    ICICI Bank deducted some amout through my account without any mail or msg regarding SMAB charges and DP C HGS charges. And they are not willing to refund those charges me back. Its extremely bad policy of that bank. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
    Total amount: 783.04+42.96= 826.

    Hi ICICI Team,

    I have raised SR[protected] for this query and Closed Demat account which I never requested to open. still I didn't get the amount deducted from my account. Spoke representative Satish (+91 [protected]) has stopped answering my calls. Such a disappointment from ICICI Team.

    Hi ICICI Team,

    after a long struggle, I have received 525rs refund and I would definitely raise a complain on this, remaining rs301 is not refunded. Please note: I'm using ICICI account from 4 years and never asked to open any Demat account. representative Satish (+91 [protected]) has stopped answering my calls. I'm ready to raise a FIR/Cyber crime complain on deducting amount from saving account without account holder's permission. Its been 15 days I'm struggling to get my money back.

      Dear icici bank,

      I am charged 826 rs. As the fee by the icici bank for a demat account which i have never used. It was informed to me by the agent that it is free of cost. I want icici bank to give my money back and close this demat account i dont need it.

      You can find the transaction remark below :

      Call me asap and reply to my query. You did not even informed me before deducting this amount. This is such a fraud by huge bank like you.

          As i have opened the salary account in ICICI bank tenkasi, i asked for my passbook and debit card.But they didn't give me correct information regarding that.They told me already the debit card has been sent to me through postal but i didn't get it, but when i went to nearby rural branch to ask about this, they told me the central branch not even issue the car.And also i asked for Employee Reimbursement Account they didn't help me to open the account.Iam satisfied with the service from the TENKASI BRANCH-TAMIL NADU

                  I have taken icici bank first data POS machine MID no 95341650 in Feb 2020 and Returned the same in Month of Sept 2020 due to huge Charges.

                  My total Swipe during the Period was Rs 1, 31, 906 /- and as Per Charges Statement i was Charged Commission Rs 653.06/-
                  Other charges Rs.26593/- . Other Charges are more than 20% of Total Swiped Amounts. If i am Paying 20% to ICICI bank what will i earn then.

                  I had Taken the Machine from ICICI Bank from ICICI Employee named Santosh. I returned the Machine in Month of Sept 2020, i have an Acknowledgement Slip for Return as Well. He told i will get refund of Security deposit which was paid in Feb 2020.

                  However till now i have not got refund and ICICI is charging more charges on previous. The Sales Executives cheated me, they told i will be charged Rs 100 as Rent every month however as per Statement i am been charged various other Charges (Charges statement Attached)

                  I also spoke to ICICI Customer care, they told u will be charged all these charges as well and hence i decided to return the machine and waiting for Refund. I spoke to the sales Employee Santosh as well, he told that he has left the organisation and call ICICI Bank.

                  If a Small trader like me has to pay 20% as charges, what will i earn.

                      I am Deepak Sharma and I have been using ICICI Bank's services since 2 years.
                      Recently on 25 November 2020 and 27 November 2020 there was a deduction of rupees 91.34 and 665.83 on the verge of DP CHGS Till Oct 20. Neither I am using your demat account nor any other services.
                      I highly trust this bank in private sector and I return you are deducting our balance without any prior information. Is this your loyalty with your customers. Kindly refund all my money asap, I am gonna leave your bank as you are frauding with your loyal customers.

                        I have 2 saving account with ICICI which was my salary account as well sometime bank deducting this kind of charges frequently from my account, don't know for what some time they say its charges for services or fuel services charges. I didn't understand that if we are moving towards the cashless economy & if I need to pay this kind of service charges for every other transaction I'll prefer to go with cash instead of cashless.

                          I have been charged a hefty preclosure charge even though I am eligible for a waiver. I have paid 20 EMIs and I made the pre-payment of the loan from funds in my savings account. ICICI website on a page pertaining to Service Charges and Fee for Personal loan, says: "The waiver, if any, of the prepayment charges will be applicable provided: The customer has paid 12 or more EMIs and The pre-payment of the loan is done using customer's own funds (Waiver on pre-payment charges is not applicable in cases of balance transfer)".

                          I have raised complaints many times but no positive reply. Once again request you to please waive off the prepayment charges as per your bank's own rules and refund the same to my account. It is highly unprofessional of your bank to not follow your own rules.

                              I am Anup Gadre. Please note that INR 826 have been deducted from my account as DP CHGS TILL OCT-20 on 25/11/2020.
                              I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice. This is totally an unacceptable and unethical behavior from ICICI. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can lose the trust.

                              Kindly refund my money at earliest. I need justice and my money back immediately.

                                  I was under a impression that icici cares for customers, but this is not justifiable.

                                  I created my demat account using zerodha and that has to do nothing with icici right? So why I'm I being charged for this.

                                  Without any notice, u have debited my account and there is no proper reason for this I need my refund.
                                  826 rs DMC till Oct 2020.
                                  If I haven't opened the account through icici why are u guys charging me anyway.

                                      Icici bank has taken 826 rupees from my account by fraud on 25 November but I have not any demat account then after bank deducted my money. I want refund soon. Due to some fraud people at ICICI bank who are involved in fraud, totally defaming the bank name.

                                        Money deducted from my icici bank account stating DMC DP C charges but I am not using demat account of icici bank. I want my refund and explanation why this amount is deducted from my account without any message from bank or notice. why I was not told at the time of account opening that these charges will be there.
