My issue:
KYC not getting completed even after getting it started for 6 days.
No response from even heads of the sales department.
No concrete resolution to the issue i am facing, just false claims.
Raising the ticket after the completion of the 6th day of this issue. I hope the Forum takes the issue with priority.

TimeLine of Events:
22-APR-2020
Due to a transition in a company we were required to open the salary account, I chose ICICI (since we were offered a choice between ICICI and HDFC). We were asked to open the account in a single day.
The bank took our aadhaar and PAN details, opened the account.

11- JUL-2020
I was asked to do a "Video KYC" (not via mail, the communication was via whatsapp)
Since i was not comfortable with the idea of Video KYC I asked the representative for other alternatives and i was offered by the representative to go the nearest ICICI bank to get the KYC done
when i asked why this was required they said that if i dont get this done they will close my salary account

13-JUL-2020
I visited 3 branches in my location and i got the response ."We are short-staffed and we do not have the KYC machine"
If the branches are not equipped why was i asked to go to the nearest branch
Although reluctant i finally decided to get the KYC done via Video.
There too they were unable to access some details they clearly confirmed that it was an issue on their end and they had to resolve it.

15-JUL-2020
After waiting for 2 days, when i received no response i raised a concern to the regional head sales with all the concerns, i received no response from her in 2 days(until 17-JUL-2020).
Meanwhile i contacted another representative and asked her about this her response were somewhere along the lines of
"there is no option but to go to nearest branch and get it done", this statement came after i have already informed her that i have visited 3 branches near my location and none of the branches did the KYC.
So i asked them to look for a branch for me where i can get KYC done (since i had already visited 3 branches)

16-JUL
raised another reminder to the head of sales and asked her to respond. the mail was conveniently ignored.

17 JUL
put out a mail to Regional Head - Sales again saying that this time i will be involving the consumer forum into this. while doing all this again attempted for "Video KYC " and have been waiting for 1:30 hrs with no representative to get it done.
and on the other hand if i dont get this done they say they will close the account

          I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of Rs.999/- was deducted from my icici account on 16th july and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction.
          I sent an email at [protected]@icicibank.com but no reply.

                I have been trying to reach out to icici customer care for the past 9 months. I'm sending mails to customer. [protected]@icicibank.com.
                There are wrong charges in my credit card which is not getting resolved. I'm not able to raise services request through any of mode may it be through email (No response), customer care (Ivr in [protected] is not allowing to connect cce), online account (It is asking for saving account details - i don't have to link a credit card with online account).
                I have been mailing icici bank from nov'19 with any reply or support from icici, after reaching out to the local icici branch in koramangala, i got to know that i have to reach out to mythri tower for settlement, where i was asked to reach out to mumbai customer care for "waiver of wrong charges". Icici is charging me every month which i'm not supposed to pay. Kindly help me here in resolving this issue.

                    Despite cancelling the one assist services by icici bank, ₹ 1899 have been deducted from my account. I specifically called for cancellation of the services and was ensured that the service will be cancelled and the amount wouldn't be deducted. I have called one assist customer care number multiple times but no one has responded.
                    Please refund my money and cancel the services, else i will have to resort to consumer court.

                    This is a routine fraud by ICICI bank.. they have started debiting even without any consent.. they just look for soft target and start deducting gullible customers... money is not safe at ICICI bank and One Assist is a serious fraud master.
                    When i realised this charge i immediately placed a request for account closure but they charged me again before closing the account !
                    Went bank and checked emails .. they have sent plan details also where the sum insured is zero!!

                        unable to prematurely close my fd online

                        I have savings and fixed deposit accounts with icici. Yesterday i was trying to encash my fd before maturity, through online banking, but couldn't do it as it was marked under lien. I have no credit card or loan from icici. Presently i am stuck out of india due to the pandemic and need funds urgently. My india mobile number is working and i am very much contactable on mail as well.                           This is premchand k, recently i found there is below unknown nach return charges are debiting from my account. I am sure i have not missed any loan payments till date.

                          I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan.                             Whats wrong with icici bank dont know. I send mail regarding my loan many times but i didnot get any positive reponse. Please take a look the following point
                            1) at the time of loan approval the customer care person said that i[censored] take 146000/- and the total amount i have to pay 151000/- in to 12 installment and the monthly installment is in decreasing order. But this was not happened according to the commitment.
                            2) mr. Wasant communicate with me regarding this and i have audio clip with me which stated that the total amount for 12 month is 151000/- and icici bank charges more than that stated amount around 8000/- more.
                            No one respond me.

                            Some one called me (vibhav) he said that he is calling behalf of consumer complaint his no is [protected] and said that he will create voucher be half of icici bank and directly pay through upi.He said that now only create voucher and that will reflect into statement.He guide me for creating it through upi Googlepay and said insert amount 24999 with upi id [protected]@okicici
                            And said pay then it create voucher but nothing was happened like that, no voucher created at all.

                              I recharged my fastag of my vehicle after contacting icici customer care they told me that it will get activated in 2 hours after recharge, but even after hours of recharge the tag was showing blacklisted on tolls and i have to pay double tolls throughout the journey, i recharged on 13 july and its still not active.

                              This caused me to pay double tolls and a lot of difficulty faced.
                              And i had recharged through icici imobile app.

                                  On 10 july 2020, maine 196 ka dth recharge kiya amazon upi ke through but transaction failed hogya or amount deduct ho gya. Amazon customer service me baat kiya to bola 2-4 business days me paise aa jayenge hmari taraf se initiate kar diya gya hai but aj 15 july 2020 ho gye abhi tak amount nhi aya hai. Amazon ki taraf se bol rhe hai apka bank problem kar rha hai. Please help me
