I worked in the ICICI bank from June 2007 to May 2010. I have forwarded a request for my PF settlement to the mail id payroll.[protected]@icicibank.com. I have attached pf withdrawal form, scanned image of PAN card and Adhar card. I gave a bank account number which is jointly owned by me and my husband. Unfortunately I could not provide a cancelled cheque image as I live in the UK and I don't have chequebooks here. The chequebooks are in my India home. As an alternative I am trying to open an NRO account so that I can provide the details of that account once it is opened.
But opening of NRO account will take little bit of time. I have tried to communicate this to the payroll helpdesk team but they are continuously asking for the cancelled cheque.
I request you to give me some time so that I can provide the cheque details after opening of the NRO account.

    I never opened demat account with ICICI Bank yet each year for last 5 years ICICI Bank is auto deducting 600 to 800 rs per year as part of DP charges.
    I have read about other customers that have posted the same.
    They are running a scam and fraud.

        A transaction of Rs. 497.7 has taken place from my account under the name Amazon VSI, without my knowledge on 18.12.2020. I can ensure that I did not make any purchase of the same amount at amazon or I did not subscribe to any schemes like Prime. I contacted the Amazon customer care about this but they told me that there is no such thing as "VSI". This incident has not taken place for the first time. Same kind of transaction took place about 6 months ago under the same name for which I approached ICICI for seeking remedy. Please look into the problem seriosly and find out what Amazon VSI is so that your customers don't have to suffer again and again with the same problem.

            I recharged my icici fasttag using icici imobile app and my is dedicated from the account but that money is not reflected in the fasttag .
            When spoke to customer care the team responded so rudly saying we are not responsible. Very frustrated with this icici bank fasttag .

              I have recently (12/17/2020) opened my salary account. While doing that no one informed me about the
              " Expression Debit card ". By next day I received a text message that your Request for expression debit card was registered and I have attached the message below for your reference.

              Dear Customer, Your request for "Expressions Debit Card" with Joining Fee: 499+GST and Annual Fee: 499+GST (Second year onwards) vide SR[protected] has been registered. You will receive the card in 14 days from the date the charges have been debited.

              Which is obviously not mentioning any customer service number etc. I don't want this card. I just need a normal card. Kindly look into this please.

                NMMAB Charges

                Address: Khairatabad

                I have been charged Rs 1180/- (inclusive of GST) for not maintaining the minimum balance. Neither the bank executive nor any customer support has called to acknowledge. I keep on maintaining Rs 50K balance to avoid NMMAB charge. But again they have charged on it.

                Please resolve it at the earliest......

                  I opened a savings bank account recently with ICICI Bank (ISIC Branch). I did not request for an Expressions Debit Card but the bank executive that processed the application for me, Himani (Mobile No. [protected]), applied for one on my behalf without asking me if I was interested. Nor did she inform me that she was applying for an Expressions debit card on my behalf. I have asked for cancellation also but that request has not been processed. Now I have been charged INR 588.82 for this card today, and there is no option available to get it cancelled anywhere!

                  Additionally, I have been facing issue using the debit card for paying online on Myntra app/website. The bank keeps declining the payment although I have more than sufficient bank balance. I have spoken to many customer care executives in the span of an hour already because they keep redirecting me to different agents and none of them have helped me resolve this issue. I must say I am disappointed with ICICI Bank, and I didn't expect such poor assistance from them right at the beginning of opening an account with them.

                      As this month of December 2nd RS:2313:00 amount debited from my account and transfer to UK company(RESUME DONE) without giving any information and getting confirmation from the customer and later I am going to speak with bank particular department and they didn’t give any clarification and resolving my issue also and even they say we are not responsible for this transaction. When I speak with UK company they refund my amount and share the ARN number I am going to provide the ARN number: 74609050338000000093581. But when I show to the number to my branch(ICICI bank, address:S.D. Road, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, ifsc code:icic0000048) they didin’t give any response and they said we don’t have any record.

                        On 13/11/2020, during travel I tried recharge of ICICI FASTAG account I d 12248466, using imobile app, Total of Rs. 2700/- debited from account immediately but never got the recharge and at every toll plaza, I faced inconvenience telling me I don't have low balance. FASTAG Customer care phone people wasted my hours and hours but misguided me only, as they are the dummy people trained only to waste time, nothing they are powered to, ICICI customer.care, is also pathetic they assume the customer is there employee, they are asking me to do hundred of things for the refund, which is due to their mistakes.till date I have neither got the recharge nor the refund, no body telling where the money gone, and why.
                        I m going to hire a lawyer service and claim the compensation, it's to difficult to make the bank people understand the problem. As they are only in the mood of looting the customer.

                              I have Registered my ICICI Salaried account on Auto pay for Bajaj term life insurence.
                              Due to some medical Emergency I wasn't able to maintained that much amount which is sufficent to pay my premium but Now ICICI bank has been deduct around 600 rp from my Salaried account as EcS charge.

                              I want refund that money.

                                Credit Card: Amazon Pay ICICI CBCC
                                My credit card due date: 6 Dec 2020
                                18/11/2020 : I got credit card bill amounting 146093 INR
                                30/11/2020 : I checked my credit card statement and found 4254 INR was refund amount by merchant. I paid 141839 INR.
                                07/12/2020 : 3447 INR have been charged for Auto Debit return fee. I never signed up for auto debit. I see on ICICI website auto debit amount is 250 INR but they charged 3447.
                                08/12/2020 : I noticed this in statement and paid INR 5000 more.

                                I then called customer care. They informed that refund is not considered as payment and they told to wait to get it reversed. They promised that amount will be reversed back since i have made remaining payment(5000) on 08/12/2020. I didn't get any update post that. When i call customer care they say wait for few more days and it will be reversed. Today they told that 3.4% interest would be charged on total amount but they will help me if i take loan and convert the amount to EMI.

                                I am stuck now. Waiting for the next credit card bill. Please assist me out. I am not going to pay these charges anyways. I have dropped them 10s of emails and talk over phone 10s of time and also escalated to head of credit cards at ICICI bank but there is no response. Looks like He/She is also waiting for few more days.

                                Will switch to other bank as soon as possible. Thanks ICICI, you screwed me up big time!!!

                                  This is with regards to Online Fund transfer from my Axis bank A/C mistakenly transferred into ICICI A/C. Transaction Date:[protected].
                                  On the same day I called ICICI Customer care and they asked me to go to my local ICICI branch and complain about it. The next day I have submitted an application in the local branch with all the details. On further query my bank said that the amount has been frozen. It has been more than 1.5 years, I have been continuously following up for the reversal of the transaction. I request to you to help the reversal of the fund to my savings a/c.

                                  This issue has still not been resolved, the icici customer care advised me to go to the icici branch office, and even they have not been able to resolve the issue. It's been 2 years since I have been following up. Now I am even a customer of icici bank. And it's highly disappointing that the bank couldn't reverse the wrongly transferred fund of 13k since 2 years.

                                    On 20th Nov'2020 11:30 AM I tried to withdraw 20, 000 INR from ICICI ATM [ATM ID : SACWF885]

                                    The money got stuck in the machine and after a second money went back into the machine. Machine processed the amount again and gave only 1, 500 INR.
                                    Remaining 18, 500 I didn't get back. I tried to reach out to customer care and try to follow up from a month but not getting any proper response.
                                    I even demanded CCTV coverage as they were denying my complaint but no response on that also. Please help me with this. I am fed up with ICICI Customer Service.

                                    I used to promote everyone to go for ICICI Bank for anything [Salary Account, Any type loans]. But, from last 1 month I am fed up and don't even want to have any relationship with this anymore.
