I am ravinder, an mount of has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till jan-20 on 27 feb 2020 and 29 feb 2020

I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

I need my money back and am ready to comlain anywhere else if needed

    I am the a/c holder of icici bank.
    Now they have charged 706 under this category dcardfee.
    I am not aware what type of charges are these.
    They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter.
    Who has given right to icici bank to deduct the money without informing us.
    Because we kept the money in bank that give right to bank that they can do anything whatever they want.

    There should be some formal process for doing all these things. I want my money to be credited in my a/c which they have deducted from my a/c.

    Why my amount was deducted under this following statements. Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserv and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges.

    Im holding a salary in icici bank for the past 5 years. i just saw today when i checked my account online, that multiple times i have been charged posdec chares until the balance becomes 0, without any messages or mail. Are they suppose to inform us with reasons and details, when they are debiting some account from bank account.

    We have paid amount in hospital and We have done one void payment on same day 17/Feb/2020. Till now amount not refunded. We contacted customer care, response is very late.

      Two unauthorized transactions of 10, 000 each have happened from my debit card today at 10:20 am while the debit card is in my pocket and i am in office. I have blocked the debit card. I request icici team to look into it and refund my money. How can somebody withdraw cash from atm when debit card is in my custody. When i contacted icici team and asked them to check who has done the transaction they told me an incomplete address but they denied to tell me the location.

          Transaction of INR 199.00 done on 01-MAR-20 to VSI*AMAZON ST.

          I have not done any transaction neither did I get any OTP during transaction. I don't have any prime membership either and it's not a case of auto renewal. Please assist me regarding the same.

            Hi team,

            I have requested in december to deactivate my merchant id[protected] after two months they made a settlement with huge amount deductions and fines total of 25000/- with fine 4500/- have been collected without services from icici merchant till date. I have been emailing those # since 9 months back no refund till date i have been got from them.

            Payments are worst than any bank in this world.

            My humble request to all customer to avoid transactions related swipe card they impose huge burden to customer as well merchants.

                Over the last 3-4 years, I have been using ICICI debit card for IRCTC ticket bookings.
                Of late in 2020, I see ICICI Bank has been debiting surcharge for the IRCTC transaction carried out through debit card.

                While in IRCTC website, it says "NIL, for all domestic debit cards upto Rs. 1Lakh", see attached screenshot.

                Pls clarify.

                If the amount debited is inappropriate, pls help get refund.

                The debit description reads "surcharge, mcc4112". I feel this debit is inappropriate.
                Need clear clarification on such a un-informed debit from customer account.

                It's very unfortunate that the bank is not at all providing clear information about this concern. They just mentioned that the Government has withdrawn the MDR and that is the reason MDR (Merchant discount rate) is passed on to customer in terms of surcharge.
                This is not at all acceptable act from a bank of stature of ICICI.
                Automatically amount deduct from account on 22 feb 2020 for posdec charge i dnt know what is posdec charge

                  I tried to pay my Sikka Broadband monthly bill today through Eazypay portal. It didn't go through and showed a server error. I tried again and it did the same thing.

                  Both the times, the amount was deducted from my account. The total amount that I paid was 1886 as the bill amounted to 943 and I tried to pay twice. I would like the money refunded back to me as soon as possible.

                  Here are some details.

                  Date: 2nd March, 2020

                  Payment Mode: MasterCard Debit Card

                  Amount: 943 (For the first transaction)
                  943 (For the second transaction)

                  Also, I tried to check my transaction history but for some reason it's showing both of them to be succesful even though none of them actually are.

                  Finally, I tried to get in touch with the customer support. They told me that the payment stands as a succes even though I didn't receive any receipt from the sikka and no success page after my payment.

                    1. They froze my existing bank account without any reason or intimation.
                    2. I made a few credit card transactions. Didn't receives the bill or any support from customer care.
                    3. I tried contacting the customer support nth times but they didn't provide any solution.
                    4. I visited the bank personally, one bank branch sent to another and then they sent to another.
                    5. Customer care constantly started harassing me for paying bills and on saying that I need certain details regarding my transaction and billing, they would disconnect. I have call recordings in support of it.
                    6. I had written a complaint on their website to seek support. No support!
                    Visited bank branch. No support!
                    N number of calls. No support!
                    7. I somehow managed to get a number of credit card department manager. It's been more than a month. He asked me to send a written mail. Already done that. Since then I have been following up. No response.
                    8. After all this pathetic service and the trouble, this bank has created for me. I want to discontinue and they didn't help me even doing that. I'm a working person and cannot put so much of time into all these.
                    I'm hoping I will get support from here.

The representative told its free of cost while opening account. But still this charges are applied and debited from my account. Dmc/in dp chgs till jan2020 is shown in the statement. I have been charged 3 times posdec charge of 29.50/- on february 29th without any intimation and any fault of my own. I want the reversal of this payment.                           I've been charged for auto debit from savings bank even i haven't opt for it ever. I even paid the total due amount one day before the due date. Why are they fooling us by charging amounts in different months.

                          Hi, i am having fast tag otp issue and becuase of which i cant login to my account. I had called customer care multiple times, they are not able to solve my issue. My money is stuck in fast tag account, complaints are open since last 50 days now.

                          I have been charged posdec 95 times in a single day on June 30, 2020 amounting to nearly 3000 rs. the reasons are not known, the representatives are not able to resolve the unexplained charge.

                            I have transfer to my beneficiary account rs 200000/- (Two lakhs) dated 11/02/2020
                            As imps transaction (My reference i'd :[protected] but that transaction not success and refund to my account dated 12/02/2020.
                            But the same transaction i'd[protected] debited 200000/- (Two lakhs) in my account dated 15/02/2020
                            But not credited in my beneficiary account.
                            I have talk many times to your callcenter ([protected]) but not solution my problem.
                            Please help and solve my problem as soon as possible.

                              I applied for home loan but my project was not registered to icici so icici is not authorized to provide me loan but icici executive take processing fee cheque and claim also. Icici sale manager also given commitment for refund but after 4 month no refund and now he is refuse to give refund.

                              I mail two three time for refund but no single reply received from manager level person. I also request to customer care but they also saying that non refundable fee.

                              I want to know that if no processing activity done by icici because project is not registered so why they deduct amount from my account on the naam of processing fee.

                                  Last year as i switched to my new private job, icici bank employees came to our company for opening of new savings account of newly joined employees. They were guiding us for the formalities of opening new saving account & in hurry i have signed for applying expression debit card (Which was not required from my side). Anyhow, i haven't submitted any photograph so some animal image came on new expression debit card which was received at my home. Last year nearly inr 600 was deducted for the same & now too inr 589 is deducted for charges of expression debit card. Though i haven't activated it till date as it is not required.

                                  I want that charges on expression debit card should not be recurred next year. Kindly guide me for this problem.

                                    With out any notice icici bank deduct around 2k within 5 days. All charges are ecsrtnchg. Several time they just deduct without no reasons or any justification but this time i notice and i caught this deduction. My account no: 16080xxx2622. I want my hardwork money back. That is happened in every month constantly and every time i just avoid cause i thought it was any of my loan deductions but this time i notice and found. I want proper justification in each single rupees and want my money back.

                                    With out any notice icici bank deduct around 1400 within 1 day. This is repeated in January as well. All charges are ecsrtnchg. Without any intimation you are just deductions the money. I want to know the reason for debit. I want my hardwork money back. That is happened in every month constantly and every time i just avoid cause i thought it was any of my loan deductions but this time i notice and found. I want proper justification in each single rupees and want my money back.

                                      I am vishwesh wagle an amount of 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till jan-20 on 25 feb 2020

                                      I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

                                      I need my money back and am ready to comlain anywhere else if needed

                                        Dear team,

                                        Amazon credit card decline my payment due insufficient limit but i have 42k limit left in my credit. I got message at the time of payment you have only 94 rupees limit but i have checked in my application it showing 42k. Let me know what is the reason or you are fooling customer.
