Hi,
My fastag is not working since i purchase it, i have raise complaints also and call many time customer care but they are saying ur account is active and it’s working and every time i am visiting toll plaza i am paying double toll due to this.
Non of the customer care executive is helping, they are saying you have to visit nearest toll plaza where icici bank executive are present, but when i visited there they said you have to call customer service.
So no one is taking responsibility of faulty fastag just harassing me and asking me to visit here and there.
I asked customer care i[censored]r not able to provide service please close my account and refund the amount in it, but that also they denied. So please help me i am completely frustrated.
Since it’s more than 1 year i am not able to use my fastag and as i am completely frustrated i will be planning to raise a legal complaint.
