Im so shocked to receive to receive such a pathetic servuce, i have neve received.
Today on 12 august after 10:30 i made a call to the the customer service, one agent who received my call after me saying hello 4-5 time asking him to speak he hung on me, i held my petience and call the customer service team again thinking its may be connection issue, i got second agent who said he cannot help me with my issue and he said he will transfer me to another department, which i also agreed to but instead he put me through answering machine who only told me "sorry due to current pandemic we cannot assist you thank you for calling icici and the was disconnected.
I feel pathetic about your company that i been having an account and many other things with you, you treat your customer like this. I will make sure once i came back to pune i will change my account along with my family members who has an account with and never recommend this bank to anyone. Never and ever.
Thank you for giving pathetic service to your customers.
