    Dear sir

    I have taken loan from bajaj finance and missed one payment on may month which was schedule on 2nd may. It was missed due to covid_19 and we received salalries lately and i paid the pending emi amount on the same moth with bounce charges, when i check the recent bank statement i see there are 4 times bounce charges of 590 each debited to my account, for this when i approach bajaj finanace customer care they are saying that bank posted bounce charges and we (Bajaj) not responsible for this. Now i have paid all my dues and closed the loan on june_2020 but unfortunately again i see in my account in july 2 times they have charged bounce charges stating that the charges are relates to may peroid bouncing.
    I just want to know after clearing the loan dues how the bounce charges will be debited?

    Appreciate if you can recheck and advice the team to reverse the excess bounce amount to my account.

        Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. So, i move to call customer care number icici bank. The ivr wanted me to enter my details so fast and then after a few seconds, it's automatically hang up.
        I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

          My salary account id with ICICI bank. During the lock down period I have applied for moratorium for my loans, But the respective banks have dropped the cheques for clearance. I have been charged nore than 4000 rupees because of insufficient funds. I requested a lot for the waiver and refunding of this amount as it has been the lock down period, but in spite of requests again yesterday an amount of Rs 2400 has been deducted for the same. During this lock down of three months a total of Rs 7000 has been deducted becuse of which I have missed a couple of EMIs.
          It has been very difficult to manage with less salary during the lock down, again these kin=d of deduction is adding to our problems. Please consider my plea and waive the charges and refund the amount as we have been passing through a difficult phase because of lock down.

            Today (05/jul/2020), an amount of 816.26 is debited from my account by amazon stan

            Message i got

            Txn of inr 816.26 done on acct xx612 on 05-jul-20. Info: vsi*amazon st. Avbl bal:inr xxxx. Call xxxxxxx for dispute or sms block 612 to xxxxxxxxx

            I have subscribed for prime video recently. My other amazon subscriptions are amazon audible and aws.

            I have checked in my accounts everywhere for this transaction details but i could find any.

              I have not done any online transaction with my debit card for more than 6 months and today (05 july 2020 sunday) have got the below message :

              "txn of inr 1, 182.83 done on acct xx006 on 05-jul-20. Info: vsi*amazon st. Call 18002662 for dispute or sms block 006 to [protected]"

              I need a full refund of this amount and have seen that many people have faced the exacat same issue from icici bank. Customer care is available only from monday to saturday for phone call and no email or any other online support is available.

                              I happened to see my statement today and am extremely dismayed. There have been multiple unsolicited deductions from my account. Neither was i intimated about them, nor were the amounts refunded.Â

                              This reflects extremely poorly on a bank such as icici, especially when loyal customers and have sought to transact and speak good of the bank on multiple occasions.

                              This cannot be a minor procedural lapse. It is equivalent to cheating, a much more serious crime.

                              I need the amounts (And other such debit transactions) to be refunded at the earliest!

                                I have 2 accounts in icicibank since last several years.
                                Last week i saw they have deducted the below fee from both accounts without any notification to me.

                                Transaction remark: dcardfee3621jun20-may21+gst, deduction: 696.23

                                Transaction remark: dcardfee4068jun20-may21+gst, deduction: 706.82

                                I want my money back. If this is charged for using debit cards, then i will prefer to close both the accounts.

                                  My savings account linked with ICICI bank has been deducted with an amount of 826 rupees on 28th April 2020(Dmc Dp C HGS charges)which i have no idea about.

                                  As per my knowledge i have never asked for a demat account opening with ICICI, so i request you to help me with the refund of the stated amount.

                                  Kindly look into it and get it resolved.

                                    Dishonour fine have been debited from my account. (Account no:[protected] even after applying moratorium. I have lost more than 1500 rs in this manner. This has been a grave injustice and cheating.in these crisis situation they shouldnt use deceptive methods like this to take money from us.

                                        I have a demat account in icici bank for 3 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'in[protected] dp chgs till may-20' — inr 474'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]]
