I have not received demate account card. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction [protected] dp chgs till jun 20 — inr 481.83 also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

    I require clarification for my excess payment refund of rs.35, 375/- & written e-mail to snehal. [protected]@icicihfc.com & ms. Kalpita harne cell no.[protected] please support us for force closer on dtd.10th july, 2020 against for loan a/c no. Nhdnu[protected]. Sorry for inconvenience but i have no option as all icici customer care help line are not working

    Due to covid-19 public transport facility not available hence my home loan security documents like deed of agreement and so on are to be made available at home branch i. C. I. C. I dahanu branch

    Please look into it very seriously as since 10th july, 2020 refund not credited. To my i. C. I. C. I saving a/c. Documents on top priority.

    Matter is already updated to e mail to customer care & concern staff deptt. E-mail sent for the subject matter

      I have been charged an amount of ₹ 826 as dmc/ dp charge till june 2020. However, i haven't utilised demat a/c till date even then this charges are deducted from my a/c on 28 th july 2020. Kindly refund my entire amount being wrongly charged to me without any reason.

        I have opened current account with icici bank - chennai anna nagar branch in 2015. I paid additional amount of 25, 000.00 separately for cash deposit facility. My account details given below.

        Current a/c #[protected] Arvin air travels

        From dec 2019 to jan 2020, icici bank debited 50000.00 for cash deposit charges from my account.

        Since June'20, i was visiting to the branch to inquiring this issue but none of them are not able to address and respond my query, also they are not even able to identify why and how the charges made.

        I was wondering, how come they debited 50000.00 for cash deposit charges when i paid 25000 additional amount for cash deposit during opening the account.

        Now, they came back and saying that 20700.00 amount will not be refunded without any proper justification

        So, i would request you to take this action and reverse the 50000.00 to my account.

          I am saurabh kelaskar. 757.17 rupees has been deducted from my account as dp chgs till jun-20) on 28th july 2030. I have never used my demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction

              I opened an insta account online after uploading necessary documents, pan number & e-verified the aadhar during account opening process. Impressed with the netbanking and imobile of icici, i decided to move all my funds to the newly opened account.

              After having done this, the account is blocked/frozen and i am unable to do do any transactions, and missed my regular financial commitments and suffering acute financial troubles with this account, where every penny of mine is deposited there.

              I approached the nearest icici branch and they are now saying that it takes about 7 days and even more to get this sorted as they are facing some issues with their online system to get this sorted.

              Do the needful as i badly suffering from this.

                  Issue:
                  Icici bank is always adding interest charges to my pending joining fees.
                  Always, i have to request to icici bank, please disclose my credit card charges but they always adding charges over charges it's not a correct way to treat customers like that.
                  Icici bank already deactivates my credit card account so, why icici bank adding the interest charges on my pending joining fees.

                  The joining fee was 170 rs. But icici bank after adding interest charges, the current date amount is 5498 rs. Why i have to pay a huge amount icici bank has to stop these things.

                  Kindly note: i called customer care multiple times but because of my credit card account deactivated i couldn't connect but i went to icici bank for solving my issue but bank person always telling me i have to pay 5498 rs or call customer care for this issue.

                  I want to close this issue please help me.

                      I have made a payment of 4000/- to my credit card through my ICICI bank account on 24/07/2020. My money has been debited from the account but the payment has not made on the credit card. I have attached the screenshots of the payment transactions.All the other payments are getting reflected on the credit card statement but I would like to know where is my money 4000/- which I paid ? I have attached screenshots for reference.

                        Within 3 months about more than 2000 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin without any notification. I was maintaining minimum balance for the time of emergency and when i was going to make a payment then the amount was not there. What the hell wrong with icici bank.
                        What is this transaction purpose? Nach_ad_rtn_chrg_bajajfins

                        Six time it has been same with me within 3 months i want a strong reply from your side dear icici bank.

                          I am trying to make a transaction using icici amazon pay card. It's declining since morning. I have called the customer care 8 times and every time they assured that within 19 minutes it would be resolved. Nothing happen3d sinc3 then. Pls assist it's urgent.

                            Amount of r.590/- got debited two times from my bank account on may 2020 and again rs.590/- again got debited on july month of 2020 with out my knowledge!! May i know what's happening? I am maintaining required balance amount for sure. Why this amount getting deducted?

                            Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserv and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges.
                            I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

                                  I see that you are are only interested in marking the status as resolved.
                                  The email id mentioned has been marked as protected and not disclosed even when logged in. Please share it again.
                                  I have already shared the Fastag Customer id, payment id and transaction / complaint reference numbers. What more do you expect.
                                  Extremely frustrated at the behaviour of ICICI for stealing customer money.
                                  Appreciate if it can be resolved ASAP.

                                        Icici account number:[protected]. My account has been charged for the activation of walletassist plan. Amount deducted is rs 1899 on 15th july. I had not applied for any such plan. Deactivate the service and refund the amount as soon as possible.
