Hi,

I am using IOB Debit card today morning (12/10/2020) I withdrawal 3000Rs from ICICI ATM Bank Bommanahalli branch, But I get only 1000Rs from that ATM machine.

I am vinod kumar k, the fasttag issued for my vehicle bearing no: TS 15 EX 5542 is damaged and has to be replace as it is having balance it is showing blocklisted while paying at tolls iam facing problem. Please replace new one with old account to me....

Whenever I try to perform online transactions with this card, I am getting the error incorrect details entered even though I am entering the correct details. This has happened many times. I have verified with the icici credit card portal, the details of my card and compared with the physical card itself. All details are the same but I am not being allowed to do online transactions with this card....

Today, I received a message from bank (Txn of INR 3, 990.00 done on Acct XX947 on 10-OCT-20.Info: VIN*GOOGLE S.Avbl Bal:INR 263.21.Call 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 947 to [protected]).

But, I have not done this transaction. Also, there is no OTP received from bank for this transaction. This is a fraudulent transaction on my account.
Kindly check and return my hard earned money to my account.

I have not taken any 2 wheeler loan from ICICI bank so far. CIBIL report showing that i have taken a loan in 2006 which i am not aware of any and written-off later.

Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserv and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges.

ICICI has opened a demat account and linked to my bank account without my consent and without informing anything to me. Now they are charging annual fee of Rs 826 twice. I called customer care, they told me to go to icici bank and get it resolved. But when they opened the account, they didn't even bother to take any consent.This is complete FRAUDULENT activity and it is hindering me to use my icici bank account....

DP charges are applicable whenever one sells any shares from their demat account, but as informed to your helpdesk mail id, I have never traded in Shares till date on my demat account, then on what basis are you charging me the same?

Balance is showing as 0.
But card is not closed yet
As i contacted to the bank - and submitted the closer form and also

No SMS/Email received for above transaction without my knowledge on same.

I can see amount 590/- deducted from my ICICI bank account. Could you please check and confirm why this deduction happened and refund as soon as possible....

Thrice the debited is done from my account in favour of funding iwish " 30K on 29 Oct 2018, 24K on 7 Nov, 2018, and 13K on 26 March 2019, I never funded any such things. Don't understand what wrong with icici Bank. Please look into the matter....
