It is not a complaint but I want to unsubscribe to the Wallet Assist Plan. I'm unable to find the procedure to unsubscribe to this service. I tried calling the customer care number but there was no option provided to subscribe/unsubscribe any services. Please assist to unsubscribe the plan.

    Address: ICICI bank , Home loan department, Nerul, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

    My loan is cleared, thus want my flat documents back but bank is not providing me any valid reason nor documents . Although I have provided all required proofs and papers asked for submission. My documents are dispatched and kept in bank and as per my knowledge it will be sent back after few days if not handed in time.

        @ICICIBank I am facing a serious and repeated mistake from ur bank. Amount is debited from my account for no reason from ur side. I am sending u screen shot and I need response. Otherwise I ll move to the consumer forum.

          On 27th October, 2020 a deduction of INR 118 was done from my bank account, with comment/summary
          "DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL SEP-20".

          Problems:
          1. Why there was no sms/email intimation on this deduction?
          How could company simply deduct any random change without intimating to user?

          2. Since its a charge against the Demat account, I was never intimated about any such charges on my demat account.

          Please revert the charges, and stop these malpractices to rob the customers.

            Hello,

            I have applied for ICICI Amazon credit card and unfortunately the card was returned to bank due to an error from India post. ICICI sent me an email on 03-Nov 2020 to request for re-dispatch the card by logging to the account. I have no way to do this as I cant have a login with out the card number and even the customer support is not connected with out it. So somebody please help to have any contact to request for re-dispatch of credit card.

              On 27th October deductions of Rs 590 were made by the bank through my account, while no payment is interrupted.
              If it is a check bounce, then the financier has always been paid in time, so there is no question of getting the check bounces.

              Today, I took a loan due to some medical emergency and today the bank deducted about Rs 4700.
              We are going through very difficult in the disaster of Corona, it seems impossible to live here, we are feeling helpless due to the same unnecessary deduction.

              I also lodge complaints multiple times but bank not taken action yet .please refund my amount asap as we need the amount for health safety purpose pls do not harrash.

              Please reverse the amount of 4700 on high priority so that my medical work can be done .

                  Why you guys ignoring my complaints as I mentioned we need this money for some urgent work and you are also denied to accept your mistake even you are not hearing anything and still my money not reversed. Why we are open a bank account for saving purpose if bank behaviour means deduction o[censored]nnecessary charge we will have to deal in cash.

                  You should have to reverse my amount asap or let me know if any other action needed from my end.

                    Hi I am an ICICI account holder, there are several transactions in my statement for the past one month titled ECSRTNCHGS harging 590 Rs. there are several DCARD fee charges as well. These were deducted without any information. I got to know when my car installment showed low balance. Still scrutinizing my previous month statements. But would like to know if there are notransactions how can charge me under DCARDFEE again and again.

                        I wrote a complaint to ICICI like below regarding surcharge on fuel station like below

                        Why surcharge of 8.4rs is charged on 31/Oct ( Surcharge Dt:29/10/20 MCC 5541) for the fuel purchase i have made on 29/Oct (IPS/SRI BANASHA/[protected]/[protected])

                        Why is this amount charged ?

                        The Government is promoting cashless transactions and why have you charged me surcharge overhead ?

                        Should I pay in cash here afterwards in fuel stations? or should i not use an icici debit card here afterwards ?

                        So by this all customers of ICICI bank, please dont use icici debit card in fuel stations. we cannot check if fuel station is using icici pos machines or not. Not on the same day but after some day icici will charge surcharge which is like you dont have any option for reversal.
                        So either pay in cash in fuel stations or use non icici debit card in fuel station.

                            POSDEC Charges wave off

                            Today I had deposited 5000/- in my ICICI Bank Saving account and suddenly 1500/- amount debited and in the statement its showing POSDEC even I didn't used my card since last 8 month in any POS machine.
                            Kindly check and wave off my charges....

                            There has been an VSI auto debit payment that has been debited from my account by Money control.

                            I haven't received a password, I haven't received prior intimation of the deduction. This is very scary because, the deduction happened at late night and it looks like they can deduct money without the knowledge of customers. How is this possible?

                            I request a refund and also how do I stop such transactions in future.
                            Not much information is given about VSI auto debit facility on the internet surprisingly

                                  I do not hold any demat account or have transacted any through ICICI. I could see that there is deduction of Rs. 826 DP CHGS till sep 20.. I've been using ICICI from last 5 years and i did not face this issue till now..no such notification and message given to me prior deduction and after that too...I want my money to be refunded as this is something really unexpected from ICICI.

                                    My self vinay Kumar, today I got one massage from ICICI bank on my registered mobile no.Rs.1899 /- deducted in my saving account without any OTP and any authentication from my side.
                                    Please find the enclosed screen shot of Massage.
                                    Please look into matter and reimburse the debit amount in my account.
                                    Please also share the root cause analysis, how can amount deducted from my account without my permission.
