On 13/11/2020, during travel I tried recharge of ICICI FASTAG account I d 12248466, using imobile app, Total of Rs. 2700/- debited from account immediately but never got the recharge and at every toll plaza, I faced inconvenience telling me I don't have low balance. FASTAG Customer care phone people wasted my hours and hours but misguided me only, as they are the dummy people trained only to waste time, nothing they are powered to, ICICI customer.care, is also pathetic they assume the customer is there employee, they are asking me to do hundred of things for the refund, which is due to their mistakes.till date I have neither got the recharge nor the refund, no body telling where the money gone, and why.
I m going to hire a lawyer service and claim the compensation, it's to difficult to make the bank people understand the problem. As they are only in the mood of looting the customer.
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
