I have approach customer care of icici bank since 2018 requested them that i am retired person and getting it difficult to pay high emi so i have not recd any support as per their norms. Now i am asking for force closer of loan but i am unable to get it. I have various doubts about change in rate of interest as per rbi guideline due to covid -19. So please look into it and resolve it on top priority as home branch at dahanu road do not have home loan deptt. & due to covid-19 we do not have transport facility.

    1. I had want take a phone amount 14658 on Amazon on 30 may 2020 on EMI but order was cancelled and refund was initiate by Amazon with Refund Reference # 680736 but Bank was now EMI cut from my account.
    2. I had tried once again on 3 June 2020 on amazon take a another phone amount 16465.66 on EMI but due to bank not approving EMI so once again order was cancelled and refund was initiate by Amazon with Refund Reference # 682571 but Bank was now EMI cut from my account.
    3. I have tried once again on same day (3 June 2020) on amazon take a same phone amount was 16465.66 EMI Rs. 5617.11 for 3 months from Payment Method Visa **** 3300 but this bank was approving EMI . Order Details
    Ordered on 3 June 2020 Order#[protected] So now i am happy with that and finally get a phone.
    But now ICICI Bank 6th July 2020 cut EMI amount 16939.13 from Debit card.
    I have multiple time to contact with ICICI Bank Customer Care but they cant resolve my Issue.So plz ASAP Refund initiate in my debit card.and also attach some documents regarding this issue.So Please Resolve this issue. It was Very bad Experience with ICICI Bank .

    but now they deduct 2 product EMI of same amount 16465 now . when i have share all documents. that i have taken single product amount 16465. now once again
    share documents. i have to pay last EMI of August amount 5617. I will not pay this amount until i get the refund. ASAP resolve my issue otherwise i will take another option.

      My account has been debited with 563 rs on 7 - july - 2020... For which i haven't been informed prior and after the deductions, may i know the reason why it has been deducted?? This type direction is not good please return my charged amount.

        Hi, i Am an icici bank customer. On 07-07-20 ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is.             My cibil score if going down drastically as it is showing as i have not cleared the emi debit card amount 5636 in march 2020. As per the bank statement, deductions are made all 3 months (March, april and may).

                So letme just tell the incident in public. I ordered a laptop from flipkart opting for the debit card emi feature on 20th march 2020 (Just before lockdown) and i cancelled my order on 21st march 2020, as shipping was done from mumbai. So the seller refunded the whole amount the same day (21st march 2020)

                But till now the emi account has not been closed even after my several mails and calls to the bank. I even visited my branch and got no response. The reply that i get is "due to corona virus pandemic.. We are short staffed" but icici bank have enough staff to call me on my number to ask when will i pay the due emi amount which is already been paid and apart from that.. I am not been able to use my account since march as emi will get auto debited so i had to empty my money from my account and till now i cant use it.

                I have written to your official complaint email address a multiple times. I have called you a multiple times (Which is ofcourse chargeable even now. It doesnt get connected even with the plan activated in my number. It needs additional balance, only to spend another 5-10 mins talking to the computer and selecting the options from the menu).

                    Amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank i need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

                        HI, its a long time back when i submitted my NACH OR so called ecs stop request and i recieved a text from icici that ecs stopped on my account but today all of a sudden 4000/- (approx) deducted from my account, is this a joke?, what are your plans? you guys are cheating public?, I NEED A WRITTEN EXPLAINATION FOR THIS WHY MONEY GOT DEDUCTED EVEN AFTER STOPPAGE OF ECS.
                        I WILL BE ATTACHING THE SCREEN SHOT AND I WANT WRITTEN EXPLAINATION WITH REFUND OF AMOUNT. THIS TIME I WILL NOT KEEP QUIET.

                          Hi, i dont need icici debit card and just want to retain the account and do online banking. But for all online banking the bank asks for the debit card. The annual fees for visa is exuberant and am paying that unnecessarily. Should this be reported to any govt body/rbi. Do suggest.

                            I had paid June And July personal loan EMI and durable loan EMI to IDFC bank And I got ECS charges from your side up to 6000 rupees. I can't accept your those action.                               I am a/c holder of icici bank. For dcardfee 588.82 rupees debited from my account by icici without any prior notice. This is for the first time that got this much amount got deducted by the bank. I need an explanation of this deduction and want my money back.

                              If this is the amount bank collects for debit card usage then i don't want an account anymore...

                                Fake messages

                                Hi,

                                I don;t have any account in your bank, so there comes no question of having any loan. Yesterday on my WhatsApp i got one message mentioning that i have to pay my loan. After this i will make a complaint in police station as well as NHRC against your bank and this particular number. When i called back on this number it was switched off, and on the other number when i called no body picked the call....

                                  My name is shadab alam, i having an account in icici bank as zero balance account.in this pendamic situation of covid 19 i have initiated moratorium for my bike emi that has been taken from idfc bank. Due to this i have not deposit any amount in icici bank to avail moratorium benefit. Now i have started my emi again and deposit the amount. Once it has been deposited immediately they have deducted my 3411 rs in 6 times. After that i m trying to connect with customer care of icici bank. But they are not responding, when it has been connected they are holding my call so long and after that disconnected the call. I didn't get any information related to deducted amount. I having the proof for the same and attaching the proof for your reference. I want my money back and clarification of deduction. Request you to. Please help me out for the same.

                                    My balance shows negative in the icici bank account.

                                    It shows available balance as -34378 rs. When i check the balance it shows negative.
                                    Due to credit card payment, i have paid the said amount but the account is still in negative. Due to covid 19 i have lost my job and icici settlement team has threatened me to death. Even after the payment of said amount they are not removing this. I am about to receive my salary of 10000 only and they will deduct that as well.

                                    These people are insan they do not close your credit card till the time they don't get the whole payment just to double the charges on the card. I am waiting from one week but not helpful.
