I balbir kumar withdraw cash from atm for rs, 3500 on dt. 26.08.2019 in sector -32, chandigarh road, ludhiana. When i do the transaction payment deduct from account but cash not received. The payment is also reversed in my account at the same time the amount reversed is debit (Deduct) from my account when i inform to icici branch sector, 32 they ask we dont know you will ask customer care butr after complaint in customer care they ask for...

Hi,

I was paying my emi's each month before due date by online banking, i didn't know anything about ecs and bounces (Even if i am paying before time) and due to which my credit score went down and i am not able to apply for any other loans. This loan account is connected to my savings account in auto debit mode. My savings account was on dormant mode as previously due to switching my job i couldn't pay my credit card bills...

I tried several times to get otp while by ordering on amazon india during diwali sale 2019 but i am not getting the otp. There is no point calling icici bank customer care to resolve my issue unfortunately it had to forced me to use my axis bank credit card to complete my transaction. I want to say that this is not the first time i am facing kind of problem from icici bank which never happened to me to my axis bank....

There's been a transaction - debited from my account without any authorization for rs. 2199/- on 14th oct (Today)

I have not authorized this transaction nor have i received prior intimation on the same if this is from the bank.

I want this amount refunded immediately.

My credit card has been blocked by visa from making any online
Transactions. I mistakenly entered the wrong otp. I have tried contacting the icici customer care helpline numbers on
Numerous occasions and every time they have told me that my credit card is
Active and hasn't been blocked, but the webpage still keeps showing the
Same message....

I was charged with rs. 1399/- on my icici credit card on 11 october 2019. I got a call from the bank explaining one assist and after that they automatically activated the plan without confirming with me. My one assist relationship id is 8771701. Kindly cancel my membership and refund the amount processed on my credit card. I do not want any protection plans and do not want to opt in future as well. I am a icici bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 8006 without my concern on date:12/10/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

Its very sad to share, but icici bank is such a brand and still there is no professionalism in this organization. Using abusive language and passing personal remark towards their juniors and new joiners is a fashion now a days.
And sad part, when someone requesting hr to help them in that case. Hr is also taking these senior's (Rm, bsm, bdm & bm) side. There is no place, where they can go for help. Since they are joiners and freshers...

I had took the homeloan from icici bank vide loan account no lbnod[protected]
While taking the loan they had told only 5000 and gst will charges, howvere they dedcuted my account for all the fees like legal file etc and about 18000 was charged, which was not promised.

They also fiorced me opening a bank account for disbursal and therten to destroy my cibil if not agreed and complaint of that person to icici bank, they...

Without an acknowledgement i have been charged for the service which i never requested/opted for

354.00/- rupees have been deducted for my money service which i have never opt for. Also it's showing not active. This is a fraud.

My name is suneetha.. I didnt used dmat account still but without informing how they are deducted. While joining time they will provide dmat kit and told me that it was free of cost but now 826/- got deducted.

We are running a small agency business in nagercoil town, kanyakumari dist, tamil nadu state and i have my corporate account in icici bank.in my business customers often give coins for their purchase and we accept it because they are legally accepted but despite rbi's notice to all banks to accept coins the banks are not accepting coins.
Today we made a deposit to icici bank which includes both 10 and 5 rupee coins (Worth 1680 rupees...

Payments (Rs. 351.48 and 351.48) for mahapariksha.gov.in (Maha it) site was approved and deducted from my upi app (Sbi account) to beneficiary ([protected]@icici account). But payment status on maha it site was shown as ' failed'. Hence i did the payment using other method successfully. But the money deducted during these two failed transactions has not been credited to my account. Please return the same as early as possible.

I have received a demat account opening bill in my mail today. The problem is they have opened a demat account without my consent and charging me money unnecessarily.
I have never given any consent regarding opening my demat account.

They are just fooling people and try to loot their money.

Please help me with this and please take strict action against them....
