      I Parth Desai am having ICICI bank account at Makarba Branch . 826.00 Rupees has been deducted from my account as DP CHGS TILL JUN -20 DP charges on[protected]. I have never activated and used my Demat account till now. There was no prior notice.I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile.           On 21st July 20 at 9 54 PM there was call from[protected], the person said this call is against your complaint at Airtel gallery for mobile recharge not being reflected on Airtel Mobile No. [protected]. He told me to download Airtel Thanks App and QuickSupport - Airtel supporting apps, with this he asked to try and recharge again, I told I already have recharge for Rs. 149/- for this no. He said this is process to refund your amount. He told me to input an ID in the QuickSupport app and parallely recharge on the Airtel Thanks App, I input my debit card details in the Airtel Thanks App but before I could click on "Pay" I received a message from ICICI bank that Rs. 24999/- have been debited from my A/c, and again I got another message that Rs. 24000/- have again been debited from my A/c, following a message of Rs. 7599 being debited from my A/c. All this happened in a matter of seconds you can verify this from the transaction messages and I did not receive an OTP for any of these transactions. I also received a message that Rs. 7, 599 is credited and he was still calling me but I was scared and immediately cut the call and switched off the internet. I immediately called the Customer Care of ICICI Bank at 10 48 PM on 21st July and registered a complaint.
          On 22nd July I lodged a police complaint and on 23rd I lodged a complaint with the RBI.On 11th August I got a message from the bank that my request has been declined as the transaction was done with 2nd factor authentication.
          I never got any OTP nor have I created any 3D secure pin for my online transactions. I have been cheated and the bank is also not helping out.
          I am 62 years old and living off my savings, a huge chunk of which is now lost. Please help me here

            I've been facing this issue of deductions against my account for a long time. I ignored it at first but recently there have been 5 deductions of INR 590 consecutively in the name of NACH AD RTN charges. A total of Inr 2950 has been debited. There has been no prior notification about the same and I'm clueless as to why they keep deducting so much from my account. When I went to the bank to complain about it the lady working there simply told me to call the helpline number and did not assist me properly.
            There is no way to get any help regarding this problem.

              Before 1 year I am using ICICI bank Credit card. I have purchased 2 Policies against that card of amount 27551. Its EMI With Intrest is 2488... Remember Intrest is included in that.
              Also while purchasing the policies I had contacted to the customer care of bank & the executive said that this is the final monthly amount that will be deducted from your amount .
              But the bank is continuously deducting 3470 ... Where as last month bank deducted 4530...
              When I talked to the bank then they said we will charge double interest ... Where as while taking credit card & purchasing they doesn't told me the same.
              This is fraud .

                I have home loan no - LBJHN[protected] from ICICI Bank which have a overdue payment of 49979 RS on[protected]. I have called their executive they told me to make payment of 17700 RS through cash or upi and 32279 RS they will deduct from ICICI Bank account but after making a payment of 17700 RS through upi they deducted full amount of 49979 RS on the same day pls help me in getting refund of 17700 rs.

                  Bank account freezed

                  I have been an icici account holder since last 2 months and have been using it as a salary account since then. Today, when i tried doing an online transfer transaction, it is giving me an error that the account frozen/blocked. Bank has not given any reasons for it either.                   I got a tax saving bond and like to know the value and how to redeem. I live in chandigarh and no one able to help me and i am going around in circle. Staff saying we need to have a folio number but the time i bought a bond, bank did not provide me the folio number.                             I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs199/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 19th april 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                                I am writing to you to raise an issue about: loans

                                The issue that i have experienced was: i am very much disappointed that, i didn t get any information that i am due with 100 rs amount which is unfortunate.
                                If you could see my payment track, you can come to the conclusion that i have paid the amount on time without any delay by god grace..
                                Please consider it as your mistake that you have not informed that i am still pending with 100rs amount. Which is now accumulated around 500inr.

                                As i remember, i was told to pay 21877 and i paid, it is visible in soa. I was not told to pay 21977, that's why i have not paid.

                                Kindly waive off my extra charges becasue this is your mistake.
                                I am ready to pay 100rs which is genuine.
                                Please feel free to call me and discuss the issue.
                                My cibil is getting impacted due to your 100rs dues which is not acceptable for me.

                                It occurred on: 01/03/2017, but i came to know some days back when i was applying for car loan.

                                They should waive the interest charges as they didn't inform that 100rs extra they want.
                                It is their mistake. So i am requesting to waive off the interest and take only the genuine charges of rs100 only.

                                I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                                Hello Team,
                                I got a phone call today saying that they are from Consumer Complain Forum and they are willing to solve my issue. They gave me a code called "RFC19434AZ" and asking to activate the offer by placing the 19434 and click on pay button. They given the upi id as [protected]@icici and activate the offer here.
                                After doing this my offer will be activated like that they are telling.
                                Is it true? Or it was a fraud. I denied to do so, because It can't be like that.

                                Kindly check and aware all of your user that people may get such kind of fraud call and they will be cheated.

                                  I've noticed that more than 20 transaction for posdec charges have happend in my acc within one day of which u have no knowledge o[censored]sing my card. I had 1090 rs in my acc but the end of icici chraging posdec the balance was 261 rs . That money that I lost was to be used to purchase courses for my studies. Pls help me out someone...

                                  My loan EMI was on 5th Aug,
                                  And as per RBI policy i was eligible to get moratorium for August 2020 month,
                                  so I applied through ICICI bank portal on 31st July, but still my EMI got deduct on 5th Aug 2020,
                                  So I called customer care they provide me SR number to track which is closed without providing any reaon,
                                  So now when I'm trying to call customer care, My call get disconnected when I provide loan account number.
