Hi,
I got a call from icici bank one day to inform that they have activated one assist. They have deducted 1899. I called customer care last year also to deactivate and still they didn't do anything and deducted the amount this year also. I want to stop this service and need my refund asap for both years asap. I don't need this # service

On[protected] my account has been deducted by a sum of 588.82inr as dcard fee. I don't know what is the purpose of that fee and this happened with out prior informing to me. I want my money credit back in my account as soon as possible or give me the valid reason why my money has been deducted. Even they didn't tell me about this type of fee when i am opening account in their bank. Solve this problem as...

I'm trying to email bank for settlement since I'm not in country I or they can not reach me.

I told them I want to settle this account they want me to visit bank for settlement, many time I have emailed asking for help instant of helping they are asking to visit bank first & same things goes on....

On 11 th march 2005, i had purchased a bond from

I had requested for amazon pay card on aug'19 end. I received a coral credit card instead. The mulund east branch is not giving any proper response rather just avoiding the problem. During subscription, your rm has mentioned no subscription fee and its free of charge with only monthly charges. However, i have not able to use machine as i shut down my business partnership and decided to return it back as its on my name.

I have a icici saving and pay later account at branch sant nagar. I had to pay 4008 rupees of pay later account then bank have debited my saving and negative 4008 rupees after some time i paid whole amt of paylater a/c but now pay later does't show paid amount. Please update my paylater account

Payments (Rs. 351.48 and 351.48) for mahapariksha.gov.in (Maha it) site was approved and deducted from my upi app (Sbi account) to beneficiary ([protected]@icici account). But payment status on maha it site was shown as ' failed'. Hence i did the payment using other method successfully. But the money deducted during these two failed transactions has not been credited to my account. Please return the same as early as possible....

I had an icici credit card with your bank and used it for 2 months. I was charged an amount of approx 500 rupees last month with reason sighted as auto-debit failure.

However, i surely remember i've not opted for any such facility. I have paid the remaining bill amount and blocked my credit card. Kindly help.

Icici has deducted 1, 899 from my account without my permission. I have requested any additional service on my bank account. I want the amount to be refunded back to my bank account. A lot of other customers have complained about the same and it seems the amount has been deducted for icici one assist plan which i have not given authorisation for.

I have made an IMPS of Rs. 50000/- from ICICI bank to YES Bank on 02.10.2019 Money has been debited from my ICICI bank account but has yet not been credited to Yesbak.

The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.

But I got a message that said

"Dear Customer, IMPS Txn Ref[protected] for 50, 000 is timed out at Beneficiary Bank on 02-Oct-2019...

I have applied for home loan on 28/08/2019 but still they are not able to check property that i have been identified. I am calling everyday but they are not responding properly.

They are telling we are working but they are not confirming anything. Its more than a months.

These employee management is worst than ever private banks i have seen.

I have bought a mobile from amazon.in on[protected] availing icici debit card emi option. The emi amount is rs: 1167.05 for 12 months (Screenshot attached below).
But yesterday the emi amount debited from my account is rs: 1401.87 towards the 1st installment. (Screenshot attached).
Please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest....

Dear sir,

I am account holder of one of the icici bank branch.
Rs.41023 has been withdrawn (In total of five transactions) from my account on dated. 5/10/2019 between 7:20 pm to 7:23 pm, without my knowledge in the name of nfs/cash withdrawal.

I made withdrawal of rs.2500 (Rs.1900 and rs 600) respectively at nearest located icici bank atm between 3:15 pm to 3:27 pm

In my icici accout no, rs.116.82 debited as "rwdfee/2419291/1 70819+gs". I did not redeem any points from my debit or credit cards. How could you debit money from the account without any information?

Kindly confirm the transaction details to recover the debited amount as well as little bit care while using online transfers.
Any help would be appreciated!...

My name is anilkumar. Today (04/10/2019) i have not done any kind of transactions by using my icici bank credit card. When i was checked in imobile app i realised today 3 transactions was made with my card.

I'm shocked. I don't know who has done this transactions. These transactions are made at msw noor the fations.

I'm not going to pay single rupee for this fraud transactions and please...

I went to icici bank for home loan enquiry and to get eligibility of home loan amount as per my salary. My property parer was not clear and i had asked not to proceed further with loan sanction. But while submitting documents bank has taken cheque of rs.236 for cersai and property verification charges. Also informed me they will not process cheque until loan is finalize or property get verified.
