I asked for fastag replacement on 26 th December through icici fastag helpline. It was said within 8 days but still nothing has been recevied so far. I have called more than 3 times and the reply is same. Give 24 hours and we would send. Kindly advice where to complaint or by what means i can get my money back. Or else we have file complaint in front of consumer forum?

    I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 8th FEB 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment same

        I'm using an ICICI credit card and paying my card dues. I noticed recently that in the last 5 transactions AUTO DEBIT CHARGE is levied, a service which i have not enabled. It was enabled without my concern and approximately 8000 INR has be levied as charges in the last 4-5 bills. This is unfair and i brought it to Bank attention to revert that charges. I tried the customer care through phone and the they ask me to wait and cut the phone. It happened 3 times. iI realised that they did that deliberately. It was extremely frustrating for me and felt embarrassed and helpless. I mailed customer grievance cell and i didn't got any response despite posting complaints twice. The form didn't even returned Complaint id to follow up further. Look at the attitude of a so called large bank in India. In fact i'm a customer since 2005. Such a poor attitude from a large bank. Already they levied huge interest for the balance and on top of this they charged AUTO DEBIT CHARGES. I would soon switch over to Axis or HDFC. ICICI is corrupted nowadays.

          ICICI bank credit card recovery agent keeps calling and abusing, saying stuff like "Dont bark like a dog if you cant repay your bill", "You keep talking like an ###". Other than this they call and dont say anything and keep calling without saying a word . When we said there was a death in our house, they said they didnt care and if we didnt pay the bill they would show us who they were.

              Sir,
              I have already informed you about the theft case, of 30.12.2020 at the above Branch.
              In details, what happened (till date, from 30.12.2020) I shall like to inform in short points that :--
              • ON 30.12.2020 I DEPOSITED Rs 27000.00 in ATM-CDMA deposit machine at 1.24 pm. in my friends account.
              • The machine asked me to add / deposit Rs 200.00 more, which I did.
              • Then, a slip came at 1.28 pm-stating “RS 200.00 DEPOSITED, AND NOTE RETAINED –PL. CONTACT THE BRANCH MANAGER FOR CLARIFICATIONS “ [ it was an error], asking me to contact the Branch Manager.
              • I waited for another 2 minutes, when the CDMA screen showed me to meet the Branch Manager.
              • I went to see the B.M., Mr .Mithun and informed him. He asked me to come after a week.
              • Every day, I went and met the bank officials to get back my money. Finally Madame and Mr Mithun said on 14th Jan-2021, they will see camera footage.
              • On 22nd Jan-2021, they showed me the footage, where in:- the MACHINE IS BRINGING BACK THE RS 27000.00 DEPOSITED, AND a person standing next to me, on 30.12.20 is taking out the entire cash Rs 27000.00..He deposits an amount in ICICI bank machine and keeps all money in his pocket (which CDMA –machine returns)

              AFTER I have left, The Machine should have done new Transaction, but it brings back the old transaction of Rs 27000.00 just after 2 minutes.
              1) Its obvious that after receipt of closure of a transaction with written statement (PL. CONTACT THE B.M.), no person will stay back, but shall file a complaint with Bank officials..
              2) The ICICI BRANCH IS RESPONSIBLE TO PAY ME BACK THE DEPOSITED MONEY RS 27000.00 AND RS 200.00, AS its machine problem and its in their premises.
              3) The video footage, clearly shows the money was deposited.

                My name is Karan raj singh rajawat and i had qualified the interview and selected for pb-e relationship management at indore business park as assistant manager post and completed all formalities including document verification and joined the bank on 27th january 2020 and kept on going regularly till today 30th january 2020. today i had received a call from hr department and advised to discontinue my service from tomorrow ., , I have appeared in the MBA final year examination 2019 from jiwaji university gwalior, the result of which has been declared and is, I told about this to hr department before and after joining that I will submit the provisional degree certificate after the result, and received several calls from hr department specially from Mr.soumya Shankar sir regarding the same he told me we are keeping you on hold till your result arrives today I received offer letter withdrawal mail from him without justifying about time to submit the documents. My recruitment manager and office managers is not attending my calls and I visited bank many times since one year there was no response security talked with me in a very rude manner always and pass some comments related, as he is new to this organisation and dnt know the culture of icici bank,
                Where i put the matter, nobody is supporting me at all and always talked in disrespectful manner,
                Thats why i am writing this complain to you sir,
                If i will get revert to this complain i will
                be very thankful and obliged. also I request never behave like this to new joinee and take action against such employees So that they cant mentally harrse anyone .Please do the needful and also consider it as a complaint to hr department.thanks & regards karan raj Singh rajawat

                  Gold loan & Jewelry missing

                  I borrowed a gold loan Rs.4, 50, 000 against jewels ( Loan account :[protected] on 23.10.2018 and i paid full interest on 2019.
                  The pawned jewelry has been recovered and re-mortgaged without my knowledge (4 times) and my loan was top upped from Rs 4 50 000 to Rs 7, 36, 875 (as on date). I didn't received any amount in my hand for the top upped re-mortgaged jewelry loan. Also i didn't received any notification for that re-mortgaged...

The dates of these transactions are - 10/05/2020, 09/06/202, 09/07/2020, 08/08/2020, 07/09/2020, 07/10/2020, 06/11/2020, 06/12/2020, 05/01/2021, 04/02/2021. Kindly do the needful to block these regular transactions and facilitate the refund for the unauthorized debits.

                    Earlier Icici bank deducted 1899/- when i was call to phone banking officer. And refunded half amount 900/- rupees. On 4th February icici bank deducted 1399/- second time. When i goes to branch they told me call on phone banking officer but i tried the call is not connected. Why they are deducted my hard work money? Please solve my issue asap.

                      I was entering the ATM on[protected] at 1 PM.
                      Security Guard was taking the Photos of the ATM (Interior) and requested for 2 minutes.
                      I agreed and waited. I thought he was done and opened the door and he blocked me physically and was pushing me away. Then he stated that will shut the ATM and went inside. But, he did not.
                      However, he was rude and displayed his 3rd Class nature.
                      Asked for his name to complain...he did not give out his Name. He disappered while i was making the transaction. I tried to search and he was nowhere in the scene. So, i thought to buzz the alarm to see if he comes back. Seemed like it was not the Alarm Button. Please check the ATM CCTV footage.

                        Its was worst experience with #icicibank our cooperate account beeen charged INR 8000/- its says bank charged for not keeping minimum balance during COVID 19 in our accout but we would like to inform due to covid 19 tourism sector was completely closed, and with lot of difficulties we had open our office in jan 2021 and our first customer paid this money to book the flight ticket and that money got charged.. please consider this situation and try to refund the amount.

                          I received an SMS stating that my account has been debited with Rs.2199 today. I haven't authorised any payment. When looked into the transaction details it's says Dear Customer, transaction of INR 2, 199.00 done on ICICI Bank Accountxxxxxxon 06-Feb-21. Info: IIN*I-Debit*SI CPPAST.

                          I want this transaction to be reversed immediately and action taken against the bank for such unauthorised debit

                              Icici bank deducted auto return fee 450 and gst 81, however I paid the bill amount on time such a kind of dadagiri. Never expected such kind of thing from a reputed bank.

                                I recently opened an NPS account through eNPS portal. I got PRAN card and funds also but the transactions are frozen due to Kyc pending with Bank. As my bank is Icici, i contacted multiple times icici customer care and of no use. They ask me to contact NPS department and that i am never able to reach. I hope somebody from Icici would help here. Just to inform, i have been a customer for 13+years so far for icici.

                                      ICICI bank has increased locker rent from 2000 to 3500 plus HST, without intimation.
                                      When requested, they mentioned it was informed by email to all customers on 10-Feb-20. I didn't receive the same and when asked for proof, they started giving reasons of bulk email notification.

                                      I am not convinced with their resolution and when escalated to their escalation email id, they raised hands saying Branch manager has discussed with me. They insanely revert with same email on whatever query is raised to them.

                                      Pathetic bank in India, #ICICIBank. They didn't refund extra charged amount (1500 plus taxes) and when asked, they are ready to close account. Customers are least priority for ICICI bank, I am planning to close all my account with ICICI Bank. My additional forcefully dedicated amount of 1500 will survive your declined business.                                       Same is the story with me and another friends having Locker in ICICI Mulund, Mumbai branch. So similar story on check but the terrible part is rental increased from 1000 to 4000 (4 times) + GST, can you imagine, what a beautiful way to close March end accounting and profits by ICICI at the stake of customers. I have forwarded this to Nodal office of ICICI, next is higher authority/MD - emails avail on ICICI site and I absolutely did not get any letter, email or sms from 15-Mar-2020 which they claim rent change intimation was given to all (in lockdown really?)

                                      I already closed my investment option and thinking to close the account as well, but only after I push further so that management knows.
