Sir, my issue is regarding to failure of payment. This sunday (Date - 28 june, 2020 ; time - 10:06 pm) my account balance is deducted while making a payment for triumphant institute...

We are medical distributor as got call from a person said want to purchase sanitizer for army team in bijnor, he send a code on whatsapp for payment of sanitizer but when we scanned the code then amount deducted from our account instead of receiving the payment. He shared his id and adhar also.

Please help as we lost our 20000 and rbi assure to return that money if we complaint within 3 days. This happen on monday morning.

Please help.

    Let me know why you charging this amount from my account. What this is charge for?

    My account is salary account not savings or current account its my salary account
    .
    Kindly refund my money otherwise i will file a compliant in consumer forum.br...

      I applied for Amazon Pay ICICI credit card on october 2nd 2019. One of the bank representative came to my residential address to collect documents for KYC on 19 th dec 2019. He collected my signed documents of Pan Card, Aadhar Card and my salary slip. He told me that this is for verification purpose. After few days when I checked my card status and called customer service of bank, they told me that my request has been declined. The reason they told me for the declination is that I was not present at the address. I asked them if I were not present then how did he collected my documents. I mailed ICICI bank also but they have not replied it. I am attaching screenshot as well. Please, help me to get card or my signed documents back. This is something which has changed my opinion completely about ICICI bank. I didn't expect this from them. Application number for card is :[protected]

      A very bad customer service from amazon icici credit customer care. keeping customer on hold for 20 long minutes. no proper knowledge on queries. Wantedly diverting calls to avoid customer query.

      Amazon ICICI credit card do not mention for eligibility criteria before applying and they do not give reason for rejecting an application after taking all details.

            Rs. 375 deducted from my account yesterday, 25 june, 2020 i checked my statement and it mentioned this "dp chgs till may-20". I googled it up and found out that it an annual charge for using demat account.

            I don't use this demat account. Why do you deduct money with no notification. Even during this tough period of covid, you are using such scamming methods to make money. What angers me is that i get no notification whenever you deduct money from my account. Just like how a thief steals money? Is this your way? Fix this and return this money.

                  I am marking this complaint with the icici bank as, i had credited my icici bank account with some amount yesterday as on 29.06.2020 but due to some un neccsary ecs charges of an loan which is already been cleared and i have got the noc for the same from idfc first bank ltd. Has been deducted with multiple entries on 29.06.2020.

                  I had paid all of my dues and the respective amount which was pending to obtain non objection certificate. But icici bank didn't understands that after paying all charges and getting noc for the same, no organisation can deduct ecs charges.

                        Hi,
                        When I oped the ICICI demat account then representative says that its a Free of cost and no one informed be about such charges.

                        Received the message that 752.27 was deducted as DP CHGS Till MAY-20 and even I was not received any msg of deduction of such amount.. and I was shocked when I have seen such messages and amount deducted from my back account.

                          Hello on 29th june 2020 i have made transaction of 1490 rupees for dmart grocery purchase through bhim upi app to [protected]@icici. My amount got deducted from bank and also credited to indiaideas#icici account but my transaction shown was payment failure. It didn't reached to dmart. Hence please refund my amount asap.

                            Dear icici, how can you deduct money from my account without notifying me? Today i was just checking transactions of my account and found that rs 478.86 has been deducted from my account towards in[protected] dp chgs till may-20.
                            I have never opened any demat account & never used it. So, why you have deducted the money. This is totally fraud for customers.

                            Request you to kindly return my money back. I am loosing trust on icici bank whether my money is safe here or not.

                            I have visited to ICICI bank, Kothrud, Pune on[protected] regarding closure of DEMAT account, they have closed my account & told that within 15 days, you will receive refund but still I have not received my refund after 25 days.
                            Please arrange refund on priority.

                                    Hi,
                                    My fastag is not working since i purchase it, i have raise complaints also and call many time customer care but they are saying ur account is active and it’s working and every time i am visiting toll plaza i am paying double toll due to this.
                                    Non of the customer care executive is helping, they are saying you have to visit nearest toll plaza where icici bank executive are present, but when i visited there they said you have to call customer service.
                                    So no one is taking responsibility of faulty fastag just harassing me and asking me to visit here and there.
                                    I asked customer care i[censored]r not able to provide service please close my account and refund the amount in it, but that also they denied. So please help me i am completely frustrated.
                                    Since it’s more than 1 year i am not able to use my fastag and as i am completely frustrated i will be planning to raise a legal complaint.
