I am MUHAMMED RAFEEK. 68.83 Rupees has been deducted from my account as[protected] DP CHGS TILL NOV-2020) DP charges on 29/12/2020. I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately. Previously as well I got this kind of deductions from my account. My Account Number is[protected].

    Hi i am Nitin here. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jun-2020 and nov-2020). I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

    Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

    Mentioned the transaction id : PFA

    I want my money back i haven’t use icici demat account till date and i didn’t request any demat account it was open while i’m opening the savings account make sure refund my money back.
    Is this some kind of scam from icici bank because it happened with me two times.

      Yatra processed Refund amount of Rs.1, 22, 573.01 on 21.10.2020 in ICICI Amazon Pay credit card ending last four digit 5009 in respect of card holder Mayur Shah against transaction for an amount of Rs.1, 28, 207.00 dated December 02, 2019.

      Refund Details given by Yatra are as under. PayU id - [protected].
      ARN/RRN - 74056630308933685668645.

      As refund not reflected/received in credit card, complain raised at ICICI despute team on 10.11.2020 with service request SR[protected].

      As per ICICI customer care email, refund case resolved by 22.12.2020. However, till the date refund not received in ICICI bank Amazon pay credit card.

      ICICI chargeback at yatra. Yatra responded my refund details to ICICI and told that contact to ICICI bank for refund.

        I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 8 years now. When I checked my bank transactionsI found that there is one debit transaction as 'DMC/[protected] DP
        CHGS TILL NOV-20' for INR 826.00'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.
        Also, why it is getting deducted suddenly after 8 years. Why it was not deducted on yearly basis as I was under the impression that no charges will be taken by ICICI as it was told initially while opening the acount by ICICI representative.

        My ICICI account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.

            Myself jitendra Borkar, i have been with icici bank since 2015. Each year 826/- rs is deducted from my account without any alert message. I am not using any demat account and the representative didn't inform any charges while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/ dp chgs till Nov-2020 is shown in the statement. So please make sure to credit the amount which has been debited so far.

                  Why dont you beg us instead of thrifting money from my bank account in the name of demat account changes without informing me. and im not even open it.
                  You should revert this money.

                    I'm Adesh Cheelad, the amount of Rs. 826/- is debited by ICICI Bank on[protected] without sms or email alert.The transaction mark was DMC/IN(demat acc no.) DP CHGS TILL NOV 2020.The demat account mentioned in the transaction mark belongs to my ICICI direct account.
                    I have never been charged for just operating my demat account with ICICI direct. I would like to know what are these charges? If these charges are new fees there was no prior intimation about the new fee structure. If these charges are not part of ICICI direct fee structure please refund my money back. I tried to complaint launch a query/complaint through ICICI Bank's 'https://www.icicibank.com/complaints/complaints.page' but the webpage did not process my request. Hence I had to launch a complaint through 'https://www.consumercomplaints.in/'

                        I want to lodge a complaint Ms. Meenakshi working in ICICI Credit card recovery office situated Delhi. I owed a Credit Card from ICICI Bank and the outstanding has been converted into emi. I have already paid 2 emi's but still not received any mail or communication and they qre getting the high interest charged every month.

                        Please take a quick action or I will lodge a police complaint as she is not responding.

                          Need my money back. This show how we can trust icici bank to keep money in saving account because without account holder confirmation icici bank people's taking money.

                              I am a corporate. In the month of November I had requested my online savings account to be converted into salary account.

                              Despite my salary credtion.I was charged around 1200₹ MAB charges without any notification.

                              One of the agent at ICICI - splender forum, jasola 11334, New Delhi branch took my request for salary account conversion.

                              I had adhered to all the formalities.

                              Customer care, the branch and the employee who took the request are just throwing blames and I have been running around circles.

                              I, humbly requested them to reverse the charges. They have been utterly rude and least helpful.

                              Could you please look into it?

                                Issuing debit cards without asking and then charging money for it

                                Address: ICICI, Bandra Kurla Complex

                                I have noticed that ICICI has issued me many debit cards periodically and then charged my account approx 500 INR everytime for it.
                                I did try to call ICICI customer care to report this. But then i was uncomfortable to proceed since the IVR system asked for PIN number after asking account number. Since i did not submit my PIN, it disconnected everytime....

                                I have order the product on 25th Nov'20 and price of the product was 1699. The order id was[protected]. Initiation date of refund was 7th Dec'20. But still I didn't get my refund. The refund reference number from Amazon is[protected].

                                      An amount of inr 999 has been deducted from my account.
                                      The email says:
                                      A purchase of inr 999.00 has been made using your debit card linked to icici bank account xxxxx on 28-DEC-20. Info: VSI/AMAZON STAN/[protected]/[protected]/

                                      I did not made this transaction. Also, i did not made any subscription or request for auto debit on amazon.
