On 29th of October 2020, I received an email from icici stating there was a transaction from my debit card for Rs. 7999. Since I was sure I had not done any transaction, I logged in to online banking to check what the transaction was about and found that it was from a remark (MIN/GOOGLE). While looking at my account statement within a span of 2 mins, there have been nine transactions recorded amounting to (Rs. 100 each) Rs. 900 in total. And all these transactions were suspiciously from (MIN/GOOGLE). So I have lost about Rs. 9000 on the same day within a span of 5 mins.

I have lodged a complaint on the icici website and unfortunately, I have not even received an acknowledgement for the complaint. Kindly assist and initiate refund.

    ICICI Safety Bonds October 2000 (Tax Saving Bonds ) were allotted in respect of Nayani Veena Hemantha and Nayani Sri Bhavana on 16Oct2000 and details are as below. I have forwarded couple of mails at [protected]@icicibank.com, [protected]@icicibank.com since 28Aug20 for redemption procedure but no response till date (31Oct20).

    2. Nayani SriBhavana / Bondholder no.[protected] / Certificate No. 45475 & 45476

    It is further requested that all future correspondence be made at the below mentioned address.

      RS 826.00 has been deducted from my account, as dmc/ dp chgs till Sep-20, on 27-Oct-2020. I did not get any message regarding this deduction ! Proper explanation is expected on this.

      FYI I do not have any demat account in ICICI Bank.

      We trust ICICI Bank and so we maintain our accounts, but deduction of amount from customer account without customer notice is not good. I can see n number of same complaints from ICICI Bank customer. Proper explanation is expected on this

      Hope will a proper positive response on this issue.

        HELLO,
        This is Aftab, My registered mobile number for ICICI bank is [protected].

        I Would like to take this matter point by point.

        A) I had already filed a complaint on bajaj finserv, which they replied and have promised me to resolve my issues and refund back my amount.

        B) When asked about so many bouncing charges levied upon me, they said to me via email that some charges were charged by my bank ICICI. They also sent me a mail on the same (I WILL BE ATTACHING THE SAME)

        C) On today (31st oct 2020), i credited around 7000 rs in my account, only to see deductions of RS 590, RS 590 and RS 521.72.
        i contacted the MKB NAGAR (chennai) Branch manager and she had had no answers and told me to contact the customer care team and i did the same.

        D) When contacted the customer executive had a chat with me and forwarded the same to MR.Swami, He justified them and kept on telling that these are bounce charges levied .
        He told me that the bounces occured on 3RD and 5th october, whereas i can see a deduction of bounce as RS 520 on October 3Rd .

        It is to be noted that I CREDITED RS 7000 ON 3RD OCTOBER

        " WHEN THERE IS BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT " HOW CAN A CHEQUE BOUNCE ?

        I ALSO HAVE RECORDED THAT AUDIO CONVERSATION OF HIM AND HE CLEARLY SAYS THAT THERE WERE 4 BOUNCES, TWO BOUNCES ON 3RD AND TWO BOUNCES ON 5TH.

        WHEREAS I HAD SUFFICIENT FUNDS ON 5TH.

        FOR TWO BOUNCES, They have charged me BOUNCE CHARGED 7TIMES.

        1. 520 RS ON 3 RD OCTOBER
        2.158 RS ON 26TH OCTOBER.
        3.431.72 RS ON 26TH OCTOBER.
        4)68.28 RS ON 26TH OCTOBER.
        5)521.72 ON 31ST OCTOBER
        6)590.00 ON 31ST OCTOBER
        7)590.O0 ON 31ST OCTOBER.

        TOTAL : 2491.72 AS BOUNCING CHARGES ? ?

        WHEN CONTACTED ICICI BLAMES BAJAJ FINSERV, WHEREAS BAJAJ HAS CLEARLY SEND ME A MAIL STATING THAT THESE CHARGES ARE LEVIED BY ICICI

        I AM ATTACHING

        1) MAIL FROM BAJAJ STATING THAT THEY HAVE NOT LEVIED ANY CHARGES AND ARE TELLING ME TO CONTACT ICICI.

        2) MY 3RD OCTOBER STATEMENT WHERE 520 RS HAS BEEN DEDUCTED AND I HAVE ALSO CREDITED RS 7000.

        3) STATEMENTS OF MY ACCOUNT WHERE MULTIPLE DEDUCTION HAVE TAKEN PLACE.

        ONE LAST QUESTION WHICH I NEEDED TO ASK IS

        WHEN THERE ARE FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT ON 3RD HOW CAN I GET A BOUNCE ON 5TH ?

        FINALLY ME.SWAMI WAS NOT AT HIS HELPFUL BEST AND DID WANT TO ANSWER MY CALL

        SO I REQUEST ICICI TO TAKE NECCESARY ACTION ON MR.SWAMI.

        I ALSO HAVE NECCEARY AUDIO RECORDING, IF NEEDED I CAN SHARE THE SAME.

        icici mailed me that, they dont have a system of reversal of money.

        i.e.

        if they make a mistake and money gets debited even by mistake, they dont credit it.

        whose money is that ?

          Unauthorized transaction of Rs 1899
          My account get debited with Rs 1899 on 5th October 20 with unauthorized transaction of INR 1, 899.00 done on Acct XX196 on 05/10/20.Info: IIN/I-Debit /SI ONEAST/############.

          I have not authorized the transaction in any way. Please resolve the issue and get me my money back.

            Rupees 613.00 has been deducted from my account, as dmc/ dp chgs on 27-Oct-2020. I did not get any message regarding this deduction! A proper explanation is expected on this.

            FYI I do not have any Demat account in ICICI Bank.

            We trust ICICI Bank and so we maintain our accounts, but the deduction of the amount from customer account without customer notice is not good. A proper explanation is expected on this.

            Hope will a proper positive response on this issue.

                As i am old costomer of icici bank
                I use my card regularly

                I done shopping for my family during last sale through amazon heavily
                Because of amazon pay rewards are great for me in the discount season but they fraud me and not denying to give me my 14500 rewards point in to my amazon pay account

                There costomer service agent told me today that i[censored]r reward points go over 10000 it will be on hold for investigation. What rubbish is this

                There is no term and condition in there any documents

                They just fraudulent every one with selling products and refusing to give cash back

                Amazon pay icici card is for giving cashback
                How can they denied by saying its over 10000 rp so we are investigating
                Plz help

                I will stop using this rubbish card after this issue resolve and icici will loose genuine customer for sure

                    ICIC bank deducted 8700/- rupees in one day I was fraudulent with me, I went to the bank and told the branch manager that money is being deducted from my account, stop my ECS. He said that it will not be from here it will cancelled from head office . Them I called customer care and I complaint against branch manager then branch manager called me and said visit the branch I will cancelled then i gone and he signed me on two forms and said all ecs are cancelled in 24 hour. After two hour i received confirmation mail from bank.after few months when i deposit money to my account in few sec my all amount are deducted from bank I was complaint to customer care and raised request to revise my bal and he told me it's was NACH charged i said how it's possible I also.canclled my all ECS in[protected] nd they investigation and they told your only one ECS canceled. It's all fault branch manager i was informed to him all details so why he was cancelled only one nd now ICICI not revised my balance if I cancelled one ECS so why I don't cancelled seconds because I had no loan in my life it's all fault Bramch manager and all ICICI saved to him because they are ICICI employees an I am customer pls revised my all balance I am middle class person

                        I opened an account just for the sake of salary in ICICI. It has hardly been 2 months since my association with ICICI. my salary is locked up now with you. What sort of bank are you people running? causing so much inconvenience. People have EMIs and other obligations to maintain and you just go about locking / freezing accounts??

                        Resolve this at the earliest, DO NOT MAKE me come to your branch for your mistake, that too during this pandemic.

                            I had an EMI of Rs.2499 which was due on 5/10/2020. The EMI had bounced due to insufficient balance. After that my ECSRTNCHG were deducted from my account without prior notice. Afterwards i received a message to maintain sufficient amount for EMI deduction, which i did but the amount was not deducted on that same day. Then again an ECS was deducted from my account. A total of Rs.1800 hundred were deducted from my account by ECS till now. After talking with the executive of the Finance Company i paid the EMI due but still the ecs amount is being deducted every day. A total of 2100 has been deducted would like to get it back since you've deducted thrice of the amount actually needed to be deducted kindly look into it revert and refund the amount.

                                    I really condemn the working style of icici bank. On 29 Oct. 2020 icici bank have deducted ecs return charges of rs. 590. in this crucial moment where everybody is struggling with their earnings and emis pay these type of deductions are highly codemned. The ECS return was due to shortage of funds which was due to the delay in the salary from my employer. Rbi has also said that no charges should be apply on customers against short of balance, ecs return etc. Still icici bank is not following rbi guidelines.

                                      Deduction of Rs. 826/- is visible in my savings account statement dated 27/10/20 with the remark as DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL SEP-20. However, I do not remember opening any Demat Account for which this amount has been charged.
                                      I request ICICI bank to please refund my amount and also deactivate the Demat account to avoid any further deduction.

                                      Tried calling [protected] twice, however they are forwarding calls from one team to another team and at last call gets disconnected stating no input received.
                                      ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        RS 688.00 has been deducted from my account, as dmc/ dp chgs till Sep-20, on 27-Oct-2020. I did not get any message regarding this deduction ! Proper explanation is expected on this.

                                        FYI I do not have any demat account in ICICI Bank.

                                        We trust ICICI Bank and so we maintain our accounts, but deduction of amount from customer account without customer notice is not good. I can see n number of same complaints from ICICI Bank customer. Proper explanation is expected on this

                                        Hope will a proper positive response on this issue.
