Dear Sir,

I am holding salary account with ICICI for more than 10years since when I joined IT world, here I am writing to you for a payment of 50000 rupees through IMPS transfer on 21st-OCT-2020 to my relative NANDAKUMAR A/C, Lakkampatti branch for his Heart Surgery, Beneficiary account BOI(Bank of India) . But due to a very high level technical mistake by ICICI whereas it had gone to other person account in Coimbatore -Perur BOI branch., Here BOI There are very helpful for reversing amount and showing interest to reversal as they have been shared and asked NEFT INDIMNITY FORM to be filled and requested to share by ICICI bank, But when communicating customer.[protected]@icicibank.com they keep saying requesting letter from that wrong person and asking to wait for 40days, Here my question is to ICICI if anybody fill any information inaccurate, account will not be added as i know but in my case my all entries was correct except one digit error as you are telling us. It’s a universal awareness that there are so many mandatory requisite information criteria (IFSC, ACCOUNTEE NAME…ETC) ; when they not simultaneously completed transaction becomes failed like unmatched IFSC Code, unmatched city and even error of gender.

From that date I called so many times to customer care and visited the nearest branch but I am not getting any proper answer from them and not knowing that what action is taken from your side. This is very sad to me that you are not taking any action and not giving me any assurance of my money.

And if i will not get any proper reply from your side I will take a legal action because i don't have any other way.

    I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs129/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on every month from one year . Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

        The aforesaid bonds had become due for maturity on 28.01.2018. But we have yet not received the maturity proceeds till the date. In the meantime

            My self prudhvi applied for loan on jan 18 and
            paid the Loan insurance amount - 25000/- on March 19 -2020

            and later i cancelled the loan as they have changed the rate of interest

            I cancelled the loan on july 7 2020

            Promise 1 : September 3 (By this date amount will be credited)

            me, rishi and Mr Naresh had a conference call (as far as i remember but iam not sure about the name) on August 3 rd i will get all my amount back on sep 3

            Promise 2 : September 13 (From Rishikiran)(By this date amount will be credited)
            Thean after 10 days (sep 14 ) i complained regarding this
            and then one more telephonic conversation happened where Rishi promised within 10 days the amount will be credited.


            Promise 3 : September 25 (conference call between me Rishi and some person from customer service) (By this date amount will be credited)


            in the meanwhile on september 28 i received Rs .3632 which he(rishi) told me it was a part of insurance

            Promise 4 : october 7

            Even after waiting till oct 6 i didnt receive so when i comlainde on october 7 some guy from service team called and told

            This is top priority and it will be done in 2 weeks
            Hasn't the 2 weeks didnt complete???
            and even i told that iam not happy with the resolution for 2 weeks he told thank you and disconnected the call and even refused to send the email address for higher escalation

            NOw finally i am asked to email lomabard service
            what is this ????

              When every bank is waving off the charges of loan, they are charging too much and too many times for the missed ECS, I want my money back

                      I have a ICICI Multi wallet card from TCS company. I'm trying to do transactions on restaurant but it is not accepting and when I try to login on the meal card self care portal it is showing "Card in invalid status" error message on page. My card valid thru April 2021.

                        ICICI Bank Credit Card 4375 XXXX XXXX 7008, I have mailed for my credit card wrong charges reversal to last year Dec 2019 still it is not resolved.
                        ONE YEAR PENDING COMPLAINT simply i am saying reverse the LPC and Interest of all bills than i am ready to pay my dues which i have used but nothing apart of this, One employee from escalation team has committed to reverse Rs 5000 but amount of Rs 10000 (LPC PLUS INTEREST) so kindly check and do a reverse for same.

                          Yesterday place order for Furniture paid Rs 18749 through Google pay and we have seen transaction was made through your bank. Details given below.

                          UPDATE: INR 18, 749.00 debited from A/c XX3931 on 20-OCT-20. Info: UPI-Razorpay Software Pv-rpy.payto[protected]@icici-ICIC[protected]-OD[protected].

                          We got doubt once they shutdown my login id. Then we tracked and saw Original company, who has cautioned in their web site. Kindly look into and take up action and stop payment immediately.

                            Due to ongoing Supreme Court order last month I did not make the EMI payment for personal loan and when called to the bank about moratorium extended by court.

                            Customer Care representatives asked me to make the payment or to wait for message till the update from bank.

                            I did not make the EMI payment so this month I got charged 940 with 2 auto debit failure applied along with EMI.

                            So, I visited the bank for the charges to be removed to pay the EMI they made me visit 3 to 4 times and now they are saying they cannot remove the charges.

                            In addition, I have been charged Rs.300 for credit auto debit failure.

                            During pandemic normal life of common people has gone for toss.
                            ICICI bank is interested in making me money at the cost of others.

                                I raised complaints dispute transaction done 10 months back over my debit card having account number[protected] around 55000 Rs and icici Bank mention we are in waiting with merchant and update you soon, And after 10 months later bank comeup with 82000 Rs due amount by adding late fee and intrest that not part of solutions and now he block my all amount and transaction and account and forcing me to give all amount that he generated by give me time which is not acceptable, Even I was got fraud I asked icici team I will to get rides this problem by giving you actually dispute amount of 55000 because it's will make my life hell. Still ICICI bank not give me any middle solutions and forcing me to give amount by deduct 20000 Rs from my account and make my account in negative balance -62000 not picking my phone after 2 hours waiting time. Please provide me good resolution ASAP

                                  I purchased mobile of rupees 45999 on 18th Oct 2020 18:49 PM.
                                  Due to some EMI calculations, I immediately told to cancel. So he gave me a void slip and informed that the amount will be credited back. On 19oct 2020 around 2 AM I contacted the ICICI customer care and they told it will be reflected back within 24 hours. But it was not done. I call again it was told that within 48 hours after transaction it will be refunded, still it did not get credited. Today I called again, they told service request has been raised and asked me to send the void slip to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com with 16 digit credit card number, and it will be resolved in 7 weeks.
                                  I request consumer board to help me in this matter, as 7 weeks is a very long time and even if amount is not refunded I need to pay the bill after generation as they told me clearly.

                                    Reversal of Late Payment Fee and Interest

                                    Dear ICICI,

                                    This email is in reference to the late payment fee and interest charged to my credit card. The dated of the charge is 12/10/2020. I have paid the due amount as on 08/10/2020 same has been debited my account and credited in to my credit card account, however your representative told me that due payment received on 12/10/2020 that is the reason they charge me for late payment. Thus, I request that you kindly waive the late payment fee and interest charge, for not reflecting in your credit card statement. it was impossible for me to make the payment.
                                    I have already paid Rs.5760 through mobile banking.
                                    I look forward to receiving an email confirming you have waived the charges.

                                        There is been amount that is being debited from my account even if i keep 1rs its being debited without my conscience i dont know the reason.
