My got SMS of deduction of money INR 450 Four Times & ₹90 four times with remark of VIN/ Google lig/. Without my any consent total amount of INR 2160 deducted from my account. Whyyyy????
Many other ICICI bank customers are also suffering from this. Please do something for God sake.

    An unauthorized transaction has made from my account for one assist service which I have never subscribed. Kindly return the deducted amount and stop the service of one assist.

    It is not acceptable at any cost that icici Bank deducted the amount without prior knowledge of their customer.

    One assist has sent the notification sms today[protected] for renewal of service while they have already deducted the amount from my account two days ago[protected]. I want to inform you that date and time also display in every sms so if you are trying to mislead the consumer then it is a very shameful thing.
    I do not want this service any more and also want a deducted amount 1899 back in my account.
    According to one assist representative i had given my approval over phone on 30 dec 2019 and also i got confirmation regarding the same through sms while i didn't receive any call from your side on 30 dec 2019 and sms which i have received on 30 dec 2019 nothing was mentioned in sms that 1899 amount will going to deduct from account . I have a fully recorded conversation with representative. which i may share with you if required . ...Also he denied to share recording call of 30 dec 2019 in which I gave the confirmation to subscribe the service.

    Please find the screenshot for your reference.
    Kindly provide authentic records and also refund the deducted amount otherwise i have file a case of fraud against both icici and the ne assist company. You people are just misleading the consumers.

        On Nov 6th-2020, I made a payment of Rs-119 for Grocery purchase online for Dunzo using Google Pay. Rs-119 got debited from my account and Dunzo -support team informed that they did not receive the payment as the payment failed at the payment Gateway.
        Please check this and Refund my money back!!!.

            I have a Demat account in ICICI bank . When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 'IN [protected] DP CHGS TILL SEP-20'---- INR 826'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

                      Dispute quote: SR[protected]
                      Amount: Rs30000

                      Two transactions of rs 15000 each were made from my account from upi which i did not make. So i contacted icici on the next second i received the transaction message.
                      It has been over a month and they wre not providing me any update on the status of that complaint.
                      They credited 30000 rupees in my account and marked lien, so I currently dont have the money I never spent and no update on my response even after making several calls.

                        I am Sushil Khojare. Please note that INR 826 have been deducted from my account as DP CHGS TILL OCT-20 on 25/11/2020.
                        I have never activated and never used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice. This is totally an unacceptable and unethical behavior from ICICI. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can lose the trust.
                        I don't want any Demat Account.

                        Kindly refund my money at earliest. I need justice and my money back immediately.

                          Today there was a deduction of 590rs from my account without any prior notice. It says in the transaction that the deduction was done for the date of 27nov.

                          What is this. How dare you to deduct amount from my account without any prior notice.
                          Now give me a clear explanation and refund of the amount. Else I am going to take this complaint to RBI.

                            I made online payment for PTET 2020 for admission in college for bed fee of rs 22000 through bank of sbi debit cards on 06/12/2020 at 1045 am. Challan no. 26029252 my transaction was failed with error "session timed out! Transaction fail. Payment was deducted from my bank account with transaction id[protected] simultaneously my registration fee is nt done. Please solve matter because last date is 7 Dec 20.

                              ICICI bank has automatically activated a service and have been charging me since 2 years, I have called multiple times to cancel this service even now I have sent a mail. Instead they replied that it is a very helpful service. I want the WA service deactivated on my account and refund of my money.

                                        I would like to bring to notice that my fastag account is being charged from Uttar Pradesh. I am in Bangalore and I have never been to UP. My car is here during this pandemic and hardly take it out over the weekends within Bangalore city. In November I have been charged multiple times and raising a customer complaint didn't help me.. Finally I had requested for deactivation which is in progress since a week and today again my fastag account got deducted. Now it's -ve balance. Kindly help.
