I am MISS NIKITA KANTILAL DAMANIA. I Received Threaten call today from ICICI BANK +91-[protected] . My relative member has took loan from icici bank.. and her name is SAROJ YADAV... i dont know what is the matter .. some people visited residence address and i worked in bharatgas agency .. so residence people told that saroj yadav relative member work in bhargas agency kandivali west .. now problem is this icici bank Representative calling on landline number where i am working and asking for nikita so call was handover to me .ICICI bank Representative LADY was so rude and misbehavior on call ... she asked where is saroj yadav and i told she went village then she asked rajesh yadav i told he also gone village ..that lady shout and said gaon bhag gye kya..!! paisa nahi dena kya ??? (This is the language icici bank use) ...then i told why you are telling this to me ..she said because you are daughter and your number was given to ICICI Bank ...now I want to know on which document Saroj Yadav has mentioned me as daughter and my contact number... I'm Nikita Damania and loan on Saroj Yadav what is relationship...why icici bank representative calling where i am working... its a gas agency and having 3 landline number ...ICICI Bank Representative continuously calling at my working..it was mentally torture...i told please call me on personally call because its gas agency.. all 4 ladies where very rude and continue calling on office landline no.. my manager told call nikita on personally number .. because this landline number is for bharatgas consumer support but this ICICI bank Representative didnt listen continue 2hrs they has Mentally Haras and torture to me ..ICICI Bank Representative CALLED me ON PERSONAL NUMBER WITH RECORDING I have ... THIS KIND OF THINGS DONE. Continuous Call on my office landline number... NOW MY MANAGER HAD REMOVED ME FROM OFFICE NOW IM JOBLESS ... WHY ?? Because ICICI Bank Representative ladies without confirming started haras over call ... ITS LOCKDOWN ..NO JOB.. NOW I AM JOBLESS BECAUSE .ICICI Bank Representative BEHAVIOUR AND CALLING ON OFFICE AND ABUSING ..I WANT REPLY ..OTHERWISE I WILL GO AHEAD ...or I'll do sucide... and I have call recording of icici bank representative and I try to share but it's failed MP3 in phone and want mp4 so I could not post ... I'll share screen shot...I want immediately reply.!!

    On 22.10.2020 I was returning from the Vrindavan and I was not having sufficient balance in my FASTag account. So accordingly I have paid in cash at Toll Plaza Jakauli and Srinagar Rs 230 and 105 respectively. Later on I have got recharged of my FASTag account by Rs.1, 900 at Panipat and then again Rs.230 and 105 was deducted. Now I have waited for sufficient time with a hope that the amount which is got wrongly debited will be credited but till date nothing has been done. So now I request you to please arrange to reverse the amount at the earliest because sufficient time has already been passed

      Hi

      I have lost my job due to this pandemic and unable to pay my EMI. I am the only bread winner for my family. I have no other source of income as well. I have informed 'n' number of times about the same to the executives who keep calling multiple times in a day. And also to the executive who visited my place. They say it's not their if I lose the job. I have asked them to give me time until I find a job and I will make the payment. They ask me to borrow from friends or do something and arrange money. They visit my house every week and bad mouth my mom who is aged and who has multiple health issues. I am unable to find a job during this time. They have even put a lein on my account. The collection agents are too bad and worst behaviour. They need to understand the situation..

        Hi, This is to inform you that Please note that INR 826 has been deducted from my account as DP CHGS TILL OCT-20 on 25/11/2020.
        I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice. This is totally unacceptable and unethical behavior from ICICI. Don't ever do this without customer acceptance, otherwise, we can lose trust.

        Kindly refund my money at the earliest. I need justice and my money back immediately.

            I tried to make a payment on MakeMyTrip through UPI connected with ICICI bank but the payment failed. Money got debited from my bank but the booking has not been made. I did this on 5th Nov. After that it has been close to a month I have called and written to ICICI Bank but they are not responding. Please help me with the refund of the same from the bank. The amount is Rs 2899.

              I have been charged for expression debit card which i don't remember of requesting. They have charged me rs. 588.18 including taxes.. The message they sent were unclear.. They didn't tell me they were going to withdraw rs.588.18 from my account. Expression debit card request cancelling options were unavailable..
              I don't need expression debit card as i already have basic debit card..
              Please help me getting my money back

                  BE CAREFUL before you purchase ICICI Fastag..

                  I purchased an used car 4 months back. The owner of this car has already canceled the Fastag account with ICICI. Now ICICI says that they have put the Fastag account against the vehicle number on blacklist.

                  ICICI has deducted money for fresh issue of fastag on 2 occasions but have not delivered the fastag.

                  I am unable to purchase a new Fastag due to this and ICICI have not been able to cancel the blacklist for the past three months.

                  I have already raised customer complaints at least 5 times, the customer service people are untrained to resolve anything and they just give false assurances and commitments.

                  Is there a way to complain to NHAI / any other Government organisation about such monopolistic practices from ICICI.
                  Fastag will be mandatory from next month, how do we deal with such companies?

                  It is pathetic that I cannot buy Fastag for my own car due to monopolistic and protectionism shown by ICICI Bank.

                      My ICICI Bank Credit Card ending with 5068 has been disabled by bank and I have excess credit payment pending in the account since Feb 2020. Despite provided with all possible supporting documents in support of respective transactions, my payments has not been refunded. Account has been removed from system, however still receiving monthly credit statements. All my request's are closed abruptly by ICICI. All possible ways to connect support and get the status of requests are closed as account deactivated.

                        I have been deducted with 658.03 rs on 25th Nov and 167.97 rs on 25th Nov under the name of DMC dp charges till Oct 20.

                        I am using icici since 4 years and have never activated the demat account then how I am being charged . When I reached customer care they told that there is demat account on your name.

                          Billdesk Reason : sorry we are unable to process your transaction, my ICICI bank is debited for rs.14918.74

                          I was trying to pay medical premium for the year 20-21 to New India Assurance and initiated the transcation by clicking the pay button which took me to billdesk page and paid the amount of Rs 14918.74. The amount has been debited from my bank account, but page showed "Sorry ! we are unable to process your transaction. We apologise for the inconvenience and request you to try again later." messsage from bill desk.

                          It’s been 16 years I’m maintaining an SB account as well as 2 credit cards with Icici bank. I didn’t have any single payment defaults and maintaining a very good profile on all these days. But on the other end there had a series of bad experiences time to time but resolved all those with the support of their management. Their customer care is of no use and most of them are very rude. They don’t even have basic banking knowledge as they always misguide you or make some excuses which you haven’t heard ever or doesn’t have any logic.
                          During the start of November 2020 I was not getting OTP in my mobile and then I reported it to them. After 2 days it started working by itself. Bank looked in to my concerns only after 2 days when it’s started working. Now it’s been more than 10 days I’m having this same issue with OTP. As usual I reported to their customer care but didn’t receive any response. Then I escalated it to their management still no response. I kept following it up including sending emails to Mr. Sandeep Bakshi. But until today I didn’t receive any single response and still OTP is not getting, to do any online transaction. I’m getting Messages from everyone else except this worst bank. I’m so surprised to see that even after escalating it to their MD, (who doesn’t know why was he appointed there) and senior management (another bunch of people who are appointed to take salary on time by doing nothing), there wasn’t any response or attempts to resolve this issue. I’m completely stuck as I can’t do any transaction online. I have already reported this to Ombudsman and waiting for their response. I have decided to cancel my account and cards as I do not wish to have any relationship with NO 1 WORST BANK IN INDIA. They are good for nothing. If I starts listing my experiences with them it will take days to write here. If anyone plan to open any account or avail service with ICICI, think 10 times. They will spoil your life if you opt for any service. These complaints against them are good examples to prove that Yes, they are the worst bank in the country.

                          Stop this non sense and drama. I have been sending emails since 22/11/20 onwards to your MD Mr. Sandeep Bakshi and senior management. Not a single response received so far. I do not wish to continue any relationship with this DIRTY BANK. You guys know my details very well. I have provided enough details to find out my account details, still you guyz acting like dumbo.

                            This complaint is regards to my deduction from my salary account. The amount Rs 750 is deducted from my salary account on name of CHGS as soon as I received my salary. This is very disappointing without any consent the amount is getting deducted.

                              When I joined my first employer Oracle, ICICI bank employees asked us to open A DEMAT account as it is completely FREE OF COST. I used the DEMAT account for some time and then later stopped using it. I called the customer care to DELETE my Demat account to which they replied: " why to delete sir? the account is completely free. YOu will be charged only if you sell or purchase shares or MFs. SO don't delete.". Now I got a message saying that I have been charged 826 rupees for that DEMAT account DP charges. I called my ICICI representative and he says someone has probably mis-sold the product. My phone number is [protected]. I am expecting a complete refund of my amount.

                                  Myself Deepika Salvi i had a gold loan from your bank in the name of Sameer salvi
                                  Loan acc no[protected]. I visited the Ghansoli branch to close my loan account but I found my 39.590 grams gold bangles DAMAGED. NOW THE QUESTION IS WHO DID THIS DAMAGE? WAS MY JEWELLERY USED OR GIVEN ON RENT TO SOMEONE ELSE??????
                                  while keeping the same in mortgage my all ornaments was perfect as it was newly made and now i found damage.
                                  How?
                                  Who is responsible for this?
                                  What kind of services are you giving to clients making fools?
                                  I wasted my whole day because of your services and mental harassment. You guys are not bothered its someone's property. You should keep it safe, for your kind information I have paid interest for the same not opted free loan services so that you can damage someone's property. Now you have repaired my bangle, still it's not perfect fyi.

                                  JUST BECAUSE OF YOU ME AND MY HUSBAND HAVE TO TOOK OFF YOU GUYS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAME ARE YOU GOING TO PAY OUR LOP??? OF COURSE NOT COZ YOU KNOW TO EARN MONEY AND CHEAT OTHERS.
                                  WORST SERVICE/BANKING.
                                  I REGRET TO HAVE A SALARY ACCOUNT IN YOU BANK WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE IN FUTURE.

                                    I have been deducted with 627.68 rs on 30th Nov under the name of DP CHGS TILL OCT-20.

                                    When I reached customer care they told that there is demat account on your name.

                                    Please close my Demat account and refund my money asap. My account number is[protected]
