An unauthorised transaction took place on 03 October 2020 from my ICICI bank account. I was shocked when i got this message that a transaction of 399 INR from VSI/ RAZ lagom L has been done from my bank account, as no OTP was asked for it, the amount was just deducted.
Look into this on urgent basis.

    ICICI bank ahs debited from my account NACH charges for ECS / EMI return of Bajaj Finance, whereas in fact I have applied for moratorium and there was no reason that EMI will be presented by BFL in ICICI. However ICICI has deducted directly without intimation.

        Hi Team,

        I was charged 590 against ECS charges and I wasn't even intimated about this via SMS. I'm not really sure why this is happening and why the amount is deducted. I contacted ICICI customer support but there isn't any reply from them. Can someone please look into this

            An online payment of INR 4719.0 towards Techprocess Solutions Ltd.
            Message received from my ICICI Bank Account xx542 on Aug 21, 2020 at 21:55 hours.

            The payment is not reflected in the site of Nagpur municipal corporation, Nagpur nor returned back.
            Kindly credit back the amount.

              I don't need expression debit card as I already have basic debit card..
              Please help in canceling this request SR[protected] fir ICICI bank account[protected].

              I was wrongly told by bank staff that my existing Debit card is going to expire soon and no additional charges will be applied for this. Now I have received a message as "Fee towards Expressions Debit Card will be debited from Account XX387 within 12 hrs. Please keep sufficient balance in your account." Feeling Cheated.

                Dear Team

                Home Loan No : LBMUM[protected]
                New Topup Application No.: [protected]
                Loan Amount Applied : 52 lac

                Last month, I had applied for Topup loan on my existing Home Loan Account on 7th Sept. 2020. I submitted the required documents and the Bank assigned Valuerer visited my residence on 12th of Sept. 2020 for just 10 minutes to take out the Valuation of my residence on which the Home Loan is already in existence so as to accordingly Approve my Topup Loan Application.

                I received a call from the Credit Department also to discuss the same in next two days time. An amount of INR 5000/- vide cheque no.437981 (drawn on IndusInd Bank) was also cleared on 18th Sept 2020 from my account as a fee towards the proceeding of the loan. But thereafter till date I received no update absolutely "NO RESPONSE" from the Bank staff Mr Amod Sharma (whom I had submitted my Application) nor from Mr Sandeep Upadhyay (id 309260) who is noted as a RM of my Loan Application

                I called Mr Sandeep Upadhyay who was absolutely NIL on the subject nor did he call me back with any updates. I followed up with Mr Amod on calls as well as I visited the Kalanagar Branch who said would come back with a response which he has not till date. I patiently waited for the Bank to do their job within their TAT period for the Request but now it is over 20 days with the Bank just sitting NIL over my request.

                I paid an amount of INR 5000/- which has no value it seems. I got absolutely no service from the Bank, no Valuation Report, no update on the Loan Application, no CIBIL update and no Response to my request. Very sad service seen from the Bank side for the first time. I feel cheated for INR 5000/-.

                Request you to pay back my amount of INR 5000/- with interest. You cannot simply take customers for granted like this. You either accept my Request or reject the same. But a clear communication regarding the same with due respect to the customer's feelings and need should be there as Customer Service. My need for the amount has also vanished. What is the use of putting the request if you are not going to meet the customer need in time. Check my previous loan history, i have been regular in my payments.

                Only request now return my money back as no service is given.

                  There has been a total of 6400 deducted all of sudden in the name of NACH RTN Charge, POSCDEC Charge and ECS RTN Charges, had taken this money from a friend to pay and EMI and now all this money is lost. What the hell is wrong with you guys.

                        Card is blocked for online transactions help

                        I have been an icici customer since 3 years.

                        But since the past few months i am disappointed. I have never requested them to block my debit card for any reason, nor have I ever entered the wrong cvv multiple times. But when I try to make online transactions, each time i get this message:

                        I have credjt card of icici bank last month due to some financial problem i did not pay my credit card bill nor minimum amount. Bank officials from icici chandigarh calls me and i said i paid my bill next month when my salary came first call is 25 Sep 2020. Since then Icici chandigarh customers care executive ritu etc calling me all day about 10 to 20 tines daily.

                          I have been unnecessarily charged Rs590 as ECS Return Charge even though i was having sufficient balance to pay the EMI. I want my money back and this is not totally unacceptable

                            I do not understand why ECS Charges has been deducted from my account on 16th of Sep for Rs590 even though i was having sufficient balance to pay out the EMI for Loan from Central Bank of India which is due on every 17th of the Month

                            ICICI Bank deducted amount of 11 multiples of Rs.590/- on 16th-June-2022, total of Rs.6490/-
                            Customer care is saying that LIC has tried to deduct amount those many time(which ICICI Bank is calling as hits). So those many times they have deducted Rs.590/- from my account and no intimation was given. Even for Rs.10/- deduction from my account, I will get notification. But for this Rs.590/- deductions, ICICI Bank suppressed notifications. I don't understand this logic and their intention.

                            Someone is trying those many hits, and ICICI Bank is deducting those many Rs.590/-. This is totally not acceptable. When I asked Customer care about this, they are saying that, they cannot reverse it as this is correct.
                            For me this looks very bad and I lost Rs.6490/- which is very painful even after holding ICICI Bank savings account for the past 14 years.

                            I said Customer care that, I am not feeling happy to hold ICICI Bank saving account. Then they replied "We respect your decision Sir". I was totally shocked that they don't respect valuable customer and they don't care if I close saving account with them.

                                Hi,

                                I am icici account holder, Spetember'20 month my account got deducted as "CashTxnChgs-Branch-Aug20+GST" charges for 4 times,

                                16 Sep'20 - rs 161.88
                                17 Sep'20 - rs 0.02
                                25 Sep'20 - rs 5.00
                                30 Sep'20 - rs 541.08

                                Total - rs 707.98

                                I didn't receive any message or alert from you when I checked my account statement. I came to know about this. I am disappointed...

                                Let me know why you charging this amount from my account. What this is charge this is a pandamic situation and your doing this with my money

                                  Hello,

                                  This complaint is regarding the order purchased using the debit emi option from ICICI bank. the product the was cancelled and the ICICI bank also received their money back but the debit emi was not cancelled.

                                  1.When contacted the DEBIT card emi process there said that the request has been raised but the emi was not cancelled when asked about the update non of the icici customer support provided any details also the request was raised with the request no :sr[protected].
                                  2. The customer support claimed that it is been raised and the cancellation is done where as still i receive mails stating about the pending amount which is already cancelled and now they had destroyed my hard maintained credit score with 100 points decreased.
