My bank account displaying negative amount without any statement why they have deducted. and i have already dropped a mail thrice time but no respond and i am facing same issue.

    Unauthorised transaction from my Account from VSI/RAZ Lagom L

    An unauthorised transaction took place on 16 August'2020 from my ICICI bank account. I was shocked when i got this message that a transaction of 399 INR from VSI/ RAZ lagom L has been done from my bank account, as no OTP was asked for it, the amount was just deducted.
    Look into this on urgent basis.

    A few days ago, an amount of 1, 899/- was debited from my icici bank account. I did not any trasaction with this amount.

    I want to know why this amount was debited and also, I would appreciate if the amount was refunded to my account.

          Not able to find where should I contact to redeem my bonds. I have one matured in July 2019 and other one in 2020. There have been address changed for me and the I moved out of India. Is there any email and or phone number where I can contact? I tried to call on ICICI generic email and phone numbers but did not get any response.

          Any help in this matter will be appreciated.

              The amount of 199rs got deducted from my account without my knowledge or authentication on july 17th. Same has been happened on aug 16th. The statement say that it got deducted for "vps*amazon st". Kindly take action for these fraud un authenticated transactions from my account.

                Dear,
                It’s more than six months now i have written/submitted my complaint to icici direct regarding my demat account
                Operational issue (Account is not accessible error message is attached for reference). During this last one month i have tried my best to get
                My issue resolved by talking to customer care (Multiple times), keep on writing mail to
                [protected]@icicidirect.com, [protected]@icicidirect.com and even to [protected]@icicidirect.com but not getting any response. I also
                Personally visit icicidirect gurgaon (Jmd tower) and delhi (Preet vihar) branches multiple times on the suggestion on the customer care team,
                Spoken to the mentioned people multiple time and providing the relevant required details (Asking by
                Them). But i am very surprised by the kind of response i am getting from all the support teams till now
                . Most unfortunate is that, no one is able to understand the issue (Even the back end
                Operation/technical team in mumbai as well this is informed to me) the kind of helplessness they have
                Shown is very surprising to me.
                Icici direct branch (Jmd tower) representatives to whom i am interacting.
                1. Sandeep kumar (Executive) [protected]
                2. Sushil thapa (Sr. Executive) [protected]
                3. Priyabrat (Branch manager) [protected]
                Delhi (Preet vihar) harmeet kumar [protected]
                No one is able to provide any solution and surprisingly they are suggesting to open a new demat account
                Some other bank and migrate shares to that account. That is the only solution of my account login
                Problem which is very strange for me. As per them the it team at back end (Sitting at mumbai icici direct office) is not supporting. I am unable to understand
                Why my issue can't be resolved or resolvable kindly confirm with reason and way forward.

                So now i am very frustrated and unable to understand to whom i approach to get my issue address and
                Resolved.

                  An amount of rs.590 was deducted from my icici bank account for nach_ad_rtn_chrg~tpslsip~06jul20~09eaa23~[protected]. I am not aware of this amount being spent me for any purpose. Also, i have seen that same thing has happened to many consumers ans they have filed complaints.

                  Icici customer care is not responding. The only answer i get from them is we will get back to you.

                  Kindly refund my money.

                    I have opened the account on 27th july 2020 in your bank, i have been given a welcome kit in which debit card is already present and i am using it. Suddenly, on 5th august 2020, the amount of 588.82 rs. Has deducted towards joining fees mentioned in my statement which was unclear to me. Yesterday on 15th august 2020 i have received the expression debit card for which i have never requested.

                    The branch has done a fraud for selling the card for which i have never demanded. Kindly, refund my money and take the expression debit card which branch has given forcefully to me and deducted amount for that. I am happy to use the basic card given in the welcome kit and don't want any extra privileges.

                    Kindly refund my amount deducted of 588.82 rs and take the card back. Let me know how to get my amount back.

                      I have opened my account on 27th july 2020 and the branch has given the welcome kit along with that i already got a simple debit card. I have not requested for any expression debit card. But the bank has initiated the card request without my consent and the bank statement was showing joining fee and the messages over the phone were not clear.

                      Yesterday on 15th august i have received the card which i have not requested and i have to pay 588.82 rs. For it (Its a fraud done by icici nehru nagar branch).

                      I need my money refund and please take the card which i have been given forcefully.

My amount got deducted from bank and also credited to indiaideas#icici account but my transaction shown was payment failure. It didn't reached to dmart. Hence please refund my amount asap.                           I hold ICICI account from 2008. I had good and bad times financially.
                          I have been with Same bank I have got/ availed credit cards. I am been said I am privileged customer!! I have been given with debit card upgraded by the bank side.
                          However,
                          I am not eligible for vehicle loans Home Loan Personal Loan... Pay later account still I have credit card and my salary crediting ever month.
                          I have availed vehicle loan from other bank it is paid back .
                          I have been given ICICI credit card based on other bank credit cards
                          I have availed few PL from other banks and been paid on time.

                          But for ICICI my personal banking I am seen unfit. They cancel saying I can't avail loans even if it is pre approved due to banks internal policy!!!

                          I have replied today I am sorry I did not get the notification and that I saw was lying in the SPAM box I have now altered the rules I hope it is now is delivered to my Inbox.

                          I understand we are rising against Pandemic.. but not addressing user's query will also rise a pandemic situation when all users ask the same question!!.

                          Hello Team,

                          Anyone there? Can you give me one good reason why ICICI has declined my loan when I am been told that My CIBIL Scores were not met.
                          My Previous ICICI Credit Card is been improper!! I hold an ICICI Credit CRAD For your information why that is not been seen for loan accountability??
                          There is one Home Loan a SECURED LOAN improper!!! The Bank has issues 13/U towards it but no action is pending from My end they have to write of or auction the property What am I to do?
                          But My other 4 PL (Non Secured Loans) tracks are good and is left Unseen!!! Is this right?

                          See I am not justifying myself for Home Loan which the payment failed out. However I am been recognized and there is a deviation offered by other banks where In I have no Banking relation ship with them but with ICICI I have Salary Account and am related with it since 2008 Why should I not been given an opportunity which other banks are giving??
                          10 years before the defaulting records are seen but the number of them that are been positively handled accounts is more!!

                          I have also sent replies and follow ups to the customer care but no Response..

                          "Dear Customer, we are unable to approve your Personal Loan Application number P[protected]. Please call your Relationship Manager xxx--- PI and data involved so have deleted."
                          The rejection is because of one overdue loan and irregular towards the repayment & NO consideration been given for other 11 loans that is be PAID on a Genuine and in REGULAR basis!!!

                            I have been with icici bank for a long time now. Currently there are two 590 charges that have been deducted from my account for which i have neither given the confirmation nor recieved any intimation and banks are saying its centralised charges. Such incidents have happen in past as well. This is unfair.

                                There are a lot of deductions happening on my account in the name of posdec charges, not once but many many times during these tough times. Its a shame on their part to do this to their customers. This will completely defeat our prime ministers initiative.
                                They have also turned down my request for moratorium while the reserve bank has allowed to do opt for it
