I am using amazon pay icici credit card, statement was generated on[protected], the earned reward points on month on month transfered to amazon pay balance within 2days after billing cycle done. but sep-2020 it does not transfered .i called to customer care to enquire,

[protected] he says 4 working days,
[protected] he says 7 working days,
[protected] he says 10 days to reflect your amazon pay account, because your reward points 100% it has on Hold. please wait for 10days.
this is the customer support,
who one nothing help of correct reason. some one you have many transactions on amazon so that's way holded. and wait for more than 7days,
please rectify my issue as possible.
