Icici bank is not issuing my relieving letter for the reason "jewel loan clearance pending". It is pending at bank's end i don't know why i am not given clearance even after a month and half later. My relieving date is 20 july 2020. I am daily following up for the clearance but it seems it is being ignored. Please help to resolve this.

    Address: Icici bank, bund garden,pune

    I had made a part payment of rs 2, 25000 in july 2016, at icici bank, bandal capital, bhusari colony, pune and was attended by a lady. That time she told me and my wife that the remaining emi tenure is 50months (Approx 4yrs), emi of rs 9211. So i was assuming that the emi will get over by sep/oct 2020. Infact the interest has come down from 10.6 to 10.2 but when i checked with customer care in mar 2020, they mentioned still emi tenure is for 24months (Till mar 2022) and outstanding amt is rs 1.93lakhs.
    Loyal customers are given false information and being cheated. Also after the part payment i never received a letter from icicibank regarding part payment and balance emi tenure.

    Also i dont have a job now, so. I am not in a condition to pay for further emi.
    I have also opted for morotorium since mar 2020..

    I have raised multiple issues some mar 20, but no. Positive resolution

      I hv made a fund trasfer on[protected] from axis bank account no-[protected] of rs 32000 towards icici direct. Fund has been debited from my axis bank account but not credited in icci demat account till date. Got a reference no through msg - info:inb/[protected]/techprocess solutions ltd from axis bank. So pl resolve my issue as soon as possible.

        An amount of rs.199 has been detected from my account and the transaction reference has vsi/amazon stan. The transaction happened at 3:00 am of 31st aug 2020. I didn't make any transaction.

          Icici bank charged me rs. 826 on 25th aug, 2020. I have not been using my demat account since long time and icici never told me about this type of charges. Without notifying me they have deducted that much amount from my account.

            I am the a/c holder of icici bank from last 2 months,
            Now they have charged 177.5 under this category dcardfee every month
            I am not aware what type of charges are these.
            They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
            Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
            Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

            There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c. Same happend in last month and customer service is not helping out.

              Hi,

              Rs.590 money is deducted from my salary account 7 (7*590=rs.4130) times in a month. Can you please let me know why these charges. The amount is deducted under the name of 7 times in a month (Nach_ad_rtn_chrg~adbldesk~05aug20~3281f8)

                Without any intimation icici deducted 570 rs from my account. If i ask they are saying demat account charges. I have never used demat account which provide by icici.

                  I am r bharathan, an amount of 300 rupees has been deducted from my account[protected] in the name of dp chgs till jul2020

                  I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

                  I need my money back and am ready to complain anywhere else if needed

                      Sir, Without my consent, rs. 2000 has been deducted from my account on 27/08/2020 to 'dr.
                      I have never subscribed to any policy, however this deduction has been done. Kindly help me in this regard as soon as possible.
                      This reduction to dr. Tran for funding is a clear case of fraud and banking norms are not being followed. This is unlawful and making me untrust icici bank for future banking activities.

                          I have been trying to transfer funds may be because of network errors the recipient didn't received funds but the money debited from my account.
                          And it is showing queued transaction from more than 1 hour.
                          Refund the money in to my account or credit the amount in recipients bank as soon as possible.

                            Proud customer of icici for two years. But first bad experience: nine times deduction named pos dec chg on 27 august 2020 (Details attached), no transaction done by me on this day. Reversal of these charges required. Got no message/mail alerts regarding these deductions, no intimation from bank side. I trust icici, please reverse these charges and maintain trust between us.

                                nach ad return charges deduction without information from icici account

                                My account with icici is since 2014 and never had an issue with nach charges for ecs. Since march 2020 and post changing my loan account from icici to bhl, icici is charging nach rtn charges of 590/- for each day till the ecs emi is not paid to bfl through ecs or direct.in these days of lockdown and covid-19, we are struggling financially and these icici people want to deduct such amounts. Really shame on you guys.

                                  There has been deductions of more than rs 1500 from my account mentioning escrtnchg. I have opted for moratorium because i didn't had source of income and yet why these amounts are being charged. I am tired of it.

                                    I have not received credit card still ICICI bank send me statement from long time but still bank are sending me statement.

                                    As i signed the form of credit card and that time ICICI executive told me that this one card is free of cost and there will be no any charges taken.

                                    And during lockdown credit card was not received as courier was banned at that time in reliance township janmnagar.

                                    After one month I surprised to know that reminder is giving from ICICI to pay outstanding amoung with statement also and after that i blocked credit card from my icici bank netbanking.After that many times complain to [protected]@icicibank.com but there is no proper response from them.

                                      As per the subject on date of 17th 26th august 2020 money was debited like that nach_ad_rtn_chrg~adbldesk total of 1180 rs debited in 3 part of transaction of two variant days i don't know why it was diducted i don't have an pending emis unnecessarily amount was diducted so pls refund my amount as soon as possible and resolve the issue permanently i don't want repeat like this if anything diduction please gave me information as like warning i will not doing like that soo please refund my amount
