On 20th Nov'2020 11:30 AM I tried to withdraw 20, 000 INR from ICICI ATM [ATM ID : SACWF885]
The money got stuck in the machine and after a second money went back into the machine. Machine processed the amount again and gave only 1, 500 INR.
Remaining 18, 500 I didn't get back. I tried to reach out to customer care and try to follow up from a month but not getting any proper response.
I even demanded CCTV coverage as they were denying my complaint but no response on that also. Please help me with this. I am fed up with ICICI Customer Service.
I used to promote everyone to go for ICICI Bank for anything [Salary Account, Any type loans]. But, from last 1 month I am fed up and don't even want to have any relationship with this anymore.
