Hi, My name Rathinakumar. My ICICI meal card is not working. I am not able swipe it in any restaurants as it shows transaction declined. I am not able to use it in swiggy and Zomato also. But, my card status is active only.

Kindly help me in resolving this issue.

    I had just open a new salary account in ICICI Bank, at that time they do not informed me about the expression debit card and they had activated the service. After that i had a word with my company bank executive he informed me about the expression card, at the same time i had visited the bank again and told them i do not want to activate this service. After that also they had activated the service. Executive of your bank is doing fraud with people.
    So kindly disable or cancel my expression card service and work on customer care service also.

      What's the issue with Icici bank today? All the services(Debit card, Credit card, net banking, upi) are down since morning and I am not able to transact. Customer care number is also not responding. This is not the right way to handle this issue. Kindly inform about the problem and when the services will be up again.

          Irresponsible behaviors and Fraud of Processing fees

          I have applied for a Morgage LOAN to icici bank via one of its DSA persons name Parth Modi. Seeing my financial eligibility person said that you will be eligible for LOAN but you might get some lesser amount then the desired amount. He said that he had checked with the bank and the eligibility part is clear. He taken all documents with 2 cheque for processing fees.

          I remitted vide reference no[protected] of Icici bank through NEFT Rs 10000 to Laxman Das Rakhi Das account no [protected]on 14october around 2pm from ICICI BANK to state bank of India KAKDIP branch IFSC code sbin0001319 .2days have passed still the amount has not been credited in beneficiary account . As per RBI guideline this amount should be credited in bunch of 2 hours or returned to senders account within 1 day

              On 15/10/2020 midnit at 12:48 I received a msg that rs 1500 is debited from my bank account. The massage says on 14-Oct-20 Acct XX681 debited with INR 1, 500.00 on 14-Oct-20.Info: NFS*CWCW5233*. Kindly cgeck and let me know the reason why this amount has been debited from my account without my knowledge. Also advice on what needs to be done to claim this amount.

                    Dear Sir/Mam,
                    Its highly impossible to work and maintain an account in your bank. Neither the manager here is working properly. Neither he knows the process of work, he just come to ask for funding in quarter end nothing else.
                    I already closed 4 accounts due to this reason, and will be closing rest all current and saving account from this bank. Due to reason of worst service.

                    The current situation is I had given KYC form on 06/oct/2020 for the account number xxx in the name of xxx.
                    but till date its not activated.

                    You can check balance and FD. Now I need to use them, but but due to worst bank service and worst manager I seen here at this branch.

                    He the useless manager, I dont know how you people had appointed as a manager post. He doesn't know the banking process. In KYC form I had given latest address proof documents, he dint change the address and submitted for re-open account from dormant. He even dont know that 1st change the latest address then submit for remove dormant.

                    So at present I have 1 current account and 3 savings account, that I will surely close. As i cant face issues due to your banking worst service.

                    I am sorry to say, the worst bank i had seen ever. If you can check through email, earlier also I had complaint regarding bank issues here.

                        I was assured by ICICI BANK personnel Shubhadeep who is working with you Guwahati Branch, that I can convert my complete outstanding amount of credit card to EMI now when I am trying to get the same done no one is really helping me out in the same regards.

                        I tried to contact and connect with the team multiple times but no one helped me here.

                        Apart from this one of my friends using the same facilities by ICICI BANK was able to convert the complete amount to EMI.

                        The question here is why I am not being provided by the same services which were offered to my friend.

                        Moreover why I am not getting proper response from the Bank.

                        Why there is a discrimination???

                            Dear Ma'am /Sir,
                            This is to inform you that I am a savings bank account holder in ICICI bank since 2005. But due to COVID-19 crisis, I am anyhow trying to sustain my life. But the ICICI bank deducted all my balance from my bank account against ECS return charges. It was the fault of Axis Bank and others that they presented the ECS four or five times in an EMI cycle and ICICI debited all my bank account balance and made it to zero, even made it negative. Request you to pls intervene and suggest ICICI to reverse the charges deducted for ECS return charges as I had arranged that fund for the medical expenses of my wife.
                            I had never asked to return/ reverse ICICI bank for any type of charges since 2005. Also, my ECS never returned due to insufficient fund. Its just a humble request to you & ICICI bank for this unexpected situation in this COVID crisis.

                                From fews day my account is been charged as posdec charge
                                Daily 6-7 time money is been deducted as I am not doing any debited card transaction
                                Because the money I keep in my account .it is been deducting as posdec charge .so why this deduction is been cause daily as am not using my debit card as well account also am not using because of posdec charges .

                                  Had made a transaction on Oct 8, 2020. I immediately made a void sale transaction but the refund has not been credited back to my account.
                                  Please find attached the receipts for this. The Hospital at which I made the transaction also provided a settlement confirmation screen shot. Therefore ICICI BANK needs to credit this back to my account. Why do you have a Void Sale feature if it doesn't work? To cheat the customers?
