Icici bank deducted rs. 27, 800 from my account in one go without informing me. When i enquired about they said that you account has multiple ece charges. Those loans are even closed. Loan was from capital first bank that is now idfc forst bank, they put 10 to 15 ecs for one emi and each emi bounce cost is rs.473. Even emi was paid manually through other payment mode.

I have blocked my credit card around 8-10 months back and paid outstanding amount. Still every month approx 100 rs are deducted from my account for credit card. When discussed with customer care officer, i was said that i will get details in email which i did not receive.

As per the icici online website you can register a complaint through web portal, for level 1, 2, 3.
I raised a complaint on level 1, and i did not...

Moratorium

I have requested for maratorium for my credit card. Previously also they did the same that they have charged me penalty n etc. After so many requests they are agreed to reverse that. Now even after applying for maratorium they are keep calling me to pay the bill and they are telling me maratorium not applied....

Detecting money from my account

Rs 28 was deducted 6 times from icici bank account, it was written posdec chg, i don't what it is. Icici bank deducting my money unfairly. I need explanations for this....

In covid -19 situation i availed 2 month moratorium for month of april& may but in installment schedule its extended for 3 month (One month is unnecessary) regarding this i tried to contact relation manager through mail & over call so either he is ignoring or not interested in my complain.
Please look into this matter as earliest....

Auto debit fee

Hi,
I have icici credit card from past 12 years, have opted for auto debit for my icici credit cards with my icici savings account on 12th june 2020 of the card due got paid other got failed due to insufficient funds. Related to this failed transaction i have not been notified either from credit card nor from savings account. But i have been charged 650/- as auto debit failure for around 5k outstanding due. Am an icici bank customer. Today 17-06-20 ecsrtnchg charged 590 rupees. I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call. Please explain what the charge it is. icici credit card noc not yet get

I was settled my credit card amount, since i did not get my noc and my cibil score also low due to this problem. So, kindly send my noc as soon as possible. (Need most urgent) kindly do the needful....

Refund not initiated

I canceled order from amazon and refund got approved on 06/14. But i didn't receive the amount in my bank account. The refund reference number is #[protected]....

My icici account was debited rs.1899/- on 15 th june with transaction mark as
Iin/i-debit/s. I haven't authorized the transaction in any way. Please resolve this issue. I want my money back, as soon as possible....

I transferred some amount from my PAYTM account and suddenly I got a notification that bank is charging some amount as posdec charge. At first, I was like it’s not that big amount, but after that they started charging subsequently and on the same day my bank balance was zero. I called CUSTOMER CARE and they were like, PLEASE CALL us tomorrow, their is a different team for this particular issue and I was like what the ### is happening...

I am trying to buy a laptop from lenovo store. Transaction failed and message showed that the transaction was withheld due to security reasons.

The online service care is also horrible. The cut the call after saying ki wait for 5 minutes and dont call back. I need to do this transaction urgently...

Amount deducted without any notification

I am shalini 826.00rs has been deducted from my account as dp chgs till apr 20

I have never activated and used my demat account till now there was no prior notice i have not received any deductions message to my mobile i need my money back immediately

I have not received proper response nor the issue is resolved kindly look into it asap

grid authentication disabled even when i entered the grid values correctly.

I tried to transfer some money to other bank account through neft and in the end of the procedure it asked me to enter grid values, which i did correctly but for some stupid reason it was showing me this msg "your grid card authentication has been disabled, call our 24 hour customer care centre and ask to enable grid card authentication". I have entered all the values very carefully and cross-checked it many times yet same error. Then i tried...
