Address: Icici bank, s.d. Road, near clock tower,Secunderabad,hyderabad.

As this month of December 2nd RS:2313:00 amount debited from my account and transfer to UK company(RESUME DONE) without giving any information and getting confirmation from the customer and later I am going to speak with bank particular department and they didn’t give any clarification and resolving my issue also and even they say we are not responsible for this transaction. When I speak with UK company they refund my amount and share the ARN number I am going to provide the ARN number: 74609050338000000093581. But when I show to the number to my branch(ICICI bank, address:S.D. Road, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, ifsc code:icic0000048) they didin’t give any response and they said we don’t have any record.

    On 13/11/2020, during travel I tried recharge of ICICI FASTAG account I d 12248466, using imobile app, Total of Rs. 2700/- debited from account immediately but never got the recharge and at every toll plaza, I faced inconvenience telling me I don't have low balance. FASTAG Customer care phone people wasted my hours and hours but misguided me only, as they are the dummy people trained only to waste time, nothing they are powered to, ICICI customer.care, is also pathetic they assume the customer is there employee, they are asking me to do hundred of things for the refund, which is due to their mistakes.till date I have neither got the recharge nor the refund, no body telling where the money gone, and why.
    I m going to hire a lawyer service and claim the compensation, it's to difficult to make the bank people understand the problem. As they are only in the mood of looting the customer.

    Tossing only, neither Recharge nor refund.

    Nothing is being done for ICICI BANK or ICICI FASTAG,
    They kept tossing my complaint since month.

      Sir,
      Jabaraj and many others are calling my relatives incessantly even when I told I don't have a job. After letting them know multiple times still, they are calling all my friends and family members. Please help me out as I am not able to carry out normal daily operations due to continuous mental torture.

          I have Registered my ICICI Salaried account on Auto pay for Bajaj term life insurence.
          Due to some medical Emergency I wasn't able to maintained that much amount which is sufficent to pay my premium but Now ICICI bank has been deduct around 600 rp from my Salaried account as EcS charge.

          I want refund that money.

            Credit Card: Amazon Pay ICICI CBCC
            My credit card due date: 6 Dec 2020
            18/11/2020 : I got credit card bill amounting 146093 INR
            30/11/2020 : I checked my credit card statement and found 4254 INR was refund amount by merchant. I paid 141839 INR.
            07/12/2020 : 3447 INR have been charged for Auto Debit return fee. I never signed up for auto debit. I see on ICICI website auto debit amount is 250 INR but they charged 3447.
            08/12/2020 : I noticed this in statement and paid INR 5000 more.

            I then called customer care. They informed that refund is not considered as payment and they told to wait to get it reversed. They promised that amount will be reversed back since i have made remaining payment(5000) on 08/12/2020. I didn't get any update post that. When i call customer care they say wait for few more days and it will be reversed. Today they told that 3.4% interest would be charged on total amount but they will help me if i take loan and convert the amount to EMI.

            I am stuck now. Waiting for the next credit card bill. Please assist me out. I am not going to pay these charges anyways. I have dropped them 10s of emails and talk over phone 10s of time and also escalated to head of credit cards at ICICI bank but there is no response. Looks like He/She is also waiting for few more days.

            Will switch to other bank as soon as possible. Thanks ICICI, you screwed me up big time!!!

              This is with regards to Online Fund transfer from my Axis bank A/C mistakenly transferred into ICICI A/C. Transaction Date:[protected].
              On the same day I called ICICI Customer care and they asked me to go to my local ICICI branch and complain about it. The next day I have submitted an application in the local branch with all the details. On further query my bank said that the amount has been frozen. It has been more than 1.5 years, I have been continuously following up for the reversal of the transaction. I request to you to help the reversal of the fund to my savings a/c.

              This issue has still not been resolved, the icici customer care advised me to go to the icici branch office, and even they have not been able to resolve the issue. It's been 2 years since I have been following up. Now I am even a customer of icici bank. And it's highly disappointing that the bank couldn't reverse the wrongly transferred fund of 13k since 2 years.

                On 20th Nov'2020 11:30 AM I tried to withdraw 20, 000 INR from ICICI ATM [ATM ID : SACWF885]

                The money got stuck in the machine and after a second money went back into the machine. Machine processed the amount again and gave only 1, 500 INR.
                Remaining 18, 500 I didn't get back. I tried to reach out to customer care and try to follow up from a month but not getting any proper response.
                I even demanded CCTV coverage as they were denying my complaint but no response on that also. Please help me with this. I am fed up with ICICI Customer Service.

                I used to promote everyone to go for ICICI Bank for anything [Salary Account, Any type loans]. But, from last 1 month I am fed up and don't even want to have any relationship with this anymore.

                  ICICI has detected 20 thousand+ from my account with above mentioned charges and this is a big time fraud. I called your customer support they give some reasons and say it cannot be reversed it back and when asked for Manager they disconnect this has happened thrice. It is my hard earned money why is Bank doing this fraud by taking our money I don't see it happening with HDFC, HSBC or CITI This needs to be stopped and give me my money back.

                    I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs 999/- deducted from my ICICI account and the transaction message says vsi/Amazon stan. The amount was debited on 15th Dec 2020. Could you please assist me regarding the refund for the deducted amount.

                        I cleared my credit card bill in June 2020 and deactivated too
                        I asked ICICI bank officer/manager to deduct my full amount from my account and deactivate my credit card
                        They asked me to mail them I did that too for deactivating my account
                        They deducted full amount and deactivated my credit card too and I was shocked that I got bill in next month too I mailed them no response from them they were continuously send me bills next 3months I called them and said too they apologize me and again I got bill next month they send negative score to cibil I lost 75pts because they send 4months negative impact I lost my bill 780 to 675

                              I am having a Personal Loan of Icici which was about to end in Aug 2020 but bank has applied moratorium without my consent from March to May. I tried to made a payment in April and bank refunded it to me stating as excess funds. Now bank is putting interset charges on my emi's and not giving any resolution for my Moratorium charges.

                                  I have icici credit card from 10 years .
                                  in the month of Sep., 20 i have not received any statement of outstanding amount from icici credit card & i deposited lumsum amount more than outstanding Rs. 1150/-

                                  But icici credit card company charging extra Rs. 1200 & making pressure & threatening to deposit this amount.

                                  i request many time to waiver this amount but they are not doing this.

                                  Please take neccesory action & arrange to remeove all penalties.

                                    I had done shopping of clothes from Amazon during Diwali but unfortunately I had to return that due to its quality. On 18 November 2020 my credit card bill was generated for Rs. 9541.37 with due date 6 December 2020. But all Amazon's Refund was credited by 26 November 2020.

                                    I was charged late payment fee of Rs. 590 on 9 December 2020. When I called customer care to enquire about this they informed me that Refund is not considered under payment. I told them that I was unware about this. I thought I had got all refund from Amazon so their is no need to do payment.

                                    I am ICICI Customer since more than 2 years and also never ever had any late payment fees or had any reversals on my credit card. This is the first instance I had this experience still ICICI Customer Care did not help me to waive off late fee charged.

                                    Apart from other bank's I Bank with, I am totally upset by this kind of customer support I got from ICICI Bank as customer. Because this is first time I requested for reversal of late payment fee with valid genuine reason as I was unware that Refund from Amazon is not considered as payment. I had never done single late payments since I started using credit card still ICICI Bank is not ready to reverse my late payment fee seeing my past records of payments and once as a courtesy

                                        My name is Sree Saradh P and I'm holding a salary account in ICICI bank. I just saw today when I checked my account online, i had been charged POSDEC CHG for 12 times of Rs. 29.50. I am totally not satisfied with this hidden charges from icici.
