      I had complained about a chain of fraudulent transactions that were carried out through my debit card in 2017. I was pursuing an internship along with my college education in 2017 and consulted the bank while this happened. A total of rs. 10, 400 was deducted from my icici account in october and november of 2017.

      I had approached my branch office of icici bank and informed them about these activities on 7 october 2017. They told me to register this on the customer service and blocked my card.

      I registered the complaint and received a mail with sr[protected]. My concern never got resolved and i eventually stopped using the icici account. I received no resolution or customer support after registering the service request. I tried to follow up but the auto-generated voice responded every time for the service request and eventually stopped. I've been waiting for the resolution of this complaint for 2 years now. I've completely lost hopes with the icici customer service.

      I'm attaching the details of transactions and the status mail of service request (I. E. The only mail regarding the sr[protected].
      I recently found out about www.consumercomplaints.in today and hence filing this complaint here.

        My user id of the account is disabled and i can't find any customer care number which can resolve this common issue which is absurd. I cannot re issue password because the web site throws java error. Where the hell am i supposed to get the issue resolved.

          I had transferred rs-1, 00000 (One lakh rupees) through imps on 13th july 2020 from icici a/c to nainital bank a/c.

          The amount did not get credited to the beneficiary account.

          But i got a message that said

          "dear customer, imps txn ref xxx for rs.1, 00000 is timed out at beneficiary bank on -13-july-2020 10:36:39. Txn status will be updated by bene bank in 3 working days."
          It is a huge amount for me and i transferred the amount for medical treatment purpose of my father i request you to help me to get back my money.

            Hi,

            I had applied for a credit card. It was not delivered due to covid. It is untraceable. I visited the bank branch and they are not able to trace it.

            They informed that they will call back.

            Till date no call back and no trace of the card. The card number is tagged to my account.

              I want to inform your bank that i have been going through a financial problem for many years.

              Due to which i was unable to use my credit card for many years.

              I was not aware that non-use of cards also increases the fees.

                        I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi*amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 13th july, 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.                           I am a icici cc holder and opted to auto debit facility so that if i miss paying bill before date it can get cleared on due date. It was all good till last month. This month they tried to debit my account on 10th july instead of 12th july (Actual due date), and they msgd me stating insufficient funds and charges around inr 80 to debit account and inr 440+ gst to credit card. I tried to complain to them but their number is not working as covid msg comes and says no staffing and it disconnected. Email reply also says due to corona we are unable to reply and ask me to visit icici website and mobile app and nothing. Issue is 1- incorrect date debit attempted 2- my account had funds still you have levid me stating insufficient charges. Correct it and refund asap
