Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserv and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges.
I need to know about the charges please help. And why you will charges like these under the name of "nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin".

Please stop all these.

    rude behaviour by credit card recovery agent.

    Icici bank loan recovery agent, talking rude, despite giving the official address of the credit card, wanting to go home to mess with ladies at home, knowing that card owner is at the office, the office address is already provided.
    Wanting to demean me in the neighbourhood by shouting outside the house,
    Also calling on the phone and threatening me that "you don't know me, you wait & watch what i can do to you"

    I had purchased a fast tag from an agent who professed to be from chai, his name is rasool (+[protected] who directed that a form be filled and sent by whatsapp to +[protected]. He had collected 350 rs from me and gave me a tag which he said would be activated once i send details to the second number. This was never activated for whatever eason and subsequently that tag has been destroyed. Since then, i had gotten another tag from hdfc bank and when i demanded my money back or a new tag which i could put on another vehicle i own, there has been no response. This is highly unethical and very disturbing, especially in light that now nhai is giving away the new tags for free. I don't understand how chaotic and non consumer friendly this whole deployment has been. Its very frustrating!! Hope take appropriate action and return my money.
    With the implementation of fastag, I was hoping that the toll booths will become efficient and faster. However the situation seems to have deteriorated. On 15th February 2020, we faced a wait time of 30 mins at the Khed Shivapur toll near Pune. Please help.
    I was traveling from Mumbai to Pune on express way on Monday 17th Feb 2020. In my vehicle registration number MH12FU2721. Toll amount Rs. 173 deducted on Khalapur toll plaza and again Rs. 173 deducted in Talegaon toll plaza. Actual toll is Rs.230
    How can I get back additional amount deducted from my fast tag

      These credit card people marked lie on my salary accout, although they have debited 12000 from my account still there is lie of -27996 without informing to me. I dnt want my money back that was the due and it's ok if it's debited but i want this lien to be removed else i won't be able to do anything.. Please help in removing it i dnt knw what to do...

      We all know we have to clear the dues and according to the agreement the amount of 12k is already debited and there was no information from credit card department about this... None of them called and they just say we tried to contact you and all stuffs and now when i call them they say no one can help you in this life... This is not the way you talk to someone without even knowing the exact issue... They have no rights to mark lien i only have one account in use and there is no other way to take money and pay.. Please help they don't have right to mentally harras someone. It has to be removed please help me out here i need a resolution.. If you need any details i will definitely share it to you.. You can even talk to the guy named ashish who was not rude was also abusing for no reason...

            I applied for fasttag in decvecmber -2019, but not yet received it. They charged 500rs for it, but not dispatched/delievered fasttag. Whenever i call their customer care, they will reply it will be done in 3 working days. Same scene from the past 1 month but no result. Pathetic service from december. Very worst and highly disappointed. I am not going to pay my credit card bil luntill they deliver my fasttag

              I had two fastags with icici bank customer id:10097306; the same was blacklisted and i called so many times but no proper response and every time the server will be busy.

              Request you to remove the blacklist and either close or activate the account so that i can use the same.

              Due to this type of service the icici bank losing all the credibility.

                  Hi sir,
                  I have bought a fastag from pos... My vehicle register number is mh09fb2842... I top up the nhai prepaid wallet from debit card... On 7th feb i had rs.260 balance in my fastag wallet... I crossed kini toll plaza near kolhapur... My fastag was showing blacklisted... Then they scanned by hand scanner... Rs.75 got debited... Later for return journey on same day i had about rs.300 in my wallet.. My vehicle was passed through but i did not get any sms of debit of money from my wallet... On 14th feb i got a sms saying rs.170 has been debited for txn ref no.[protected] which was the first time when it was showing blacklisted even if i had rs.260 in my wallet... Now i dont know how to raise a dispute as the toll free numbers are hopeless and are never reachable.. Im attaching screenshots for which the money was cut. Even after having sufficient balance.

                      I raised request to the bank to check double payment at athur toll plaza (Paid by cash, also charge deducted from fastag). More than 20 days gone, still bank not returned money to my account, there was no option to escalate issue to next level. Its very difficult to contact the customer care also.

                          I got call for credit card limit increase from icici bank fake call

                          She got my photo, pan card, aadhar copy, and she got mail, mobile and office address.
                          Whom should i contact now?
                          All my documents are with them and they can misuse it right?
                          I called icici bank and they are helpless.
                          When i asked icici customer service they told documents i told above are not required for credit limit increase.

                            Aaj hum kharkara toll ke through gye to yhan par toll plaza par fastag accept hi ni ho rahe hain.. Kabhi car ko aage krva rhe to kabhi piche. Ye to public ko pareshan kr rhe hai. Sirf public ki hi responsibility h kya fastag lgvane ki. Is there no responsibilty of government and officials properly imply this system in manner.
                            Modiji ne to speech de di digital india par, lekin sarkar usse thik tarike se kaam to karein.
                            Phle bhi ye hua hai, tolls pr fastag ki machines scan hi ni krti h, or cash de kr vross krna pdta h, ye bhot zyada inconvenience krta hai.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              Myself zahid shaikh, we are receiving unwanted call/text msg from icici credit department for amount due in name of gajanand prasad shinde card number ending with = 9009 | my wife name : misbah shaikh, number : [protected] - more than 6 yrs using this no.
                              Note: my self & wife doesn't hold any icici bank credit card

                              They are now harnessing and using the abuse language to a women for the payment/card which she doesn't t hold. For such cases, bank team should visit that shinde address for the payment either get his alternate number but instead do this they just calling, calling and calling. Also, we had told them visit our address to get the visibility on this.

                              We are eagerly waiting for your response else last choice we have police complaint for harassment, which we don't want to do as we understand such people who are doing fraud with the bank by providing wrong details but it is wired that bank had didn't validated the number before updating in the system

                              Please treat this at utmost priority and request to update the contact details of your customer at earliest.

                              Still we are receiving the call, can your team treat this request as urgent. Not sure why taking so much time on this .. Bank is not validating the number before entering in the system before OTP required for any validation. Hope your team is following the process.

                              Please take care of this and awaiting for your response.
                              In Nelmangla Toll Plaza toll collecter couldn't scan fastag so he collected the amount manually but after when I passed from the toll fastag amount was deducted they charged twice for me this is unfair

                                Date 05 feb 2020 i am paying toll charges in cash but as same time same amount deduct toll amount in my fast tag balance
                                I was complaint in your customer care on 1033. He is given my complaint no. Is 1632472 last fifteen days before but till date no any action or updates from fastag side, we were submit all toll receipt copy and details on [protected] this mobile no. If any more details required so kindly revert me.

                                We gave toll in cash as they said fastag is not working but money has been debited from the fastag account. Please suggest me how should I get my money back.

                                This is the information that I have booked for a fastag through Kotak Mahindra bank, over a month of time but I didnt got the fastag, I called the coustmer care but they are not responding and I have paid fee of ruppees 502.00

                                  I have raised this complaint twice on icici complaints and consumercomplaints before but icici is not responding. Only response is we shall get back to you and no details are mentioned. Please note that i am going to escalate further if no action will be taken.
                                  Below is the complaint. I am attaching the snapshot of complaint as well.
                                  Customer id: savy0510

                                  My icici account no is[protected] and i had a credit card linked with account.
                                  1) i have been charged with unnecessary charges of rs 3800 on my icici amazon credit card since november 2019.

                                  2) they charged a late fee without notification.
                                  3) unnecessary interest charges and late fee charges have been charged which has reached rs 3800
                                  4) even though the credit is blocked but interest charges and late fee is being applied without any notification.
                                  5) no credit card statement is present on net banking portal.
                                  6) the conditions were no where mentioned.
                                  7) no notification of credit card payment was made by icici.

                                  Please credit back late fee+interest charges of rs 3800 back to credit card (I have blocked the card now) and stop fooling the customers without notifying them.

                                    The agent form icici bank is calling my mother mobile number and harassing her. She is a senior citizenmthe issue with me is. The daylight theft of my amount rs.19835 taken from my savings account for my brothers credit card in 2006 /we both are twins. Upon repeated request they did not return my money.in return i did not pay my credit card bill of rs.6000 in 2006. Till date am fighting for it. I refused paying it. I have all the records of payment taken. Even approached icici bank credit card. They hatrased me with vulgar words and sent me back /stating i have to pay my bill. I refused to do so. Now they are calling all of my family members and harassing them individually. Please take severe action. Her name is sangeeta. Priya etc. Different names whenever they call my relation.
