My self Liju George, holding a car loan No:LATHR[protected]. On August 3rd I visited your angamaly branch to close my mentioned loan account. They gave me a detailed statement of Rs-3, 45, 313/- to close my loan, on the same day I deposited the whole amount as per their instruction. On 5th of august myself called the bank for getting my closure statement( no updates from bank side) the conveyed there server have issues so wait for 2 days, again on 7th i visited the branch (no updates from bank side) they sang the same songs again, followed the same on 10th same story. On 12th am I got a call from the bank and told me to pay Rs.9, 207/- for closing the same. With a fine of days from 3rd to 12th
Question No: 1- If the bank server is not working( No proper response or updates form your bank employees also) why should i pay?
And Myself paid Rs-9, 207/- as per the instruction by bank to close the same ASAP, and i need to get the NOC on emergency basis, On the same time i request the bank to get me the Statement and NOC, but they told it wil take 4 hours to process, once it completed they will send the same through mail. On 17th morning at 10.00am i called branch and confirmed myself not received any mail from your side, Mrs.Geetha conveyed me that I will get the same within 5 minutes (My self is meeting with my company CA for discussing the same), i waited till 5.00Pm no phone calls and mail from ICICI bank.
Question No: 2- How can a bank be so irresponsible ? and who will give me the compensation for my time and day?
Escalated the same through following level
1. Mr.Sony Xavior- from 17/08/2020 - No response
2. Mr.Shijo Jose- from 17/08/2020- As per his communication these all are my mistakes
3. Mr.Siraj Muhammed -From 18/08/2020- Confirmed that my issue will be solved before 5.00 PM,[protected], Now not picking my call
4. Mr.Ramaswamy- From 17/08/2020- not willing to talk and sending Mr.Siraj number for escalation
Question No:3- When will I get my NOC and bank statement?
Question No:4- Who is the responsible person to solve my issue?
Question No:5- If i want to send all the deposit slips and Payment summary slips( which issued by bank) to RBI for a proper response?
Question No:6- I paid 5 days fine even though the delay is from the bank side, so for these delays how much will ICICI pay to me?
