Sir, please help me yesterday 199rs deducted from my account, by VSI*Amazon St...i need my money back..I have checked my Amazon account there are no transactions like that

    I was detected rs. 826 as DMC charge. But I never opened a Demat account at all.. They have opened the account without my knowledge and I am trying to close the Demat account. But these guys are so Irritating. They state my mail id is wrong and they come up with a new mail id on their own. I am receiving my statements etc.. on correct mail id only. Nobody is ready to help. Really fed up and planning to close the entire ICICI account.

          I have applied for eNPS and selected ICICI Bank for bank verification, as I am a satisfied customer of ICICI bank till now. But the status is """Tier I Status: Freeze due to KYC verification is pending at Bank""" since days.
          I tried to contact ICICI Bank, but they are not sure not sure about the verification process.

          I don't know where should I file complaint and whom to contact. Please resolve it.

            I have been charged dcard fee without any prior information or notice. As soon as my account got credited they had it debited. I want my money back.

                  I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of Rs1 99/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction on 11/020/2021 at 22:51, message says vsi/amazon stan.
                  Now, I did no transaction and didn't get any opt prior to this transaction.
                  And I'm also not a prime member of amazon or any other subscription.
                  Hence, sir please look into the matter and refunt my moeny

                      Dear sir/ madam,

                      While withdrawing money from Sasanenagar (Hadapsar, Pune) ATM of ICICI bank, my money of Rs 10, 000 got stuck in the ATM.
                      I used my card of HSBC bank to withdraw money, out of 2 machines, first machine I could withdraw 10, 000 Rs firstly however for second time I did withdraw 10, 000 again but it got stuck.
                      Due to emergency, I used another ATM machine in same shop to get required money; however, it is a request to revert my amount.

                        Today 11 feb.2021 I got message of deduction of Rs. 299 from my ICICI account which is unauthorised payment .PIN authauntication or OTP was bypassed.Info given was VSI*RAZ SONY. Kindly look into the matter urgently.

                          I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. This happened on Feb 11th 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                              My ICICI multiwallet card is not working. I tried to sign up as it it shows card is not functioning. Date of expiry on card is still not over, yet card is not functioning. I could not even call them as the I've system is asking for card number. After entering card number, it says invalid card number. How to get in touch with them. Please suggest.

                                The transaction was not verified as there was no verification code received from the bank. The transaction was made on 29th December 2020. As of now I would consider that it is the bank's casual approach which led to this dispute. I have attached the refund receipt & the app where the amount is refunded from the merchant. It was the mistake of the bank & this has happened for the second time with me. Earlier the amount was less i.e. Rs 79 but this time the amount is Rs 6400. I would not have raised this issue this time also if the amount was not that much. I am very frustrated as during such time of crisis money is deducted or charged by the bank. I am really depressed by this situation as I am not provided any solution by the bank. The mistake is of the bank that without any verification code how did the bank made the payment. So I would not pay that amount until & unless the dispute is resolved. Also I would not go to the police station & spare my time for the mistake of the bank.

                                I had already had communication with the Customer service but I regret to call even the customer service as no solution was provided by the bank. Instead they said to register a complaint in the Police station regarding the transaction. But I don't want to go to the Police as it was the mistake of the bank for which I will not waste my time & energy. Also I will not pay the amount deducted from my credit card account until
                                & unless all things are being sorted out . I have attached the screenshots of the receipt of the refund & the status of the refund on the app. The bank need to contact me on my registered number related to this issue.
