    Amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank i need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

    Please stop all these.

      There is a return charges debited of inr 4000 in the same day... I want this issue to get resolved immediately, due to this pandemic situation what is the charges getting debited without any prior notifications?

        HI, its a long time back when i submitted my NACH OR so called ecs stop request and i recieved a text from icici that ecs stopped on my account but today all of a sudden 4000/- (approx) deducted from my account, is this a joke?, what are your plans? you guys are cheating public?, I NEED A WRITTEN EXPLAINATION FOR THIS WHY MONEY GOT DEDUCTED EVEN AFTER STOPPAGE OF ECS.
        I WILL BE ATTACHING THE SCREEN SHOT AND I WANT WRITTEN EXPLAINATION WITH REFUND OF AMOUNT. THIS TIME I WILL NOT KEEP QUIET.

          Hi, i dont need icici debit card and just want to retain the account and do online banking. But for all online banking the bank asks for the debit card. The annual fees for visa is exuberant and am paying that unnecessarily. Should this be reported to any govt body/rbi. Do suggest.

            I had paid June And July personal loan EMI and durable loan EMI to IDFC bank And I got ECS charges from your side up to 6000 rupees. I can't accept your those action. I really upset and Undiagnosed your action in covid-19 suituation. So please grant to return my ECS charges.

              I am a/c holder of icici bank. For dcardfee 588.82 rupees debited from my account by icici without any prior notice. This is for the first time that got this much amount got deducted by the bank. I need an explanation of this deduction and want my money back.

              If this is the amount bank collects for debit card usage then i don't want an account anymore...

                Fake messages

                Hi,

                I don;t have any account in your bank, so there comes no question of having any loan. Yesterday on my WhatsApp i got one message mentioning that i have to pay my loan. After this i will make a complaint in police station as well as NHRC against your bank and this particular number. When i called back on this number it was switched off, and on the other number when i called no body picked the call....

                  Hi sir,

                  My name is shadab alam, i having an account in icici bank as zero balance account.in this pendamic situation of covid 19 i have initiated moratorium for my bike emi that has been taken from idfc bank. Due to this i have not deposit any amount in icici bank to avail moratorium benefit. Now i have started my emi again and deposit the amount. Once it has been deposited immediately they have deducted my 3411 rs in 6 times. After that i m trying to connect with customer care of icici bank. But they are not responding, when it has been connected they are holding my call so long and after that disconnected the call. I didn't get any information related to deducted amount. I having the proof for the same and attaching the proof for your reference. I want my money back and clarification of deduction. Request you to. Please help me out for the same.

                    My balance shows negative in the icici bank account.

                    It shows available balance as -34378 rs. When i check the balance it shows negative.
                    Due to credit card payment, i have paid the said amount but the account is still in negative. Due to covid 19 i have lost my job and icici settlement team has threatened me to death. Even after the payment of said amount they are not removing this. I am about to receive my salary of 10000 only and they will deduct that as well.

                    These people are insan they do not close your credit card till the time they don't get the whole payment just to double the charges on the card. I am waiting from one week but not helpful.

                              Dear sir

                              I have taken loan from bajaj finance and missed one payment on may month which was schedule on 2nd may. It was missed due to covid_19 and we received salalries lately and i paid the pending emi amount on the same moth with bounce charges, when i check the recent bank statement i see there are 4 times bounce charges of 590 each debited to my account, for this when i approach bajaj finanace customer care they are saying that bank posted bounce charges and we (Bajaj) not responsible for this. Now i have paid all my dues and closed the loan on june_2020 but unfortunately again i see in my account in july 2 times they have charged bounce charges stating that the charges are relates to may peroid bouncing.
                              I just want to know after clearing the loan dues how the bounce charges will be debited?

                              Appreciate if you can recheck and advice the team to reverse the excess bounce amount to my account.

                                    My salary account id with ICICI bank. During the lock down period I have applied for moratorium for my loans, But the respective banks have dropped the cheques for clearance. I have been charged nore than 4000 rupees because of insufficient funds. I requested a lot for the waiver and refunding of this amount as it has been the lock down period, but in spite of requests again yesterday an amount of Rs 2400 has been deducted for the same. During this lock down of three months a total of Rs 7000 has been deducted becuse of which I have missed a couple of EMIs.
                                    It has been very difficult to manage with less salary during the lock down, again these kin=d of deduction is adding to our problems. Please consider my plea and waive the charges and refund the amount as we have been passing through a difficult phase because of lock down.
