I am using one credit card. But in internet banking showing two credit card.
Also many unauthorized transaction happened .
As results fully wrong bill generate.

Please resolve the issue and do recorrection bills.

    Hello sir,

    i have been charged wrong brokerage and misguided with your sales
    executive while opening my demat account.

    kindly check and why you charged me hige brokerage on my trade which
    it was taken on 24 dec. is it justify on total value on not more than
    17000 rs tarde i have been charge more than 7500 rs.FOR BROKRAGE instead on 20 per
    lot you guys charged me 95 rs. which is absolutely wrong .
    at the time of account openning your sales ecutive clearly told me in
    FNO Segment we are offering to you only flat brokarge of rs.20rs. now
    am shocked i ahve been charged high kndly revert my money or i will
    suit you crimanal case against bank and icici securities. also now
    i am going spred this on social media with contact note how i have
    been cheated with icici securities please revert me with my money.

    Yes any body can see this the prime plan for which icici is charging rs. 2999/- ( one time) where stock options charges are shown as rs.20 per order, however they are charging brokerage of rs. 95 per order excluding any taxes and duties. There is no one to explain this as i can see the complaint is unattended even after 2 months.

        I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile.

          I'm not a prime user, I did not make any purchase and I did not receive any OTP. Rs.129 has been debited from my account saying ( VSI / AMAZON STAN ). This is not normal and, this didn't make me feel comfortable. Please explain me how this happened.

            I just received a message that One Assist wallet assist privilege plan rs 1899 will be charged against the plan on your icici bank credit/debit card.
            I want to cancel oneassist wallet assist privilege plan as I had never activated it. Even the first charge should not have been made.

            On calling the helpline number, I am getting redirecting to different numbers each time.

              I(Customer) recently signed up for Amazon Pay Credit Card with ICICI Bank on Nov 30 2020 via Amazon.com. The card got approved instantly and I continued purchasing the item worth Rs 52, 500 online using the virtual copy of Credit Card. Billing cycle of the Credit card purchased and Activated on November 30 2020ended on December 4th!! Card Delivered to Customer on December 06 2020. How is the billing cycle determined and why I(Customer) only got 4 days of billing cycle (Nov 30 to Dec 04) from the date of Activation of Card (Nov 30) when the billing cycle typically is around 30 days?? Could it not have been assigned to a longer duration billing cycle ??? I (customer) got very less time to make the Payment prior to the Due date(Dec 22). As a result Late payment fees, GST and Interest charges are levied on the Credit card even though FULL payment is done within 28 days of purchasing the Credit Card !!

                    मेरा नाम सोनू है मैंने दिनांक 2 दिसंबर 2020 को अपने बैंक अकाउंट ICICI BANK से अपने ही दूसरे बैंक अकाउंट KOTAK BANK में ₹900 का फंड ट्रांसफर किया था, मेरी गलतफहमी की वजह से मुझे लगा मैंने गलत अकाउंट में पैसे ट्रांसफर कर दिए हैं जिसकी वजह से मैंने ICICI BANK में कस्टमर केयर पर एक कंप्लेंट दर्ज की जिसकी वजह से मेरा दूसरा बैंक अकाउंट कोटक बैंक ने मेरा 900 रुपए का अमाउंट ब्लॉक कर दिया है, दरअसल यह गलतफहमी इसलिए बनी कि मैं एक ऐप यूज कर रहा हूं जिसका नाम है पेटीएम जिसमें मैंने अपना डिफॉल्ट पर यूपीआई अकाउंट पेटीएम पेमेंट बैंक का सेट किया था लेकिन जिस दिन मैंने यह लेनदेन किया उस दिन डिफॉल्ट पर KOTAK BANK का अकाउंट डिफॉल्ट पर सेट था जिसकी वजह से मुझे लगा कि मेरा Wrong फंड ट्रांसफर हो गया जब मुझे इस बात का पता चला कि मेरे कोटक बैंक अकाउंट में मेरा अमाउंट ₹900 क्रेडिट हो गया तब मैंने कस्टमर केयर ICICI BANK को सूचित किया कि कृपया मेरी यह कंप्लेन वापस ली जाए अतः मेरा अमाउंट मेरे बैंक खाते में ही रहने दिया जाए लेकिन 2 दिसंबर से अब तक का समय हो गया है लेकिन ना मेरा अमाउंट मेरे इस आईसीआईसी बैंक में भी नहीं है और ना ही मेरे KOTAK BANK में मैं दोनों बैंक से लगातार कस्टमर सपोर्ट और ब्रांच विजिट कर रहा हूं मुझे दोनों बैंक एक दूसरे के ऊपर बात को डाल रहे हैं और मेरे पैसे जो हैं वह पता नहीं कहां है मुझे मिल नहीं पा रहे हैं, कोटक बैंक बोलता है कि आप ICICI BANK को बोलो कि वह हमें मेल करें तब हम आपका पैसा देंगे और ICICI BANK बैंक बोलता है कि आप जाकर Withrawal लेटर पर साइन करके बैंक को दीजिए तब वह आपके पैसे देंगे क्योंकि आपका पैसा हमारे पास नहीं है आपका पैसा आपके KOTAK BANK Account में है उनकी ओर से होल्ड है तो आपका पैसा वही देंगे अब कृपया करके मेरी समस्या का समाधान कैसे होगा मुझे नहीं पता कृपया करके समस्या का समाधान कीजिए.

                      My account was debited two times on 30 Dec 2020, 243 and 43 respectively. In the name of SMAB charges + GST. I tried contacting them but no reverting back. The amounts were deducted without any prior notice. It might not mean a lot to them but to a common man, every penny counts. I request and urge them to refund the amount as I have never registered any problems from their end before. This is the first time and I really liked their services until now.

                      Still no help received. They should have notified before making any deductions. It's very careless and greedy on their part. I'm shocked that they deducted my money like that. I'm very much willing to close my account and I will not suggest this bank to anyone as I did before. Very disappointed.

                        Myself Prasanth, i have been with icici bank since 2017. Each year 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till dec-20 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

                            One of the worst forms of harassment by ICICI Bank. They are randomly deducting money when I did not even open a Demat Account. Their salespeople have opened one when I opened a savings account and now I am being charged for their actions. It is better to close all relationships with the bank than suffering this, deducting people's hard-earned money for no reason whatsoever.

                              My account was auto debited to the extent of Rs.826 towards DMC DP charges...without intimating me...and at the time of account opening I was told there would be no monthly or yearly charges...I want my refund asap...and request icici bank to maintain professionalism by at least informing their customers about such debit...no one has given you the right to operate our account...

                                  Hi, I Sneha Naik have a savings account in ICICI Bank, never opened a demat account, has been charged 826 rs for DP Charges untill November 2020 on 29/12/2020.
                                  I have never received a message or call on opening a demat account with icici Bank nor have I applied for any such thing.

                                        DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL NOV-20

                                        826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL NOV-20) yesterday. I have never used my demat account till now. While joining Infosys you forced me to open it and said it's free. Now why are you debiting money ?

                                        You should revert money back to my account.
