My fastag balance was deducted on 14th sept 2020 with an amount of rs105/- even when i used nonfastag lane on srinagar toll plaza (Nh-2).
I have attached the receipt of toll, paid via cash.
Hereby i demand the refund of rs 105/- to my fastag wallet

Hi, i applied for a credit card and now just want to check application status after 8 days. Till now i didn't get any response from their end. Now ivr call is just saying to wait from last 22 minutes and then they cut the call.

Worst service, there should be some legal action against these stupids, who are wasting another person's time. I am not going to handle a credit card from this bank....

wrong deduction in name of nach ad rtn

Since last 2 months i got deducted 590 rs twice in name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg, although trying to contact by email, no response yet, since i am now outside india, so can't reach customer care....

harassment by icici bank while trying to transfer and close my demat account

Dear sir\madam, i visited the demat help desk of icici bank and submitted the demat account closure and transfer

Reference service request number: sr[protected]

Submitted this on 5th september, 2020 with sla of 6 working days.

Still my request has not been completed.
Been regularly following through all possible communication channels.

Please stop harassment or i would prefer...

4600 rupees deducted without notification by icici bank

4600 rupees have been deducted from my icici salary account statement shows posdec charges. How can a bank deduct such a big amount without notifying me.

I want my money back and to be informed before such charges are being levied by banks. Banks are there to help customers but they are just exploiting the customers in such bad times of covid 19 where people are already facing issues int heir family....

Saving account balance auto debited without my knowledge

My icici savings account balance got auto debited without my knowledge, called customer care they replied simply saying it's for non payment of credit card and till month due to corona non business & no income i had applied for moratorium & this month september icici card dept person called me & asked about payment & i replied that will make min due by this month last they said ok but pls make the payment but today 14th sep 2020 suddenly...

Ecsrtnchg & nach charges they have charged 590

Dear sir/madam,

We would like to bring to your elite notice that iam one of the customer of icici bank and now i fully scared on this bank for whether they debit my account balance or not. Because they unwantedly charged my account balance without my knowledge or permission through sms, mails and phone calls. I don't know why they charged using the way of ecsrtnchg and what is this?

debit card charge scam

My old debit card expired and new one was sent to me. But to my surprise, i received a coral debit card with charges of around 750 rupees. I have never applied for it.

What kind of cheap strategy is this?...

lien balance on salary account

During this financial crisis i took help from my friend and he transferred 60000 to my bank account and they put a lien on the account.
Earlier they put a lien for 20000 and i was okay.
But during this tough time when salary has been reduced, rbi has advised moratorium and still they are working like an irresponsible institution....

credit card never received but call received to pay 4000

Dear team,
I am not aware that i have a credit card.. But shocked to receive a call for payment.. Really worst services.. Cm does not know that she has a credit card applied 1.5 years back.. Never receiver nor used... Howcan u charge

Deposited RS 4000 wrongly to a account number

I have deposited rs.4000 wrongly to a account number and now the branch manager says we cannot support since the language of the account holder is different and he cannot understand what the end customer says. You can go to police station and file a complaint he says....

I have invested rs 20, 000/- in "icici safety bonds, february, 2001"
Deemed date of allotment 22.03.2001., redemption date 22.03.2004.

Kindly let me know the latest status of the above mentioned and also we want to know the procedure to close these bonds...

pos dec charges deducted = declined transaction not matching

You been deducting pos dec charges even i have not used that much and haven't declined this much transaction. Since 7 days my almost 700 rupees deducted and still deducting but i havent declined that much amount of transactions. I need to raise compaint on consumer care rbi. Because its really fraud....

icici bank posdec chg : debited from my "zero balance account" in icici bank.

Rs. 29.5 was debited twice from my debit card on 5th february. While enquired, icici bank tells me that they charged me this because i have a failed transaction due to insufficient balance. I took my salary account in icici bank when they promised that no money would be deducted even if i dont have balance in my account. Icici bank also dont send an alert for this transaction because they dont want the customer to notice this deduction. They...

postpaid bill payment transaction failed but money deducted

On 11th september, 2020 - i was going to pay my airtel postpaid bill of rs. 471 but the transaction failed and money was deducted from my icici bank.

Within 88 days about 2357 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg_ingenot
From the date of[protected] to[protected] without any notification. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency it's pendamic situation and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. What the hell wrong with icici bank.
What is this transaction purpose...

My cash is lost

During the lockdown period I have applied for the moratorium for my Credit Card. I haven't received my salary in those days which results me to apply for the moratorium. Later on September I received my salary. After 3 days when I tried to transfer my amount it was showing insufficient balance. I wondered what exactly happened. I checked with the account I saw it was negative due to something called lien. My credit card account is closed...

Demat account closure and transfer

This is with reference to my demat account closure and transfer request which is not being properly addressed by icici bank in delibrate attempt to harm customer interest during covid19 times.
I have already visited the demat help desk branch and submitted request with -
Sr[protected], along-with cmr copy of my new demat account.

The request has been rejected by icici citing - “ cml has to be in crystal format”.br...

About unauthorised transaction

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 10th Sept, 2019. Could you please assist me regarding...
