I recently received a message saying my one assist wallet protection plan is up for renewal and a sum of rs. 1899 will be deducted from my account. I kindly request you to stop the above mentioned renewal....

How shall i generate noc for my credit card which was closed in 2006. Need to know this urgently as customer care numbers are not working....

I happened to see my statement today and am extremely dismayed. There have been multiple unsolicited deductions from my account. Neither was i intimated about them, nor were the amounts refunded.

This reflects extremely poorly on a bank such as icici, especially when loyal customers and have sought to transact and speak good of the bank on multiple occasions.

This cannot be a minor procedural lapse. It is equivalent...

I have 2 accounts in icicibank since last several years.
Last week i saw they have deducted the below fee from both accounts without any notification to me.

Transaction remark: dcardfee3621jun20-may21+gst, deduction: 696.23

My savings account linked with ICICI bank has been deducted with an amount of 826 rupees on 28th April 2020(Dmc Dp C HGS charges)which i have no idea about.

As per my knowledge i have never asked for a demat account opening with ICICI, so i request you to help me with the refund of the stated amount.

Dishonour fine have been debited from my account. (Account no:[protected] even after applying moratorium. I have lost more than 1500 rs in this manner. This has been a grave injustice and cheating.in these crisis situation they shouldnt use deceptive methods like this to take money from us....

I have a demat account in icici bank for 3 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction 'in[protected] dp chgs till may-20' — inr 474'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile...

I can see an amount of Rs. 545 without intimating me. It is clearly an act of looting....

Above subject my number have only minimum sms limit. Why reduce the sms limit and i want clarification. Your service is really not satisfied me so i have to go another network thanks...

I've been using icici debit card since a long time now. Recently, due to a mess created by repeated otps, i fed in wrong numbers for 3 times. It has been more than a month that i have not made any transactions since.
I've tried unblocking it from imobile and from the banking site, however, they say the card is not blocked, and is available for transactions.
I feel it's blocked by the verified by visa...

Fraud emi debiting last 5 months...

My rs 56.99/- & 13.44 has been deducted from my icici bank savings account on 29/06/2020, 07/06/2020 & 05/06/2020. They showed me "surcharge dt:29/06/20 mcc 4112", "surcharge dt:07/06/20 mcc 4112". And "surcharge dt:05/06/20 mcc 4112"why? I had asked to icici bank customer care and they didn't confirm me.
My account number is[protected], sigra varansi branch branch.

Please help, and also inform the banks not to debit...

Icic bank has bloacked my amount of 28212 as i have credit card due but as lockdown is going on i don't have money to spend for current month (I. E. July 2020). I am ready to pay minimum amount which is 3100. I tried multiple times to icici customer care but they are not responding on my call.. I am stuck i have rent to pay and other things but i don't have money as icici bank has blocked my account...

Dear ICICI, I was told that there is no monthly and yearly charges for my demat account but I could see that RS 805 has been deducted on [protected] DP CHGS TILL May, 2020 on 02/07/2020 can you please clarify and come to know all your customers suffering same problem?...
