It’s more than six months now i have written/submitted my complaint to icici direct regarding my demat account
Operational issue (Account is not accessible error message is attached for reference). During this last one month i have tried my best to get
My issue resolved by talking to customer care (Multiple times), keep on writing mail to
[protected]@icicidirect.com, [protected]@icicidirect.com and even to [protected]@icicidirect.com but not getting any response. I also
Personally visit icicidirect gurgaon (Jmd tower) and delhi (Preet vihar) branches multiple times on the suggestion on the customer care team,
Spoken to the mentioned people multiple time and providing the relevant required details (Asking by
Them). But i am very surprised by the kind of response i am getting from all the support teams till now
. Most unfortunate is that, no one is able to understand the issue (Even the back end
Operation/technical team in mumbai as well this is informed to me) the kind of helplessness they have
Shown is very surprising to me.
Icici direct branch (Jmd tower) representatives to whom i am interacting.

No one is able to provide any solution and surprisingly they are suggesting to open a new demat account
Some other bank and migrate shares to that account. That is the only solution of my account login
Problem which is very strange for me. As per them the it team at back end (Sitting at mumbai icici direct office) is not supporting. I am unable to understand
Why my issue can't be resolved or resolvable kindly confirm with reason and way forward.
So now i am very frustrated and unable to understand to whom i approach to get my issue address and
Resolved.
Looking for positive and prompt response from you on this time.
