Dear sir,
I have a two wheeler loan. I am paying the loan due on 8th of the every month. But ecs return change are withdrawal my money in last few months. On 09th july 2019 withdrawal 396.15 rupee's and same month again 17th july 2019 withdrawal 413.00 rupee's, in august 07th and 16th again withdrawal my money rs 16.83 and rs 472.00, an another few months on october and november again withdrawal from my account 298.47, 5.00 and 413.00 rupee's. Sir, please slow this problem.

    I have recently bought an ac and washing machine using bajaj emi card. For that, first emi amount has deducted on 02/11/2019. After that, on 08/11/2019 and 09/11/2019, from my account, the amount of 1300/- has deducted under the name (Nach_ad_rtn_chrg~bajajfin). Why does it deducting from the account? Why i am getting all charges from my account? I asked about bajaj finserve and told me they authorized to deduct only loan amount, not any other charges. Please respond and resolve the issue asap.

      Dear sir/ma'am

      I was working as an insurance sales agent in icici prudential. They provided me with a credit card of icici bank. After 6 months i quit my job as i got an better opportunity. By the month of july, 2019 i was overdue by an amount of rs. 24000. I made a payment of rs. 9012. By that means my balance should have been reduced to rs. 14, 998. But instead of that my remaining payable balance has been increased to rs. 30, 000.
      When the matter came to my notice, i tried contacting them regarding my statement. But there was no response from their side. Nothing at all.

      Now from last 2 months, a lady named shilpa from delhi have been calling my office colleagues, my parents and even sent a guy to our house instead of calling me and asking them to forward a number to me. When i call back on the given number, she responds to me like i will call you back in 5 minutes and then gone. No calls for few days. The same has been repeating for a while.

        Icici bank deducted rs. 2000 from my bank without any information.

        This is robbery of my hard earned money.

        If a person have limited amount in his bank and was thinking that he have money.
        He goes out buy something... Then he check his account and found no money.

        Who is responsible for that situation.

        I hardly withdraw money from atm... How the charges are this much.

          Date of incidence: 1. Rs 3674.35 in 2019 (Till date and still unknown amount
          Is being deducted from my account, even after
          Complaint)

          2. Rs 6040 in 2018

          Full description: rs 9714.35 amount is deducted from my account for credit card no. : [xx6820 ] (Sorry i am not able to provide the full credit card number as it is not issued to me. Thus, not aware of this.) which is not mine. I got first notification mail on 3rd oct 2019. Then, i analysed my completed deductions of my account and came to know about the total deduction amount.

          On the same day i. E 3rd oct 2019, i had mailed about this discrepancy. But received reply from icici on 12th oct from one of representative voona vikas, saying this is minimum amount due for this credit card with card no. : [xx6820 ] which is never issued to me.

          I have again mailed about this fraud but i have not received any reply till now.

          Thus, i have also raised complaint in rbi ombudsman for the same.

          Request you to please refund the amount at earliest. (Attaching full deduction statement till 10th nov 2019)

            Hi team,

            I recharged with ₹400 through upi to my icici fastag account no. 21015871 on[protected]:45 but the amount did not reflected on my fastag account.
            When i raised a complaint they said you vehicle number is not update so recharge through upi was not reflected, so i updated the vehicle number and the raised the complaint again, this time they said your request is forwarded to concernd team and you will get you refund or it will reflect in your account. But till now i have not received my ₹400 back.
            Everytime i call to customer care, they will raise a new complaint and there will not be any action or update after that.
            This complaint cmp[protected] has all the required details in their website. I have also attached the screenshot of above complaint. Please take necessary action.

            I did received the amount after one month. I checked the statment and found the return entry. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
            Please make sure to update the ticket as well, because i was following the ticket in portal but nothing was updated there.
            Hi i'm Shivani. Few weeks back i entered wrong pin of my debit card more than 3 times and got the pop up that mastercard securecode has been prevented for security reasons. Now I'm unable to do online transaction from then on. I tried calling to customer care centre but no one picked up my call. Kindly advice how to resolve this issue

                  I applied for amazon pay icici credit card the application is processed and the card was dispatched in blue dart.. But the delivery manager just called once and reported like the address is wrong. I decided to contact the customer card of icici.. But u guys want my account number or card number.                     I was using CPP services for last 5 years and this year, I received a letter from them stating that the 5 years tenure for CPP is complete and therefore they would need me to send a filled form in order to continue the service. As I was not willing to continue, I did not bother sending the form as stated by them.
                    However, my credit card was charged for the CPP service which was supposed to be expired without submitting the form.
                    At this point, I am totally unsure on what needs to be done, as the customer care says they can provide only 50% refund. I am perplexed on how things are managed and how one can renew services without one's consent.

                      [protected] his name is rajesh he refused.to give out his collection agency name when I told him that someone from your agency has visited my place and misbehaved with my parents and wife he said if I won't pay this as quickly as I can they will come again ..I said I will call the police and file f.i.r he said they don't care. They can come.to police station if I want. He was really rude and pathetic guy.Need.someone to.help.me on this .they guys are forcing me to.commit suicide. I am.unable.to.pay but it doesn't mean that you will.come and abuse my parents

                      I recharge my bsnl number bal deducted but recharge not done. I wanna get back my refund amount. I recharge rs 108 recharge done on 1 nov 2019 at 8:17 am in morning hour. Through google pay i use this app as long time but never face this kind of problem this is first time. I request sir plz get back my amount which is debited.

                        Dear team

                        i am holding saving a/c, personal loan, and auto loan from icici bank.

                        as i am honestly paying all the previously bouncing charges and late
                        payment charges in past month.

                        but after paying all the due amount,
                        i have deposited the amount of rs 13150 in two parts to pay regular emi of my auto and personal loan in november month which was debiting through mysaving a/c.

                        But personal loan department debited extra amount from my saving a/c due towhich my auto loan emi bounce and they charged me bouncing charges.

                        as i am honestly paid all my dues and this is breaching of trust, who
                        allows you to debit my account without my permission.
                        is bank has permission to debit any amount from customer account anytime?

                        i am not going to pay any bouncing charges and kindly refund all the
                        charges which was lieved in my account.

                        customer care services is very pathetic and they cut my calls without my permission and without giving any resolution to my complain.

                        if i am not getting any resolution from your side, i will lodge this complain to banking ombudsman or rbi


                        1. Personal loan emi debited twice
                        2. Auto loan emi bounce
                        3. Refund of all charges and extra amount.

                        kindly resolve all issue asap.

                          I tried several times to get otp while recharging through credit card and it requires to enter my otp password but i am not not getting any otp from icici bank, very bad, then i jumped to another bank to complete my transaction.                             As per central gov of india notification adhar is valid for all-purpose if there is any address change or name change or any mistake and all banks are accepted adhar card for the name change except icici bank.

                            Kindly change your gazzated letter rule otherwise we don't have a choice to close our accounts from your bank.in india, peoples don't trust in all banks because of lots of rules, staff attitude and customer accounts, and money security.

                            As per statement my amount as been debited 413 for esc charges there is no confirmation email or call. Please check and solve the issue as soon as possible..may I know the reason behind the debiting amount monthly income

                              I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1899/- from my saving a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money. I've got back to back irritated calls from icici regarding the cpp plan, and they said it is mandatory and default for every card holder and they deducted the money.

                                I am sonia pandey, 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as dmc/dp chgs till jul-19 dp charges on 28/08/2019. I went to branch to my home branch and asked for closer of the account but they are not ready to help and told me to call customer care. If they can open account from the branch then what they can't close from branch. I am not using that dp account and i want my money back. Icici bank sigra staff is not at all helping their customer and doing fraud what they did in my account opening.

                                Now i am not in my hometown, and when went to other branch they asked me to visit home branch. I dont understand the use of internet in banking sector and specially if this statement comes from private bank like icici.

                                  Hi, there was an amount of 8000 inr debited from sbi atm but transaction not completed but i got a massage from my bank account on 03/09/2019 and i immediately called the icici bank customer care no. And also provided a complain no. Sr[protected].
                                  But 8000 inr amount not refund in my amount. Many times call s in customer care no but problem not solved.

                                    Hi sir every month on 5th i have to pay 1050 and i was maintaining the sufficient amount on that day but ecs was hitting on modnights are any time which was not knowing and there are no any proper hours when i am called to customer care they are just saying it can be hit at any time from midnight to whole day how it can be possible when they are cutting 470 rs twice in a month for only 1050 amount is it fair ???
                                    I am just paying 2000 extra amount for 1050 repayment amount
                                    Please look in to the issue and solve as soon as possible

                                      Hi, there was an amount of 4200 inr debited today @11:40 am from my bank account on 06/11/2019 and immediately i got an automated message confirming the transaction and i complained as fraud. However i had never authorized for any standing instruction or payment deduction from my account. I immediately called the bank and blocked my card, also having checked the recipient details icici confirmed its for a gaming site through google pay.
                                      My question is without authorizing the payment how can the amount be debited from bank. The last transaction done on my google pay account reflecting is 01 nov 2019. How come this payment is not recorded in google pay transaction history. Please refund this amount.
