I had raised complaint on icici fastag portal about excess toll deduction on 12th jan. The journey was made on 11th jan on mumbai pune expressway

Instead of rs. 173 they deducted rs. 1166 at khalapur toll plaza. On the next talegaon toll plaza also wrongly deducted rs. 173

Complaint no. Are cmp[protected] & cmp[protected].

For about 40 days there was no reply from icici bank.

On 40th day they replied saying -
As per guidelines, validity to raise chargeback is 40 days from the trip date.in this case, the validity expires on “[protected] on which tat expires”. Requesting you to provide the required information “ provide rc copy/vehicle image"” before tat expires”

The fastag was issued to me only after verifying the copy of rc book. It is already with them. Then why they need it again. My vehicle tag is linked with it already. The transaction was also made through fastag that means there server had all the records.

Also even if they needed rc book. Why it took 40 days to just say that.
While raising the complaint there was no mention that submitting rc book is compulsory.

Now the customer care says 40 days are over they can't do anything. Also, there is no email id on icici fastag website to register the complaint.

I hope i will get some resolution / direction about how to proceed

    Dear sir,

    Please note that i have made a recharge of rs.500 to my fastag id no 11311853 bearing vehicle res. No-od02ba5331. Amount has already been deducted from my account where as the same was not yet creditted to my wallet yet. Icici fsstag bank is not responding at all to my complain. Several times i have contacted the bank but no response. Please take necessary step or suggest any alternative.

      And now used bad language against my wife like...

      Sorry to share this type of word, i have prove.
      Please guide me what i do, i have ph no. Also.
      Taken a loan of rs.1 lacs and already paid 126000/-, they claimed 11, 000/-
      Due to accident i am now job less, mom paralyzed pation otherwise i pay the claim amount.
      So, i am decide that i launched fir in consumer protection act 2019 and without informing capture picture/ video of house wife's when her dressup for bathing.

      And also all documents share in face book and media for all customers awareness from icici bank.

      Please guide me.

        I wanted to open an account in icici bank as it's services were good. So when i went to bank, one of executive told for opening account you need to have your parents accounts in the same branch and even the executive convinced me to open my mom account. So i opened 2 account. I was using my account regularly and my mom account rarely. Later after few months when i visit bank to enter passbook. There i come to know that icici bank has debited around 4000 from my account as mab charges. When i asked the bank people to credit back the amount, they replied in a rude way and told it's not possible.
        I request you to kindly reverse back the charges debited from my account that to without notifying.

        After speaking hours, I just got half the money back. Rest was taken by ICICI Bank which around 2k . People usually keep money in bank for safety, but keeping money in ICICI Bank is a heavy risk, you never know when the bank has deduction money from your account without even notifying.

        There was deduction of around 5k and I got 1500 back that too after speaking for more than 2 hours. If this is the service customer are provided, then I prefer no use of opening accounts in private bank, specifically ICICI bank

I have been trying to reach customer care but getting zero response, every time they say the server is low call after 1 hrs or 2.             Sir,
            Regarding above subject, i intimated you that i was crossing toll. Plaza near sampla, rohtak. My fast tag was attached in. My car. But in a toll window, it could not read/sacnned and rs. 120 may be deducted from me i. E double of only one side. Whenever toll plaza charges was rs90 for both side
            Why. As per rules, toll authority can not be double and excess charges if fast tag is attached /paste in the windscreen of vehicle. If fast tag not scanned then no fault of owner of vehicle. This is totally injustice. If this issue is not resolved i am compelled to go to hon'ble court. I request you that pl help to resolve the same as soon as possible.

              I tried opening account through online on february 12th, since then:
              1. No email/sms from icici with my account details (I took a screenshot of account opening success page which had the account number so that's it)
              2. Can't activate userid/password for netbanking, it says it's an invalid account.
              3. Not received any calls from icici for full kyc conversion which i was suppose to get.
              4. Received atm card today but it's useless as still can't access my account
              5. Imobile app also does not gave me access to my account.
              6. Reached out to icici customer care with a email detailing all the issues i am having but have not received any response yet.

                From last month some amount from my icici bank account gets deducted without informing me. When i checked my passbook it shows rtnchgs. What the hell is this?? Worst service from icici bank. Not recommended to anyone. Please don't mislead customer don't deducted our earned money which cost too much hard work. Expect to solve issue as early as possible and return my illegally deducted amount. Thanks

                    Due to financial issue i having some issue to clear by emi of the loan. Icici bank deducted 6000 till now from my account without intimation in 1 day 20.02.2020. I need my money back i ll clear the charges once back on track and they can aske by it in prior so that we can arrange the fund. Its been 9+ year i have account with icici bank, i cannot tolerate this. I am really in need and they debited back to back.

                    6000 is big amount for me now. Please reverse it my humble request and adjust the same next month when my account is filled with money.

                      Sir, i have deposited a cheque no. 17575 dt. 13/1/2019 rs. 304750.00 same has been rtn by bank on a/c of date invalid. I have received mail regards to it on 22/1/2020. Since i am unable to update my address for want of proper documents, i told them i will collect the return cheque from home branch itself. My staff n i visited bank several times, but still the issue is pending. I aslo raised complaint through bank website level 1. 3 days back. Today when i want to raised level 2 complaint, i could not do that due to want of reference no which i have not received when i raised complaint earlier. I was force to raise level 1 complaint only today.

                        My father in law who is about 70 years old had purchased a car from howrah bhandari automobiles in 2018. He is not savvy with sms and internet. However as per regulation bhandari automobiles has given him an icici bank fastag. He had received sms (Likely) however as he is not savvy with sms (He makes and receives voice calls only) he did not pay heed to those texts. Now, as i have logged into his fastag account, i have found it is blacklisted and rc copy not uploaded hence his registration number is also not updated. I had uploaded his registration copy and requested for both - rc number update and blacklist removal as asked by one of the icici bank customer care executive. After 4 working days i have found there is no movement though the due date to resolve those requests were 1 day only. I again called up icici fastag customer care and executive said "it is blocked from the icici bank side". Then obviously i asked whom i am talking to - is not she from icici bank? She replied "no". Actually they are from some outsourced organisation whom have very little information about the icici fastag and its processes. Then the call got escalated to some senior and that 'senior' asked me to 'register' in fastag. I said unless i am registered already, how come i have already placed 4 requests? Then she logged in to her system and asked me to upload my father-in-law's aadhar card and voter id card. Despite i kept saying that icici bank already has the kyc of my father-in-law as it was financed by them only, the site is showing that kyc is submitted and the car smart card is already uploaded on the site itself - these people denied to assist. Then i asked can i walk in to any icici bank and get these things updated as i was not getting any assistance i required (May be due to the lack of authority being an outsourced company), the senior lady confirmed twice that icici bank branches do not entertain any fastag related issues. Now where i am to seek assistance from???

                        After few days i raised complaint here, i found icici bank representative has closed that complaint as "resolved" and shared an invalid mail id. I have repeatedly posted comment on that thread which all were ignored, hence opening another complaint here.

                        Rs. 27482.4 has been transferred from Allahabad Bank A/c- CA-[protected](Account holder name- Anandadhara Kajkendra)to PBSSD through net banking on 26/12/2019. But the amount not credited to the PBSSD bank account till date. We want refund of the same to our account. We uploaded the document of payment for reference.

                            rude behaviour by credit card recovery agent.

                            Icici bank loan recovery agent, talking rude, despite giving the official address of the credit card, wanting to go home to mess with ladies at home, knowing that card owner is at the office, the office address is already provided.
                            Wanting to demean me in the neighbourhood by shouting outside the house,

                            I had purchased a fast tag from an agent who professed to be from chai, his name is rasool (+[protected] who directed that a form be filled and sent by whatsapp to +[protected]. He had collected 350 rs from me and gave me a tag which he said would be activated once i send details to the second number. This was never activated for whatever eason and subsequently that tag has been destroyed. Since then, i had gotten another tag from hdfc bank and when i demanded my money back or a new tag which i could put on another vehicle i own, there has been no response. This is highly unethical and very disturbing, especially in light that now nhai is giving away the new tags for free. I don't understand how chaotic and non consumer friendly this whole deployment has been. Its very frustrating!! Hope take appropriate action and return my money.
                            With the implementation of fastag, I was hoping that the toll booths will become efficient and faster. However the situation seems to have deteriorated. On 15th February 2020, we faced a wait time of 30 mins at the Khed Shivapur toll near Pune. Please help.
                            I was traveling from Mumbai to Pune on express way on Monday 17th Feb 2020. In my vehicle registration number MH12FU2721. Toll amount Rs. 173 deducted on Khalapur toll plaza and again Rs. 173 deducted in Talegaon toll plaza. Actual toll is Rs.230
                            How can I get back additional amount deducted from my fast tag

                              These credit card people marked lie on my salary accout, although they have debited 12000 from my account still there is lie of -27996 without informing to me. I dnt want my money back that was the due and it's ok if it's debited but i want this lien to be removed else i won't be able to do anything.. Please help in removing it i dnt knw what to do...

                              We all know we have to clear the dues and according to the agreement the amount of 12k is already debited and there was no information from credit card department about this... None of them called and they just say we tried to contact you and all stuffs and now when i call them they say no one can help you in this life... This is not the way you talk to someone without even knowing the exact issue... They have no rights to mark lien i only have one account in use and there is no other way to take money and pay.. Please help they don't have right to mentally harras someone. It has to be removed please help me out here i need a resolution.. If you need any details i will definitely share it to you.. You can even talk to the guy named ashish who was not rude was also abusing for no reason...
