Icici bank kindly reply...

I had mistakenly transferred money from my account to unknown person acc (Wanted to transfer it to my friends account but mistakenly transferred to unknown person). On the same day i called icici cc (Customer care) and they asked me to go to my home branch and complain about it. On the next day i have submitted application in home brach with all details. The manager replied to me that he will send this request to the bank where the unknown person holds the account. On further query my bank says that there is no response from icici bank. It has been almost been three month but i have not received my money. Kindly help me.

I was supposed to send it to boobalan a, acc no:[protected] of ifsc code: icic0000915 of icici bank. But typed the last two digits wrong (96 instead of 69).

Amount transferred: 13, 000/-

Transfer date: 18/06/2019

Totally the issue remains unresolved for 5 months now.

    credit card closed request still it is showing in active mode

    Hi team,

    I have blocked my credit card in july 06 2016, could you please close or cancel my credit card account.
    When i had checked my cibil the icici credit card is still in active, please close my account and update in cibil.

    I have sent a many remainder mails but still no body has responded.

    Recovery of toll with fastag and in cash both in between journey from udsipur to bhilwara.my car no rj06 cd 3289. time of toll recovery 16.18 minut..please refund me rs 60. and you may querry from the car no and time of toll recovered and can be verified from cctv footage.Why we are being cheated by toll recovery staff
    if recoverd by on line it shows on youf computer.

      I applied fastag using icici bank web portal on 30th oct 2019. My fastag account no. Is 11445922. Vehicle registration no. Wb24au4873. Registered mobile no. [protected]. The tag was dispatched via blue dart courier to my registered address on 4th nov 2019 via awb [protected]. Blue dart returned the tag to icici mumbai office (Shipper) on 14th nov stated that address un locatable. However, blue dart never called me in my registered mobile number to confirm the direction to reach my address. Same blue dart gave me other deliveries in the same address without having any issues. Since then i kept calling icici customer care toll free number [protected] many times without having any positive outcome. Customer care executive keeps telling you will get your fastag within 2 days, 7 days etc. But till now all such promises are failed. I am unsure about what happened to my fastag and why it is getting delayed.

      You are only delaying the whole matter by giving same response again and again . No one from icici bank called me today addressing the issue. Today I tried at least 10 times to call your toll free number but your line was busy all the time . Can you please confirm re dispatch of the tag or send me the detailed procedure how to cancel the tag and get the money refund so that I can apply from some other bank or collet it from near by toll plaza ?

        I have been paying my home loan for last 4 years with no overdue till last month. This month i had financial difficulties in paying my loan on time delay it for 15 days i told them would pay before end of this month.
        But the icici agent used below statements like,

        * if you can't make a payment why did you take loan
        * transfer your loan to a different bank.
        * i will home to your home and make you feel bad by using bad words.

        I don't thing this is how a professional bank people should conduct themself.

          My account has been hacked and rs.50, 000 have been withdrawn cash from some non-icici atm in rs. 10, 000 in multiples of 5 times, i have not done this transaction as i am at home with my card and i dont understand hows that is possible.
          I have called the customer care and raised a complaint sr[protected] and i will be filing an fir with the nearest police station and also the name of the are where the cash is withdrwan given to me by mazhar (Customer care agent) is bardhaman which is west bengal. I have never been out of maharashtra uptill now so howz it possible i am withdrawing money from west bengal so as this is a big fraud and i will take it to rbi and cyber crime.
          I want help here as amount of rs.50, 000 has been debited and fraud and this is a serious crime as its my own hard money.

            Sir above transaction not done by me and i didn't made registration into amazon so why that transaction has been made give me the reason and refund my money back. It was not good thing to do like this because without any information how do debit my account and it not fare to do so

                I used my card and unfortunately submitted wrong pin only once however next time when tried with correct pin it said something like due to repeated wrong pin your online transaction has been blocked and contact customer care.

                I went to icici branch and informed them but they said to this problem can only be resolved by icici customer service through call.

                I talked to the customer service but they informed everything is perfect and asked exact message when i told them the exact message they just hanged the call.

                I again tried and next time no one picked.

                I am really frustrated with this kind of service.

                  I got message that the transaction has happen in your account and my ₹400 got debited by vin. Google as i did not do any of transactions so please look into it and revert back my amount. As i have seen online that the same issue has been happening with most o[censored]r account holders so please go into roots of this fraudulents and wipe them out cause they are damaging your services.

                    deduction of rupees 1899 for wpp sr648500471 renewal

                    Two days ago my account showed deduction of rupees 1899 for wpp sr[protected]renewal. But i have never enrolled for such a plan. As a student who stays away from home, this is big amount. So please help me get back my money as soon as possible. Amount deductions without our consent is not reasonable. Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i never used it. Please try to clear this request asap....

                    Hi. I have not been receiving any otp's from the bank for a couple of days now. Sms's informing me about deposits and withdrawals are coming through but not otp's. The support staff keeps telling me that it is somehow a problem with my phone but they are not able to explain why it is just the otp messages which don't arrive on my phone. Also, i got them to change my telephone number and still exactly the same problem. Really sorry state of affairs.

                      My name is dheeraj sahai, my credit card was lost and it was used to do purchase of rs 131200 on different dates. There was no call from the bank to confirm whether the purchases were done by me or not.
                      Likewise i do every month, when i checked my card statement near the bill payment date, i was shocked seeing the transactions which were not done by me. Then i checked my mobile banking, there were more unknown transactions which were not billed, i got mad. I got scared, i was not able to think anything that what has happened with me. Next day i decided to pay minimum due to avoid late fee. Then i called the icici customer care to register the complaint with the dispute and requested them to do charge back from the credit account, but they simply denied to help and cooperate. They are just saying that they cannot raise dispute complaint and you have to pay the amount. I am a middle class person, i cannot afford such big amount. My parents are sugar patient and wife is preganant lady, so i cannot share with them also. I am very scared and depressed, i am feelinhg helpless. Please help me in asking the back to do charge back.

                        I tried to buy rs 270000 worth of bnp paribas mutual funds from icici internet banking. The money was deducted from my account but it never reached bnp paribas. The amount just disappeared. I raised 2 complaints with icici but both were closed without any explanation. I do not know what to do. My mother worked hard to earn that money and i have lost it. How do i ensure icici returns it.

                            I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 500 inr . The reference number of the application is HFR402876. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and RC and since then there is no update.

                            There is no way to contact HDFC FASTAG guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                            I have been with HDFC for more than 10 years now (Saving acc, cc, loans, hdfc life) and this is the worst moment with them.
                            The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.

                              We have paid electricity bill through online payment rs 2144/- that is,
                              (Southern power app (Sd) — bill pay — icici bank app (Tech process payment services) — net banking) on 17th october 2019. We also got online receipts which are attached in attachments below!!!. But it is not updated and the bill amount is added to this month. We also went to bank and verified!! Transaction is completed successfully.

                              Last to last month I have deactivated the CPP by calling to your customer care executives. And then they assured me that they will deactivate the plan with in 7 days but still they don't do that. And also they would assured me that my refund will initiate to my credit card account. But still they not done that.

                                Hi my name is sourabh. I got message amount deducted from my saving account.{dear customer, inr 1650.00 was spent using debit card of account xx998 on 20-nov-19. Info: vin*google *tic. The available balance.}but i did not done any transaction. Without my otp how this happened. Please cross check and revert my money back. This is wrong and please help me.

                                ICICI bank has deducted INR 1899 from my bank account without asking me. As per their record they have deducted it for WPP-SR[protected]Renewal which I have never requested. Request to you please help me to get it refunded.

                                  Hello sir/maam
                                  I tried to make a payment of ₹2965 to executive director school of open learning university of delhi.
                                  And i entered the bank details, received an otp and entered the same, got a message of the payment as well but didn’t get the receipt of the same nor was the payment being shown as paid to me. The following is my transaction id. I tried again and the same thing happened once again. So i have been charged twice but the payment was not done. Please help me with the same and refund the amount to my account.
