too many nach return charges, fraud transactions by icici bank

Dear sir

This is premchand k, recently i found there is below unknown nach return charges are debiting from my account. I am sure i have not missed any loan payments till date.

This icici team is debited almost 2676/- from my account effect january 7th 2020 till date. Below are the transaction details.

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 15th july, 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this.

    Whats wrong with icici bank dont know. I send mail regarding my loan many times but i didnot get any positive reponse. Please take a look the following point
    1) at the time of loan approval the customer care person said that i[censored] take 146000/- and the total amount i have to pay 151000/- in to 12 installment and the monthly installment is in decreasing order. But this was not happened according to the commitment.
    2) mr. Wasant communicate with me regarding this and i have audio clip with me which stated that the total amount for 12 month is 151000/- and icici bank charges more than that stated amount around 8000/- more.
    No one respond me.
    Disgusting service provider.

    Some one called me (vibhav) he said that he is calling behalf of consumer complaint his no is [protected] and said that he will create voucher be half of icici bank and directly pay through upi.He said that now only create voucher and that will reflect into statement.He guide me for creating it through upi Googlepay and said insert amount 24999 with upi id [protected]@okicici
    And said pay then it create voucher but nothing was happened like that, no voucher created at all.
    Beware of such things ...

      I recharged my fastag of my vehicle after contacting icici customer care they told me that it will get activated in 2 hours after recharge, but even after hours of recharge the tag was showing blacklisted on tolls and i have to pay double tolls throughout the journey, i recharged on 13 july and its still not active.

      This caused me to pay double tolls and a lot of difficulty faced.
      And i had recharged through icici imobile app.

Amazon customer service me baat kiya to bola 2-4 business days me paise aa jayenge hmari taraf se initiate kar diya gya hai but aj 15 july 2020 ho gye abhi tak amount nhi aya hai. Amazon ki taraf se bol rhe hai apka bank problem kar rha hai. Please help me

            I have not been used my debit card for the past 4 months. But in the month of june and july the amount of 29.50 is debited 10 times from my account.

            I issued a complaint to their mail id. But there is no response from them.

                child growth bond

                Dear sir/ma'am,

                My father brought children growth bond -022001-cgb. Date of allotment was 22.03.2001. It is due to mature on 22.08.2020. I can understand this bond is discontinued however there has to be some procedure laid down for redemption.                 Icici bank fraud transaction.

                My icici account was debited rs. 1899/- on 14th july with transaction remark as iin/i-debit/si. I have not authorized the transaction in any way. Please resolve the issue and get me my money back. As soon as possible.

                  My salary account has been deducted by 28 rs posdec charges, every 2 days in a week. They have been deducting the amount from my account from last one month. As we are trying to connect with them, no response from icici bank. When tried to connect, they said tghey will credit just last 4 deductions. There has been a deduct of more thean 5oo in just 1 and half month. Whomsoever is reading this, please solve this issue as soon as possible.

                    I was an employee of icici bank from nov 2018 to may 2020. I had submitted mail request to hr for processing of my pf withdrawal, which has not been done till date. I hav even sent mail reminders twice but there has not been any response or even acknowledging my mail. Kindly do the needful. Please find the details below.

                      This is in regard with applying for loan balance transfer from icici.
                      Currently we hold a home loan account with lic hfl. Last month we got a call from one of your sales representatives asking if we could go for loan transfer with the mentioned interest amount. They were after us to generate a sanction letter and they misguided us. It was mentioned that the process would be completed in a week! It's been a month already and nobody is turning up. There is no proper response from any of the people with whom we came in contact. Whatever charges and documents mentioned before generating a sanction letter is not matching with what they are asking now. I am really unhappy, i have been holding my salary account since 10+ yrs, my husband has a savings bank account, demat account with icici, but we lost all our trust with this behaviour. We are seriously thinking of moving to some other banks. There is no proper communication from your side. Before generating the sanction letter we got the call at least 5 times in a day! And post generation nobody is bothered. Who will refund our 6000rs amount? If not who will process the next steps? Who will guide us further? What are the next steps? Who is responsible? Pathetic service! Please do not play with our hard earned money.

                          A purchase of inr 1, 899.00 has been made using your debit card linked to icici bank account xx415 on 14 july 2020. Info: iin*i-debit*si.
                          .. My amount has been deducted fraudulently without my permission. Its a very arrogant and unhealthy behavior.
                          I demand refund of tha amount and icici bank to look into the matter and respond back.

                                I had complained about a chain of fraudulent transactions that were carried out through my debit card in 2017. I was pursuing an internship along with my college education in 2017 and consulted the bank while this happened. A total of rs. 10, 400 was deducted from my icici account in october and november of 2017.

                                I had approached my branch office of icici bank and informed them about these activities on 7 october 2017. They told me to register this on the customer service and blocked my card.

                                I registered the complaint and received a mail with sr[protected]. My concern never got resolved and i eventually stopped using the icici account. I received no resolution or customer support after registering the service request. I tried to follow up but the auto-generated voice responded every time for the service request and eventually stopped. I've been waiting for the resolution of this complaint for 2 years now. I've completely lost hopes with the icici customer service.

                                I'm attaching the details of transactions and the status mail of service request (I. E. The only mail regarding the sr[protected].
                                I recently found out about www.consumercomplaints.in today and hence filing this complaint here.

                                  My user id of the account is disabled and i can't find any customer care number which can resolve this common issue which is absurd. I cannot re issue password because the web site throws java error. Where the hell am i supposed to get the issue resolved.
