Hello sir,

I am chasing your team from past 35 days but i am not getting any response from your side, i had ordered a phone on mi website on 12th oct and cancelled same time due to some reason and mi refunded same on 14th october with reference number r n[protected], but icici team is not able to refund me same or load same amount in my prepaid card, i and my wife is very much frustrated with the behavior of icici team, while we sent all details in mail they wants same details again and again.

    I am aravind v nair, an amount of 788.91 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till jan-20 on 28 feb 2020

    I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

    I need my money back and am ready to complain anywhere else if needed

I had selected icici bank as one of bank for kyc verification since i have salary account in this bank for many years.           My name is sreekanthreddy, with uid w0523218 and an mount of 677.17 rs has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till jan-20 on 25 feb - 2020

          I have been using this icici direct and brokerage amount has been deducting for every transaction.
          For every mf buying also, 100rs is deducted every time.

          No other brokers are deducting like icici direct. If the transactions are happening, it will be no amc in other banks.

          How can i refer someone if you charge unecessarily?

          Please revert the deducted amount asap.
          Otherwise i will look other options.

                  I opened icici salary account in jan2019 along with salary account the bank representive gave me demat account also at that time i refused to take but he told this is free of cost and they have targets to open a account monthly so i took but i did not done any transactions in demat account but from the last 7 days i:e (20/02/2020 to 27/02/2020) my account was debited with 827 rs. It showing as db charges. And without informing my money was debited from my account,. Bank representative has lied that it is free.. I need my money back or else i will go to rbi and drag icici to rbi steps icici cheating bank. Call me for more details waiting for your call..

                    I have a federal bank fastag account. Every time i recharge my fastag account the amount gets debited from my bank account but does not get credited to the fastag account. As such, my fastag account gets blacklisted at the toll plaza and i have to pay double the toll amount of the toll at the toll plaza because of poor fastag system with federal bank. After raising issue with the complaint mgmt i receive credit in my bank acct after 5 working days. Pl resolve this issue asap.

                        I availed icici demat account service about 13 years back and hardly used for few months. While opening the demat account, i was told that it was going to be free of charge by the agent, however recently icici has deducted rs.826/- from my account claiming it to be dp charges till dec-19. This is totally unacceptable as they didn't inform me about this when i created the account. Request for refund to my account.

                          I am the a/c holder of icici bank from not even 10 days,
                          Now they have charged rs. 177 today under this category dcardf something
                          I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                          How can you deduct something without any prior information.
                          Its not been a month and this things have started.

URN i.e. payee OTP is needed for the beneficiary activation in Imobile. For any transaction using imobile, mpin or fingerprint is needed. So customer must have compromised these details in some way or other.In such a situation, bank is not liable to compensate the customer. Police assistance is required for further investigation.                                 I submitted my money at saraswati vihar branch of icici today in night but one note is missing. I did it in two times. Total i had submitted 49 thousand five hundred but two thousand is missing in it kindly do help and resolve its in icici bank saraswati vihar branch pitampura atm machine of deposit. I submitted it in two times because when put 24 notes of two thousand rupees and 3 notes of 500 rupees that time machine sent two notes back of two thousand two notes so when got slip it showed at screen some server problem and i got missed one note of two thousand missed in atm machine at the time of depositing so you please help me and help to return my two thousand rupees, thats so unfair and now i wont able to believe on atm machines as i got problem today while i had gone with my brother he also counted and surprised how machine cheated us so please solve this

                                    Hi,

                                    I am akshaya prabhu. Today i have seen my a/c statement and found that 688.33 rupees has been deducted from my account stating "dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jan-20". I have never used my demat account till now. There was no prior notice. I haven't received any deduction message to my mobile as well. Please justify and credit my money back immediately.

                                      I am nama suraj, an mount of 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till jan-20 on 25 feb 2020

                                      I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

                                      I need my money back and am ready to comlain anywhere else if needed

                                        I am sreekanth reddy thollamadugu i m. 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till jan-20) on 25-feb-2020. I have never used my demat account till now.

                                        They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                                        I need justice and return my money back immediately. My account number is[protected].

                                        When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is[protected]. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount
