I have been charged numerous times for thus ### pos charges of 29 rs. Can this good for nothing icici bank take responsibility. Are they running of money that they want to loot their CUSTOMERs. I am shocked to know how many CUSTOMERs hv been charged for baseless pos transactions. My debit card has been blocked since the last 1 year. There is no question of my transaction getting declined if I've not been able to use my debit card. This useless bank will not even reverse the charges. Who the he'll is responsible ? How can we get a possible refund when icici bank is getting greedier by the day

        MID# 75855384

        We had surrendered the ICICI merchant services POS terminal in 2018. The device was collected by the company’s employee.
        In November 2020, I get an email stating that a charge of ₹1000/- + 18% GST is being deducted from my account for using their services and device.
        I tried to raise my concern with them by contacting them on their customer care number mentioned on their website. I couldn’t get thru the IVR as it only accepts TID which I didn’t have as the POS terminal was submitted 2 years ago.
        Therefore, I sent an email to them expressing my concern and there was no response from them at all. All I get is an auto generated email stating that we will get in touch with you soon. After awaiting their response and no communication from their end I decide to visit the local branch and speak with their branch manager. Upon understanding the situation the manger gives me a contact number of the person who looks into this matter. On speaking with him, he gives me another contact number of the person incharge of our area.
        After talking to the area incharge, he sends an email to the concerned team keeping me in the loop, asking to close the matter and refund the amount deducted.
        Then a response comes from the team that as per their records the terminal is still active and therefore the charges have been deducted. Further to this, they also state that they have also activated cash withdrawal for customers and an additional fee of ₹1000/- + 18% GST would be deducted from my account. Firstly, I don’t have the terminal as it had been submitted to the company 2 years ago. Secondly, they activated a services without my consent.
        On writing the same thing in the email they say that I need to show them the proof of submission of the POS terminal. I try to prove my point by asking them to check my statement and see that there have been no transactions since 2018. They still write that submit the terminal in order to close the case.

        How can I submit the terminal again when it has already been done. Who keeps the proof of submission after two years. There have been no transactions thru the device which in itself is a proof.

        Please help me get my refund and close the account for good

            Would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 26th December 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

              I tried logging in to my imobile account, and it shows 4 options. I just want to login into my savings account and i cannot. There is no option there. If i click on instasave, the webpage which loads is white and there is nothing to see there. Please help.

                On 01 December 2020 i made a transaction of Rs. 278.57 via SBI net banking through ICICI Bank gateway on NHAI site for my "MONTHLY TOLL PASS" . Amount was deducted yet i was unable to cross toll.

                I registered my complaint to SBI they said we can't help in regard.
                You have to contact NHAI. So, please help me

                  on 28/12/2020.
                  Total Amount approx 1716/-
                  I have not activated and used my Demat account till deactivated last used in 2018. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need justice and my money back immediately.
                  Its not first time so requested please check past statement also and do needful either i will have to go consumer court.

                    It is very pathetic that ICICI bank is charging money from customer for ecs return which occured due to margin shortfall in my account. There has been a debit of RS 590 on. 14 dec and it repeated again today i.e. on 25 th dec. How can the bank charge multiple times.

                    I request Icici bank to please refund this amount as i am under severe financial hardship and these frequent issues are not helping.

                    Kindly look into this and do the needful.

                      I have ordered the icici coral wave card for my joint account but have got the titanium and coral expressions debit card. I have cancelled the debit cards and want refund for the same. Please help me in getting the refund.                                   My vehicle no is HR 26 BG 1015. My fastag was issued by ICICI but now it is showing blacklisted.

                                  I have requested ICICI Fastag Customer Care to remove the blacklisting but it is not done after almost 2 months and multiple complaints / follow ups. Now my complaints are automatically getting closed without any resolution. It is almost impossible to reach ICICI Fastag customer care and after spending at least 1 - 2 hour when call connects then i get a standard response that it will be resolved in 24/48/72 hours max.

                                  First complaint was made on 30th Oct 2020 and after that many complaints / follow ups have been done but no luck. Still my FASTAG is blacklisted.

                                  I am not able to get new TAG because of this blacklisting and now govt have mandated the FASTAG from 1 Jan 2021 so i am in big trouble. ICICI team is of no help. I have a toll plaza at 1 Km distance from my home and i have to cross it multiple times a day. Without cash payment and without tag i can't cross toll plaza now.

                                  Kindly rectify the issue and do the needful so that I can cross plaza hassle-free. I am attaching the complaint / follow up details for reference.

                                    Account freeze without any intimation

                                    My name is Srinath. Yesterday i received an sms from ICICI bank as "SR[protected]: Dear Customer, As a precautionary measure, Acct XX651 has been frozen temporarily to prevent misuse. Pls visit branch and submit recent trxn dtls." after performing failed UPI Transactions. The money was not deducted from the account but my account is not operational as it was frozen by the bank.

                                    Immediately called the customer care and asked...

                                    I have been deducted with 826 rs on 25 th nov under the name of DMC dp charges till Oct 20.

                                    I am using icici since 4 years and have never activated the demat account then how I am being charged . When I reached customer care they told that there is demat account on your name.

                                      The I direct App didn’t allow me to trade my shares for 4 days after I bought it. I lost Rs 176000 due to the app and website issue. The face lock doesn’t work on the IOS devices at all.
