I am kavitha r, an mount of 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till jan-20 on 25 feb 2020

I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

I need my money back and am ready to comlain anywhere else if needed

        I opened icici salary account in jan2019 along with salary account the bank representive gave me demat account also at that time i refused to take but he told this is free of cost and they have targets to open a account monthly so i took but i did not done any transactions in demat account but from the last 7 days i:e (20/02/2020 to 27/02/2020) my account was debited with 827 rs. It showing as db charges. And without informing my money was debited from my account,. Bank representative has lied that it is free.. I need my money back or else i will go to rbi and drag icici to rbi steps icici cheating bank. Call me for more details waiting for your call..

          I have a federal bank fastag account. Every time i recharge my fastag account the amount gets debited from my bank account but does not get credited to the fastag account. As such, my fastag account gets blacklisted at the toll plaza and i have to pay double the toll amount of the toll at the toll plaza because of poor fastag system with federal bank. After raising issue with the complaint mgmt i receive credit in my bank acct after 5 working days. Pl resolve this issue asap.

            I'm mounika deva, an mount of 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of dp chgs till jan-20 on 25 feb 2020

            I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message either to my email or on my mobile number

            I need explanation why the amount got deducted without prior notice.

              I availed icici demat account service about 13 years back and hardly used for few months. While opening the demat account, i was told that it was going to be free of charge by the agent, however recently icici has deducted rs.826/- from my account claiming it to be dp charges till dec-19. This is totally unacceptable as they didn't inform me about this when i created the account. Request for refund to my account.

                I am the a/c holder of icici bank from not even 10 days,
                Now they have charged rs. 177 today under this category dcardf something
                I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                How can you deduct something without any prior information.
                Its not been a month and this things have started.
                Get a look into this and revert asap as to what type of charge you have deducted from my account.

                  We wish to inform you that vide Service Request Number SR[protected] we have received the confirmation from team that, Customer is an existing iMobile user. URN i.e. payee OTP is needed for the beneficiary activation in Imobile. For any transaction using imobile, mpin or fingerprint is needed. So customer must have compromised these details in some way or other.In such a situation, bank is not liable to compensate the customer. Police assistance is required for further investigation. Please request the cm to follow up with police for further details.

                      I submitted my money at saraswati vihar branch of icici today in night but one note is missing. I did it in two times. Total i had submitted 49 thousand five hundred but two thousand is missing in it kindly do help and resolve its in icici bank saraswati vihar branch pitampura atm machine of deposit. I submitted it in two times because when put 24 notes of two thousand rupees and 3 notes of 500 rupees that time machine sent two notes back of two thousand two notes so when got slip it showed at screen some server problem and i got missed one note of two thousand missed in atm machine at the time of depositing so you please help me and help to return my two thousand rupees, thats so unfair and now i wont able to believe on atm machines as i got problem today while i had gone with my brother he also counted and surprised how machine cheated us so please solve this

                              They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                              I need justice and return my money back immediately. My account number is[protected].

                              When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.                                 I opend a savings bank a/c on 26.09.2019through online.This is my a/c no[protected]. This a/c was opened online from icici bank website with 10 thousands rupees. My application id is[protected]. After 3 month application are rejected but deposit money 10 thousand till now not refund me. Even i submit complain many times in icici branch. But didn't get any solution. Please help me. Please refund my 10000 account opening charges. Otherwise i'll take a strong step against bank.

                                    17/feb/2020 i went for focus diagnose center for one test and we have paid amount in that diagnose center through debit card machine, due to late night we asked them money refund. Focus diagnose center did one void payment and they gave me slip for that. They said with in 24hr i will get money like. Till now amount not refunded. We contacted customer care, response is very late.

                                      I had purchased icici fastag for my car no. Mh46z9712 in 2018 but to front glass breakage my tag got damage and requested for new tag. With hundred times follow up on customer care through out year 2019 icici didn’t send me new tag saying it’s in blacklist. Once blacklist is removed we’ll send new tag. Since i was having balance of rs 1000 and no reason for doing blacklist. They always raise complaint saying it will resolve in 72 hours everytime but no solution. Then finally in jan 2020 i closed icici account and purchased hdfc tag, also i received refund from icici. My hdfc tag is also showing blacklist coz icici tag didn't remove old tag from blacklist and just closed the account due to which hdfc tag is also facing problem. Since then i have raised 2 complains in icici to remove tag from blacklist but pathetic service from icici.

                                        To Explain the situation again I have recharged the AXIS BANK Fastag with Rs. 500/- and traveled to Burdwan along NH2 on 25th Dec'2019 and back on 29th Dec'2019.

                                        As per deductions in Toll Plazas my CORRECT BALANCE in the wallet should be Rs.110/- .

                                        But in Dankuni & Palsit toll plaza amount has been deducted wrongly // double deduction // in wrong date.

                                        This has been marked in the wallet statement as excess amount deduction.

                                        For ready reference to also find the
                                        1. Road User Transaction
                                        2. Wallet Statement
                                        Above all I have been getting a regular SMS from Axis bank to fill my wallet as it has Rs. 60/- DEFICIT !!!

                                        My wallet statement should therefore reflect the correct Balance of Rs. 110/-

                                        Kindly do the needful in this matter.

                                        I have been seeing from month till as on today fastag machine has not been installed at hubli to dharwad road, and I feel that the collection fees is also not appropriate, as they collect rs 150 one side, for a single road, where every day accidents happen, please look in this matter.
