payments, where as icici bank is charging for digital payments, i can not understand and i feel cheated by icici. With lot more charges from banks it seems better to handle all transactions on cash.

                                    I have applied for 2 IPOs during last 2 months using ICICI UPI payment method. The details I can see in UPI section of my mobile banking. but the same transactions are not available in the bank statement.
                                    I have not received the shares from an IPO. Money also not credited back to my bank account. Please assist who can help and whom can we check with.
