    My icici bank account has been debited with 590 rs in the name of some ECSRTNCHGS... without notifying me on email or sms. It has happened for the first time in last 4 years. Haven't subscribed for any additional service. I want my money back.

        Address: Sector 9, Rohini

        It has been 2 months I applied for locker in Rohini sector 9 Delhi branch. I applied on 29 October 2020 and I still have form filled for that date. They kept on delaying by saying keys are not yet surrendered and then that staff got covid. Today i.e. 8th December 2020, I went and locker number and key number was allotted and then branch manager said we don’t have the locker.
        Such lies even after allotting the locker and key number. They have humiliated me for 2 months asking me to come again n again and today also made me sit for 2 hours and said we don’t have have the locker.

        They do have the locker that’s why it was allotted but the branch manager does not wish to give me the locker coz my account is eligible for discount.
        I want my locker in the same branch for which I have been waiting since 2 months. Icici bank needs to look into the matter.

          Hi, I have opted for multi wallet card -though my company, I have sent all the KYC documents to the respected persons, but still my card is blocked and not able to use the money in card .

          I have mailed to the concern person but I have got no reply from them.

          Customer care is also not helping in this issue.

              I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs169/- is deducting from my icici account from last two months and the transaction message says vsi/amazon st.
              Neither i had done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction.
              Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal.
              I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 7th Nov, 2020 & 7th Dec 2020.
              Could you please assist me regarding this?

                I Sourav Kumar Seth from Rairangpur, Odisha . The ICICI Bank closed my saving account[protected] without my information. When I visit the nearest ICICI bank, i have not getting any valid reason for account closer. The branch told me you have two saving accounts so that one account is closed. But i have only one account in ICICI Bank.

                Also the customer support team not resolving my issue. I think some of the ICICI Bank employees misused my documents and opened a new account because i have not opened any other account in ICICI Bank.

                  My got SMS of deduction of money INR 450 Four Times & ₹90 four times with remark of VIN/ Google lig/. Without my any consent total amount of INR 2160 deducted from my account. Whyyyy????
                  Many other ICICI bank customers are also suffering from this. Please do something for God sake.

                    An unauthorized transaction has made from my account for one assist service which I have never subscribed. Kindly return the deducted amount and stop the service of one assist.

                    One assist has sent the notification sms today[protected] for renewal of service while they have already deducted the amount from my account two days ago[protected]. I want to inform you that date and time also display in every sms so if you are trying to mislead the consumer then it is a very shameful thing.
                    I do not want this service any more and also want a deducted amount 1899 back in my account.
                    According to one assist representative i had given my approval over phone on 30 dec 2019 and also i got confirmation regarding the same through sms while i didn't receive any call from your side on 30 dec 2019 and sms which i have received on 30 dec 2019 nothing was mentioned in sms that 1899 amount will going to deduct from account . I have a fully recorded conversation with representative. which i may share with you if required . ...Also he denied to share recording call of 30 dec 2019 in which I gave the confirmation to subscribe the service.

                    Please find the screenshot for your reference.
                    Kindly provide authentic records and also refund the deducted amount otherwise i have file a case of fraud against both icici and the ne assist company. You people are just misleading the consumers.

                        On Nov 6th-2020, I made a payment of Rs-119 for Grocery purchase online for Dunzo using Google Pay. Rs-119 got debited from my account and Dunzo -support team informed that they did not receive the payment as the payment failed at the payment Gateway.
                        Please check this and Refund my money back!!!.

                            I have a Demat account in ICICI bank . When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 'IN [protected] DP CHGS TILL SEP-20'---- INR 826'. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

                                    Dating to 7th December 2020

                                    I did not authorise this transaction in any way possible.
                                    Moreover today is just 6th December 2020

                                    How can a transaction like this take place.

                                      Dispute quote: SR[protected]
                                      Amount: Rs30000

                                      Two transactions of rs 15000 each were made from my account from upi which i did not make. So i contacted icici on the next second i received the transaction message.
                                      It has been over a month and they wre not providing me any update on the status of that complaint.
                                      They credited 30000 rupees in my account and marked lien, so I currently dont have the money I never spent and no update on my response even after making several calls.

                                        I am Sushil Khojare. Please note that INR 826 have been deducted from my account as DP CHGS TILL OCT-20 on 25/11/2020.
                                        I have never activated and never used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice. This is totally an unacceptable and unethical behavior from ICICI. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can lose the trust.
                                        I don't want any Demat Account.

                                        Kindly refund my money at earliest. I need justice and my money back immediately.
