I have received a sms dated[protected] saying that my fastag (Sbi) account has been blocked due to negative balance. Upon verifying in online site i found two transactions were done on the same day worth of rs. 200 and rs 255 towards debit_adjustment. I called the customer care (Sbi fastag) on the same day and was told to send an email with all the details and i sent a mail with the screen shots of the those transactions. On[protected] i did a follow-up contact with the customer care and was told to send another mail with my registered phone number, vehicle registration number and fastag id. Again, i did it as they suggest. Till now i didn't receive any single response to any of my emails from the team and called the call center again on[protected] and requested for an escalation. Again the team are suggesting the same thing which is of no use. So, i sent a to nodal officer and also included grievance cell email addresses from nhai website. Still no response from anyone.

I would like to proceed legally on this and seeking for suggestions and guidance. Could anyone help me in that process?

    I purchased fuel on 1.3.2020 at pondicherry villianur akshya agency using my debit card. Usually i get discount of 0.5% but on the contrary why my account is debited by surcharge? The swiping machine also belong to icici bank only.

    At pondy laksmi agencies also i get discount.

    At kumarevel vandalur i get discount.

    At jayam - velur i get discount.

    Why this time i am debited? Kindly guide me at which bunks using icici machine i do not get discount on the contrary debited surcharge

      My problem has not been resolved for the last 20-22 days.
      I have already given you all the information by mail.
      My point is that the rewards points do not getting in my amazon account and that point goes into the account of keyur shah.
      I was applying for icici card from my amazon account. But he is cancel. Then again a few days later your employer came to my house and scanned my document again and i got the card. But there was a problem that the document from this card application kiyur shah's account was slashed and the card came in my father's name.
      Give the icici amazon pay credit card for customer to fulfill the your employe target but causes the problemto the end user.
      And now amazon says that you contact icici and icici says that you contact amazon. If you (Icici bank and amazon) cannot do team work with each other then this will endanger the end user.
      I talk and mail with them both in the last 20-22 days. But i do not get help from anyone.

      Please update my credit card with my amazon account. And please give my welcome point and other reword points.

        Dear sir,
        My father had posted a advertisement for selling a cupboard on olx, to which a olx user responded with an interest to buy it for rs 5000, the stated price in advertisement. The person contacted through a call and sent a qr code for rs 5000 and said that scanning the code will allow him to receive money. My father, having not used any online transaction, had asked me to do it. I got to know that it was a fraud as no qr scanning is required to receive money and we were saved from this fraud happening to us.
        So i request the bank authority of icici bank authority to please look into the transaction history o[censored]pi id : [protected]@myicici and detect fraudulent activities. Contact used by him for conversations was [protected]. Also if possible please report this fraudulent activities to concerned police station so that it may be helpful in further curbing this activities.

              On 21/01/2020, i received message from icici bank that my fastag account # 11978863 has been debited with rs 255 for dispute on trip number[protected] on 19/01/2020 10:52:23. For this trip, my account has got debited with rs 105 on 19/01/2020.

              I contacted icici bank fastag customer care and lodged a complaint in the portal on 27/01/2020. I was told to wait 15 working dates from the date of complaint. I have been contacting the customer care of icici fastag since 20/02/2020 and it is pathetic with their response. They are not able to help me to resolve the issue. Either call gets disconnected when asked for resolution or advice me to contact after some time. It has been more than 30 working days since i raised a complaint. No resolution, no update and no response. The icici service is pathetic

              I am facing hard time to get my money back. When icici bank is not able to resolve disputes, why they are opening a service for icici fastag?. They are making customer suffer with their poor service.

              The claim amount is credited after continuous follow up. ICICI FASTAG Team should improve their service. I received my Rs 255/- amount after 1 and half month.
              I give the request to replacment ofmy fastag old one got damaged but 20 days ahsbeen crossed but no information about replacment of fastag if I call to sustainer care the Rae simply saying that wait 24 to 48 hours we are raising the complent but no proper responce this is the way the bank will respond the services thanks to icici bank

                Bheema matrimony is a fraud company. Bheema matrimony workers also fraud kumbal. I have paid 1500/-. Before paying she says if you are paying the amount immediately i will be sending all details within 5 min in your whatsapp. Once paid money we won't get any response. They are not pick my call, if i make a call from my registered mobile number. Finally i was cheated by them. Do not belive them. So, indian consumer council to consider and take action cancelling the registration for bheema matrimony & seal the bheema matrimony. The poor peoples are suffer. Pls take immediate action for that is my humble request.

                  I have not opted any such google products. It is not known how they approched my ac & snatched without my consent. This is unauthorised deductions without consent, snatching

Today i have received some amount to icici bank and failed to withdraw the amount from atm or online transfer.                       My balance in the ICICI Bank Account shows Negative.

                      It shows available balance as -7039 Rs. My friend transferred 5000/- Rs to this account when I check the balance it shows negative. When I check the App it shows

                      This is insane and i am worried if this is a fraud. As per the guidelines from RBI there should not be any negative balance in the account. Please help me with this asap.

                        मेरा एक लोन आप के बैंक में 2005-6 में चल रहा था जो कि मेरे हिसाब से मने जमा कर दीया था पर जब मुझको लोन की स्टेटमेन्ट दी गई तो चेक बाउंसिंग के चार्ज और अद्दिटोनल इंटरेस्ट लगा कर मेरा लोन को 14873 रूपए कर दीया गया पर जब मैने अपने बैंक के स्टेटमेन्ट निकली तो पता लगा की Icic Bank की गलती की बजह से मेरे 2 चेक बाउन्स हुए जिसका चार्ज मेरे ऊपर लगा कर मेरे ऊपर 14873 रुपये निकाल दिए
                        अत आप मेरे लोन का नीवारन कीजिये
                        मैं अपने बैंक की स्टेटमेन्ट आप को मेल कर रहा हु
                        मेरे लोने की जो बकाया रकम सही बन रही हो मेरे से ले कर
                        मेरा लोन को नॉट सैटलमेंट में
                        कर दीया जाय जिस से मेरा सिविल ख़राब न हो और मेरा लोने भी सम्पात हो जाया

                          Hi,

                          I have made wrong transaction of 10000rs two times on 13 aug 2016 to icici from hdfc, and i inform to customer care of both bank, they told me that we are raising complaint against wrong transaction but i didn't received any response from them.

                          After that, now i send them email to hdfc, they told me, we have raised the request to icici bank and if they accept and resolve from their side, then we will put back your money in your account. But they are not telling me whether it's been accepted by the icici bank or not?

                          I really don't understand, how can i get my money back?

                          I am icici and hdfc bank account holder, i made wrong transaction to icici from hdfc. I need my money back into my account.

                          I am feeling helpless. Kindly help me to get solution.

                              The staff made me pay the fine (double amount) saying that my Fastag doesn't have enough balance. Later, after coming home, I got to know that he entered the wrong car registration number which will obviously don't have link with my Fastag.

                                I applied for channel financing of anchor company and submit the papers in nov-19. Abhishek was dealing with it he was nice guy, you can take my feedback. After 2 months delay i received the call from the nikhil sharma ([protected]), now he is working on this channel finance. So he asked me again the soft copy of bank statement & gstir 3b. So i shared. Again he called me 3-4 times about the documents and all. Lastly he called me that there will be some deduction will happen for this channel financing. I asked him to share charges over the email, he said no to share it over the email, he said if you want i can proceed else i will not proceed with your case, i asked please confirm over the written mail. Verbally it is not ok to me. He refused to share the email and then after 2 days i received the communication it get cancelled because of few checks bounced in 2017. However they knew it 3 weeks earlier. His attitude was unprofessional and bribe demanding to pass it. Kindly look into & update

                                  I am name narendra, an mount of 555.00 rupees has been deducted from my account in the name of DP CHGS TILL JAN-20

                                  I have never activated and used my demat account and most importantly i don't even know that i hold a demat account till now. There was no prior notice of deduction and i haven't received any deduction message.

                                    I am holding a savings account and i have been using coral debit card. I paid rs.588.82 annual fee for the period jan 20 to dec 20.
                                    In february their customer care representative approached meand offered a new upgraded version of the card. When asked the customer care representative clarified that there wont be any additional charges for this card. I did fill up any application online or offline, only verbal confirmation was given to proceed with application. Later the card was sent to me and again a fee of rs.706.83 was deducted.
                                    This is unethical to give incomplete information and cheat customers.
                                    I need refund of annual fee paid or cancel the new card and refund fee for the new obe

                                      I received sms from icici bank that rs-1599/- deducted from my credit card to one assist plan. Without my permission.. I have tried contacting oneassist team but no luck. Please deactivate this oneassist, this is really frustrating..

                                        Every month on 4th 169 rupees deducting by vsi amazon stn. I am not getting any services from amazon even though they are deducting money for no reason.
