    My name is Arpita Sarkar.
    My ICICI account number is[protected]
    Yesterday there was a debit of 656 rupees from my account with no prior notification or even text message from ICICI.
    I checked for the transaction details and it seems it is for DEMAT account which I have never used or being told of.
    I need my money back.

    Same thing happened to me. Ihave already mailed icici customer care and they are saying you will be charged if you have an account no matter if you use it or not. And the ridiculous sales guys get you signed in the form and open such craps with hidden charges even if you don't want it. Total fraud. I have not time to listen to all your nonsense logic. I just want my money back.

      Hii Keshav S. Jadhav here. 550.65 rupees has been deducted from my account as (dmc/[protected] dp chgs till sep-20) on 27-Oct-2020. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

      We people are here because of trust towards icici. But this is totally an unacceptable behavior from icici. Don't ever do this without a customer acceptance, otherwise we can loose the trust.

      Kindly refund my money at earliest.

        Hi sir, I had purchased a tv from flipkart on 2019 October it was converted in to emi schedule from icici bank and they send me, but now without any prior information they are saying cool your emi has been cancelled, but i am correctly paying every month emi for rs 1435, but now they are telling to pay the full amount, I am very much frustrated with this, already I confirm the customer service only, I had get started to pay the amount but they are saying like this, why can't these people's are not understand the customer pain, my card no ending with 7001

          I am not using my demat account at all, It was just created during my account creation and I dont know why they started deducting amount from my account.

            I have not open my demat account myself but they have opened up by their own and deducted 550 rs from my account. And for this payment deduction I did not even receive a mail or text message . This is seriously a fraud and is not acceptable from such bank. I am trying to reach customer care but the number is also not reachable. I have tried many times with different numbers but none is working.

              DMC charges from icici (DMC/IN30302870460805 DP CHGS TILL SEP-20)

              Address: 325, Sukkagoundanputhur, Kavuthampalayam (PO), Kunnathur,Tirupur-638103

              I am therese. 481.83 rupees has been deducted from my account on 27-oct-2020. I have never used my demat account till now.

              They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

              When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges,...

              Dear sir,
              I'm Chhaya Singh holding icici savings account for past 3 years. A/c#[protected] digit in sect 18 Noida.

              Without any intimation my account has been debited. I have never come across something like this on a monthly basis.

              Please take some action against the bank, if it is not complying rbi standards / guidelines

                Hi Atul Dhone here. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till Sep-20. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

                Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                Mentioned the transaction remark - dmc/[protected] dp chgs till sep-20

                  I had never used and created my demat account through icici then why there is deduction of rs 846 DP CHGS till sep 20...I want my money to be refunded and this is the first time happening like this to me since I am using ICICI and there is no such notification and message given to me prior deduction and after that too...I want my money to be refunded as this is something really unexpected from ICICI.

                      DMC/[protected] DP CHGS Till September 2020.

                      826 rupees got deducted from my personal account.

                      Am not doing any trading from my demat account and I have also reported the same to the executive who opened my account. I was not pleased when they started trading demat account in my name. Then I have clearly said am not doing any kind of trading. But still, you have deducted Rs.826 from my account.

                      Kindly refund the deducted amount to the same Account number[protected].

                      Am not pleased with this kind of deductions. Am depositing amount in this account only because it is linked to my loan account. What will happen if any amount is deducted like this on the date of my EMI autodebit date? Who is responsible for this?

                      Am terribly disappointed with this kind of service. I need a customer care executive to contact me. Preferably in tamil

                            I have ICICI Money Multiplier Bond whose Data of allotment is 05/10/1998.

                            Unfortunately, I have lost my original bond papers and would like to know the process of receiving maturity amount on maturity date 05/12/2022 in case original bond papers are lost( ICICI safety bonds(Money Multiplier Bonds)).

                            I have received mail id "[protected]@icicibank.com" from ICICI Bank for assistance of this issue. I am writing mail and continuous follow up for more than a month now, but haven't received response.

                            Kindly help me with resolving the query as soon as possible.

                                Recently Three times amount was debited from my ICICI Account to MSI*ICL AMAZO. I do not have any subscriptions as such. My complaints were not taken seriously either by Amazon Customer Care or by the ICICI. Request to refund my money and not to repeat such unauthorised transactions.

                                  On 24th October, 2020, 01:13 PM
                                  I logged in to www.allen.ac.in for fees submission. Then I proceeded with transaction of ₹500/- via ICICI payment gateway through my UPI ID [protected]@paytm. Merchant UPI ID is [protected]@icici.
                                  The UPI reference number for the transaction is[protected].
                                  The transaction was successful from my side & amount was deducted from my bank account, but the receiver end didn't generate any acknowledgement for the same & showed no transaction occurred.
                                  Hence, I want the refund for my deducted amount.

                                      Hello

                                      I would like to inform that being an esteemed customer of ICICI Bank limited, I have recently seen a massive deduction in my account balance of INR 3100 in total. These deductions comprises of 10 POSDEC charges worth INR 29.5, and around 6 deductions pertaining to ECSRTNCHG (ECS) charges worth INR 472 and 413.

                                      All of these charges were deducted yesterday i.e. 26 October 2020.

                                      I need a brief explanation to all of this and also need my refund back to my account within immediate effect otherwise I have to resort to strict actions then. I would definitely escalate this matter to the higher authorities as I can't afford to lose my hard earned money just like that.
