This is regarding my credit card bill.
The initial bill was 35920/- for which the payment was made before the due date. I have proof of payment and all other necessary documents.

However i have been getting calls mentioning the bill has not been settled.
I have talked to multiple individuals and sent email but to no avail.

Now there has been a debit from my account for inr 3730 toward interest on the outstanding. Why are you charging for a bill already paid? Who authorized this transaction?

Can anybody let me know what legal options i can pursue?

B, 27/10/1968, while checking the cibil report one of the icici bank credit card showing, i never procured any such credit card neither i used this card, call center people are not giving any details of the card,
    In year 2009 i have closed my all credit card of icici bank by paying one time settlement, and some amount is deducted...

    Sir,

    Iam anand r having an account in icici bank (My account no[protected] there was a deduction of inr 29.5/- without any reason.. It was described in the statement as atmdec chg this happened 3 times within the last 2 months.

    From internet i found that this charge was due to atm's not having enough cash in it but how come this charge can be levied to the customer. Whether rbi regulations allowed banks to collect such penalty from customers?
    I need a reply.

    ... Please do resolve it and refund my money back.

      I also received call from icici bank and they just given information about one assist plan after than they automatically activated this plan and deducted rs-1399/- from my credit card a/c. Without my permission. I don't need this plan actually. Please deactivate this plan and refund my money asap

        I am having my salary accout in icici bank. But few days back 89 rs/- (29.50 rs * 3) were deducted from my salary account and when i looked into my mini statement it was described under "atm dec chg". And when i tried to explore it over internet, i found these charges are applied for when atm of other bank declined to withdraw the money, if it doesn't have enough. So is it ethical to charge customer for this reason. Although i was having enough balance at that time.
        Moreever, it is also legal as per rbi rule.
        I want a proper justification

            Someone by name kanul gupta responded to an olx ad i had put up for sale of an item priced at inr 17000.

            On pretext of paying me via phonepe / google pay, he sent me a qr code so i can accept and he can transfer the money.in the calls he mentioned that transactions were failing, whereas i got a confirmation from the bank, that, unfortunately, the amount was debited from account 3 times (Total inr 51000). As a scam to get this done, they are very clever in their talks. I have reached out to my bank, but they are unable to help as its an upi transfer. Please can you assist to have these transactions reversed. His phone number was not reachable later today. I have already reached out to the cyber crime team for help.

              My wife has an account with icici bank burari delhi. We purchased an old car and financed the same with other bank. For the finance formality, we were supposed to give two blank cheques to the financier and when we checked we were left with one cheque only, we checked the icici website link https://www.icicibank.com/service-charges/common-service-charges.page where it was mentioned that you can get loose cheque leaves issued (5 no.) at rs.25 each leaves, we visited the bank and they refused the same to us, we told them our urgency and they asked us to visit the manager, we requested the same to him and he started inquiring that where we have taken the loan from and what is the interest rate etc, finally he said that due to diwali we have the shortage and you can visit any other branch and request them. It was really very discouraging but we thought lets go by procedure then, we requested the cheque book by net banking on 26th october 2019, and we got the message that your cheque book is sent through courier bookmypacket.com and they gave us the reference number too, when we checked online on 29 oct 2019 we came to know that our cheque book is out for delivery but since then there is no delivery till 31st oct 2019 morning 10.30 am. We visited the bank again and we were again refused for loose cheques due to which delivery of our car was postponed again. When we asked the bank persons to give us the courier company address, bank people said that they are going to send and email to the courier company and once they will reply only then we can say that when you will get the cheque book. It is really harassing the way bank is behaving with us, also they have no control over the courier company and i felt that they themselves our helpless. Poor service by icici bank and pity on their customers. We might charged for the parking by the car selling company, we only had a request for loose cheques but since 26 oct 2019 we have running to get it. Till now at 6.00 pm we have not received the cheque book.

                icici prepaid meal card invalid status

                Icici bank has charged me 826/- rupees as on account of dp chgs but at the time of demat account opening i was not informed regarding any of these charges and the representative told that there will not be any charges to this demat account. I don't understand why they are cheating the customers and deducting the amount without any notice to the customer. This is completely unacceptable.

                I drawn 700/-, in that 300/- were useless like broken notes, inked on notes..
                This is way the branch employees are put the cash into ATM.

                  I never opted auto debit but they charged me anyhow even though i have made the payment 7 days towards my credit card. Big scam they are making. And in the official site, auto debit return fee is 250 but they deducted 450 here also another scam. Icici is a big fraud. And also the number they had given, not even connecting single time. I think they are simply making money but this kind of cheap cheat trick.

                    My icici account got debited 1400 rs in a single day by different transactions with the name of ECSRTNCHG charges with out any email or sms I'm trying to contact the bank customer care but they are not responding. Why is this happening? How can you do this to a customer with out informing anything to him/her. I am getting irritated for these kind of activities and i want to change my salary account to some other bank

                      I am nilesh patel. there is 826.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as (Dmc/in[protected] dp chgs till oct/2019) on 30/10/2019. I have never used my demat account till now.

                      They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deduct money and also i did not get any deduction message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                      When i created the demat account, i was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also i did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.                         Dear Sir,

                        I have a Demat account in ICICI bank for 3 years now. I haven't ever activated the account or I haven't ever logged in also.

                        No charges have been debited in my account in the last 3 years.

                        But, In the last 5 days, when I checked my bank account I found two unauthenticated debits from my account.

                        1. Transaction ID: SB498800
                        Transaction date: 30/10/2019
                        Transaction Description: [protected] DP CHGS TILLSEP-19
                        Amount Debited: INR 581.62.

                        2. Transaction ID: SB498800
                        Transaction date: 25/10/2019
                        Transaction Description: DMC/[protected] DPCHGS TILL SEP-19
                        Amount Debited: INR 106.71

                        When I created my ICICI Salary account, they provided this demat account with the KIT and the ICICI representative informed me that it is free of cost, it will never be charged until unless you activate it. Also I was not informed about this DP charges.

                        This is completely unacceptable and please REFUND my amount.

                        I also did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with ICICI.

                        My ICICI account number is[protected].

                          On 26/08/2019, Rs 974 was debited from my saving account with below description . even after raising the complaint with ICICI they didnot return the amount.

                          Description says its Amazon has charged for Amazon prime membership.
                          But I am not an amazon prime member and without any otp or any information how this amount is deducted from my account .

                            Recently icici has launched amazon pay icici credit card. I tried to inquire about it. And when being contacted to opt for the credit card, i denied it completely. But without my concent bank has sent the credit card to my address, which i declined to accept. When i checked my bank account, credit card was already added and had a bill amount of rs 960 odd. Turns out card was added in my account amazon account as well without my concent. Some serious issue in india where can access all your infomritons without your concent. I am thinking of closing my icci account after this cheat.

                            Mistakenly entered wrong grid entries and the grid/ debit card was locked though able to log in. Today being 4th Sat, unable to get in touch with any Customer Care / even from the toll free num. How to self resolve the issue via Insta iBizz.??? Trying to reach Customer Care thru toll free from morning in vain.

                              I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs 961/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi*amazon prim. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking it to be an auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 29th oct, 2019. Could you please assist me regarding this. Please find the attachment regarding the same.

                              Account number: 070101502191. i am not using almost 3 years account. right now i started past 6 months back, My Bank Account Is Frozen. what can i do ?
                              ICICI Bank has Stolen my money from my credit card. I need my money back to my credit card. Kindly direct the CEO of Icici bank to credit back my money back to my credit card. Credit card statement is not provided to me.

                                I would like to raise two issues.

                                Issue (1) ICICI Bank has been deducting nmmab chg without prior notice or information for the reason for deduction.

                                Issue (2) nmmab chg (1, 180+gst) has been deducted even after maintaining the minimum balance.

                                Explanation:

                                Dear Sir, This is Allabaksh D working in financial organisation.I already availed Credit Cards from other banks.On 18/07/2019 ICICI bank credti card Executive B Rajendra apporched me says that they are giving free Credit card, but after Receving credit card my card debit for Rs.600+gst at that time made a call to executive but he didnt lifted my call.i contacted customer care to cancel the card and reverse the fee, they taken the request and confirmed me.last month back i checked my cibil to know the any credit card dues that time no cibil overdue was not there.today i cheked the cibikl i have overdue of 1200 and am receiving messages of overdue 1860 which inckudes late payment fee.i made so many time customer care but it is not connecting.This overdue messages and amount me unnnessary tensions and headaq.i had very worest customer experiacne through customer care.please help me regard to reverse my all my charges and cancel the card as early as possible.

                                From past few months my money got deducted through smab charge and some other thing.atleast you should inform me about this, icici customer support is so arrogant, unapprochable, no one gives a solution, Gachibowli branch, Hyderabad, india
                                I was deducted with 413 charges stating ECSRTNCHG. There was no intimation from the bank nor any further detail. I was under the impression that it was due to the bank I took loan from but they said its not credited into their account. I have not received any clarity on this from the support as well

                                  ICICI deducted Rs. 1899 from my account in the name of an ONEAST without my approval. After checking the complaints here I found that ICICI has been doing this for quite long for several people in the name of ONE ASSIST Insurance.
                                  I have tried contacting ICICI Bank multiple times for deactivating my credit card but there is no response from there and about this. I even tried visiting bank they are not supportive.
