    I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs999/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi*amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 13th july, 2020. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.       I am a icici cc holder and opted to auto debit facility so that if i miss paying bill before date it can get cleared on due date. It was all good till last month. This month they tried to debit my account on 10th july instead of 12th july (Actual due date), and they msgd me stating insufficient funds and charges around inr 80 to debit account and inr 440+ gst to credit card. I tried to complain to them but their number is not working as covid msg comes and says no staffing and it disconnected. Email reply also says due to corona we are unable to reply and ask me to visit icici website and mobile app and nothing. Issue is 1- incorrect date debit attempted 2- my account had funds still you have levid me stating insufficient charges. Correct it and refund asap

                      I have got a loan from bajaj finserv india. It was my last emi that i had to pay on the 2nd of july, which got delayed due to insufficient funds. Instead, i paid it on the 11th of july. So the ecs of ₹540 and ₹590 had been deducted from my account this month on the 3rd & 4th of july respectively. I cannot reach out to them on customer care and neither are they responding to the email. I would very much like to know why the money was deducted twice and i would like to know the status of my complaint and what will be the process of refund of the second deduction as soon as possible as it has already been a week since it happened. So kindly look into the matter and respond accordingly.

                            I have a demat account in icici bank for 2 years now. When i checked my bank transactions and i found that there is one debit transaction '[protected] dp chgs till may-20-inr 265.15'. When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

                                I initiated upi transaction on dmart using upi. I got request of [protected]@icici on google pay for the amount of 1781/-. I approved the request for confirming my dmart order. Amount got deducted from my bank account but it shows transaction failed on dmart.

                                    I applied for emi moratorium for the month of june but the amount got debited from account. I have informed this multiple times to mr gopalakrishnan from ambattur branch in chennai and provided all the details he requested. However nothing happened for the past 1 month. When i spoke to him today morning he is asking "who are you?".

                                    This is totally unprofessional behavior and not expected from a bank like icici bank.

                                        श्री मान जी[protected] मे icici bank का executive मेरे घर मेरा account खुलवाने के लिए आया था। वो भी मेरे किराएदार के कहने पर आया था।
                                        श्री मान जी मैने icici bank executive के कहने पर form पर जहाँ कहे वहा पर sing कर दिए थे परंतु मेरे पास उस समय कोई भी पहचान पत्र (Id proof) नही था। आपके executive ने कहा कि मे manager sir से बात कर लूंगा परंतु कुछ दिन बाद वो आया और उसने मुझसे कहा कि आपका account open नही हो सकता क्योकि आपके पास कोई पहचान पत्र (Id proof) नही है इसलिए आपका account open नही हो सकता है।
                                        उसके बाद 2015 मे मुझे पता चला कि आपकी icici bank द्वारा मेरा account[protected] open कर दिया था, और credit card ([protected]) तथा loan ([protected]) भी दे दिया था,
                                        श्री मान जी आप मुझे ये बताने का कस्ट करे कि आपने किस पहचान पत्र (Id proof) के आधार पर account open किया तथा किस पहचान पत्र (Id proof)के आधार पर credit card और loan दिया था।
                                        आपसे निवेदन है कि आप इस समस्या का जल्द से जल्द समाधान करने का कस्ट करें। आपकी अति कृपया होगी।
