I am an icici bank customer. Today 11/03/2020 ecsrtnchg charged 472.00 Rs,
471.00 and 56.00 Rs I don't know what the charges ecsrtnchg... They the bank hit the charges without my knowledge and without any confirmation email or sms or any phone call.its not a done single time 4 to 5 times they heressed me with these transaction Please explain what the charge it is. This type direction is not good please return my charged amount. ASAP if you are not able to return or resolve my complaint please ask me

My name is Manoj Kumar and my account no is[protected] with ICICI bank someone transfers me 2500 amount for urgent need because I didn't have a job right now and in this bad situation ICICI bank deducted All amount and left only 298 rs. I have urgent need of money plz help me out as soon as possible and remove this auto deduction from my account plz if ICICI bank is not able to stop this auto deduction plz close my account and give me reply asap I am in not good condition this is not good that you did with me in this corona time situation.

    gst invoice for the debited charges

    Dear sir,

    We are not receiving by email, the gst invoice for our icici bank - current account on schedule time of 1st week of every month.

    As we had to file the gst returns online every month during the period of 1st to 10th of each month, we need the gst invoice for the same.

    Kindly improve your banking process for the gst invoice and monthly bank statement for schedule delivery by email on time....

      My fast tag customer id: 10532663 and tag account no. : 20820047, licence plate no. : mh43bg9353 (Owned) commercial vehicle
      My fast tag has been black listed on 2nd march 2020 for reasons unknown inspite of sufficient balance (Account summary attached), even made a on line complaint with ticket no cmp[protected] for the same on 3rd, march 2020, till date ticket is not resolved nor any feedback on the same, amount is blocked and cannot be used on any toll plazas now and have to pay by cash.
      Tried calling toll free number which keeps you on hold for almost forever and mind it this is charged too.

          Today on 10/03/2020 12.01pm i got mail and sms from icici bank that 'a purchase of inr 199 rs has been made using your debit card linked to icici bank account xx875 on 10-03-20. Info: vsi*amazon stan.
          I haven't done any transaction online then how it happened now i want my refund of 199rs. I tried to contact icici bank customer care but they didn't even receive my call. I send them a mail but no response.

            Sir/madam,
            I invested in scici bonds sets of 1250*4=5000, later scici was taken over by icici bank.
            Now as i appeal to icici bank to release the fund of company whom you have takeover icici refused to release the money with only reason that they printed in newspaper and you didn't applied that time so we are not able to give your money.
            Being a customer is it genuine that if any company takeover another company and refuse to pay the old company's customer's money.

            Please help me in this matter.

              This is regarding the icici bank credit card closure. The bank is giving me endless problems to close the card. I had called the customer care and closed the card two times but they had not closed it. Such a fraud bank i am very very frustrated. They are asking me to pay an amount of 500 again after three months of closure. Please help get this get closed asap as i am literally affected by this situation re occuring. Please file a complain on this.

              Credit card is attached icici bank mumbai branch and i am from chennai.

              How do such banks have good reputation when they treat customers with no so much negligence and make us pay for niothing. Please take action asap to help get this card closed.

              Please use the given registered ID to help close the card immediately -- SR[protected] I Tried sedning a mail with the card details and transactions made but it wasn't deliverable to the mail ID --> [protected]@icicibank.com.

              Registered complaint with ICICI BANK(SR[protected].The loan amount of Rs.21576 taken on the card was already paid three months ago and we had asked to close the card immediately but later the customer care called a week later asking for 100 Rs more to close the account that was again paid then again we received a call asking for 18 Rs more for cancellation charges to close the card, we paid that also. Again we received a call to again pay 550 Rs for interest post which they will close the card, we paid that also. Pathetically they still did not close the card and again asked for 470 this month, we paid again 470 Rs and the card is still not closed. Imagine the extent ICICI bank can affected the psychology of its customer by such an hassle. The greatest help you can do is to please close this immediately with a notification of a confirmation on the same.

                Hi, i opted for auto debit facility through my online savings account to pay my icici credit card bill on due date. I do not understand when you are paying from icici savings account to icici credit card, how can there be any charge if there is no sufficient balance to debit? Even if there is any charge, why it is not highlighted during registration for the facility? Only on calling customer care, i came to know of such a charge which is around rs. 1445.02 + 18% gst on 8th march 2020. Now i have to pay this charge and charges for not paying on time to same bank for credit card. Its a double charging system by icici.

                This is just hiding details and fooling icici customers by giving such online facilities. I would request any such charges should be shared during online registration. And in this case, as information is not shared during registration, i would request a refund on the charges collected.

                  fraud debit of rs 826 by icici bank under dp charges

                  I am deepak chahar, an amount of rs 826.00 has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till jan-20 on 25 feb 2020.

                  I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

                  I need my money back and am ready to complain even in court if required....

                    We wanted to open an account in icici bank of our newly incorporated ngo. We have submitted all required documents which bank asked for before that we confirmed with your executive for all the details. He committed that he will provide all the details to us within 7 to 10 days along with account activation. But till now our account has not been activated after crossing of 25 days. We have other current accounts with icici bank therefore we opted for icici bank. This is very disappointing being big banker. We have a big event which is in april we have lot of arrangements to do, funds are ready but no medium of deposit as bank a/c not yet opened. Till now we transferred 1, 00, 000/- to our account. Your executive are not responding our query and no proper feedback to us. Firstly it was raman and then mahendra whom we were calling on daily basis. Mahendra was saying today it will open (Same reply he was giving daily). Now executive has changes and we have to follow up with saurabh.
                    There is no faith left on icici and your exective.. Please return all the documents to us if you are not able to open it. We will try with any other bank who are actually interested in business.

                    Demat account was activated without my knowledge and charges were deducted since 5 years. I never even got a single message regarding deduction.

                      I had to receive 2 refund amount in my account, the other parties has confirmed they have refunded the amount to my account, still icici bank is not crediting the amount to my account, i have keep following up again and again. They provide lame excuse gateway issue etc and asking to provide mail screenshot so on. Still not providing the amounts to my account.
                      1. Case 1 : an amount has been refunded by uk immigration health department for cancellation of visa application on 27th jan 2020- till now not refunded by icici bank, i had raised sr for this sr71626495
                      2. Case2 : an amount has been refunded from make my trip for cancellation ticket booking due to their application issue on 21st feb 2020 - till now not refunded by icici bank i had raised sr for this sr[protected]

                      Let me know icici bank always function in such a in proper manner

                        I am rajesh kumar 826.0 rupees has been deducted from my account as in[protected] dp chgs till jul-19 charges on 10/02/2020. I have never activated and used my demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile. I need a refund for the same. My account number is[protected].

                        And this demat account was given to me while i took my account saying its free of cost. I might actually have to check all my past statement to see how many times such deduction have taken place. This looks like the bank is robbing people blind.

                        WHAT IS THIS HOW COULD DEBIT THE AMOUNT OF RS. 3811/- WITHOUT
                        MY PERMISSION WITHOUT ANY SMS
                        I am the a/c holder in icici bank
                        They have charged 177 rupees for DCARDFEE2503JAN20-DEC20+GST. They never informed me regarding this type of charges via mail or letter or call.
                        This is against the law, at least they should inform us. I want my money to be credited in my account.

                          Deducted rs 999/- from my savings account with out my authorization of rs 999/- towards vsi*amazon st. Neither i ahve have purchased anything from amazon nor i have renewed my amazon prime membership. It is fraud transaction. My icici mobile banking app requires my finger print for transaction and i have not done that. My card transactions requie otp, which i have not done from my mobile.

                            When i see my passbook
                            It's showing that deduction of 29.5
                            Regarding atmdec chg. What is the reason for deduction of my balance without notifying me. This happened many time in my account.
                            Please let me know the reason for this deduction. Is bank have right to deduct money from their customers without their permission. Could you please check and resolve this issue.

                                I have received a sms dated[protected] saying that my fastag (Sbi) account has been blocked due to negative balance. Upon verifying in online site i found two transactions were done on the same day worth of rs. 200 and rs 255 towards debit_adjustment. I called the customer care (Sbi fastag) on the same day and was told to send an email with all the details and i sent a mail with the screen shots of the those transactions. On[protected] i did a follow-up contact with the customer care and was told to send another mail with my registered phone number, vehicle registration number and fastag id. Again, i did it as they suggest. Till now i didn't receive any single response to any of my emails from the team and called the call center again on[protected] and requested for an escalation. Again the team are suggesting the same thing which is of no use. So, i sent a to nodal officer and also included grievance cell email addresses from nhai website. Still no response from anyone.

                                I would like to proceed legally on this and seeking for suggestions and guidance. Could anyone help me in that process?

                                  I purchased fuel on 1.3.2020 at pondicherry villianur akshya agency using my debit card. Usually i get discount of 0.5% but on the contrary why my account is debited by surcharge? The swiping machine also belong to icici bank only.

                                  At pondy laksmi agencies also i get discount.

                                  At kumarevel vandalur i get discount.

                                  At jayam - velur i get discount.

                                  Why this time i am debited? Kindly guide me at which bunks using icici machine i do not get discount on the contrary debited surcharge

                                    My problem has not been resolved for the last 20-22 days.
                                    I have already given you all the information by mail.
                                    My point is that the rewards points do not getting in my amazon account and that point goes into the account of keyur shah.
                                    I was applying for icici card from my amazon account. But he is cancel. Then again a few days later your employer came to my house and scanned my document again and i got the card. But there was a problem that the document from this card application kiyur shah's account was slashed and the card came in my father's name.
                                    Give the icici amazon pay credit card for customer to fulfill the your employe target but causes the problemto the end user.
                                    And now amazon says that you contact icici and icici says that you contact amazon. If you (Icici bank and amazon) cannot do team work with each other then this will endanger the end user.
                                    I talk and mail with them both in the last 20-22 days. But i do not get help from anyone.
