Today, I received a message from bank (Txn of INR 3, 990.00 done on Acct XX947 on 10-OCT-20.Info: VIN*GOOGLE S.Avbl Bal:INR 263.21.Call 18002662 for dispute or SMS BLOCK 947 to [protected]).

But, I have not done this transaction. Also, there is no OTP received from bank for this transaction. This is a fraudulent transaction on my account.
Kindly check and return my hard earned money to my account.

    I had ordered a grinder from flipkart and as soon as I received it, I made a return request. It was approved and the debited amount was credited back by flipkart but it's not reflecting in my credit card.

      Rs. 29.5 was debited twice from my debit card on 8th, 7th, 1st October and 30th September ( on previous dates too, but I failed to notice). While enquired, icici bank tells me that they charged me this because i have a failed transaction due to insufficient balance. I took my student account in icici bank because it was required by the college. They promised that no money would be deducted even if i dont have balance in my account. Also, i pay an annual fees of 177.00 rupees for the maintenance of my debit card. Displaying the transaction details is the basic thing icici bank should do no matter if it's a failed or successfull transaction. Also I did not receive any alerts for these deductions. These kinds of deductions they make by making use of the students' lack of awareness is gross and inappropriate. I need this charge to be removed from the banks services and i want my money back.

        POSDEC CHG deducted from a student account

        Address: Main Road, Kasturba Hospital Complex, Ududpi District, Manipal, Karnataka 576104

        Rs. 29.5 was debited multiple times from my debit card on 8th, 7th and 1st October and 30th September( Also on previous dates, but I failed to notice them till now).         Hi,

        I have not taken any 2 wheeler loan from ICICI bank so far. CIBIL report showing that i have taken a loan in 2006 which i am not aware of any and written-off later.

          Nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin...

          Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserv and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges.
          I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

              Regarding my BO Complaint No. [protected], I have done wrong IMPS transfer from Axis Bank to ICICI Bank User, Agree that it was my mistake

              As I complained to Axis Bank, As well as RBI Also then I got a call from ICICI Branch Manager Mr. Deepak (Mobile Number : [protected]) and Regional Manager Mr.Jain (Mobile Number: [protected]) .

              As They said ICICI Bank Customer account is freezed and already Account Holder have sufficient amount.

              But after a few Days now ICICI Branch Manager also not responding to calls or messages.

              Already 3 Month over after various level approach but still i am waiting for my hard earn Money.

              Hope You will help me to get this Rs.30K Amount

                Re-dispatch of the credit card

                I applied for amazon pay icici credit card the application is processed and the card was dispatched through speed post, But the but yesterday i received a message saying: "Returned Undelivered: Credit Card - Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card for Acct XX6002 sent by speed post, AWB JM[protected]IN returned due to-RTO Through Speed Post."

                  Demat account opened without consent

                  ICICI has opened a demat account and linked to my bank account without my consent and without informing anything to me. Now they are charging annual fee of Rs 826 twice. I called customer care, they told me to go to icici bank and get it resolved. But when they opened the account, they didn't even bother to take any consent.This is complete FRAUDULENT activity and it is hindering me to use my icici bank account....

                  Dear ICICI Bank,

                  I see I have been charged an amount of Rs 88.50 with reference to DP charges. DP charges are applicable whenever one sells any shares from their demat account, but as informed to your helpdesk mail id, I have never traded in Shares till date on my demat account, then on what basis are you charging me the same?
                  This kind of tricks are not expected from a bankk of your repute.
                  Kindly don't scam your customer with charges that are not valid!

                    As per the cibil report credit card no [protected].
                    Balance is showing as 0.
                    But card is not closed yet
                    As i contacted to the bank - and submitted the closer form and also
                    Called to customer care - they told me they could not be able to find these account number or card number.
                    But cibil is having an negative impact on me

                      12 Oct - 351 Rs.
                      31 Oct - 5 Rs.
                      6 Feb - 114 Rs.

                      PFA all 3 passbook proofs.
                      Kindly initiate refund for all 3 incidents.

                          Thrice the debited is done from my account in favour of funding iwish " 30K on 29 Oct 2018, 24K on 7 Nov, 2018, and 13K on 26 March 2019, I never funded any such things. Don't understand what wrong with icici Bank. Please look into the matter.

                              Dear concern

                              I am very sorry to say that i am being exploited of being going through the bad financial situation. Called many times the customer care number but all of your executives just don't want to help the customer. I am going to raise the same concern in the consumer court and the social media. Also will never allow any of my known to have an account in icici bank as you guys don't care about the customer. You simply find many ways to deduct the amount from my account. Also i am going to be an npa to you. Do whatever you can do.

                              1. I paid 105000 into my loan account but my emi is still same, same is neither being reflected on the portal anywhere, i called the customer care but got no solution rather call was deferred.

                              2. So many deductions from my account i don't even know the meaning for the same.

                              3. So many penalties were charged after being aware about the current covid situation

                                Sir,

                                I have personal loan no. Lbmys[protected]. I want yearly statement of loan account for[protected] year.
                                Please send the it certificate for the year[protected] to my e-mail id - [protected]@gmail.com

                                I have requested so many time without any updates request is being closed. There is no response from any one when called to customer care number or if i send mail also no response.

                                Please provide proper customer care number and email id who will response.
                                Whether you are providing service to customer or not.
                                I am trying to call customer care number from four months no one is responding.
                                If i visit the branch they will say there is technical issue or server is slow. I have visited four times in branch
