My account has been debited 826 INR on 27th Oct 2020, I have no clue why this has been debited from my account. I can just see the DP CHGS TILL S EP-20 nomenclature (I don't even know what does it means)
I need an explanation for the same, if it is debited without my concern then it is a very serious problem.

    I received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money ASAP

    Make sure to deactivate this plan ASAP, if not.. I will complaint against this in Consumer court .

      We were sent an email where it was written to submit the document of the bond holder for the update(minor-major). its been few weeks since we have sent documents including the original bond certificate. There is no information from their end whether they have received the documents or not.
      We also want to early redeem that bond but their is no way to contact them as whenever we call on their provided number it disconnets as soon as we reach to the bond query.

          I have changed my mobile number through atm more than a year ago. now when trying to login to my account the otp is being sent to the older number. i mean i get the otp on the new number for normal transactions. then all of a sudden why the old number is being asked for otp verification? and also why is there noway to contact customer care? none of the mentioned numbers in the website are useless just as the info they are providing to customers. no notifications on when the server is going to be down. all in all this seems like i should change banks asap.

            On 27th October deductions of Rs 590 were made by the bank through my account, while no payment is interrupted.
            If it is a check bounce, then the financier has always been paid in time, so there is no question of getting the check bounces.

            Today, I took a loan due to some medical emergency and today the bank deducted about Rs 4700.
            We are going through very difficult in the disaster of Corona, it seems impossible to live here, we are feeling helpless due to the same unnecessary deduction.

            Please reverse the amount of 4700 on high priority so that my medical work can be done .

              I did not recieve the refund for my returned products to amazon.Amazon has initiated the refund for all of the 3 products that I returned on August and October . The total amount to be refunded is 799 + 299 + 339 = 1437
              rupees.The refund reference number for the 3 products are stated below:

              The amount rupees 799 was credited on 19th october 2020, rupees 339 was credited on 19th october 2020 and rupees799 was credited on 7th august 2020.The bank has not credited these amount to my ICICI debit card.

                Hello,

                I'm Sabari. RS 826.00 has been deducted from my account, as dmc/ dp chgs till Sep-20, on 27-Oct-2020. I did not get any message regarding this deduction ! Proper explanation is expected on this.

                FYI I do not have any demat account in ICICI Bank.

                We trust ICICI Bank and so we maintain our accounts, but deduction of amount from customer account without customer notice is not good. I can see n number of same complaints from ICICI Bank customer. Proper explanation is expected on this

                Hope will a proper positive response on this issue.

                  Hi,

                  This is Madhura Sirsikar. Employee of SBI. I was posted in Karwar when ICICI credit card sales team once approached our sbi Bank and pitched for icici make my trip credit card during March.(which costed 599/-)

                  I was initially interested and applied by filling the form, after few days I receive the call from ICICI team stating I am not eligible for the same. It didn't matter me indeed. But for my surprise after a few days I was sent the credit card during april/may 2020.

                  I haven't used the credit card yet, but still icici bank has kept sending me sms on stating an amount of Rs. 4508 as on date.

                  I am surprised, I have been calling them regularly and I am sure they have all the call records of my complaints made previously, which includes
                  1. Cancellation of credit card since I am not interested on it.
                  2. They have initiated one assist plan costing 1599+, without my consent.
                  3. In my one of the complaints I was asked by the customer care to get the one assist plan cancelled, which I have done. But still the pending balance they are showing is 4500.
                  4. The customer care of icici is most of the time busy that my call doesn't get connected.
                  5. All my queries regarding card has been unanswered by the bank.

                  I am ok to avail the card if the cost is what I was promised, without any unnecessary charges levied on it.

                  Please also let me know with proof on what basis icici credit card had enabled the one assist plan on my card.

                  Please get me a solution asap.

                        I never used demat account of ICICI Direct in past 2 yere and they deducted Rs. 826 without even notification or prior notice.

                        I want to file a case for this, so I dont want to deal with ICICI People, I know they are ready with their answers.

                        The only help I need currently is how to sue legal charges. I dont even need any kind extra amount from ICICI.

                            I checked for the transaction details and it seems it is for DEMAT account which I have never used or being told of.

                            Same thing happened to me. Ihave already mailed icici customer care and they are saying you will be charged if you have an account no matter if you use it or not. And the ridiculous sales guys get you signed in the form and open such craps with hidden charges even if you don't want it. Total fraud. I have not time to listen to all your nonsense logic. I just want my money back.

                              Hii Keshav S. Jadhav here. 550.65 rupees has been deducted from my account as (dmc/[protected] dp chgs till sep-20) on 27-Oct-2020. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

                              We people are here because of trust towards icici. But this is totally an unacceptable behavior from icici. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can loose the trust.

                              Kindly refund my money at earliest.

                                Hi sir, I had purchased a tv from flipkart on 2019 October it was converted in to emi schedule from icici bank and they send me, but now without any prior information they are saying cool your emi has been cancelled, but i am correctly paying every month emi for rs 1435, but now they are telling to pay the full amount, I am very much frustrated with this, already I confirm the customer service only, I had get started to pay the amount but they are saying like this, why can't these people's are not understand the customer pain, my card no ending with 7001

                                    I have not open my demat account myself but they have opened up by their own and deducted 550 rs from my account. And for this payment deduction I did not even receive a mail or text message . This is seriously a fraud and is not acceptable from such bank. I am trying to reach customer care but the number is also not reachable. I have tried many times with different numbers but none is working.

                                      DMC charges from icici (DMC/IN30302870460805 DP CHGS TILL SEP-20)

                                      I am therese. 481.83 rupees has been deducted from my account on 27-oct-2020. I have never used my demat account till now.

                                      They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                                      When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges,...

                                      I'm Chhaya Singh holding icici savings account for past 3 years. A/c#[protected] digit in sect 18 Noida.

                                      Without any intimation my account has been debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.

                                      Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying rbi standards / guidelines
