Amazon ICICI Credit Card

The executive visited me at home and told me that I will be receiving my card within the next 10 days. Later I got a call that somebody will be coming for address verification. The agent never turn up, I wait for him for about 2 days and even call in this no. [protected] and they told me he is coming.
After never showing up, I just got a message from ICICI stating my application has been rejected.
If it was to be rejected...

Hello ICICI,

I have not recieved my payment related to below ARN:
ARN Number - 05134041026030709326069

The transaction related to this ARN was done on 25th Jan 2021 and I have not recieved the amount in my bank account. The person or the entity who payed me this amount got success on his/her side and in my side, I did not receive this amount.

Amount debited without any authorization by VSI/AMAZON STAN

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of Rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says "vsi/amazon stan". Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. NPS KYC verification

I have applied for eNPS on 22nd of Jan, 2021 and selected ICICI Bank for bank verification, as I am a satisfied customer of ICICI Bank for past 11 years.
But the status is "Tier I Status: Freeze due to KYC verification is pending at Bank".

I had raised ticket with CRA, but clearly mentioned that ICICI Bank has to approve/reject it.

ECS Return Charges - not with consent

Hello,

I had an EMI with my Debit card which was over due and later closed with a final settlement. One month after settling the charges and getting my settlement paper, I have been charged with ECSRTNCHGS120320 (5 times - charge INR 590 each time), DCardfee (Charge INT588), SMP-ATD (5 times - Charges INR 59 each time). Request for refund of MBA charges

On 13 Sept, 2019, charges of Rs 1899 were debited from my account for the one assist plan by ICICI Bank without my consent and prior intimation.
Inspite of multiple requests and calls to Customer Care of the bank and visits to the bank, i have not received the refund for the same.
Kindly help in getting refund of the same at the earlest.

SMAB charges has been deducted

Hi,

I'm holding an ICICI account. Bank has deducted SMAB charges for the month of Sep 2020 without notifying me of anything.

The money has deducted around 595/- on 26/10/2020.
