this is to bring to your notice once again after number of telephone discussion emails letters reminders given today i am shocked to write again and again same thing to you all again with deep pain and harassment and making me beggar in frount of you all to recover my harden money back from you all with shame and helpless

i have contacted icici people mr samer and miss maitree and miss abida again today morning but all of them have no answer for reply on my money refund you all are enjoying my money free of charge and i am just begging around every where is this not shame full with all of you to harass a customer where i am heart patient and suffering from many disease in such manner that today in my mind comes to suiside as i cannot take this pain and harassment of fraud done buy you all people taking my money fraudly and not refunding back and just making me run around and harassing me so much that i have to take such steps and think about to suiside in my mind in this situation of covid already the world is in big stress of money work etc and all still the bank people have no courtesy to refund my harden money

i and the travel agent kkonect global have emailed and attached all the required documents as per you request but still from last approx 25 days all of you are enjoying money where should the customer go i have informed all the higher authority about my case but no one is seriously looking in the matter just enjoying big salary and stucking peoples money in their account and just fooling around

i want to know is icici bank going to refund the money in agents account to day or to my credit card back today itself or not or due to this if my life goes to end today the bank people icici and hdfc and the mediator as told to me from banks who holds the amount will be responsible for my death i have approached each and everyone from hdfc and icici bank people

      Cancellation of one assist membership
      I am a icici bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited Rs. 2199 from my debit card number ending with 282 without my concern on date:25/08/2020.I didnt get any message regarding the service or any membership number . I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership . So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs. 2199

        Rs. 826 is deducted from my account

        Hi, I have not done any transactions lately in my icicidirect account but on August 25. I saw this DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUL-20 Rs.826 deducted from my account. Can someone explain if this is a mistake or something that is a legitimate charge levied by the bank. If its legit then can someone from the bank explain it to me....

        The amount has been deducted from my acount on 25 aug 2020
        Showing dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jul 20.

        I didnot even get any message of this deduction. So plz give my money back to my acount.

          Dear Sir,
          My Icici amazon pay balance card was blocked and also blocked my 35 thousand rewards towards amazon pay balance.

          In month July I purchased heavily as per my requirement of the amount around 7lakhs. After using the card, 50days later card was blocked, they block my rewards as well saying that commercial/business use..

          The products, what I have purchased in amazon are with me. But, they are saying commercial use and cancelled the card.

          This is very unpleasant experience, if they cancel the card with in 10days of my purchase, I would cancel my orders and placed with some other cards, which is benefit to me.

          ICICI is cheating me. Please help us to get my rewards. I don’t need their card anymore. I never continue with icici. I’ll close all my accounts in icici.

            My self Liju George, holding a car loan No:LATHR[protected]. On August 3rd I visited your angamaly branch to close my mentioned loan account. They gave me a detailed statement of Rs-3, 45, 313/- to close my loan, on the same day I deposited the whole amount as per their instruction. On 5th of august myself called the bank for getting my closure statement( no updates from bank side) the conveyed there server have issues so wait for 2 days, again on 7th i visited the branch (no updates from bank side) they sang the same songs again, followed the same on 10th same story. On 12th am I got a call from the bank and told me to pay Rs.9, 207/- for closing the same. With a fine of days from 3rd to 12th

            Question No: 1- If the bank server is not working( No proper response or updates form your bank employees also) why should i pay?

            And Myself paid Rs-9, 207/- as per the instruction by bank to close the same ASAP, and i need to get the NOC on emergency basis, On the same time i request the bank to get me the Statement and NOC, but they told it wil take 4 hours to process, once it completed they will send the same through mail. On 17th morning at 10.00am i called branch and confirmed myself not received any mail from your side, Mrs.Geetha conveyed me that I will get the same within 5 minutes (My self is meeting with my company CA for discussing the same), i waited till 5.00Pm no phone calls and mail from ICICI bank.

            Question No: 2- How can a bank be so irresponsible ? and who will give me the compensation for my time and day?

            Escalated the same through following level

            1. Mr.Sony Xavior- from 17/08/2020 - No response
            2. Mr.Shijo Jose- from 17/08/2020- As per his communication these all are my mistakes
            3. Mr.Siraj Muhammed -From 18/08/2020- Confirmed that my issue will be solved before 5.00 PM,[protected], Now not picking my call
            4. Mr.Ramaswamy- From 17/08/2020- not willing to talk and sending Mr.Siraj number for escalation

            Question No:3- When will I get my NOC and bank statement?

            Question No:4- Who is the responsible person to solve my issue?

            Question No:5- If i want to send all the deposit slips and Payment summary slips( which issued by bank) to RBI for a proper response?

            Question No:6- I paid 5 days fine even though the delay is from the bank side, so for these delays how much will ICICI pay to me?

                  For the past 9 months an amount of Rs. 25, 000/- had been withdrawn from the account stating " tpslsip" natch transaction. when i enquired the same with the bank they say its some SIP which i started. But as far as my knowledge i have never started any SIP investment and never planned to do the same.

                    Icici bank exec did a forgery by deducting of rs. 1899 wpp policy [sr[protected]] instead of rd but when i asked to not to continue the rd and refund the amount back now they are saying there was a technical err, rd was not initiated and the amount deducted was due to tech,. Error. And even they are not responding my request for refund.

                    Please help me get back my money as soon as possible. Amount deductions without our consent is not reasonable. Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i never used it. Please try to clear this request asap. Find the enclosed screenshot.

                        Hi,

                        Icici bank has made multiple transaction from my bank account under transaction name nach_ad_rtn_chrg~tpslsip.
                        I can see a total of three transaction and it's around 1100 rs.
                        I want to know the reason of deducting the amount. I am not feeling safe to keep my money in icici bank account any more.
                        The transaction date is different and in transaction remark date is different.

                          Today on 24/08/2020 12.01pm i got sms from icici bank that 'a Txn of INR 1, 014.74 done on Acct XX029 on 24-Aug-20.Info: VSI*Amazon Pr.
                          I haven't done any transaction online then how it happened now i want my refund of 1014.74 I tried to contact icici bank customer care but they didn't even receive my call.

                            I made a transaction at sbi atm from icici debit card 💳 but the atm did not dispense the cash but money got deducted from account .i made a complaint regarding to customer care at icici they gave me a complaint number and said with in 7 days you will get your money back in account but no action has been taken yet..

                                I started an ICICI bank account 1.5 years ago. ICICI has issued a credit card to my company address without my consent or approval. I didnt even know that ICICI has issued a credit card, I didnt receive any messages or mail communications regarding that.

                                This september, I received a mail that my icici credit card is due for payment. At that time, I realised that there is a credit card issued for me by the bank. I called the bank immediately and blocked the card. I asked the customer care team about the reason for this incident. They told that they will register a compliant but I have to pay the due amount immediately.

                                I need an answer from ICICI.

                                  My icici bank nri account deducted rs. 590 without informing me as nach_ad_rtn_chrg~tpslsip~29jun20~871953b~[protected]. 4 times rs. 590 deducted. I lost rs. 2360 which is not a small amount! My only concert was why i did not get sms alert for the amount being debited from my account. I am already receiving sms for other types of transaction whether if the money is credited or debited. After speaking with executive they informed me that due to insufficient balance, sip was rejected. Why i did not get an sms alert for the money debited?

                                  What a rubbish !! The guy replied that, "You will get credit and Debit related transactions done by you." What if ICICI itself auto debit money from my account such as penalty, service charge, etc. Is ICICI living in stone age Or they intentionally don't want customer to know penalty charges so they can keep deduct money until customer login to his account and check his balance manually !!! Poor service.

                                    Amount of Rs590 is deducted from my account without any of my authorization. I called to your customer care number and the executive is said to me that amount is deducted due to bounce of ecs but i dont have any ecs in my account right now and without giving me any solution she said me to visit the branch. This is not the solution for this issue. I also saw lots of peoples are facing the same issue. please reslove this issue.
