Hi, i'm tejas s sirigiri, i recived message saying "dear customer,

Greetings from icici bank.

A purchase of inr 850.00 has been made using your debit card linked to icici bank account xx426 on 14-aug-20. Info: vin*google pro"

I have not done this transaction please refund me back that amount.
I have not recived any kind of intimation before the transaction

      My icici account[protected] was debited rs. 1899/- on 14th may with transaction remark as iin/i-debit/si. I have not authorized the transaction in any way. Please resolve the issue and get me my money back. As soon as possible.

      We call lots of time and send mail to bank and one assist but both not pick phone and automatic answer due to corona we have limited staff but you in very hurry yo deduct 1899 from account without our permission.
      Please provide number also where we can talk.
      Also need full refund for last two year with intrest within 7 days otherwise we have no other option to complaint to banking lokpal or consumer court.. We got noticed lots of customer face this problem.

        This happen every year and also branch told us lots of customers face this problem.
        We require full refund of last two year with intrest otherwise will file a complaint in rbi and consumer court.

          I have a business account with HDFC bank. My customer in the UK sent me a remittance which got processed via ICICI bank and then deposited into my HDFC bank by ICICI bank.

          Now, I have been chasing ICICI bank for over a month and no reply in getting FIRC issued for it.
          ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            I have recharge in my fastag account on last month 28.07.2020. at present my account balance is Rs. 194 which display in my online account. But few days back i travel via toll plaza, but the toll plaza display my balance is very low.

            After i try to call ICICI fastag customer care. But the call was not connected every time. Only for computer voice message was connected.

            need to update in my balance correctly.

                I have opted for moratorium of personal loan of icici loan no. Lpbrm[protected]. But the bank has deducted the charges on emi due date saying insufficient funds. The icici bank not informed any thing to me. Today some one loan collection agent calling and asking for emi. How it happens. Please make my loan for moratorium. Without informing me making suddenly asking emi and making over due charges is not correct. As i applied for moratorium well in advance. You have not even called before my due date and told anything. Other banks are giving moratorium for 3 months at a time promptly returning if any charges returned. Your bank making it every month opting. It is also ambiguous. But ok informed before and giving sms. But after opting also without informing deducting the charges and asking for emi after one week of due date is not correct.
                Thank you. Anticipating good service from your bank and keep trust as earlier on your service. This is first time getting such experience from icici which i trusted and having good opinion on you bank relation.

                  Hi team, on 5 Aug an Unauthorized transaction has been detucted from my account without any OTP without any annual subscription nothing, it says Rs 833.03 has been detucted by 'VSI Amazon Stnd' I had a call with Amazon as well they said it was from bank issue. Kindly respond. Attached is the screenshot.

                    I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 16th april 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                      I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs1013.25 /- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan.                           I did not activate any service for icici. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

                            Hello,

                            I am 65 years old having account in ICICI Bank. The monthly interest for my FD [protected] is not being credited since 2 months July & August 2020. May I know the reason? The TDS is not applicable as 15G is already submitted. I have been contacting the customer care number but they said they will come back but never did. I am keeping on calling the customer care but they have no idea about why my interest is put on hold.

                            I went to the branch today and they said I need to contact customer care. I called them and they said it is in process since 3 days but no resolution yet! Is my money stolen?? Please let me know the details ASAP.

                                Im so shocked to receive to receive such a pathetic servuce, i have neve received.
                                Today on 12 august after 10:30 i made a call to the the customer service, one agent who received my call after me saying hello 4-5 time asking him to speak he hung on me, i held my petience and call the customer service team again thinking its may be connection issue, i got second agent who said he cannot help me with my issue and he said he will transfer me to another department, which i also agreed to but instead he put me through answering machine who only told me "sorry due to current pandemic we cannot assist you thank you for calling icici and the was disconnected.
                                I feel pathetic about your company that i been having an account and many other things with you, you treat your customer like this. I will make sure once i came back to pune i will change my account along with my family members who has an account with and never recommend this bank to anyone. Never and ever.

                                  Gift cards not working

                                  I have a query regarding my icici gift card's issued by my company. One of the card i registered a long time ago and is working fine. Rest 6 cards i didn't registered at that time as the validity of the cards is till 04/21. When i am trying to register them now on the portal, i am getting an error stating that my card is in invalid status. What does that mean and how to i resolve it?...

                                      Today, an amount of rs.725 was deducted from my account in name of posdec charges. I wasn't using this icici card from a long time and today i submitted money to it and a deduction of rs.725 happened without any notice.

                                      An amount of rs.29 was deducted 25 times from my account in single day. I want my money back.
