INCIDENT DETAILS
This has reference to my ATM transaction of ICICI debit card in HDFC Kasba ( Kolkata) branch ATM on
17th September'20 at around 11.15am.
Request you to please refer the screen shot and you may observe there are 4 transaction on same day for withdrawl of Rs. 10000/- only out of which except the top one, all other transactions happened in HDFC Kasba Branch ATM.Top transaction happened in IDFC bank ATM which was successful transaction.
HDFC Kasba, Kolkata branch have 3 ATM machines and first transaction from bottom which is circled out
in screen shot is disputed one.
While I swiped my Debit card of ICICI bank, in last ATM machine from the gate, the screen displayed that requested amount i.e. Rs. 10000/- can not be dispensed. I canceled the transaction and took my debit card out and swiped in the first machine near the gate. Slip came out "transaction failed". In this transaction shows amount debited (second transaction from bottom) but got credited immediately (Shows in 3rd transction from the bottom) but unfortunately, the amount debited in first transaction neither got credited not cash dispensed from the machine which I alreday mentioned.
Then I swiped the card in adjacent IDFC bank ATM and transaction was successful which is the top most transaction.

Hence I would request your intervention to arrange for the credit of first unsuccessful transcation ref. no. NFS/S1ACKO11/CASH WDL/17-09-20 for Rs. 10000/-.

This complaint has not been resolved by ICICI customer care team. Since last 45 days they have given me two replies " Your complaint has been escalated to HDFC bank but we are yet to hear from them".
This response has been given by Ms. Priya Gupta on behalf of senior Mangement and most amazing part is ICICI bank is not able to get any reply on customer complaint which is pending from 17th September which shows seriousness of ICICI Bank team.

I have noticed this when I was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 14th Dec 2020. Could you please assist me regarding the refund for the deducted amount.

      I have been charged for expression debit card which i dint request. They have charged me rs. 588.18 including taxes.. The message they sent were unclear.. They didn't tell me they were going to withdraw rs.588.18 from my account. Expression debit card request cancelling options were unavailable..
      I don't need expression debit card as i already have basic debit card..I tried contacting you people in many ways I couldn't reach .

      Please help me getting my money back

        My name is Deepak, My mobile number is [protected]. And i have a account in icici bank that is salary account. I did not have any knowledge about Demat account. i have never used it . but on 8th dec 2020 the bank deducts Rs.646 for DP CHGS TILL SEP 20 . I never used any demat account and i have no knowledge about this . But bank deducts my balance without any notification. I also submit a complaint to Icici bank but they never reward me back.Please resolve my issue i want to my money back.i also send the screenshot of icici mobile app.

          I have my salary account in ICICI bank which was opened in April 2020. Because of nation-wide lockdown, it was opened online. Hence, KYC was not done. Recently, my account got freezed because of KYC issue and hence, I visited Lucknow main branch in Hazaratgnj for KYC and biometric .

          The official there told me that after KYC updation, my existing debit card won't work and I need to order a new one that will cost me 499+GST, one time. I re-confirmed to him also that this is mandatory because I don't want a new card since I already have one.

          But, he told me that it's mandatory after the KYC update.

          Today, I got a message from ICICI that I have ordered an expression debit card that will cost me 499+GST annually. Also, on talking with customer care, I came to know that existing debit card will work even after KYC update.

          So, I have requested a cancellation for the expression debit card from the customer care executive.
          But, still it's not cancelled and the amount deducted from my account and it is being delivered to me.

          I DO NOT WANT EXPRESSION DEBIT CARD. Kindly, cancel it for me. I already have a basic debit card and would like to continue with it only. Please cancel the expression debit card request for me.

              I am Gagan sabharwal. 826 rupees has been deducted from my account In NOV 2020. I have never been told about this.

              DMAT account was automatically opened with my Salary account and icici representative told me that its free with the salary account and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                I want to change RM against my demat account no [protected]

                I made so many complaints but no response so far.

                Your customer care number [protected] is a rubbish no never get the response infact it's highly chargeable

                Hope you will change the RM and will revert soon

                Note existing RM is not available for the last 6 months

                  I am a saving account holder in ICICI vasai branchs, without any intimation in their policy change they have started deducting MAB charges @ Rs.708 on monthy basis, I visited the branch to changes my saving limit & reverse the charges as it was lockdown period & we had no income to maintain balance, but the bank was least borther, Inspite of Submission nethier my limit was change nor MAB charges were reversed.

                      This is in respect of the IDFC LTD SR-4 BD 12 NV 20 - 10 bonds matured on 12 Nov 2020. The settlement amount of Rs. 103, 100 has still not been credited to my account and the settlement date is postponed each day by another day.

                      The email response from your helpdesk is totally useless for me as I have no connect with the Registrar and my investment has been made through ICICI Direct. I made a call thereafter and I was told that the credit will happen with a maximum time limit of 15 days. As you can notice, the maturity date was 12 Nov 2020 and I have not received the amount to my account till date. I have escalated within to Head service quality and even after assurance of credit within 2 working days, no positive action seen.

                      Request for a quick resolution.

                        Hi,

                        I am a mutual fund holder with 5 SIPs on GROWW app. All SIPs had successful transactions for December month(confirmed by GROWW team) on 1st December but all my money from my bank account has been deducted on 2nd December from GROWW app(confirmed by my bank holder - ICICI bank).
                        Additionally I am unable to add any money into my ICICI bank account because it is getting deducted instantly by Groww. ICICI account is my primary account and salary account. I am unable to do any transactions for the last few days due to this.

                        GROWW customer service team told me it was a fault from bank side, they have charged me. But as I can see all the transactions are successful on time. No one informed me the date of deduction earlier. It was scheduled to be deducted on 1st December. My 2360rs has been deducted from my account.

                        Please look into this as I have been continuously reporting the same issue to Groww and they are harassing me by not taking any action.

                          Hello,

                          I have bought an electronic item 22 Nov 2020 from Amazon which is 9 month EMI. amount is 37500/- via ICICI bank credit amount.
                          on the same 22 Nov 2020 bank debited 1st EMI amount from the i have paid to bank for the older transaction. and this should not happen as per my understanding.

                          That online item i have returned to seller and account credited amount 37500/- to credit card account. Also i have requested the customer to stop EMI hence, but my question to bank why they debited amount from my transaction as 1 EMI.

                          In credit card that amount still showing outstanding. 4420/- which is surprise for me and shocking. this is really pathetic service i was served from bank.

                          I was shocked when the customer care asked me to pay this amount and next bill cycles bank will credit 4420/- amount.

                          but my question is why I'm give that amount which is not swap by me. only for there adjustment they asked me to pay to credit card account.

                          Hope you will take this forward and solve my issue ASAP

                            My self the undersigned and other 13 members of colleagues have planned to go for site purchase at Divancheuru which has been proposed for Development (Apartment Constructions). For above proposal, we have approached and conformed a builder who is willing to take the land for development and agreed for 40:60 ratio and as a benefit we will get 2 flats each and some liquid cash. For this development process, we expected that expenditure budget and output benefit should be equal contribution / same.

                            In connection with this, we have approached your concerned ICICI bank home loans section Manager, Mr. Venkat, Rajahmundry main branch, . We had explained our project plan and the proposed time line when we are going to clear the loans also. After discussing with Mr. Venkat, we went for site SQY lay out adjustment and applied loan. After so much of trouble, finally all registrations were being completed. For this process Mr. Venkat endorsed Mr. Mani Kumar for document collection.

                            Now our builder has been asked to submit with bank NOC by Rajahmundry Municipal Corporation when he had applied for Development Plan approval. We had approached to discuss NOC requirement with above mentioned concerned manager as he assured in our earlier discussion. But unfortunately now he is stating that it is not possible to provide NOC and advising us to go for individual construction.

                            As per our proposed project only we went for site purchase and as per your bank person assurance only we took loans and otherwise we would have approached another bank for the same. After issuing the bank loans, now how could he change statement like that. He should have denied earlier itself stating that it is not possible / no such rule in bank anci he was supposed to inform before the process. Due to this our entire project not taking further step.

                            Before giving complaint request in grievance, we approached and explained the entire issue to Mr. Ramu, Credit Manager and Mr. Akram, Mr.Venkat reporting boss. Mr. Akram enquired with Mr. Venkat and stated that tñ=r= is nc conversation happened earlier about project proposal. Then we informed to Mr. Akram that we have some witness about our conversation and we will present on your request. For that Mr. Akram stated, he will put up an enquire on Mr. Venkat on this issue and will take action against him. He also informed that the outcome shall be shared with us upon completion but unfortunately that didn’t happen.

                            We didn’t receive any positive outcome of this enquiry and action against Mr. Venkat, . By his false communication only we are facing lot of inconvenience and how can we trust such a reputed corporate bank like yours. How can we recommend to others. This is a very huge jolt for people like us with small salaries and it will make lot of impact on our financial situation over the period of time.

                              I have an expression debit card, due to expire by the end of dec2020,
                              and a new/replacement expression debit card has been sent without any request from my side. I was never asked if I wanted one. At the moment the new card is inactive, so no charges were debited. I just want to cancel my subscription to 'expression' debit card.

                                I am complaining regarding an unknown Transaction that took place from my account during wee hours of Wednesday, 9th December 2020

                                Neither am I subscribed to prime nor have I enabled it's auto renewal. Thus, I did not authorise this transaction in any way possible.

                                How can a transaction like this take place.

                                Kindly Assist me in this matter.

                                  I am getting an error of account blocked/frozen when i try to transfer funds to another bank account.

                                  Also to let you know i have recently opened my account and my seving account have been credited to the account as well, when i check my internet banking then i could see the balance and also add payee but i can't transfer the fund.

                                  Reason to raise this complaint here is that i have tried to reach out through customer care but no response due to covid and even no email id where i can raise this issue. Hence this forum

                                      My icici bank account has been debited with 590 rs in the name of some ECSRTNCHGS... without notifying me on email or sms. It has happened for the first time in last 4 years. Haven't subscribed for any additional service. I want my money back.

                                        Sir,

                                        ICICI Bank deducted 500 rs as GST invoice from my account. They didn't inform me about this.
                                        Please help me get back my hard-earned money back.
