Hi,

I am being charged continuesly in the name of ecsrt. I dono what these charges are I do not have any part in mutual funds also but still they are taking charge of 500+rupees weakly and they are not notifing me or not sending any debit message this is aclear case of fraudulent by icici bank as they are charging continuesly I need my whole money you took to be refunded as soon as possible as I don't even know for why they took and for what they took

    A fraud transaction has been done through my bank account number of amount 999 Rs.
    please help into this

    this is not done by me

      Hello, I have recently opened an account with ICICI Bank and there was no obligation of minimum balance required for my account.Yesterday 452.02 rupees was deducted from my account under the MAB chgs, without even notifying me or sending me a message for the deduction . I thought that i might have bought something and forgot about it but in the statement today i received, it displayed that i have been charged for something spelt as MAB chgs . It have never happened before and at the time of opening my account i was not made aware of any such charges, so why am i charged of something which i was not made aware of in advance . Please look into the matter and help me in getting a refund of my money as soon as possible .

      You people, why money was Deducted from my account with out prior intimation. And it was deducted 725 Rs as mentioning MABchgs. Please respond as soon as possible before Corona attack - My mobile no is - [protected].

        I work in an organisation and dependent on monthly salary. Expenses are calculative every single rupee maintain in the account is for a reason. Without my knowledge ICICI charged a ###ing amount without any notification. Who the hell authorized you and what the hell that charge meant for? On top of it if I have contact you it's chargeable. WHY THE ### ICICI BANK DO NOT HAVE A TOLL FREE NUNBER TO CONTACT. WHY THE ### YOU WANT TO MESS WITH MY ACCOUNT. WHY THE ### OUR REPRESENTATIVE CONTACTING ME TO ACTIVATE A DEMAT ACCOUNT. WHY THE ### I HAVE TO CALL YOU. I EXPECT A CALL BACK BEING YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMER AND RETURN MY MINEY AS FAST AS YIU HAVE CHARGED IT.

          I have invested in icici safety bonds as under
          1) icici tax saving bonds -022002 -III bond holder no.[protected] certificate no.82771
          2) icici tax saving bonds -022001 -II bond holder no.[protected] certificate no.35908
          I dont remember having recievd the redemption proceeds. original Bonds are with me. please help me get the money back or paymenyt details, if already paid.

            Sir this is my complaint regarding disturbing calls from icici credit card service centre. Even after refusing so many times icici credit card service centre is disturbing me. I am getting daily 10-15calls continuosly in my registered mobile number.. I am not at all in a stage to accept new credit card and I will apply for the same as and when required through internet banking.. I have already informed this to icici representatives still they are making a joke over this situation and calling continuously from various numbers.. please look in to this matter .. thank you sir .

                How can u deduct my amount whithout any info 1st deduction amount was 590/- and then 399/- why am paying this charge when am paying my Emi regular please give me this answer this amount not small for us so stop doing this type of nonsence we are customer how can u do this with this

                    This is really unpredictable... I have only one credit card but in my statement there is two card number shows and also the second card has auto debit return charges which is deducted from my first card which recently I have. ICICI anytime search path to scam customer in any unusual charges.
                    Very very bad experience in icici really I couldn't suggest any body to use icici card Or else any products. Kindly resolve my prob and refund my 531 as soon as possible.

                        My wife's salary Account Number [[protected]] SHILPA KAMBLE) had some deduction on 13/10/2020 for MAB Charges of Rs.707/-for the month September 2020.

                        Rs.707/- Has been debited as a MAB which needs to be reversed as due to PANDEMIC, she had applied for PF withdrawal of 1300/- and among the same amount has been deducted.

                        I would like to inform you that Mrs. Shilpa Kamble is an illiterate person who had opened this account by her company team as a SALARY ACCOUNT and she was not aware of these MAB charges.

                        so as per one-time goodwill gesture and humanitarian ground kindly reverse this amount of 707/- as she is in urgent need during this pandemic situation. She has withdrawn her PF amount 1300/- only cause to handle her daily expenses.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I am holding salary account with ICICI for more than 10years since when I joined IT world, here I am writing to you for a payment of 50000 rupees through IMPS transfer on 21st-OCT-2020 to my relative NANDAKUMAR A/C, Lakkampatti branch for his Heart Surgery, Beneficiary account BOI(Bank of India) . But due to a very high level technical mistake by ICICI whereas it had gone to other person account in Coimbatore -Perur BOI branch., Here BOI There are very helpful for reversing amount and showing interest to reversal as they have been shared and asked NEFT INDIMNITY FORM to be filled and requested to share by ICICI bank, But when communicating customer.[protected]@icicibank.com they keep saying requesting letter from that wrong person and asking to wait for 40days, Here my question is to ICICI if anybody fill any information inaccurate, account will not be added as i know but in my case my all entries was correct except one digit error as you are telling us. It’s a universal awareness that there are so many mandatory requisite information criteria (IFSC, ACCOUNTEE NAME…ETC) ; when they not simultaneously completed transaction becomes failed like unmatched IFSC Code, unmatched city and even error of gender.

                          From that date I called so many times to customer care and visited the nearest branch but I am not getting any proper answer from them and not knowing that what action is taken from your side. This is very sad to me that you are not taking any action and not giving me any assurance of my money.

                          And if i will not get any proper reply from your side I will take a legal action because i don't have any other way.

                            I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs129/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on every month from one year . Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                                The aforesaid bonds had become due for maturity on 28.01.2018. But we have yet not received the maturity proceeds till the date. In the meantime

                                    My self prudhvi applied for loan on jan 18 and
                                    paid the Loan insurance amount - 25000/- on March 19 -2020

                                    and later i cancelled the loan as they have changed the rate of interest

                                    I cancelled the loan on july 7 2020

                                    Promise 1 : September 3 (By this date amount will be credited)

                                    me, rishi and Mr Naresh had a conference call (as far as i remember but iam not sure about the name) on August 3 rd i will get all my amount back on sep 3

                                    Promise 2 : September 13 (From Rishikiran)(By this date amount will be credited)
                                    Thean after 10 days (sep 14 ) i complained regarding this
                                    and then one more telephonic conversation happened where Rishi promised within 10 days the amount will be credited.


                                    Promise 3 : September 25 (conference call between me Rishi and some person from customer service) (By this date amount will be credited)


                                    in the meanwhile on september 28 i received Rs .3632 which he(rishi) told me it was a part of insurance

                                    Promise 4 : october 7

                                    Even after waiting till oct 6 i didnt receive so when i comlainde on october 7 some guy from service team called and told

                                    This is top priority and it will be done in 2 weeks
                                    Hasn't the 2 weeks didnt complete???
                                    and even i told that iam not happy with the resolution for 2 weeks he told thank you and disconnected the call and even refused to send the email address for higher escalation

                                    NOw finally i am asked to email lomabard service
                                    what is this ????

                                        I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had I done any transaction nor did I get any otp during the transaction. Neither I am a prime member thinking to be auto-renewal. I have checked this when I was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 22nd Oct 2020. Could you please assist me with this? Please find the attachment regarding the same.
