There has been deductions of more than rs 1500 from my account mentioning escrtnchg. I have opted for moratorium because i didn't had source of income and yet why these amounts are being charged. I am tired of it.
ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I have not received credit card still ICICI bank send me statement from long time but still bank are sending me statement.

    As i signed the form of credit card and that time ICICI executive told me that this one card is free of cost and there will be no any charges taken.

    And during lockdown credit card was not received as courier was banned at that time in reliance township janmnagar.

    After one month I surprised to know that reminder is giving from ICICI to pay outstanding amoung with statement also and after that i blocked credit card from my icici bank netbanking.After that many times complain to [protected]@icicibank.com but there is no proper response from them.

      As per the subject on date of 17th 26th august 2020 money was debited like that nach_ad_rtn_chrg~adbldesk total of 1180 rs debited in 3 part of transaction of two variant days i don't know why it was diducted i don't have an pending emis unnecessarily amount was diducted so pls refund my amount as soon as possible and resolve the issue permanently i don't want repeat like this if anything diduction please gave me information as like warning i will not doing like that soo please refund my amount

          ECS Cancellation

          I was donating to unicef for rs.800/- per month however due to some financial issues i stopped donating so it was my auto debit donation by bank, whereas i submitted my request to nearest icici bank vakola on 14 aug 2020. It was informed by branch banking executive that payment which is deducting from bank account its a bounceback charges, same info given by customer care executive on call by 12 aug 2020.

          Ecsrtnchg i have no idea about it.. But this the trasaction i'd i am getting evry time money got deducted.. I have lost more than 10k till now. That is the amount for my hospital check up which i have borrowed from my friend. So please i beg you to clarify and give my money back.

                My account debited with 1699/- 07/08/2020 iin/i-debit/si cppast/[protected]/[protected]/
                I want my money back urgently,

                How can a transaction happen without my info, this is unauthorized transaction please do needful.
                I tried to contact icici bank customer care several times, but couldn't not make it.

                For any detail write on my mail id [protected]@gmail.com i am very upset with this, how such things can happen the bank like icici, i opened account with mindset this is technically strong secure bank.

                  My a/c no.[protected] kamal bisani has been charged with minimum balance charges of rs. 369.01 + 369.01 in the month of march 20, 23. This is the first time my a/c has been charged. I request to bank staff rajendran, he says it will get reversed. But keep changing his duration for the issue. Hence i request you to please ask for refund of the amount from the bank.

                  I have an account with icici bank . They have charged a charged in my a/c in the month of 9th June 20 for Return of ECS Rs. 590 ( 500 + 90 GST ) though ECS got passed on 2nd time present . I request to bank several times . The staff ( Rajendran ) keep on saying will do it but it wil take time since june . We are banking with this bank since 1988 . It is tough time for us . so I request you to please ask them to refund us the amount . My A/c No. is[protected] name RAMESH KUMAR BISANI

                    I called the ICICI customer care for more than 5 times and nobody has responded to my request yet. Very pathetic response from them. Everytime I make a call to the customer care, I am being charged for atleast 10 rupees and still my request was not answered.
                    They attend the call and they put my call on hold. And again the voice recording comes to enter the digit from the beginning. Very pathetic and frustrated with you guys.

                      Unauthorized payments have been done to VSI/Amazon Prim/[protected]/[protected] with 1007.21. on 27/08/2020. I dint received any OTP/Request on this payment.
                      The mentioned merchant _Amazon prime is not activated to my number or linked to any of my cards.
                      Banks should look into this at most priority and be refunded at earliest.

                        I am Zubin Nair, an amount of 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till 20 on 20th July 2020

                        I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

                        I need my money back and am ready to comlain anywhere else if needed

                          Hi i am arun goud here. 761.55 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in dp chgs till july-20) on 28th aug-2020. I have neither subscribed nor used my demat account till now.

                          Also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                          Mentioned the transaction id : [SB498800] dp chgs till july-20

                          I want my money back i haven’t use icici demat account till date and i didn’t request any demat account it was open while i’m opening the savings account make sure refund my money back

                              Dear sir, last year one customer care executive make me fool and activated my one assist plan for my icici debit card, my husband got to know after 2 month when checked my statement, so we could not cancel and waited for one year, even i did not receive any welcome kit. but now i got a message regarding renewal of that plan. so i want to cancel my one assist cpp plan. i tried to call customer care but due to covid 19 no one is there to respond.
                              so i request you to kindly cancel my one assist cpp plan, other wise i will close my icici bank account permanently, i am not satisfied with this kind of service,

                                I have never activated any Demat account with ICICI bank but this sick ICICI bank has deducted 826 from my account as depository charges.. who authorized this transaction???? directly debiting from account without any notice or information?? why do such scam you fraud? i have icici account for more than 2 years and why on earth suddenly you get to directly deduct amount from my account?? soo sick you ###

                                    I have salary account with icici from last 7 years.
                                    I have credit card too. As due to lockdown I an mot able to pay total outstanding amount of credit card.
                                    You have lien my account by Rs.22, 000 my salary is near about 17k You guys tell me how should I pay this much amount right nowas Ian ready to pay minimum due.
