    Unnecessary deduction in saving account

    Address: Icici bank Kailash colony delhi

    On 27th October deductions of Rs 590 were made by the bank through my account, while no payment is interrupted.
    If it is a check bounce, then the financier has always been paid in time, so there is no question of getting the check bounces.

    Today, I took a loan due to some medical emergency and today the bank deducted about Rs 4700.
    We are going through very difficult in the disaster of Corona, it seems impossible...

          Dear Sir,

          ICICI bank is making demat account without my knowledge and without my knowledge money is being deducted in the name of DP charges.

          I have an ICICI Direct account in which no tradings or any kind of activities by myself with my knowledge is undergoing, which clearly shows some fraudulent activities is happening using the customers money.
          I have mailed to the customer care executive to investigate and refund my amount deducted but i just got a system generated mail saying they ll get back within 2 days and still no response.

          Today I transferred some money to my account and again stole my money!!!

          Kindly do the needful action behalf of the customers like us.Since I am an NRI and unavailable in India, my prefered action will be either closure of demat account or Refund of the amount deducted and close the account.

            Hello, I have face the same thing where Icici bank deduct DP charge where I have no Trading A/c with, since 2015 I have used this Saving a/c without such charge ever but standing in 2021 they deduct the same charge with 549.92 (RS)attached Also the pic of my bank statement

              Amazon Pay Credit Card : Bank Extortion

              I lost my debit card around *March 2020 and blocked the card instantly.

              *6, 900 amount was due by then, so I paid 7000 as a round figure but started sending me alerts after 2 months that 300 rupee was due
              and kept adding late charges and interest.

              I had made the UPI transaction using ICICI iMobile app of 8295.31 INR to State Bank of India account on 02-Dec-2020. And I got message "no response from cbs"

              Money got debited from my account. And not even credited to the other bank account, Please rollback the transaction or credit it to the beneficiary account

                Am an icici bank customer. Today 03-12-20 ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees twice. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.                       Dear Sir/Madam,
                      This is to lodge a complaint against ICICI Bank Credit Card Department who has illegally put the amount in my saving account on lien for credit card outstanding. There was absolutely no communication happened. However I have cleared my minimum due amount before due date.
                      Due to this I have my EMIs bounce. When I called to customer care they talked in very unprofessional way and said that the have authority to do whatever they want on our saving account.
                      On my credit card there was an min due amount of Rs 38000 (approx) and due date was 10th Dec however I have paid total due amount and my credit card is active now. But Bank refused to remove lien amount on my saving account.

                      Please remove the lien on my saving account at earliest.

                      Looking forward to an early and favorable action from your side.

                            I am MISS NIKITA KANTILAL DAMANIA. I Received Threaten call today from ICICI BANK +91-[protected] . My relative member has took loan from icici bank.. and her name is SAROJ YADAV... i dont know what is the matter .. some people visited residence address and i worked in bharatgas agency .. so residence people told that saroj yadav relative member work in bhargas agency kandivali west .. now problem is this icici bank Representative calling on landline number where i am working and asking for nikita so call was handover to me .ICICI bank Representative LADY was so rude and misbehavior on call ... she asked where is saroj yadav and i told she went village then she asked rajesh yadav i told he also gone village ..that lady shout and said gaon bhag gye kya..!! paisa nahi dena kya ??? (This is the language icici bank use) ...then i told why you are telling this to me ..she said because you are daughter and your number was given to ICICI Bank ...now I want to know on which document Saroj Yadav has mentioned me as daughter and my contact number... I'm Nikita Damania and loan on Saroj Yadav what is relationship...why icici bank representative calling where i am working... its a gas agency and having 3 landline number ...ICICI Bank Representative continuously calling at my working..it was mentally torture...i told please call me on personally call because its gas agency.. all 4 ladies where very rude and continue calling on office landline no.. my manager told call nikita on personally number .. because this landline number is for bharatgas consumer support but this ICICI bank Representative didnt listen continue 2hrs they has Mentally Haras and torture to me ..ICICI Bank Representative CALLED me ON PERSONAL NUMBER WITH RECORDING I have ... THIS KIND OF THINGS DONE. Continuous Call on my office landline number... NOW MY MANAGER HAD REMOVED ME FROM OFFICE NOW IM JOBLESS ... WHY ?? Because ICICI Bank Representative ladies without confirming started haras over call ... ITS LOCKDOWN ..NO JOB.. NOW I AM JOBLESS BECAUSE .ICICI Bank Representative BEHAVIOUR AND CALLING ON OFFICE AND ABUSING ..I WANT REPLY ..OTHERWISE I WILL GO AHEAD ...or I'll do sucide... and I have call recording of icici bank representative and I try to share but it's failed MP3 in phone and want mp4 so I could not post ... I'll share screen shot...I want immediately reply.!!

                              On 22.10.2020 I was returning from the Vrindavan and I was not having sufficient balance in my FASTag account. So accordingly I have paid in cash at Toll Plaza Jakauli and Srinagar Rs 230 and 105 respectively. Later on I have got recharged of my FASTag account by Rs.1, 900 at Panipat and then again Rs.230 and 105 was deducted. Now I have waited for sufficient time with a hope that the amount which is got wrongly debited will be credited but till date nothing has been done. So now I request you to please arrange to reverse the amount at the earliest because sufficient time has already been passed

                                Hi

                                I have lost my job due to this pandemic and unable to pay my EMI. I am the only bread winner for my family. I have no other source of income as well. I have informed 'n' number of times about the same to the executives who keep calling multiple times in a day. And also to the executive who visited my place. They say it's not their if I lose the job. I have asked them to give me time until I find a job and I will make the payment. They ask me to borrow from friends or do something and arrange money. They visit my house every week and bad mouth my mom who is aged and who has multiple health issues. I am unable to find a job during this time. They have even put a lein on my account. The collection agents are too bad and worst behaviour. They need to understand the situation..

                                  Hi, This is to inform you that Please note that INR 826 has been deducted from my account as DP CHGS TILL OCT-20 on 25/11/2020.
                                  I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice. This is totally unacceptable and unethical behavior from ICICI. Don't ever do this without customer acceptance, otherwise, we can lose trust.

                                  Kindly refund my money at the earliest. I need justice and my money back immediately.
